My goal is to make India the superpower of the world by making my country strong in all directions, for achieving this goal, I have to make 18 hours of great effort and use the meanS earned from it to create a capable, prosperous and cultured India, although this goal is difficult, but it is not impossible for me. May the crores of countrymen who are thinking, may you grow up in this goal and together we all must reach this destination.

Second Stage of Yoga Revolution

In the ashram on the other side there was no discipleship of any kind. About 20 tenants used to live in that small ashram, who used to pay 10-20 rupees as rent. Overall, there used to be a permanent income of 100-200 rupees and the expenditure was 10-15 thousand rupees monthly because 10-15 brahmacharis were taking education in the ashram. There were 5-10 cows and it was our duty to serve them. In this ashram, we had also got the dispensary, Yajnashala, Vedashala and Yogashala constructed, all of which were running continuously even in the absence of resources. Due to the guidance and divine leadership of Pujya Swami Ji Maharaj, slowly people started recognizing us.

Pujya Swami Ji Maharaj made Yoga the basis

Any revolution in the society in the country does not come in a day, for that a lot of effort is required. In the year 1993, Pujya Swamiji had given training to only two people on the banks of the Ganga in Kankhal in Yoga Sadhana. Gradually, the number of people learning yoga from Pujya Swamiji started increasing. Now Pujya Swami ji had also started organizing yoga camps. The first yoga camp was organized by Pujya Swami ji in Surat on the request of Mr. Jivrajbhai Patel in Gujarat. Mr. Jivrajbhai Patel was giving all kinds of cooperation in this camp. Yoga practice and yoga therapy camps were duly started. When this journey of Yoga Yatra started with 100-200 people, it turned into thousands and lakhs. For the first time in the history of the world, Yoga was brought out from caves and scriptures. Today millions of people were doing Yoga standing in the field. Yoga was becoming a part of people's lifestyle. Gradually, the comprehensive form of Yoga was coming in front of the world. Yoga medical system was becoming the basis of happiness, health, prosperity and peace of the world from Sadhna system and way of life. Even today, Pujya Swami ji says again and again that the biggest dream and resolution of my life is that every person in the country and the world wakes up early in the morning and does yoga first, then does Karmayog, then all the problems of the world will be solved easily.

Establishment of Patanjali Yogpeeth is the basis of service.

When people started reaching Haridwar for good health and there was less space in Kankhal's ashram, after much discussion, a resolution was taken to establish Patanjali Yogpeeth on the national highway before Haridwar. It is a matter of year 2000 when the construction of Yogpeeth started, even then we started the construction work of Yogpeeth with minimum resources. Whose body and mind are clean and healthy, whose immunity is strong, boils develop inside their hair follicles.Causative bacteria do not enter. Due to the predominance of biographical power, even the germs growing on the skin are not able to spoil the hair. Therefore, the accumulated dirt and dead organic matter in the body is necessary for the growth and food of these germs. Patients suffering from diabetes, intestinal inflammation, uncleanness of the skin, constipation, kidney, lung and liver disorders, obesity, obesity, who have a lot of contaminated substances in their body, are more likely to complain of boils. Boil is not a local disease but a symptom of poisoning of the whole body. When the body is poisoned, contact with urine, excreta and sweat-contaminated clothes on any part of the skin leads to new boils. In the organ where the immunity is suppressed due to excess of contaminated substances, more than one abscess arises there. These boils can be anywhere on buttocks, thighs, chest, vagina, cheeks and nose. These boils are very painful.

Troublesome abscess, poisoning or carbuncle

Symptoms- Normal boil has one mouth, but evil boil has more than one mouth. It extends below the skin. Bad boil occurs on the back, neck, thigh and forehead. Scales are produced near the skin. Malignant abscess can occur in any part of the body. Wherever there is an evil abscess about to come out. The skin there first becomes red, hard and hot. Redness, pain to touch and swelling spread to the surrounding tissues. The patient feels feverish and very weak. The pulse is fast, but weak. Within five-six days many small pimples are formed. They get filled with pus. Within a week and a half, the fibers there get infected and get destroyed. A big circle is created around it.

Cause- Like normal boils, the main cause of malignant boils is the bacterium Staphylococcus pyogenes aureus. The person in whose body the contaminating foreign material, the accumulation of garbage becomes excessive beyond the tolerable limit, the blood becomes acidic and polluted, the immunity becomes very weak and weak, evil boils are born in their body. . Malignant abscesses are more common in patients suffering from diabetes. Make sure to check the sugar in the blood and urine as soon as the evil boils occur. Malignant boils have been discussed in Ayurveda by the name of 'Prameh Pindikaye'.

General wounds

Symptoms- Pus-filled boils and nodules in any part of the body are called wounds. Like a boil, it is tender, hard and painful. Constipation, insomnia, headache, fever, bad breath, white tongue, etc. are the symptoms. Gradually the affected skin becomes thin and cracks. Yellow colored pus comes out. Infection of this pus can cause boils and wounds in other places as well.

Reason- The organ whose immunity decreases and due to lack of cleanliness, the attack of germs increases there. As a result boils, pimples and wounds occur. Boils are caused by a germ called staphylococci, but sometimes tubercle organisms have also been seen to cause boils or wounds.

Bed friction bed pressure ulcer:

Accidental, paralyzed and some such incurable physical and mental patients, who always have to spend the rest of their life lying on the bed, due to lying in such a condition, their bone parts such as buttock, behind the shoulder, thigh, gulf and elbow Repeated rubbing and pressure of the bed causes wounds. It is called heat ulcers or bed friction ulcers, expansion pressure ulcers, pressure ulcers, bedsores, debitus and pressure ulcers are called bed ulcers. The patient's bed should not shrink, there should be no piece of bread or food on the bed, keep turning it. Take a sponge bath of neem water daily. Use bed pen very carefully. Help to change course at time intervals.

It is also called millery. Due to the infection of germs due to sweating, prickly heat takes a severe form. Expiry Cream, Lack of sleep, Indigestion, Stress, Constipation are the other reasons, the secretion coming out of the fat glands stops. Accumulates under the skin and produces pimples. Later it hardens and becomes a pimple. This is called Agne vulgaris. If there is pus in it, it is called acne or pimple. These are of several types:-

1. Mild or nevus comedonicus- Black heads in this category and white heads come. They are mainly caused by somatic mutations in the fibroblast growth factor-2 receptor (Khrsr-2). It does not require treatment.

2. Slight swelling and slight pus in moderate or pustul acne are stored.

3. Nodules acne is of severe type. In this, yellow colored pus is filled with swelling. There is burning sensation, pain, swelling and redness in the pus-filled lumps. On pressing them black and white material comes out and hole is visible. Repeated pressing causes spots on the face. Due to which teenagers become frustrated and become victims of stress.

Treatment- Keep the body cool in heat rash or prickly heat, if sweating, take a sponge bath with neem water and add 2 to 4 drops of Dettol to the water. Wipe off the sweat. Sake with ice water. Wear cotton clothes. Apply oat meal paste. You can also apply a paste of baking soda and water. Use aloe vera gel. Sandalwood can also be used. Use whatever means are easily available.

Naturopathic Yoga medicine

Massage the stomach thrice after giving it three minutes hot, two minutes cold. Dilute neem leaves with boiled water and give enema continuously for 3 to 5 days. In the treatment, give neem water hot foot bath, wrap wet sheet in neem water, neem water steam bath. Giving 3 minutes hot and 2 minutes cold fomentation on local boils for 2 to 3 days gives instant benefit and it gets cooked quickly. On pressing, pus comes out along with the nail.
