Self-surrender and action means unselfishness, that is, not even the ego of surrender. Unselfishness should continue to flow in all ways with the feeling that the knowledge, inspiration, power, resources and opportunities to do everything are all given by God. I am Akincana, I am only a cause. Karma done with this feeling of surrender is the basis of karma yoga, selfless service, cultivation and perfection.

2. Bhaya Kubhaya Anakh Alsahu! Naam Japat (doing yoga, doing service, reading Vedas) Mangal Dishi Dashahu: In Manas, Goswami Tulsidas ji has given the mantra of devotion to God, devotion to service and prosperity in this chapai, whether the mind likes it or not, whether it has a desire or not, whatever the situation and state of mind may be, No matter how bad we are feeling, no matter how lazy we are, by chanting the name of God and walking on the path of God, we get auspicious from all directions. By freeing the country from economic slavery, slavery of education and medicine, ideological and cultural slavery, self-aggrandizement and all kinds of subordination, the signs of slavery have to be eradicated and the glory of Sanatan has to be established in the world. For this, a huge chain of godlike, sattvik brothers and sisters who have sacrificed their lives for full-time service have stood up. From October 28 to November 5, a special training has been kept for the fulfillment of this great task. If each person puts 100% energy in any work, service, means or movement, then a new history is created or created. With this resolution, each and every Satvik able talented brother and sister are being employed for this work.

3. Center and Periphery Cognition Science- One is Yoga and the other is Kamyoga Yoga is the center of the entire Indian Sanatan culture, Vedas or Rishi tradition. Yoga is the soul. The yoga soul of Patanjali Yogpeeth is mine. Lord Rama, Krishna, Hanuman and Lord Shiva, if there is a common eternal truth element of all the incarnated beings, then it is Yoga. Therefore, the more holistically Yoga spreads in the universe, the greater will be the auspiciousness of the world. With the expansion of Yoga, a society free from disease, intoxication, violence and all kinds of inauspicious, unrighteousness will automatically be created. Therefore, the more powerful the center of yoga is, the more permanent the world welfare, world peace and prosperity will be in the periphery.

4. Glory - Mantra Gayatri, Lord Rama, Krishna, Shivadi and all Arsh Arya culture are automatically glorified along with the glory of Yoga. Therefore, if you put all your energy in this one work, movement or campaign, then gradually the whole world will accept all the eternal truths, elements and values like yoga and the world will return to the eternal Vedic ideals, principles, dignity and divine traditions. For this divine work and service, everyone has to make it 100% successful by making partial and full effort.

On September 14, 2022, this special campaign team was flagged off from Gangotri by Hon'ble Chief Minister of Uttarakhand Shri Pushkar Singh Dhami ji and Pujya Swami Ramdev ji. In this campaign, the support of the associate organization Nehru Mountaineering Institute (NIM) Principal Colonel Amit Bisht and the entire team was received in this wonderful work. During this vijay yatra we have identified and made a check list of about 550 rare herbs and their herbarium is being prepared of these herbs.
In-depth research will be done on this journey was very difficult. All around only snow. An ice surface for sleeping and a sheet of ice to cover. For the first time in my life I had to live without taking a bath for 12 days.

Exploration work for the first time in 1981

Conquering the unnamed, unmounted, unconquered hills devoid of human footprints was a very courageous act in itself. Earlier to conquer these peaks, there were many attempts in large forms, with the last attempt being 42 years ago today. After independence in this region of the Himalayas, in 1981, the work of exploration was done by the Joint Indo French Expedition Team. This investigation team was successful in traveling only half the area, despite tireless efforts. This joint team explored life-giving herbs and other important plants and medicinal plants located in the Raktavarna Glacier region of the Himalayas. After that no one tried to reach there.

Victory over unnamed, unmounted, unconquered hills

The history that Patanjali Yogpeeth has created, this moment is glorifying. By naming these unnamed, unmounted snow peaks on the basis of our traditions, we have given our sacrifice in the blazing fire for the eternal tradition and sage culture.
Along with the discovery of herbs on the Himalayas, we have discovered the Himalayas in the Himalayas and discovered three unmarked and unmounted peaks (Him Shikhir) and named them on the basis of their position, ecology and natural nature. The feeling of national pride and the asceticism of the great sages brought a feeling in the mind of the party that the highest peak above 6,000 meters, on the basis of the tradition of nationalism, should be equal to the national sage. The second peak was named on the basis of Yoga tradition and the third peak on the left was named Ayurveda Rishi on the basis of Ayurveda tradition. We named the middle of these three peaks Rishi Glacier or Rishi Bamak.

The mountaineering and exploration expedition in the Raktavarna Glacier area of Gangotri jointly by Patanjali Nehru Mountaineering Institute, Uttarkashi and Indian Mountaineering Institute, New Delhi was started from 10 September 2022 to 25 September 2022 under the leadership of Patanjali Yogpeeth.
This expedition was also special because in the 15 days of heavy snowfall and extreme natural adversity, we faced the complexities with indomitable courage and succeeded in the complex and inaccessible Himalayan region. When this group progressed in the area of Raktavarna Glacier, at first sight the shape of the sage was realized while doing penance in the Himalayas and in the inner line of the Himalayas, the feeling of austerity land appeared again and again.
In this combined team, mountaineering instructor Shri Deep Shahi and Shri Vinod Gusain from Nehru Mountaineering Institute participated. Apart from Dr. Rajesh Mishra and Dr. Bhaskar Joshi from Patanjali Ayurved other members participated. Shri Vihari Rana from Indian Institute of Mountaineering, New Delhi participated.

Only 20-30 years ago in India, someone used to have a heart attack and the incident of heart attack was discussed very seriously as a surprise. But now if we see, heart attack has become common, like on Dussehra during the time of Ramayana, the artist who became Hanuman dies on stage, the artist who became Ravana and the young artist who became Lord Shiva die of heart attack while acting. If we talk about the last one or two years, then on the stage, famous singer Krishnakumar Kunnath (KK0), whose age was not much, died. Raju Srivastava died of a heart attack at the age of only 58. Siddharth Shukla who was only 40 years old died of heart attack, and Brahm Mishra who was 36 years younger than Siddharth Shukla who was also 4 years old, he died of heart attack. Be it Puneet Rajkumar, Raj Kaushal or there are thousands of millions of people who are having heart attack at the age of 40 years and less than 50 years.
After all, what is the root cause of these heart diseases occurring in young people in the country? Talking about experts, they attribute this to smoking, cholesterol, sugar, irregular lifestyle, packaged junk food or not exercising.
But on the other hand, we also see that there are many people who were exercising in the gym, who were not very obese, who were conscious about eating outside, and who did not smoke, not even alcohol. Used to drink, such people are also getting sudden heart attack or cardiac arrest.
If we do research on this, then we find that any allopathic medicine responsible for sudden heart attack can be a vaccine or the medicine which we are taking as safe medicine, then hardly any person in the country will believe this.
But there are hundreds of drugs that are responsible for heart attacks. Allopathic medicines, which were found to be responsible for heart attacks, were withdrawn in many countries as proven responsible for heart attacks. The drugs, which were approved for use in clinical controlled trials and research, were first considered safe for use, but when their deadly side effects came on the heart and caused many other diseases, they were withdrawn from the market.

Heart diseases on the rise in India

In the 2018 edition of the medical journal "The Lancet" a published study showed that heart diseases accounted for only 15% of all deaths in India in 1990, but in 2016 the figure nearly doubled to 28%.

In India, where about 22.6 lakh people died due to heart related diseases in 1990, now the number of people who died due to heart related diseases in 2020 has gone up to 47.7 lakh.

Similarly, another research report says that till 2015, 60 million people had heart disease in India and out of them 23 million people were below 40 years of age, almost 40% of heart patients were below 40 years of age.

Today, one person dies every 34 seconds due to heart diseases in America, the country with the most facilities in the field of health in the whole world. 2

Heart diseases killed more Indians (28%) in 2016 than any other communicable disease. This is more than double the number recorded in 1990 when it was 15%.

The terrible picture of every city

The situation is so frightening that let us understand for example, according to the figures given by the LPS Cardiology Institute in Ranchi, a city in India, the number of patients admitted to the ICU has increased two and a half times in 10 years. After the corona period, the number of such patients has also increased, who are dying due to heart attack.
Heart disease, which once surrounded old age, is making young people their victims today. According to a research, there has been a 34% increase in the number of people dying of heart attack in India in the last 15 years. After all, why our heart is getting so weak today that today heart attack is silent killer and it is causing four out of every ten deaths.

The researchers concluded that taking calcium supplements affects the heart valves. An estimated four million people in London are in a dangerous situation because of taking calcium tablets.
Heart problems have been found more especially in people over the age of 75 due to taking calcium tablets. In the UK, one in eight elderly people suffer from heart disease due to calcium intake.
Erin Micros of Johns Hawkins University's Department of Medicine said that we have found evidence that supplements and consumption of calcium in excess can damage the heart and vascular system.

Who is responsible for increasing heart diseases

Drugs which are said to be very safe by doing misleading research by the farm lobby, ranging from drugs that reduce obesity to those claiming to cure blood pressure and saying that if the blood pressure is fine, then the heart will be fine with those medicines. So it didn't go well, but heart problems definitely arose. There are also antibiotics whose side effects on the heart caused them to be withdrawn from the market and banned. Similarly, the common gas, acidity, sour belching, which we take medicine also works to fail the heart by putting side effect on hot. Be it arthritis medicine or anti-diabetic medicine or weight loss or any type of psychiatric medicine, or Parkinson's medicine, appetite suppressant or which common cough syrup we also take like clotinol. Susan's doctor examined her thoroughly and found that Susan's heart seemed to be a problem. Susan tells her doctor that she had been taking the weight loss drug Fen-phen for a few days. The doctor then tells Susan that the Mayo Clinic has just released a study showing that the heart valves of patients taking the Fen-Phen drug are deteriorating. Of these, 27 patients required heart valve replacement surgery. The FDA also received echocardiographic reports from five independent institutions and clinics. The actual prevalence of vascular disease in patients taking Fen-Phen for more than six months was about 33%, or about a third of the patients. It was shocking to learn that a third of patients taking fen-phen for a period of at least six months had severe heart valve damage, many of whom required open heart surgery to replace the damaged valve. . The risk of valve damage was 22% in patients taking Fen-phen for less than three months. The FDA estimated that between three and four million Americans took fen-phen for weight loss. The FDA never envisaged that patients would use these drugs in combination, which is why the FDA never authorized these drugs for long-term use.
The sale of Fen Phen was banned by the FDA on 15 September 1997. This honor has been given by Stanford University of America and European publishers Elsevier.
This honor has been given to Acharya Balakrishna of Patanjali Ayurved! He has now been counted in the category of world's eminent research scientists. It is not the honor of Acharya Balakrishna alone. This is the global recognition of India's ancient and result proven medical system. Swami Ramdev and Acharya Balkrishna have not only manufactured excellent and accessible medicines on a large scale for crores of people of the country, but they have also done such basic research which makes Ayurveda more effective and useful than allopathy.
Some such research texts were released a few years back by Mr. Nitin Gadkari and I at a big function in Haridwar. In my speech at that time I had said that the palaces and forts built by the emperors would be piled up in 5-7 hundred years, but these texts of Balakrishna would last for thousands of years like the texts of Charaka, Sushruta, Vagbhata etc. will continue to serve humanity.
If India had not been invaded by foreigners, our Ayurveda would have become the best healing system in the world today. Till a hundred years ago, the doctors of allopathy did not even know how to make patients unconscious before the operation? We have a detailed legislation here in Charaka Samhita from thousands of years ago. Allopathy used to treat only the body for some years, but when the doctor of Ayurveda gives medicine, he also takes care of the body, mind, brain and soul of the patient. Now allopathy is also slowly coming on this path. The pulse-science of Ayurveda is so wonderful even today that Delhi's self. Vaidyas like Brihaspati Dev Triguna used to analyze such a strange disease just by looking at the pulse of the patient, that even eight instruments of allopathy cannot do it if they are put together.
Today allopathy is doing more good to people all over the world than it is cheating them. Crores of poor people of India do not have any facility for this. If the research of Ayurveda, Unani, Tibetan and Homeopathy (home remedies) is increased and modernized in India, then the poor and underprivileged people of the country will benefit the most. People from our neighboring countries will also come running to India. This is the best way to connect the people of India's neighboring countries with India. Whose life will be saved by the Vaidyas of India, he will not remain without being a devotee of India.

The work of making the same call successful on the ground was done by Pujya Swami Ramdev ji, who talked about the tricolor in every hand along with the tricolor in every house and to make this program a success, he went among the people of that community, that religion, about whom Sometimes some people put a question mark on their loyalties. But Pujya Swami ji proved this by his campaign that every citizen of the country considers himself a citizen of the nation, a unit of the nation. There is only need for that kind of public awareness in them, to inculcate the feeling of patriotism in them. This was possible because of the presence of great saints like Pujya Swamiji.

Celebrated 76th Independence day with gusto and gaiety

On completion of 75th years of independence and 76th Independence Day
The country celebrated it as a festival. Never seen so much enthusiasm, gaiety as it was this time. Like India wanted to give a message to the whole world that now this India is moving towards becoming a superpower, which is very difficult to stop. Every citizen of India is a symbol of unity, integrity. Anyway, we are the children of sages, so we all have to be determined to build this nation and make it prosperous. Today, if we want to celebrate any national festival in India, we need the call of the honorable Prime Minister. Mandate orders are required, whereas in those festivals related to our cult belief, there is no need for any governance-administration orders, neither it is required on Holi, nor is it required on Deepawali, nor is it required on Raksha Bandhan, Neither on Eid nor on Bakrid, there is a need for any such call. This clearly means that there are so many defects in our education system that we could not get the skill to make national festivals a part of our saved sentiments.

Celebrate national festival in forms of festivals associated with their creed and religions

Today we need to celebrate our national festivals as the best festival, it needs to be celebrated with full gaiety and joy, it needs to be celebrated with full of patriotism, like we celebrate the festivals related to our creed, faith and religions. Celebrate with full joy as they work to carry forward our cultural tradition and heritage, try to instill confidence in us and work to create a link between the ancient and the modern of our civilization and culture. The festivals we celebrate are basically founded on three types of grounds, either as the victory of truth over falsehood, or on the basis of events in a story, or a great man as a superhero for centuries. We celebrate the festival as a personification of inspiration, or as a mode of adjustment with the change of seasons and identification with nature. We should never forget the rule of the British Empire. Where the sunset never used to happen. The atrocities committed by them, their tortures which they inflicted on our ancestors. Even after this, he did not lose his courage and kept the light of the freedom struggle alive among the common people. Due to which lakhs of martyrs and great heroes of freedom had sounded the bugle against the British Empire. The result of which came in front of everyone on 15 August 1947.
Indian Board of Education is solution to Macaulay’s poison on our national festivals also, we should pray to Parabrahm while doing yagya, fasting, donating to make our nation strong and we should all gratefully bow down to the one who our ancestors have given us the gift of freedom after giving their sacrifices. Just as a lamp is lit on Diwali, similarly a lamp must be lit on national festivals as a tribute to our martyrs.

The solution to Macaulay's venom is Indian Board of Education

Today the Indian Board of Education has received the solution of Macaulay's poison in the form of nectar. On the completion of 75 years of Amrit Mahotsav of Independence, for the first time, the Hon'ble Prime Minister has established such a board, which destroys all the concepts of Macaulay, character building of students and nation.
If the defect of Macaulay's method is to be seen, then his education system has to be understood in detail. He first looked for people who matched the concept of the low-paid East India Company and the British, to "produce employees at the bottom of the bureaucracy". There should not be any kind of burden on them. Their aim was to form such a human being who should mentally concentrate only on the job, do the work which is given to him. There should not be any kind of self-thinking in him. There should not be any curiosity to lead type. Whereas on the contrary Pujya Swami ji always says one thing that job minded people are not needed. Leadership minds who have ability to lead in every field, such persons need to be groomed.

Ridiculing the vastness of Indian scriptures

The second thing that Macaulay has done to poison this country was to make Indian scriptures look small. According to him, he was ridiculing the greatness of our Indian music by saying that all the Indian scriptures could be kept on a shelf in the Central Library of London. He used to try to tell how little what he is studying is. Because the intellectuals who were, they used to do their education through Indian scriptures. Macaulay's purpose was clear, he wanted to instill in the minds of all intellectuals that the students studying through the musical method are only able to acquire less knowledge and the knowledge they are acquiring is full of superstition. There is no scientific approach to it. He is only reading imaginary knowledge. Not getting any practical knowledge of any kind. By showing this perception, he tried to create a feeling of hatred towards Indian music. Third poison He always tried to declare Indian philosophy to be less than western, so that our students may suffer from inferiority complex towards their ancestors. He knew that the knowledge tradition of India would give direction to the whole world. The people of Britain feared that lest the philosophers of Germany and France start glorifying India. On the basis of this, among Indian youth, among their students, in the learners, a new spirit of education should be created and the whole power of Britain should be destroyed. That's why he repeatedly tried to declare Western philosophy as superior to Indian philosophy and thus formed the entire curriculum, syllabus and text book of education. Macaulay did the fourth biggest poison in Akhand Bharat that he tried to convince the people of our caste, religion, sects in their mind that he is not only one but he belongs to different human species. It is the result of struggles. Such a feeling was also deliberately put in the minds of the people of India so that India could be fragmented.

Dividing Indians on the basis of caste, religion, culture

He also tried to prove that India's place between the Himalayas and all the seas to the south has never been one. As you all know, on the basis of historians, archaeologists, anthropologists, geneticists, epigraphists, linguists all these prehistory or history have been structured. He tried to create a group that would build such a narrative about India that the people who live here are of different races. He tried to say that 2000 years before Christ, the Indo-European language was again from the steppe region. comes a large community of people who destroy the Harappan culture and establish an empire in the Gangetic plain and their historians say that every human species in India is not one but stands on the foundation of conflicting cultures. He tried to create a social rift by interpreting South India, North India, Dravidian and Aryan, on the basis of language as Sanskrit family, Dravidian family and Austroasiatic language group.
The act of creating the second biggest rift was that they started addressing Tribals as Others and Aboriginal who are First Indians who are no part of Aryans, they brought the concept of V and Others and our Varna. There was arrangement. What was based on karma was getting converted to castes on the basis of perversion. He told it to be the basic part of our philosophy. In the same way, by giving different names to Buddhism, Jainism, Hinduism, they divided us all. Describing Hinduism and Sikhism as separate, they tried to create a rift in each other in the late 19th century. Tried to create a rift by calling the human group of India as Savarna and Avarna and stating that it has a classical belief that it is a wrong premise. All these efforts have not been done through any discourse, not even through any law, all this effort has been done through education system. Now, while identifying the poisons of all the subjects, there was a need to develop such an education system after independence, which would solve this poison, but unfortunately, even after the suggestion of all the scholars, whatever changes we made were not very effective changes. Only patches were covered in it.

Indian education board is striving to bring educational independence

On the subjects that Pujya Swamiji has been raising for many years, our illustrious Prime Minister has talked about Panchprana Shaktis and Panch Prana. He described the first life force, development prosperity, and developed nation. The second has talked about life force, he has said that there should not be any thought of slavery in any corner of our mind.
The third life force is unity in diversity that we should be proud of. The fourth vital force is to respect our cultural heritage. Talking about the fifth life force, he said that we should be aware of our duty. In order to implement these five life forces, it can be said again that the ability to give this life force is given in the textbooks, courses of the Indian Board of Education in India in pedagogy, and in evaluation methodology. There is a thought coming in the mind of many people that when the C.B.S.C. If the Government of India has its own undertaking, then why was the Indian Education Board formed? The only answer to this is that our Prime Minister believes in creative competition and has always talked about building the character of the nation. He is emphasizing on such an education system. Which is linked to our cultural roots. Those who consider our cultural diversity as a strength, do not consider it a weakness. Strives to bring such educational freedom to bring such educational option. Curriculum based on Indian cultural values is being prepared through the Indian Board of Education. Which is in accordance with all the standards of our country's constitution, law and education. This new course has been completed. When this course is taught, then a new movement for educational freedom will start in the whole country. Only then will we be truly free. Ideologically as well as emotionally, all the hypocrisy that is going on in this country will be destroyed. It is a dream that schools should be connected with every street and locality of every village of the country. The dream which was of Shaheed-e-Azam Bhagat Singh, the dream of Chandrashekhar Azad, Rajguru, Sukhdev and the dream of Mahatma Gandhi, has to be fulfilled. He often used to say that Indian education should be given in India, he also made efforts for this. But he could not succeed. He left before time. Bal Gangadhar Tilak, Veer Savarkar, Swami Vivekananda, Maharishi Dayanand ji also tried to make this dream come true. The Indian Education Board will be the one to fulfill the dreams of the Rishis and all the brave heroes. Today, IAS, IPS, ministers and big businessmen are trying to get their children admitted in Patanjali Gurukulam.

Education Board of India is in a position to give immediate recognition in Uttarakhand

The Government of India has given recognition to the Board of Education of India on August 3, 2022. Now the Indian Board of Education has become at par with all the Central Boards of the country and the Boards of all the states. We are trying to give affiliation to the schools to the Board so that the State Governments will give the CBSE Board of Education to the Indian Board of Education on the basis of the equivalence granted by the Government of India. Add it to your list. So that the school operators who apply, they get a no-objection certificate from the state government. There should be a situation of giving immediate recognition in the state of Uttarakhand. It's over Formal consent by other states is awaited. The next academic session from 1st April 2023 is confident that all states will have a statutory status for granting affiliation. Sanskrit as a language has been compulsorily kept in the curriculum of the Indian Board of Education from class 1 to 12. Because India's vast vast wealth of knowledge is rooted in Sanskrit language, and reading Sanskrit also leads to intellectual development. The three-language formula has been kept in the Indian Board of Education. Today computer scientists, people who know artificial intelligence, also believe that if the language is most intuitive and suitable for technology, then it is Sanskrit. Sanskrit, English, Hindi and regional languages of all states have been given place in it, it is mandatory to take any 3 languages out of these four languages. By the way, we will run Spanish, German and French courses from class 1 to 8 in which the basic fundamentals should be given to the children. Reading Sanskrit is essential for overall Indian knowledge. When the Indian Board of Education was getting the textbooks prepared, then great scientists, very capable scholars who are very capable in modern science, but due to lack of knowledge of Sanskrit, they were unable to create this course and did this virtuous work. deprived of All such scholars used to say in a subdued tone that if we had also studied Sanskrit, we might have developed better intelligence. The biggest question that arises here is why are we teaching other languages in this course. In which English is also a language. Swami Vivekananda, Swami Ramtirtha, Paramhansa Yogananda ji who was able to hoist the flag of Indian culture all over the world, the reason behind this was that he was also a knower of foreign languages. If we become the knower of our mother tongue, live among the people of our language, then we will not be able to spread the spirit of our philosophy to the whole world. If the flag of India's knowledge tradition is to be hoisted abroad, then we have to be proficient in foreign languages also. The aim of the Indian Board of Education is to prepare global citizens. One who studies in the Indian Board of Education will be a cosmic citizen. The completeness of the ideology of the Indian Prime Minister Panch Pran is contained only in the education system of the Board of Education of India. Where you will feel complete educational independence, as wanted by Swami Vivekananda, Mahatma Gandhi, Guru Rabindranath Tagore, Maharishi Dayanand ji and Maharishi Aurobindo. Indianness will be embellished in totality through the Indian Education Board.

8. Education for all Varnas

The doubt is often expressed that in ancient India only Brahmins had the right to receive education, especially to study the Vedas. While on the contrary, the Vajrasattva Samhita clearly considers the four varnas as possessing Vedic education.
Vachakanglyanimavadani Janebhyah I Brahmarajanyabhyam Shudraya Charyay Cha Swayay Charanaya Cha ll22ll
Not only that, but the author of the Aitareya Brahmana, Mahidasa, and the sage Raikva of the Upanishads can be cited as proof. Vedavyasa's mother was also the daughter of the chief of the Matsya caste. In the Sanskar Ganapati, the ritual of marriage for Shudras is also clearly given. It is also generally preached that the Sudras had no right to perform sacrifices, but on the contrary, the Shatapatha Brahmana contains not only an illustration of the Sudras as performers of sacrifices, but also the exact wording of how they should be addressed has been described. In the Middle Ages, Jivaka, a leading scholar of medicine, was the son of a maidservant named Salavati.
In this way, in spite of all welfare liberal education system, the interests of the students were firm on their varnas, temperaments, rites and traditional and hereditary subjects. Therefore, Acharya used to make proper assessment of the subjects of the students only after properly evaluating the student's tendency, interest, ability and brilliance. Perhaps it never meant that the student's knowledge should remain immature and neglected in any way. This incident of Raja Bhoj's kingdom is very famous. Once upon a time, a scholar named Kovind came from the country of Kashmir who wanted to stay in the kingdom of Raja Bhoj. But they could not find any place to stay. He pleaded with the king and said that I am very learned. You give me a place to stay. The king smiled and ordered the soldiers to find my kingdom which seemed foolish and present it to me. So that his residence can be vacated and given to poet Kovind. The soldiers searched a lot but did not find any fool, in the end they saw a weaver and thinking that it must be a fool. Caught him and presented him before the king, the king asked him to leave the city because you have to give residence to the best poet Kovind in your house. On this, the weaver (weaver) immediately with his intellect a verse presented to the king - Kavyam Karomi Nahi Charutara Karomi. Yatnatkaromi Yadi Chet Charutaram Karomi I Bhupal-Mani-ManditPadpeeth He Sahasank ! Kavyami Vyami Yami ll23ll
That is, O king! I do poetry, but I do not do it very beautifully, but if I do it with effort, I do it well. When the subordinate kings bow their heads at your feet, the radiance of their gems illuminates your pedestal. O king! I do poetry while working. Now you tell me whether I should do poetry or weave cloth or should I leave the state. King Bhoj was overjoyed to hear Tantuvaya's logical answer.
An incident related to Raja Bhoj is popular in which Raja Bhoj was traveling in the forest. At the same time, a woodcutter was going towards the city with a load of wood on his head. His body was soaked with sweat from the weight of the sticks. It seemed that the burden was too heavy. Due to which the lumberjack is suffering. The king took pity on him and he asked him – Kim Te Bharam Badhati?
Expressing his pain by listening to this Ashu (sentence) of the king, saying, 'Bharam Na Baadte Rajan Badhati Tu Baadhate. [24] O king! This burden is not bothering me as much as you are suffering by using impure post in place of obstructing post. It is clear from this that the knowledge of Sanskrit literature, grammar etc. was also available to the common people, whose knowledge gave him the ability to answer fearlessly in front of the king. This is the best example of ancient Gurukuliya education.
Not only this, but in the modern period in the book 'Beautiful Tree', Dharmapal ji has mentioned on the basis of the survey conducted by Thomas Munro before the beginning of the English education system that there were schools in the Madras province in villages and in those schools. Thirty percent of the teachers of the class called Dalits were employed and more than sixty percent of the students and students of backward classes and castes called Shudras, took education in them. Accordingly, G. Ale. Pradergast (1820), William Adam (1838) and Dr. G. W Litner (1882) The data related to Bombay Presidency, Bengal-Bihar and Punjab presented also describes almost the same situations.
According to the English Education Act, 1835, a glimpse of the wide spread of education in India before the arrival of the British is evident from the admission of Lord Wavington Macaulay in the 'House of Commons' when he said that there were two hundred schools in England. In contrast to this, there are about 2,57,000 pathshalas in India i.e. one education center in each village.
Public Education
Along with this, the medium of pilgrimage, festival-fair, story discourse etc., ceremonies and scholarly seminars were also in a way a powerful and effective resource of public education.

Don’t be a woman in your study. One should not be tempted by the truth. One should not be tempted by religion. The skilled should be indulged. One should not be tempted by the future. One should not be indulged in study and preaching. This is the command. This is the advice. This is the Vedic Upanishad. This is the discipline. [25]
Purushartha - Life, virtue, God. Pramad - Death, sin, Satan. - (Revered Swami Ramdev Ji Maharaj)
In the Samavartan Sanskar, orders and instructions are being given by the Acharya to follow truth and religion, self-study, not to be proud in making effort. In the Vedas it is said that Pramadam vai Mrityamaha Bravimi. [26] Pramado mrityoh padam. [27] Pramad's name has also appeared in the nine antarayas of yoga. The revered Swamiji Maharaj also calls Pramaad as sin, Satan and death because this pride is the only defect that does not allow a person to achieve any great goal. There are also two types of delusions, one is active mania and the other is passive mania. Active pramaad means not doing the action with which the senses should do it and the action which should not be done with the senses, doing it under the influence of the senses. Even in ancient times, Acharya knew this human weakness, so he used to exhort him to be very aware of this defect even while going. The disciple of ancient India was not only a student of the Guru, but he was also a member of the Guru's family. From morning till sleep, he used to study and follow the rules given by him under the supervision of the Guru. Due to this unique affectionate relationship, the personal aptitudes, characteristics and conduct behavior of the disciples were constantly, easily and naturally tested by the Guru. The disciple also used to become proficient in learning by carefully listening, contemplating and doing nididhyasana given by the Guru –

Through this continuous evaluation, the guru tried to increase his disciples and to assess their abilities.
Thus, after the completion of celibacy (education-session), the Acharya himself used to wear a garland and a chirville dukul (silk scarf) of a swan to the passed out student, confirming her graduation and allowing her to return home. The process of such return of graduates from the Gurukul was known as Samavartan. After this, the Guru or the Vice-Chancellor used to give them Samavartan teachings for a future life based on ideals.

9. Education Centers and Universities of Ancient India

India has a rich tradition of Gurukulas since time immemorial. References from Mahadev to Bhrigu, Kashyapa, Atri, Marichi, Angira, Pulastya, Ritu, Pulaha, Gautam, Vashistha, Vishwamitra, August, Badrayana etc. are available in Vedic texts. According to Ramayana, the ashram of Brahmarshi Vashistha Muni in Avadh province on the banks of river Sarayu, Ashram of Rajrishi Vishwamitra in Magadha province on the banks of river Kaushiki, Ashram of Maharishi Valmiki on the banks of Tama and Ganga rivers, Sankhyaacharya Kapilmuni's ashram in Utkal province The ashram of sage Vamdev was at the origin of river Narmada in Mekhla of Vindhya mountain, the ashram of sage Bharadwaj was at Prayag and the ashram of Maharishi August was at Dandakaranya. Similarly, during the Mahabharata period, Maharishi Sandipani's ashram was in Ujjain, Maharishi Kanva's ashram was on the banks of Malini river, Maharishi Veda Vyasa's ashram was on the Himalayan mountain and Maharishi Shaunak's ashram was in Naimisharanya. All these ashrams were revered as the best learning centers during their time and all the above mentioned sages were called the patriarchs of their ashrams. According to the memories, this speech of the Vice-Chancellor was used for those Acharyas who used to make arrangements for the teaching and nutrition of at least ten thousand students. Today, in the new education policy, there is talk of keeping only 3,000 students.
In the course of time, the specialized centers of learning known as Gurukul, Acharyakul or Ashram were transformed into universities because of their vast nature. In which the most famous Takshashila University located in the Gandhara province, which has been famous since the Mahabharata period. Where Upamanyu, Aruni, etc., the disciples of sage Dhaimyya, had acquired knowledge. The names of Maharishi Panini, Maharishi Charak, Acharya Chanakya and Acharya Jivak are famous among the prominent and famous teachers of this university. The number of students in this university was 10,500 and the number of teachers was around 2,000. Taxila in India Apart from this, Varanasi (Kashi) has also been an important center of learning. And Mithila has also been an important place since the time of Videhraj Rajarshi Janak, among the series of Acharyas here have been scholars like Jagadhar Vidyapati, Ganesh Upadhyay, Pakshadhar Mishra, Vasudev Mishra, Mahesh Thakur, Shankar Mishra and Vachaspati Mishra. This place was famous for 'Shalaka Pariksha'. Muzaffarabad is a city situated at the confluence of Jhelum and Kishan Ganga rivers. Where even today the remains of Sharda University are found. In the kingdom of Kanishka it was the center of the greatest knowledge of the whole of Central Asia. It has been described in Kalhana's 'Rajatarangini' that during the time of Emperor Lalitaditya, more than fourteen subjects were taught in this university. It was in this university itself that the Sharda script, different from Devanagari, had emerged. Apart from all these, Vallabhi University located in Kathiawar of Saurashtra, Vikramshila University of Magadha, Nalanda University of Rajgir, Odantapuri, Jagadla, Udayagiri, Ratnagiri, Lalitagiri and Pushpagiri of Kalinga, Navadvipa, Sompura and Vikrampur University of Bengal and Adi Shankaracharya of Orissa province. The Kanchi Kamakotipith, Jyotishpeeth, Shardapeeth, Govardhanpeeth, Shringeripeeth were famous as prestigious education centers established by Among the scholars who came out of Navadvipa University, Halayudh, Dheyi, Umapati and Jayadeva, the well-known composer of Gita-govinday, were prominent. Dhara, Kanchi, Ennarium, Velagram, Salotagi, Tirumukkural, Malkapuram, Tiruveriyur, Nagar, Bhujbaleshwar, Bijapur, Mangoli, Agrahar, Nagarjunakonda and Manikhet were prominent as the centers of higher education in South India.

10. The vast relationship between the master and the disciple

Since ancient times, the existence of India has developed only in the form of a huge Gurukul. Such a gurukul where both the guru and the disciple remain engrossed in the spiritual practice of knowledge with a unique spirit. If you want to understand Bharat then you have to understand the Tattva and if you want to understand the Guru Tattva then you have to understand the Guru Bharat. In the ancient system of education, the grandeur of the education centers, the quality of the teachers and their dedication to the students were tested on the basis of the criteria of Nish rather than luxurious buildings and resources. In fact, rather than the school, the teacher is the wheel on which the true nature of humanity takes shape.
This is the reason that the respect that the Guru got in this country, even a thousandth of the strong reverence for him is not seen and heard anywhere else in the world. Skilled experts can be found in other parts of the world, professional teachers who are well versed in teaching technology can also be found, but only by their conduct, the mind of the students.
The Acharyas who ignite the flame of the sublime qualities of knowledge can be available only in Bharatvarsha.
Acharya Acharam Grahayati Achinotyarthan Achinoti Buddhimati Wa I [29]
In gratitude for this divine nature of the Guru, the Indian mind worshiped him as equal to the highest place of the three gods, the Supreme Brahman.
Teaching in Indian beliefs is not limited to the ability to efficiently perform the task employed by a system or system or to communicate the context and information related to it as described in the textbooks. Rather, teaching is such a difficult career that it is a continuous practice to remain continuously striving in the creation of a wise generation by self-sacrifice. It is such a responsibility, in the discharge of which personal desires and aspirations often go secondary. It was the belief of Indian sages that unless a person has such a burning urge to teach, he should not become a teacher just to achieve the petty goal of earning a living. The reality is also that a true teacher is rich in inner self, so external temptations do not affect him. The creation of individual to family, family to people and people to nation and global environment depends on this responsible sense of the teacher. That is why it has been said in the Vedas that – Vayam Rashtra Jagriyam Purohitah. [30]
In the Indian tradition of knowledge, the position of Guru or Acharya is very prestigious and prestigious. This position can be attained only by renunciation, penance, steadfast effort and truthfulness. Although parents do their duty by giving birth to their children and nurturing them. However, the Guru makes great effort to convert that child from human to superhuman, from male to Narayan, and by adopting it as a disciple, grants immortality through self-giving. For example- the most famous example in the discharge of this tradition, three references of ancient-Arjuna and Krishna and modern period are present in front of us- the first reference is of Acharya Chanakya and Chandra, after coming in contact with which Emperor Chandragupta, son of maid Mura As immortalized in history, the second example is that of Dandi Swami Guru Virjanand, who, with the knowledge of the sage tradition, ie with the effect of Arsha education, improved his immense personality and appeared in front of the world in the form of a great social reformer Maharishi Dayanand. done. The third example is of Narendra, the successful son of Vishwanath Datta, who came in contact with Ramakrishna Paramhansa, who came in the sannidhi of the Guru and became famous from Narendra to Swami Vivekananda on the world stage.

From this it is also clear that Swaraj is incomplete and a lot of work will have to be done to complete it.
First of all, it is necessary to remember the fact that till 1940 AD only Swaraj was talked about. Gandhiji wrote in 'Harijan Patra' on 29 April 1940 while living in Sevagram that 'Swaraj is a living thing for me'. I 'can't handle' any sense of him. He also wrote in the issue of 'Harijan Bandhu' on 31 August 1940 that 'the role of police strictness will be very little if Swaraj is achieved. That police would be totally different from today's police. Those recruited will be public servants, not Sardar.
Similarly, in the issue of 'Harijan Bandhu' on July 27, 1940, he wrote that 'I will never try to achieve Swaraj by the defeat of the British. Generosity is part of non-violence. That is why I cannot start any civil disobedience movement when the British were at war.'
Thus till 1940 Gandhiji and other leaders are also talking of Swaraj. No one talks about freedom and slavery. While killing the British, the revolutionaries called them outsiders, strangers and wicked from outside. He was never called the ruler of India. Here Gandhiji is also not expressing any fear towards the British, but only the people ruling them with the help of Indians. It is clear that till then there is no talk of slavery. This was when the transfer of power was ensured, then suddenly the people who had studied from England took inspiration from the language of the freedom movements going on in Europe.
By 1857 AD, a British company in India was cheating under the guise of trade and bargaining and was fighting in war with Indian kings by recruiting soldiers to guard their property. Indian kings and queens saw him as a wicked and immoral firangi and tried to kill him and on the other hand, the kings who supported and supported the company were asked for their help. The company was not in a position to give orders to them. Thus no one in India was accepting the company as the owner, only a merchant group. Therefore, till 1857 AD, India was completely independent and the mutual tussle between its kings was going on in the same way, as is going on in political parties these days and some parties are taking money from foreign countries for certain service works. This was the situation at that time. In 1858, when British rule went ahead to rule half India with the help of Indians for the first time, even then Queen Victoria declared that we would not interfere in the limits of our friendly Indian kings and also in their succession rules. Will not interfere. It was only after the treaty with these kings that the British state dared to intervene in half of India and promised 'Good Governance' in India. He had not expressed any intention of retaining his territory. On the contrary, an assurance was given that in the areas where the British state with the help of Indian kings has now taken over the control, self-government in those areas will also be handed over to the Indians respectively. Thus, the logic of the British rule was that we have come here to protect the wealth that the British merchants have worked hard to build here, because the Indian kings were not able to protect our merchants from our opponents. This was the 'official stand'. In the meantime, the company's employees and some other firangi were doing the work of filling inferiority among the Indians, mainly Hindus, on a large scale.
In 1909 AD Marley and Viceroy Minto, the then Secretary of State, India by announcing a number of reforms under the Council Act he made a promise to gradually re-assign full self-government. By this reform, the situation was officially made that there would be a total of 69 members in the Central Legislative Assembly, out of which the representatives of British merchants would be two in total, the remaining 67 members would be Indians. No one could even call this condition slavery and no one even said it.
For cooperation in the recruitment of Indian soldiers in the First World War, the British requested the Indian kings and big traders and other influential people the government duly requested In this, the friendly kings and merchants of the British not only played with them, Lokmanya Tilak asked the British to give a promise that they would leave India completely after the First World War, then we can give help. Whereas in the middle of the war, Gandhiji suddenly proposed that if you accept the demands of Kheda Kisan Satyagraha by us and Sardar Patel, then we will conduct a military recruitment drive for you. The British accepted that demand. Thus this war was fought and won by England with the help of 1.5 million Indian soldiers. Indian soldiers fought in France, Belgium, East Africa, Mali, Egypt, Mesopotamia (Iraq), Parsik region and Turkish region and ten thousand Indian soldiers were given Victoria Medal and other medals and some were given Victoria Cross. Germany very much wanted India not to join it. But this is the time when the Indian people intensify their agitation against England. Indian revolutionaries also wanted the same. But the Indian National Congress, along with the Indian kings, strongly supported the British in opposing the revolutionaries and sent lakhs of Indian soldiers to fight in the First World War by enlisting in the army. Thus it was clearly a friendly affair. After the end of the First World War, it was certain that the British would leave from here. Although he fraudulently dragged about 25 more years. In the Second World War also, he fought the war with the help of 2.5 million Indian soldiers. In the end, handing over power to his favorite group, he left.
Clearly this is not a case of slavery and freedom at all. But suddenly after 1945 AD among educated Hindus, there was talk of slavery and independence of India. Although there was no talk of slavery or freedom in the movement which was launched in August 1942 AD. In it, the British were asked to 'Quit India'. Clearly it is not the language of a slave.
Therefore, in the course of the great campaign to eradicate the signs of slavery, first of all it is necessary to eradicate the mental slavery that India was once a slave. In its place, it is necessary to respect the fact that the British, who came under the guise of merchants, took advantage of the Indian tradition of healthy and liberal trade and tried to occupy here fraudulently and in the beginning the British rule kept scolding the company for that which was a fake. Was scolded Because when Indian kings and queens came forward to drive out the company, by falsely alleging that innocent British citizens are being murdered and we have been called for help by our friendly Indian kings, suddenly in 1857 AD, British rule in India intervened. Which is an international crime and is based on outright lies. The prestige of this truth is that of slavery it is necessary to eradicate mental and intellectual signs.
Along with this, according to the basic spirit of the Indian Constitution, all citizens of India should adopt the policy of equal treatment to the Indian rulers in the matter of religion, culture and behavior. Right now the policy of religious and cultural injustice is going on with the majority society, which started under the leadership of Congress for 75 years, the courage to eradicate it lies in our stunning Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji.
Lokmanya Tilak, Sri Aurobindo, Mahamana Madan Mohan Malaviya, Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose and Mahatma Gandhi all campaigned for the departure of the British and their institutions from India for the protection of Sanatan Dharma - and for the prestige of Indian culture. Therefore, unless Indian culture and Sanatan Dharma get prestige, Swaraj is incomplete.
Sri Aurobindo had repeatedly said that Sanatan Dharma is the nature and goal of India. Gandhiji himself always talked about Sanatan Dharma. Mahamana Madan Mohan Malaviya ji had established Banaras Hindu University for the education of Hindu religion with the cooperation of all Indian kings and queens and moneylenders. All the national leaders had started a campaign for the protection of Sanatan Dharma. Gandhiji had even said that for me cow protection is more important than Swaraj. But till today in independent India, neither cow protection has a legal reputation and cow slaughter has been completely banned, nor has Sanatan Dharma been made an essential part of education. So this Swaraj is incomplete.
Gandhiji had repeatedly said that the business of 'conversion' undertaken by Christian missionaries is a great sin and a terrible poison for mankind. This business of missionaries will not be tolerated in independent India. But it is being tolerated completely. So clearly Swaraj is incomplete.
The Indian tradition of Panch Parmeshwar of justice is famous in the world for its flawless judicial system. Swaraj is incomplete without his easy prestige. Swaraj can be accomplished only by giving legal importance and prestige to traditional institutions and Khap Panchayats etc.
Even in the field of language, English has remained the medium of higher education and practice for the most minority of people. The continuation of English in this form is a mockery of Swaraj. No important national leader had spoken of retaining English.
It is a matter of happiness that India is becoming more and more self-reliant in matters of defense equipment and technology. This process will go ahead and be comprehensive, then only incomplete Swaraj will be considered complete. With the announcement of Modi ji, there is hope that this work of Swaraj will definitely be completed.

Due to the hectic lifestyle of today, our eating habits have changed, due to which many health related problems start bothering us every day.
Vitamins are a group of organic, essential micronutrient elements naturally available in foods, which are essential for the growth and nutrition of all living beings. Due to their deficiency, there is a decrease in immunity as well as the chances of getting many diseases increases.
Although all vitamins and micronutrients are necessary for our good health, but vitamin B-12 is one such vitamin whose deficiency proves to be very harmful for health.
Vitamin B-12, by the way, helps in making and repairing DNA, the genes found in our cells. It is related to the brain, spinal cord and some elements of the nerves, it also helps in composition. This is the vitamin that makes up our red blood cells. This works to make different types of proteins for all parts of the body. This is a vitamin that is absorbed in our intestines. After that, the liver works to send it to the parts of the body that need it.
Vitamins are generally not synthesized in the human body and all humans depend mainly on plants for vitamins. Vitamins A, B-complex, C, D and E are the major types of vitamins (Azzini et al., 2021; Watanabe et al., 2014).

On the basis of solubility, vitamins are classified into two types.
a) Water soluble Vitamin B and Vitamin C are water soluble.
b) fat-soluble vitamins A, D, E and vitamin K are fat soluble.
Vitamin B-complex is a group of essential vitamins in the human body and is made up of several components. B-1 (Thiamine), B-2 (Riboflavin), B-3 (Niacin), B-5 (Pantothenic Acid), B-6 (Pyridoxine), B-7 (Biotin), B-9 (Folate), B-12 (cobalamin). (Godswill et al., 2020).
B-12, cobalamin, is an cobalt attached vitamin and is necessary for the formation of red blood cells in the human body, its deficiency can cause the following disorders in the body.

1. There is a disease called anemia (lack of blood).
2. Vitamin B-12 in pregnant women is necessary for the formation of the brain and spinal cord in the fetus.
3. Vitamin B-12 enables the nervous system of the human body, is necessary for the absorption of folic acid in the body, increases the body's immunity.
4. 12 Helps in dealing with boat hence also prevents from heart disease.

According to the data of a reputed research journal, almost all age groups in India and Vir have been known to have vitamin B12, in recent years it has also been found that about 50% of India's population is deficient in B12, while 40- Its deficiency is highest in the age group of 60. Its details are as follows (Awasthital. 2022). Keeping in mind the health of all Indians, the Food Institute and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) has prescribed a recommended amount of all essential vitamins for the body per day, out of which the prescribed amount of 12 (Details for male and different age groups are in the table below-

Sources of Vitamin B-12

Vitamin B-12 is naturally available in various sources, among which the details of plant sources are given below-
1. Vitamin B-12 is found in plants in small quantity and such plant food are mushroom, algae and those grown from cow dung, such as spinach (Mozafar. 1994; Watanabe et al., 2014)
2. Biofermented food: Vitamin B-12 is found in abundance in cheese, paneer, yogurt, fermented corn, milk and milk products. Among the above mentioned natural sources, vitamin B12 is found in maximum quantity in animal sources and there is a lack of market availability of vitamin B12 refined by plants. (Watanabe et al., 2014) Therefore, keeping in mind the Indian population and looking at the sources of vitamin B-12, Patanjali developed biofermented (corn / maize) vitamin B-12 with moringa (drumstick / drumstick) and aloe vera extract. has done. This product is completely vegetarian and natural.

Toothache becomes more severe when it passes through the teeth and reaches the jaws. Experts say that toothache becomes more painful at night. Therefore, if you are already dealing with the problem of toothache, then you must immediately consult a dentist. There are also some home remedies that can provide relief in toothache. This includes salt water •. Toothache can be relieved by using salt in warm water. For this, you put half a teaspoon of salt in a glass of water and rinse it. You will get a lot of benefit from this.

Symptoms

Tingling in the teeth, intense pain, pain till the jaws of the teeth, this pain lasts for one to five days. In neurologic pain teeth troubles a lot.

Cause

There are many causes of toothache. Pain can be caused by inflammation of the prodontal membrane over the dental root, inside the tooth, keratogenic cavity, gingival ulcer, ulcer in the mucous art above the tooth, in the palate or in the antral cavity. Nervous pain localized in the teeth or jaws, decay caused by food particles trapped in the teeth, inflammation of the upper dentin, other new growth in the cavity due to the remnants of the tooth extraction, due to damage to the enamel and dentin and the nerve becoming naked Neurologic pain occurs.

Remedy

First of all, give a warm cold compress to the stomach and keep an earthen bandage. After this clean the stomach by giving enema. In case of toothache due to any reason like wound infection or cavity inflammation etc., first wash the head with cold water and wrap a wet towel. Then do hot cold gargles 15-20 times in sequence. Take a hot foot bath. Knead the highly holy clay like butter or do the cleansing and massage of the toothache with Divya Dant Manjan. Take care that the pus that comes out of toothache due to any reason should not go inside the stomach. The purulent emanating from the teeth is toxin and antitoxin, which infects the joints, muscles, eyes, heart, kidneys, liver etc. Some dead teeth look fine from the outside, but inside they get the poison of Clost infection in the blood. Dentists can diagnose such dangerous teeth only by X-ray. After the removal of some teeth or the removal of worm teeth (wormed teeth) by itself, some special worms remain in the root of the tooth, etc. Massage the teeth and gums by mixing fine rock salt powder with mustard oil before and after taking food. Doing it before eating will not mix with the food and after doing it, the stuck particles (starch) in the teeth do not cause infection by rotting.
Do not brush your teeth immediately after eating, brush your teeth after half an hour. Quickly treated mutans strains of Stadeoptococcus can damage tooth enamel and dentin. The bacteria sticking to the surface of the teeth reach inside and produce acid and destroy the dentin to form cavity. Sometimes gingival tumors epithelioma, sarcoma and gumma are found in gingival and mucosal art. If not treated on time, they prove to be dangerous. If the toothache increases, keep a cold towel soaked in ice water for 2 minutes a hot towel over the jaws for 1 minute. Do this 5 times in sequence. Giving a compress of local vapor and red light on the teeth and gums gives miraculous benefits. Apply clove oil or camphor, peppermint, oregano oil on the teeth. Massage the gums with a fine powder of camphor, peppermint, oregano in mustard oil. Try to detoxify the body along with local tooth treatment. For this, according to the situation, the patient should be given hot foot place, steam bath, wet sheet wrap, all-round clay paste, local vapor, earthen poultice on both cheeks and jaws, sun place, pranayama, meditation and asanas.

Treatment, not rest

1. Gargle with a glass of hot water every night by adding half a teaspoon of rock salt and a pinch of alum.
2. Grind rock salt like fine flour, keeping a pinch of salt on the palm and mix it with four times the mustard oil. Massage the gums with salted oil and apply the remaining salt on the gums for some time and clean the mouth with lukewarm water. It cures all the diseases of the teeth.
Use curd to protect the teeth. The special type of bacteria in yogurt, Lactobacillus paracasei, prevents the dangerous mutans Streptococcus from sticking to the surface of the teeth. L-Paracaceae prevents cavities and sticks to the teeth. Kills it and by brushing it twice in the morning and evening after meals, the bad smell in the mouth and the risk of colon cancer ends. 'Fuso-bacterium' is present between the two teeth. Which causes problems like pyorrhea and bleeding gums, movement of teeth and pain. A special type of protein present in this bacteria, Fap-2, combines with sugar particles to form polyps, which stick to the intestines and cause tumors. Fusobacterium causes intestinal infection, inflammation and injury by sticking to the intestines for a long time due to living without oxygen. This dental disease causes complaints of periodontal disease, skin ulceration and Lemire's syndrome, thrombophlebitis, clot formation in internal and external jugular veins. Toothache and tooth related diseases, use of Divya Dant Kanti Manjan is beneficial.
3. Boil 10 grams white alum, 5 grams rock salt, 10 grams vaviding in one liter of water. Fill the vial with half the water left. Taking this water thrice a day provides instant relief in toothache.

Healing, not relief

Children should inculcate the habit of massaging their teeth and gums with fingers and brushing after meals from childhood. After a meal, brushing, brushing with toothpick or rock salt and oil removes the particles of starch stuck in the teeth. When sugar, sweets, starch or waste particles are trapped in the teeth, they rot and produce millions of microscopic microbes. These germs start producing acid in the mouth and destroy the gums, enamel and all the components of the teeth. Teeth become loose, weak and sick. Teeth are strengthened by chewing the food thoroughly. Do other dental exercises as well. To keep the whole body healthy along with teeth, special attention should be paid to diet along with yogasana, pranayama, meditation.
On hearing the name of cancer, the ground can start slipping under the feet. This disease can catch any person at any age. That is why it is necessary that there is a correct and accurate information about it and we should be aware of cancer. The easiest way to do this is to change your lifestyle and improve your diet. Cancer can also be caused by polluted environment, irregular lifestyle, unhealthy diet and unclean diet. In a recent research, it has been claimed that the risk of cancer can increase due to unclean diet. According to this research published in JNCI Cancer Spectrum, more than 80,000 new cancer cases were found in the US in 2015, the main factor was poor diet. For this research, researchers assessed seven dietary factors. These factors were low intake of fruits, vegetables, whole grains and dairy products and processed meats, and excessive consumption of sugary beverages such as soda. After estimating these factors, the result was that America saw the highest number of cancer cases due to consumption of low amounts of whole grains. In this research, data related to the daily diet of adults in the US was assessed between 2013 and 2016.

Many antibiotics are being ineffective on patients in the country

Although antibiotics are said to be very powerful, but in an ICMR report it has come to the fore that antibiotics are becoming ineffective on patients in India. Carbapenem drug is given for the treatment of pneumonia and septicemia patients in ICU. It is a very powerful antibiotic but now in India not working for many patients. Carbapenem is not the only drug that is proving to be useless, many drugs like minocycline, erythomycin, clindamycin are no longer working for many patients in many bacterial infections. Disclosing this, the Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR) released a new report.
Several factors have been cited for the increased resistance of bacteria to drugs. These include giving major antibiotics without investigation, rational dosage and methods. This is the fifth report of ICMR named Antimicrobial Resistance (MAR). It was made on the basis of data received from ICMR's network hospitals across the country from January 1 to December 31, 2021. The study identified six pathogen (disease-causing microorganisms) groups that are developing resistance to drugs.

These pathogens were identified by genome sequencing and genotypic characteristics. Dr. Kamini Walia, senior scientist at ICMR, who was involved in the study, said that due to the increasing antimicrobial resistance of existing drugs, it has become difficult to treat many types of infections.

Pandemic warning for India

Anti-microbial resistance can take the form of an epidemic in the near future if steps are not taken for improvement soon. This resistance is increasing at the rate of 5 to 10 percent every year. Due to these, diarrhea can also spread at an increased level in India.

Kamini Walia, Senior Scientist, ICMR

Strengthening bacteria, weakening drugs

* E-coli: Imipenem drug is given in this bacterial infection. It was getting unusable in 14 per cent cases in 2016, reaching 36 per cent in 2021.
* Klebsiella pneumoniae: Antibiotics were effective in only 65 percent of cases of this bacterial infection in 2016, 45 in 2020 and 43 percent in 2021. E-coli and Clavasivel pneumoniae, which have developed resistance to another drug, carbapenem. It also became difficult to cure with other medicines.
* Acinetobacter baumannii : Acinetobacter baumannii was found to be ineffective in 87.5 percent of patients infected with this bacterium, while the carbapenem drug proved ineffective in 50 percent of cases. For colistin, this resistance percentage was over 50.
* Pseudomonas aeruginosa: This bacteria infects the blood, lungs (pneumonia) and other internal organs after any surgery. It has increased resistance to almost all antibiotics.
* Staphylococcus Aureus: Ranging from skin abscesses, this bacterium also causes pneumonia, endocarditis (inflammation of the inner lining of the heart), and osteomyelitis (bone infection). Resistance to erythrocin, ciprofloxacin, co-trimoxazole and high levels of mupirocin was also found in MSSA (Methicillin-sensitive Staphylococcus aureus). This MSA has increased from 28.4 percent in 2016 to 42.6 percent in 2021.
* Enterococcus: This bacterium has also rapidly acquired resistance to drugs, and its infection has become difficult to treat over the years.
* Anti-fungal resistance also increased: The report also confirmed the anti-fungal resistance and said that many cases were found in Kovid-19. Prominent among these are C. parapsisellosis and C. glaberta, which are gaining resistance to the antifungal drug fluconazole. The need for their intensive monitoring in the coming years was mentioned in the report.
* The report suggested: Rational use of antibiotics has to be promoted. Antibiotics should be given to the patient only after a solid and conclusive investigation, not on the basis of mere conjecture. They are also being given for the treatment of many symptoms, which is not right.
Courtesy: https://www.amarujala.com/india-news/icmr report-many-antibiotics-are-being-ineffective-on-patients in-india

Antibiotics are not the solution to every problem, misuse can be heavy

Antibiotics are taken to eliminate diseases caused by bacteria and they are not able to eliminate viral infections like cold, cough, fever. Do not take antibiotics without consulting a doctor.
People who start taking more antibiotics, sometimes it happens that antibiotics do not have any effect on the bacteria. Bacteria modify themselves in such a way that no medicine has any effect on them. When there is no effect, bacteria easily increase their numbers too. Antibiotic resistance infection can happen to a person of any age.
According to WHO, misuse of antibiotics can lead to death
According to the WHO, taking antibiotics on one's own advice causes harm to the body. Antibiotic resistance can lead to infection, which then requires the patient to remain hospitalized for a long time. In severe cases, the patient may even die.
Leaving Heart disease behind Cancer becoming is the biggest epidemic

Cancer may soon become the world's biggest epidemic leaving heart disease behind. According to two global surveys that spanned nearly a decade, cancer is the most common cause of death in rich countries. If this trend continues, in a few decades cancer will become the deadliest disease in the whole world.

Cardiovascular diseases are the leading cause of death for adults and the elderly in the world. But this figure is changing in rich countries. Cancer causes twice as many deaths as heart disease in these countries. "According to our report, cancer was the second leading cause of death worldwide in 2017," said Gilles Deganis from Laval University, Canada, who was involved in the study. In 2017, about 26 percent of the deaths were due to this dreaded disease. At the same time, the cases of heart diseases are continuously decreasing. As a result, cancer can become the biggest epidemic in the coming few decades.
These countries were included in the study: In this survey conducted under the Prospective Urban Rural Epidemiological Study, the countries included are India, Argentina, Bangladesh, Brazil, Canada, Chile, China, Colombia, Iran, Health data for Malaysia, Pakistan, Palestine, Philippines, Poland, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, Sweden, Tanzania, Turkey, United Arab Emirates and Zimbabwe were analyzed.

Effective treatment of heart disease:

In the year 2017, 5.5 crore people died due to various diseases. Of these, 1.77 crore lost their lives due to heart disease. High blood pressure, high cholesterol, diet and smoking are the causes of heart disease and about 70 percent of the deaths due to it. Cholesterol-controlling treatments and high blood pressure medications have made it possible to defeat heart diseases in rich countries. Due to this the death toll from the disease has come down. But people in poor countries have an average of two and a half times higher risk of death from heart disease.
Courtesy : https://twitter.com/mahesh_dadhich/ status / 1569095986336911361/photo/1

Video games can worsen the rhythm of the heartbeat of children, increasing the risk of serious diseases

Video games may be a strong alternative to the game, but Its rhythm is harmful. in a new study found that gaming is not always a safe option can and actually cause fatal cardiovascular diseases in children can become a victim.
According to a report published in Heart Rhythm, video games can cause abnormal heartbeats in children who are already suffering from cardiac problems. Changing the rhythm of the beats has also become the reason for the death of many children. Researchers in Australia conducted a study based on 22 cases who suffered heart rhythm disturbances while playing video games, although the age of the children was not shared. Researchers found that many children with heart problems also played multi-player war games on consoles and computers. However, it is not known which game they play. The study revealed that the shocks that occur in video games can prove to be dangerous for some children. Experts warn that children who experience blackouts while gaming should immediately see a heart specialist should be taken nearby, as loss of consciousness may be a sign of an unknown heart problem. The adrenaline rush caused by physical activity can lead to increased blackouts, rapid heartbeat, and dizziness.
Credits : Dainik Bhaskar

Let the children play in the soil, the immunity power increases, whose childhood has been spent near the river - pond or greenery, they become better human beings.

If you stop your children From Playing In The Mud, Then today don't play in the tty, the clothes will get dirty if you stop doing it yourself. Soil and sand contain micro-organisms that are good for their health. Increases their immunity power. Playing in mud greatly reduces the chances of children having allergies and asthma problems. Even playing in mud does not cause depression and anxiety. Researchers Alessia Franco and David Rabson say that the research showed that moving freely in the natural environment makes it easier to move around. Clay, mud and sand develop children's senses, says neuropsychiatrist and psychotherapist lecturer at the University of Palemon in Italy. It is a type of therapy, which not only cures diseases. But it also prevents them from falling ill. Children who are unable to express their feelings, are given sand tray therapy. In this children play with sand. Till now it was believed that playing in clay is not hygienic. In another research, it has been revealed that children who spend more time in blue and green space, they grow up to be better human beings. Blue space means around the sea, river, lake and green space means green space like forest, park, garden or garden.
According to researchers Franco and Rabson, natural spaces stimulate the brain to such a level that it is, in a way, recharged. Just like a trip to the mountains or the sea refreshes both the body and the mind. We start feeling more energetic. In an earlier study, it was reported that instead of walking 20 minutes on an urban ground like floor, road etc. power increases. Even the concentration of ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder) patients increases.
Credits: Dainik Bhaskar

Investigation started in the death of 66 innocent people due to cough syrup of allopathy

Coughing is a common disease and cough syrup is mostly used in this. In the initial stage, we ignore the cough, but if the cough does not get better on its own in a few days, then it is very important to consult a doctor. Usually doctors also rely on cough syrup for cough. But if this cough syrup becomes responsible for the death of 66 children, then the mind starts trembling even in the name of cough syrup. Something similar has happened in the African country of Gambia where 66 children died from cough syrup. After the incident, World Health has banned the company's 4 syrups.

What is the whole matter?

Health officials in the African country of Gambia issued an alert last July after dozens of children fell ill with kidney problems. Everyone had the same pattern of getting sick. After this, in September, the WHO got samples of medicines tested. Taking a tough stand, the government has started an investigation on the claim of the death of 66 children in the African country of Gambia due to the use of cough syrup. A report has also been sought from the World Health Organization (WHO) to know whether the death was caused by this syrup or some other reason. The World Health Organization has issued an alert against four drugs that have killed 66 children in The Gambia. Some children's kidneys have also suffered serious damage.

In syrup test

Promethazine Oral Solution, Cofexanaline Baby Cough Syrup, Macoff Baby Cough Syrup and Magrip in Cold Syrup.

How does it affect the body

First, the brain starts feeling numb with vomiting and diarrhea and pain in the stomach. Then the kidney stops working. There is difficulty in passing urine and with the increase in blood pressure, the heart rate becomes irregular. Then comes paralysis. And then the patient may even die.

What was it like in medicine?

WHO got 28 samples tested. of these, the amount of diethylene glycol and ethylene glycol in four was found to be above the norm. According to experts, these are carbon compounds/mixtures. It has neither fragrance nor colour. It is sweet. It is added to children's syrups only so that they can drink easily.

How much fatal?

These compounds can be mixed in medicine up to a maximum of 0.14 mg per kg. If mixed with one gram per kilogram, they can be fatal.

Here is banned

These compounds are banned in European countries like America, Australia. The Gambian government has also launched a special campaign to get these cough syrups back from every household.

World Health Organization concerns

The World Health Organization is keeping a close eye on this incident. The concern of the organization is whether the company has shipped these drugs only in The Gambia or has not exported them locally or to other countries. WHO also suspects that like these syrups, the said pharmaceutical company has not used such ingredients in other medicines as well.

Home remedies

The use of peepal, ginger, liquorice, basil, turmeric and honey is beneficial for different types of cough. The anti-bacterial properties of honey provide quick relief from cough. Cough can be removed only by using honey. Use 1 teaspoon of honey before sleeping at night. Using ginger and honey together is very beneficial.

patanjali Ayurvedic treatment

For cough, cold, phlegm, etc., our sage ancestors have discovered some Ayurvedic elements, on which Patanjali has prepared effective medicines without any side effects. These include Shwasari Pravahi, Shwasari Gold, Giloy Ghanvati, Mulethi Kath, Tulsi Ghanvati, Sitopaladi Churna, Trikatu Churna, Godanti Bhasma, Lavangadi Vati, Khadiradi Vati, Tankan Bhasma and Kanthamrit etc. Be sure to consult a doctor before
use.
