Crores of people have been doing same as I had told them to do to practice Pranayam yoga and use Anu tel Shwasari while in empty stomach and coronil tablet after meal, children have to take 2 tablets twice a day while for adults 4 tablets twice a day. Effective treatment for critical fever 

During this phase of coronavirus crisis fever continuous to trouble people for one or two weeks and in this situation people have to bear lots of pain and given this we have taken lesson from lakhs and crores years old tradition of Ayurved and after much Research and experience we advised people to take Giloy Ghanvati, Jwarnashak Vati, Sudarshan ghanvati and after taking meal I advised Tribhuvan Kirti Ras, Sanjivani Vati and Lakshmi Vilas Ras and with this people recovered from fever in just one or two days. Giloy Ras, Kwath Jwarnashak Kwath have also been proved to be very effective in this and in case of typhoid we advised to take two grams of khubkala, 10 pieces of munakka, 3 pieces of Anjeer or fig and making paste of these and boiling the mixture in 400 grams of water and when the water remains just 100 grams in the pot then it was asked to administer the patient and the patient recovered in just 7 days period besides we also advised to take 4 tablets of Giloy Ghan Vati twice a day. 

Cough

The new tablet of Kanthamrit Advance gives immediate relief in the problem of cough. Lavangadi and khadiradi Vati have also proved to be very effective and if cough cold and lungs infection is a little bit serious and there is much inflammation then it is advised to the patient to take Shwasari Kwath and Panchkol Kadha give immediate relief. 

Acute management

In the problem of Corona, asthma and acute trouble in respiratory system taking 2 capsules of Shwasari gold twice a day with honey or in case of diabetes giving it with lukewarm water or along with Sheela Tulsi from 5 to 10 drops with lukewarm water give immediate relief. 

In case of low oxygen level 

Practice of Bhastrika, Kapalbhati, Anulom Vilom, Bhramari, Udageeth, Makrasana, Bhujangasana, Ujjain, besides using Divya Dhara stream or smelling it while applying on the cloth or keeping it around pillows gives immediate relief and this has been shown that oxygen level increases from 70 to 80% to 95 to 100%.

Ill effect of Corona 

Corona infection has very serious and adverse impact on Brain, lungs, BP, sugar level, heart and function of stomach. In this situation practice of yoga, Pranayam, meditation, proper and pure diet and taking medicines like Mukta Vati for blood pressure problem, BP Grit and Madhu Nashini for diabetes and Madhu Grit besides Hridyamrit and Cardio Grit for heart complications and and liver Grit for stomach and for low immunity taking Immuno Grit and powder regularly this gives a research-based and advanced level of experience-based treatment. 

For the problem of stomach it is advised to take sarvkalp kwath for whole day along with coriander, cumin seeds, fennel seeds, carom seeds and Methi water and in case of Amla pitta, it is advised to take cumin seeds, coriander, rose water every morning when in empty stomach for whole day. Now it seems that ddos age-old methods of cooking the most delicious Indian food has got eclipsed by these foreign multinational companies. Respected Swami Ramdev Ji Maharaj says that our food items were prepared by using Indian methods and ingredients like milk and ghee of cow were used and he adds that guests were welcomed in every household by offering them a glass of cow milk and in every day meal cow butter and cow milk was spread  on chapati before eating food. But today time has changed and the desi ghee that was eaten by our ancestors our forefathers with great Pride has become out our kitchens due to the misleading propaganda of these foreign multinational companies. In these advertisements Indian traditional oil and ghee have been shown in such a manner that they convinced successfully the people of India that are using the traditional oil and ghee can cause deadly diseases like heart complications and cancer etc at this resulted into the fact that o desi ghee mustard oil became Absent from the plate of Indian food. 
Today's generation is hardly aware of healthy aspects of eating curd buttermilk and pure cream however it is not that this all happened in just one day and nobody of our own society is responsible for this situation but our previous governments and their policies are largely to be blamed which is a reason why today's generation stands at a Crossroad.
Respected Swami Ji says that India always topped in production of edible oil and production of oil  seeds has always been the best source of income for Indian farmers and yellow mustard oil has always been considered as the best in India after which groundnut oil sheesham seed oil ll coconut oil alsi oil Soya oil Sunflower oil castor oil have always been used for various for various purposes however all alsi and castor oil are never used as a part of food but the rest of the the above-mentioned oils are traditionally used in our kitchens for making food.
Before independence India produce enough oil seeds to fulfill the requirements of every household and all sections of Indian society used mustard oil and other oils for cooking food but soon after independence foreign multinational companies started convincing by using fake campaigns to dissuade people from using these oils and around 1930 e d launched hydrogenated vegetable oil in the country and their purpose was very clear that by making Indians have ritual of using cheaper and low quality oils to dissuade them from using mustard oil and desi ghee which were main cause of good health of all Indians but business campaigns of the foreign companies forced traditional oils and desi ghee to become out of Indian kitchens.

There is is a company of Netherland called Dada its owner was a Muslim called Qasim Dada. This company in Association with Hindustan Vanaspati manufacturing company which is today called Hindustan Lever struck a deal in 1937 to manufacture vegetable oil under its on commercial brand name and in the name of Dada a letter l was included which meant liver and this way it became Dalda and under this brand name this vegetable oil was launched in India and it was promoted as European ghee an alternative two Indian desi ghee and it is also a fact that in public feast and parties in India guests used to to enquire about if the food was prepared by using European or traditional Indian ghee and gradually this European so called ghee became an alternative to our own desi ghee and whenever a customer asked the shopkeeper to give him the shopkeeper used to you give him Dalda this way Vanaspati ghee or Dalda became replacement of of Indian traditional ghee. Today in every Indian kitchen Vanaspati ghee aur vegetable oil and refined oils have replaced desi ghee and traditional Indian Oil and all all Indian food is prepared by using refined oil and vegetable oils or vegetable ghee.
This was a part of the agenda of foreign company is and today their trick has become successful in every family and a data suggests that around two and half crore tons of edible oil is consumed in India which is is helping the foreign multinational companies to mint lots of money. Indonesia and Malaysia have been the two main producers of edible oil in the world and Swami Ramdev Ji Maharaj has pledged that he will make a time come when not even a single drop of foreign edible oil will be imported in India and for this purpose Swamiji has taken over an Indian company which became bankrupt due to wrong policies of its owner and the employees of the company came to the verge of losing their jobs and their family members were scared that what the life of helplessness they will have to face in future and they will have to to struggle a lot to fulfill the day-to-day requirements of the family and the family members may not have to to starve was their main concern. In this situation respected Swami Ramdev Ji Maharaj came forward and showing farsightedness by saving Indian indigenous company from getting into the Trap of of foreign multinational companies because one of these foreign companies had been trying to take over this Indian company and if Ruchi Soya which is an Indian company had been taken over by the foreign company many thousands of youth would have had been taken over by the foreign company many thousands of youth would have lost their jobs and it is also a fact that the profit earned by this foreign companies are not used for development of India and Indians in any manner on the contrary they take away huge amount of money in the form of profit from India to their own countries of origin but Swamiji showed prudence and immediately took over the command of of Ruchi Soya company by making it a part of Patanjali.  This way Swamiji Swami Ji helped Ruchi Soya to stay with its glory and saved thousands of youth from becoming unemployed by helping them to get their jobs back. After taking offer the the management of Ruchi Soya Swamiji publicly announced that in the coming time he will work to generate from 10000 to 20000 job opportunities so that thousands of people could get an opportunity ye to lead a life with dignity adding that if the youth of India will be self dependent it only then the country will be come self dependent itself. 
When Swamiji was thinking of making Ruchi Soya a part of Patanjali group then he had promised the people of India saying that Ruchi Soya was not taken over buy Patanjali for any business purpose because Ruchi Soya has been an indigenous company of India and allowing it to become bankrupt was not in National interest therefore Patanjali pledged to make Ruchi Soya a part of Patanjali group because for Patanjali India is not just a nation but every Indian is also a member of Patanjali family therefore Patanjali family cannot allow the country to become a market for or foreign multinational companies and this statement of respected Swami ji means Ruchi Soya was not merged in Patanjali group for any business purpose but it is a matter of principle that India is not a market for him therefore commercialization of all types cannot be allowed and Patanjali has on many occasions said that profit is earned by Patanjali by selling its products hundred percent of the profit is spent for charitable purposes and development of the country and Society. When the process of taking over Ruchi Soya was underwear there were a total of 22 factories with this Indian company and in Indian market the brand name of Ruchi Soya was well-established therefore if Patanjali had not taken over Ruchi Soya it was clearly going to happen that from 70 to 80% of Indian edible oil market from 70 to 80% of Indian edible oil market was going to be controlled by foreign multinational companies and in this FMCG sector there cannot be a question of taking over any company by Patanjali because it had been a dream of respected Swamiji that India must be saved from the cultural and economic robbery of foreigners and Patanjali has been engaged day in and day out in this direction and in result Patanjali Soya has now become a part of Patanjali family which is like a dream coming true you and when Swamiji made Ruchi Soya a part of Patanjali that time it had a bank loan worth rupees 9300 crores yet to be paid and Patanjali purchased Ruchi Soya buy pink rupees 5000 crore at that time it had 22 factories and 22 hectares of land was also a part of Ruchi Soya asset for which an agreement with Indian farmers has been struck to plant palm and this farm will fish from 3 to 5000 crore of Rupees in the next sometime and it is expected that even in the worst condition Ruchi Soya hired a turnover of rupees 13000 crores that is when Swamiji had made announcement in the coming years the turnover of Ruchi Soya will be around rupees 25 to 30 thousand crores a target of Patanjali group and it is also a dream and pledge of respected Swami ji. 
All the 26th Foundation anniversary of Patanjali Yogpeeth in his emotional address respected Swamiji said that 26 years before he began his journey from scratch and today after 26 years the glory of Patanjali is recognised all across the world and this is the pledge of respected Swami Ji Maharaj that India has to be made free from economic and cultural slavery and Patanjali family is moving ahead in this direction very strongly. 
Speaking on this occasion respected Swami Ji Maharaj said that Patanjali will soon become independent in production of edible oil and India's dependency on Malaysia and Indonesia will and very soon and this was a sufficient quantity of mustard oil and palm oil apart from other oils will start to be produced in India as Patanjali has launched a plantation drive for oil seeds. Patanjali has taken a long leap in this direction and this way more than 2.5 lakh crore rupees of India will be saved in terms of foreign exchange due to the enormous efforts of respected Swami Ji Maharaj. At present Patanjali Yogpeeth now has Ruchi Soya as an associate company and the whole nation is looking towards Patanjali with a great hope and today it is estimated that Ruchi Soya has a market cap of from rupees 1.5 lakh to 2  Lakh crores. Now the next mission of respected Swami Ji is to make India free from the foreign multinational companies like Hindustan Unilever Colgate Nestle Pepsi and Coca-Cola. • Gagan , Ruchi Soya,  Dhara:  These are indigenous Indian Products manufacture in vegetable ghee and edible oils keeping in mind health and taste of the people of India.

• Patanjali Ruchi Soya refined oil: It is an indigenous Indian company e which manufactures soybean oil and prepares your food with the taste of of soybean.

• Sundrop: It is also a multinational company associated with cigarette manufacturing company called ITC or Indian Tobacco company.  this company has been manufacturing products in India under brand name Agro Tech foods limited and uses sunflower seeds for manufacturing refined oil in India.

•  Anik Ghee:  this is a foreign company which works for Lipton India in the country and manufactures dairy products in India and it claims to manufacture made of cow milk which is false and it is cheating the innocent people of the country and the biggest reason is that this company does not have any cow shelter in the country therefore it's claim is totally baseless.

Social system reflected in the vedic literature is not limited to either a place or periphery of time. It’s eternal or universal. It has the capacity to guide human beings for many eras.

The word society emanates from sam upsarg purvak aj (moving) dhatu. In other words, the close association of human beings and living a life through mutual cooperation is called society. The society where people cooperate with each other wholeheartedly is called developed society.

Uttam purush plural has been used while praying in most of the mantras of the Ved. In the famous gayatri mantra, we pray for the encouraging intellect of all of us. 1 In another mantra, we pray for getting rid of darkness. 2 Similarly, we pray to the ultimate god for getting enlightenment. 3 It’s collective prayer for all of us instead of an individual.

The vedic richas give inspiration to see entire animals in our souls and vice-versa. 4 It’s the condition when the people get rid of anger, hatred, alienation, etc. The Ved directs us to live a happy and prosperous life. 5

The family is the first school of getting such good intentions. It’s the family where human beings have learned social rules and regulations since their childhood. Therefore, the famous sukta of the Atharvaved expresses cooperation among mother-father and sons, brother-sister, husband-wife, etc. 6 The Ved describes such intention and mutual affection as the cow metes out to her newly born calf. 7

You can get totality in the social life through a sense of cooperation acquired in the family. According to the Ved, human beings are the offspring of the ultimate god. The Ringved clearly describes that all human beings are the sons and daughters of the God. Therefore, nobody is high or low by birth. The people should move ahead on the path of prosperity through this intention. 8

According to the Ved, the people are the part of society and therefore they must invest their entire strength for bringing prosperity in the society. It's a true religion for them. The word ‘vrat’ has been used on many places for the human being in the Ved. It means society or federation. It means that human beings are linked with groups naturally.

Enjoyment with sacrifice is the second base of vedic social system. 9 We must be ready for mutual sacrifice in the social life. Whatever we have is given by the society. Therefore, it’s an indication of the healthy society to sacrifice everything happily for the society in case of need.
Synchronization holds great significance in the vedic system. But at the same time, it eradicates no diversity. It has been accepted in the Ved that despite reflecting similarity, both the hands do different works. Difficult time is also necessary for continuation of existence. Despite having equal proportions of satva, rajas, tamas, etc, the creation fails to proceed with. Difficult time is the need of the hour for its proper development. Similarly, despite having different nature, refinement, working capacity, etc, the human beings can work for realizing their dreams as per their nature. As the earth is ready to protect every type of human being and all the members of the house provide shelter to their house. 10

Therefore, accepting natural odd, the vedic socialism is entirely different from modern devastating socialism and communism. They believe in change of heart. Performing yagya and donation are the vital elements of it. According to the Ved, those people who indulge in prosperous life without distributing food grains and other materials to the needy people commit nothing but sin. 11 The Taittiriya Upnishad also describes donation. The human beings must donate as per their capacities. They must donate for friendship. 12 The Ved also mentions about ishta and aapurt. Air purification for the entire humanity through performing yagya is called ishta and installing drinking water tanks, inn, digging well, providing food grains, planting sapling, etc are called purt. Such type of generous intention helps the people build a prosperous society.

According to the Ved, the real donor is those who donate to the people roaming in search of food grains. 13 The people indulging in donation are great. They must keep one fourth with themselves and three fourth should be donated to the needy people. At the same time, those who keep half of food grains and other materials with themselves are also called good. But at the same time, those who keep entire food grains with themselves are nothing but animals. They must learn from the people donating half of their food grains. They want to understand the importance of donation at the last moment of their life. 14

In other words, the yagya is nothing but donation and sacrifice. The yagya is an important part of vedic social ideology. In a mantra, the people pray for instilling a sense of yagya in their vital energy, respiration, speech, mind, meditation, strength, etc. It’s a great sense of offering everything in the yagya. It means that the people performing yagya also pray for instilling a sense of yagya among themselves. 15 Donation, helping, removing grief, getting rid of bad thoughts, etc are nothing but yagya. Getting skilled in good artisan, industry, science, etc are also the yagya. They must not be selfish.
Mutual love and affection and brotherhood in the entire society is the ideal of vedic society. The Veda also asks the people to see friends in every animal including human beings. 16 In the Atharvaved, the people pray that oh god! Shower blessings on us to keep harmony among animals directly and indirectly. 17 Our behaviour must be so affectionate that nobody can hate us. 18 We must help each other. We must protect human beings. 19 This ideology eradicates caste, colour, high, low, country, etc. The human being must be protected because they are human beings. It gives a sense of a highly global family. According to the Ved, lazy people devoid of human values are nothing but monster. 20
In the Ved, the prayer has been made for bringing world peace and welfare for all the people.

In the Ved, the society has been described as mighty man. The four communities like Brahman, Kshatriya, Vaishya and Shudra are existed through various organs of the men. According to which, as every organ of the human body is mutually related and if an organ complains for pain, then entire body gets affected with it. Similarly, the society also needs vital energy and strength.

No serious thought or study has come so far over the very basis of the national integration process in India. Instead, various ways have been suggested for it by terming national integration as a universal and clear aim. The energetic slogans have been coined for it.

The condition of India is different from that of other nations due to various reasons. First of all, no other country except the US is larger than India as a unit. Those countries which are larger than India in terms of area are smaller than India in terms of population. China is larger than India in terms of area and population. This condition appeared after communist groups started ruling China. The communist groups are enemies to Chinese culture and tradition. Shri Jawaharlal Nehru who was working under the influence of Russia. England and America had provided areas to the communists. In the known history, those areas which have been shown as Chinese parts can alienate China at any point of time. There is no democracy in China at present. Therefore, examples of China can’t be cited with reference to India. The main religion of every nation of the western Europe is to make the state powerful.

However, they are Christian countries, majority people who believe in various cults of the Christianity are the very basis of integration of these nation states. Protestant Christianity is the reason being integration of England. The ruling dispensation provides shelter to this cult. ‘Church of England’ is the official government church whose ultimate governor is the king or the queen. Getting Christian Baptism is mandatory for membership of this church. It’s believed that the God, divine ghost and Jesus the Christ are the ultimate power. These are divine power. ‘The Church of England’ is the face of this scene. ‘The Church of England’ is an established and reputed Christian church. In the 16th century, after massive protestant movements, the functioning of Christian church was changed. Settlement of Religion is a statutory arrangement and law which proposes 39 articles inspired by Protestant Christianity. Traditionally, the aborigine of England was divided into two major castes- nobility and commoner. They get married only in their own caste. No noble could marry a commoner. After 1928 in the 20thcentury, the condition has changed and marriage has started between nobility and commoner. Although, such marriage is not common in the society. The population of nobility is around two percent of the total population of England. There are also many complexities. In the commoner, there has been hard division and hatred on the basis of ‘houses’ and ‘families’. It has been abided by full respect. Therefore, ‘The Church of England’ is the very basis of integration there. Earlier in England, the women had no right to adult franchise because the church was in view that the women have no soul. Therefore, they are nothing but materials and property owned by their husbands. The judges of Protestant Christianity and church priests continue to hold debate over this issue. The England women continued to run non-violent movements politely with support from the men. It was 1918 when it was decided that the Christian women too have souls. Therefore, they are persons and therefore, it was ascertained that they would have property right to some limit. Therefore, such women over 30 years of age will get the right to vote. In 1928, the entire men and women over the age of 21 years will cast vote. Earlier, only men having property had the right to vote.

Therefore, Church of England is the very basis of integration of England. Those who visited London for higher studies and led soft faction of the Congress were well aware of this fact. But as per the wish of Britishers, neither Hindu Mahasabha and Hindu religious organizations have been given such rights nor Hindu community was given recognition. They have only the right to prayer or worship under the right to freedom and expression. The government can intervene at any point of time. Then what’s the very basis of integration of India? It’s states of India which are the very basis of integration of the nation. Therefore, it’s need of the hour for the state not to interfere with education, culture and religion. Under a universal moral, they can behave freely. All the politicians of the country aim at reforming Indian society. They do it after consultations with the minority, while in the case of the majority, they take no suggestions from them. The various political parties take different agendas for reform. But at the same time, they share similar views that Indian states should be undivided. They believe that a major part of Indian Hindu turned into Muslim due to atrocity. They are in favour of providing religious education and Islamic rules and regulations. All the political parties believe that the Christian missionaries have provided special service in India. Therefore, the Christian missionaries have privileges of many types of government facilities in the education and the health sectors. The churches make arrangements for providing Christian education at government cost. All the political parties share similar views on this issue. They believe that the social arrangement of Hindu society has been the most tyranny society in the world. Therefore, many societies in the world witnessed massive discrimination on the basis of colour, sex, caste and creed, etc. But in India, the discussion should be held over such discriminations. The Hindu society has meted out massive atrocities to the scheduled castes and tribes for centuries. They should be given special facilities and reservation in education and jobs. Loopholes and demerits must be discussed publicly to quell the dissatisfaction among the rest of the society so that they can’t oppose such odd government behaviour. Although, no political party or organization has authentic proof of such atrocities. In fact, it was Muslim strongmen and British groups who indulged in atrocities against such scheduled castes and vanvasi castes. They groomed their own agents who are active effectively in politics.

Therefore, a state is the only basis of national integration in India. Its top ruler and officers continue to work hard to reform the society as per their plans. Therefore, continuous transformation of the nation is called national integration. But the question arises that are false and untruth can be the very basis of national integration? The massive nations like Soviet Union, China and communist nations tried to keep them unified through false publicity. Consequently, Soviet Union disintegrated and China is on the verge of disintegration. And, countries like Polska, Yugoslavia, etc are not the communist now. The Christian has become the very basis of state.

The Britishers themselves had conducted surveys in the beginning of 19th century. It was Gandhijee who had published its data in his letters for the first time in 20thcentury. Later, Sunderlaljee wrote a big chapter on this issue in his book ‘Bharat me Angreji Raj’. Later, Shri JP Nayak and other people also mentioned it in their books and at last Shri Dharampal collected all these data of survey and published the book ‘The Beautiful Tree’ which has been published by Indumati Katadare in Hindi and Gujarati in the name of ‘Ramaniya Vidyavriksh’ through Punurutthan Nyas, Ahmedabad. All these facts prove that the education was easily available in India and there were a large number of teachers belonging to scheduled castes in the country. The students hailing from scheduled castes were also in large number as per their population. Therefore, data provided by the Britishers refutes discrimination against such castes. It has also proved that such discrimination was increased in this period. Therefore, national unity can’t be stable on the basis of such falseness of history in the modern era.

In fact, the aborigine is called society of that nation. In India, society means Hindu society. Rest of the communities have clearly been mentioned as a minority in the constitution. Therefore, they are the respected citizens but at the same time they are not the common part of Indian society. They have been mentioned as uncommon in the constitution. Therefore, unity of society is the basis of national unity and truth is the very basis of unity of the society and the nation. It’s the true history which keeps the nation strong.

It’s worth mentioning that the religion of society is the very basis of national unity in India. In fact, it’s sanatan religion. In the glorious history of sanatan religion, there have been great kings and emperors who were scholar and valour. Therefore, Indians have great affection for their nation. They don’t expect much from rulers. They want no government interference in the religion. The government must ensure religious morals. Despite getting dissatisfied with loopholes of any ruler, they themselves generally don’t getdisappointed with the government. Despite continuous disrespect of sanatan religion for the last 73 years, such tradition has affection for the state. Such affection is the very basis of national unity. It’s hoped that the government itself will recognize the fundamental basis of national integration and boost it. 

   In his famous book ‘The Clash of Civilizations and The Remaking of World Order’, Samuel P. Huntington has focused that whatever new identity is appearing, is of total groups, kingship and diaspora and civilizations. Both the words are interrelated. Diaspora was used for the first time for groups of Jews living in the entire world. Later, the word became famous for every unit of nrivansh in the world. Indians living in the world are called Indian Diaspora. Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi also repeatedly used this word in his international addresses. Huntington has termed many regional and national clashes being launched among various groups in the world as fault line war which is the incorporated word in his own approach. Since he terms both the world wars as the main war and discusses it with an approach of tension and preparation of possible world war on the basis of civilization in the future. Therefore, he terms war between the second world war and possible third world war as fault line war. It means that if a group or nation is waging war over the claim of other nation then it is called fault line war.

Huntington says that this fault line war turns into massive wars and every stakeholder wants expansion. It either stops other’s expansion or intervenes in other’s internal matters. Both the stakeholders seldom arrive at an amicable solution during these wars. Generally, they start at a particular issue and continue to aggravate due to other issues. A long series of actions and reactions starts. Diversified identity of nations and societies gets centralized as either one or two identities. It becomes the main point of clashes. According to Huntington, therefore, all the fault line wars are ‘identity war’ (war related to identity or pride). Clashes between ‘we’ and ‘they’ appear and both the stakeholders request for their own separate pride or identity.

In the chapter 11 of his book, Huntington describes this process and says that the communists were as small groups with farmers and other groups in Soviet Union. But ‘hate dynamics’ was aggravated. At last, suppressing soft farmer leaders and intellectuals, violent communist groups snatched the power. Similar process is adopted in ‘fault line wars’. He has cited many examples with reference to it.

The first example is the Muslim revolt in Christian state Philippines. Rashtriya Muslim Mukti Morcha was formed in favour of Muslims. Later, a highly aggressive Islamic Mukti Morcha left behind Rashtriya Muslim Mukti Morcha. Later when the Philippines government was talking with these groups for ceasefire then Abu Sayyaf (an aggressive Muslim leader) appeared and cancelled all the dialogues.

Sudan is another example. The Sudan government had been influenced by a soft Islam. But in 1980, aggressive Islamic thought appeared and continued to increase its impact in governance. After a decade, the Christian rebelbecame influential. They started to seek a separate nation South Sudan in place of autonomy.

The third example is of Israel. The Arabic groups were clashing with Israel. But at the same time, they were holding discussions with it. Philistine Mukti Morcha was the main front of the Muslims. It was holding dialogue with Jew government and accidently an extremist group Hamas came to fore. It started to put question mark on the integrity of Philistine Mukti Morcha itself. It increased violent activities. Meanwhile, many aggressive organizations started developing to oppose Muslims. They started blaming their own Jew government for adopting a lackadaisical approach in protecting the Jews.     

Chechnya is the fourth example of it. The Chechnya nationalists continued to engage in clashes with Russia and aggressive Muslims started to dominate the Dudayev government slowly and oppose peaceful dialogue with Soviet Union.

Tajikistan is the fifth example where democratic nationalists used to rule the country in the beginning. But soon aggressive Muslim leadership developed and started running violent activities by organizing poor and youths. New young leaders started to say that ‘we have to take decisions on the battlefield instead of a table of diplomatic dialogue. Russia has indulged in atrocity in our homeland. We have to unseat them’.

Bosnia is the sixth example where violent Muslim leadership developed instead of democratic Muslim party.

Therefore, Huntington says that initially clash starts with multidimensional identities and it later gets centered on a main identity. He says that it’s religion which is the reason behind all these clashes. Religion makes a great impact on the mind of groups concerned. Therefore, religion plays an important role in it. Religion claims for a separate civilization and therefore this clash is called the clash of civilization. Because, it becomes easy to get international support on the basis of it. For example, when two traditional kabila engage in clash, then it’s called a fight of kabila. But if one of the kabila says itself as Muslim and other terms itself as Christian, then both the factions get international support.

For example, if an African kabila claims to be Muslim, it will get financial aid from Sudan. Afghan Mujahidin will support in the fight. Iran will also dispatch weapons and military advisors. Similarly, if a kabila claims to be Christian, it will get financial, legal, political and diplomatic support from European countries and the US.

Similarly, religion becomes a form of sagotra and religious groups start to appear as a gotra instead of the main unit of total groups. Apart from it, Huntington also describes the appearance of the identity of diaspora. He says that diaspora of various countries started to live in the entire world like Jews. They have great affection for their fundamental dynasty. Therefore, they extend support to their own countries. Huntington has cited various examples of it.

Huntington says that the Muslims take major support from international communities in the name of religion. The Muslims declare any family feud or kabila fight as Islamic clash to get wide support. Saddam Hussain is the best example of it. Saddam was a modern socialist leader opposing religious thoughts. His Bath Party was an Arabic socialist party. In fact, his party was called as Arab Socialist Ba'ath Party. Later, Iraq engaged in clashes with Iran and Kuwait. Consequently, the US had to intervene to check Saddam Hussain’s monopoly in disobeying international norms. Not only Saudi Arabia, entire Muslim countries like Pakistan, Malaysia Indonesia, etc started to oppose America. Astonishingly, Iran itself termed US intervention as illegal. It opposed those countries which extended support in case of need. It should be obliged to America for this deed. Therefore, it’s the best example of religious sagotra or Muslim sagotra. Therefore, Saddam Hussain was opponent of Islam and socialist. He became the main identity of his Muslim states due to his Iraqi or Turk ancestral. They extended support to Saddam Hussain.
Similarly, people of Azerbaijan engaged in regional fights with Russia. But Azerbaijan played Muslim card and they started to get international support from Muslim communities. It’s the best example of religious sagotra. Similarly, one group of Tajikistan claimed to be fighter for Islam and started to get international support.

People of the North Caucasus region have been fighting with Russia since 19th century. But Muslim youth leader of Caucasus Shamil declared to be fighter for Islamic religion and dozens of Muslim groups started opposing Russia.

In Chechnya too, Dudayev adopted the same trick. He declared his fight against Russia as in favour of Islam and many priests started supporting him. Similarly, orthodox Christian church became active in favour of Yeltsin. They started making slogans of Allah au Akbar and Christians started to chant ‘Our Lord Jesus. The entire regional fight turned into international war.

Huntington also cited an example of Kashmir. International Islamic extremist groups publicized Kashmiri Muslims as the part of world Muslim community and religious country of Pakistan to wipe out Kashmiri identity of Hindu-Muslim unity. Movement was launched to eradicate Kashmiri identity of Hindu and Buddhist. Only Muslim identity was highlighted. In the beginning, comparatively soft Muslim leaders appeared. They used to keep coordination with Hindus but soon the extremist Muslim groups turned Kashmir issue as issue of Islamic victory.

Huntington also cited an example of Bosnia where there was no such separatism in the communities. Serbs, Croats, Muslim, etc used to live as good neighbours peacefully. They used to marry among themselves. Religious faith was not dominating rest of the social behaviours. But after disintegration of Yugoslavia, religious leadership developed and Serbs, Croats, Muslim, etc engaged into clash. Before this fight, Bosnian Muslims used to say themselves as European and stay with various religious people of the society of Bosnia affectionately. In 1990 elections, an extremist Muslim party led by Izetbegović got majority by instigating new emotions. The communist regime put him behind the bar on the religious charge. After the end of communism, he now became the popular leader of Muslims. Huntington came on the conclusion that if the Muslim emotions get strengthened, they failed to stay with non-Muslim communities lovingly. They indulge in violence to set up Muslim rule. For this, they start to appoint radical extremist Muslims in health and communication sectors. Slowly, they engaged in violence by creating an atmosphere in favour of religion. Butchering of Muslims and exodus of non-Muslim communities are their strategies. Bosnia also witnessed the same incident. First of all, they said that there will be representative state of various cults and religions in which Muslim will have greater say. Although, the Muslims had no majority there. When the non-Muslims requested Izetbegović to reject Muslims’ demand for separate Islamic state, then Izetbegović turned down the demand, creating fear among the non-Muslims. Violence erupted and Serbs and Croats people started to stay outside Muslim dominated regions because they were threatened. Those people who didn’t leave the region were given no responsibilities in the social institutions. They were removed from the prestigious government posts. The people started to advocate for Muslim nationalism in communication system and oppose mixed culture. They wanted to set up Bosnian language dominated by Turkey and Arabic language which were different from Serbs and Croats. The traditional telecast of Serb music was discontinued from communication mediums and national channels. Marriage between Muslims and non-Muslims was condemned. Those non-Muslims who had already married with Muslims were forced to accept Islam. Islamic religion was given priority at every level by the government. Muslims were given priority in government jobs. Around 90 percent seats in the military were filled up by Muslims in Bosnia by 1955. Tradition of offering namaj became popular in the military. Muslim signs and symbols were used in the military. Muslims made their presence felt in every institution in the country. When Croats and Serbs opposed it, then Izetbegović turned down all such oppositions. Ultimately, the state and the military came into total control of extremist Islam.
Therefore, Bosnia which was called Switzerland of Balkan region became Iran of that area. Serbs and Croats opposed this vehemently and these fights turned into religious and civilizational wars. Serb started to say that Islamic extremists have been trying to threaten Christians for centuries, therefore it’s impossible to hold dialogues with them and we will suppress it.

Expressing concerned over it, Russian leadership said that we term radical Muslim state inside Yugoslavia as danger and we won’t tolerate it.

Huntington says that in the international clash, every nation or fighting stakeholder gets financial aid from the diaspora of its fundamental country. Diaspora staying in the entire world raise funds and make it available to their own groups and satogriya people.

Entire western Europe and the USA provided financial and other support to Croatia on the basis of religion. There are many complexities in it. When Croatianarmy attacked the Serb, thousands of Croats people staying in Canada, Germany and Austria provided financial support, workers, and training facilities to Croatia. The Croats people residing in the USA also supported Croatia. Under immense pressure from them, the USA paid no attention over breach of UNO directions by Croatian army. Meanwhile, orthodox Christians supported the Serb people. Russia also supported it. Therefore, Croats and Serbs people engaged into scuffle. But both the stakeholders became active against Muslim domination and declared them as common enemy. Although Croats were catholic Christian and Serbs were orthodox Christian. They were clashing with each other.

Although Islam or Muslims advocate for Muslim unity and brotherhood at international level and raise slogans of jehad or war globally for Islam, such war can be waged under leadership of a central state. But at the same time, there is no ‘core state’ of Islam. Saudi Arab, Egypt, Syria, Pakistan, Iran and Malaysia, etc have been making their claims. But no country wants to do something under the leadership of another state. They have no option but to provide financial assistance and weapons to the fighter groups. But at the same time, it was USA which provided financial help, weapons, etc to the Muslim groups in the beginning. Therefore, USA and western Europe have great penetration in these groups. All the countries are well aware of these groups. Therefore, they oppose the western countries only in slogans. They devise strategy for victory of Islam. They competed for domination. They try to make their mixed identity as religion or civilization. But there is great cult disagreement on the level of religion. There are various types of cult like Shia, Sunni, Vahabi, Ahmadia, etc. They failed to unite due to this. Therefore, Islam’s slogan of worldwide brotherhood is against the present units of nation. No ruler is ready to lose his domination in favour of international millat. Because millat has no proper shape. It’s a perception. Slogans have been raised on the basis of violence and hatred against others. But so far, no international millat fought war with any kafir country. No Muslim country came forward to fight with Israel. There is great tension and clash among Baluch Muslim versus Punjabi Muslim or Jat Muslim, Pathan Muslim versus Punjabi Muslim or Irani and Kurd or Turk and Arab or Persian and Turk Muslims at the level of Iran and Iraq or Afghanistan and Pakistan or sub-nationalities. Similar is the case with various kabila of Africa. Therefore, there is nothing like an international millat.

This is also true regarding Christianity. Huntington himself has described immense clashes and disagreements among orthodox Christians and Catholic Christians. Apart from it, the Christianity is full of clashes among Kalvin versus Lutheran or Jacobite. Apart from it, Angles, Sekshan, Jut, German, Vandal, Gal, Slav, Pol, Kelt, Hangar, Serbs, Croats, etc have their own prides, thousands of years old memories and equations of friendship and enmity. Therefore, the people try hard to strengthen their base by terming these clashes as religion. Similarly, identity and memories of kabila are functional.

Whatever Huntington talks about the struggle of civilizations, is a wise effort of uniting Christians. For this, Huntington has tried to provide a clear identity to these clashes.  

Yog is the most famous and popular word in all the spiritual and religious scriptures like Ved, Brahman scriptures, Upanishad, Philosophy, Ramayana, Gita, etc. The yogi enjoys immense respect in the eternal and spiritual world. Anybody can become yogi irrespective of caste, creed, colour, nation, etc. Therefore, various words are famous like rajyog, karmyog, bhaktiyog, gyanyog, asthangyo, dhyanyog, samadhiyog, kaivalya yog, pratiprasav yog, etc. But tap is an intrinsic part of every yog path.

Maharshi Vyas says- ‘natapasvino yogasidhyati’. It means that a non-seeker can’t get expertise in any yog. Therefore, he must do tap which plays an important role in realizing various types of yog. If the student  wants to get knowledge, he has to engage in tap. Similarly, farmer has to do different types of tap for getting food grains. If someone wants prosperity, he has to do different types of tap. Political leaders and social activists have to do tap for getting social recognition and prestige. If the housewives want to become ideal in-laws, mother-in-law, women, they have to do tap of different types. Similarly, if someone desires for peace at mental and soul level, he has to do different tap. Therefore, there are separate tap for different aims. Those who are tapasvi can become yogi while doing any work. Now the question arises that why do we become yogi or tapasvi? Reply is that all human beings are the same by birth. Everybody takes birth from the womb of their mother through the same processes. But at the same time, the people will become either great or mean through their duties. Becoming yogi is the ultimate goal of human life. Once you attain it, nobody will snatch it from you. You must get total happiness or eternal prosperity. There are three types of human being-

All human beings come under the first category. The great personalities come under the middle category in their own fields. Yogi comes under the third category. They are fortunate enough. You must become yogi. It's the birth right of all of us. We aim at this. All of us will have to realize it. Then question arises in the mind about how to do tap, how to become yogi, we have many responsibilities to fulfill, etc. Replying to it, Lord Shrikrishna says that there is no need to fear. The God has provided the body, sense organs, mind and time. All of us have all the four things. I let you know how to use them. As there is a single key which plays an important role in closing and opening the doors. Similarly, the people get entangled with karmbandhan by using body, sense organs and mind with a particular approach in life. They can get ultimate moksha by using it through a particular process. Describing it, Lord Krishna says in the shlok number 14, 15, 16 of 17th chapter of the Gita—

Devadvijagurupragyapujanam shauchamarjavam I
Brahmacharyamhinsa cha shariram tapa uchyate II (Gita- 17.14)

It means that worshiping deity, brahman, teacher, yogi, etc, abiding by body functions, getting rid of ego, adamancy, controlling sense organs, practising non-violence, not giving pain to others- are the physical tap. Sacrifice plays an important role in the physical tap, for example, worshiping removes stubbornness, well manners check laziness, simplicity eradicates ego, celibacy stops longing for subject, non-violence sacrifices intention of prosperity, etc. Similarly, sacrifice plays an important role in physical tap and speech also holds great significance. Here, speech is the representative of all the sense organs-

Anudvegakaram vakyam satyam priyahitam cha yat I
Svadhyayabhyasanam chaiva vangmayam tapa uchyate II (Gita- 17.15)

It means that true, loving and encouraging speech is called the tap of speech. If we say in the language of yog philosophy, vairagya and sheer practice are given priority in the physical tap and in the duties being done through all the sense organs respectively. Similarly, the mind is the third way. People must ponder over how to use the mind so that it can become tap. Because we do our duties either with body or speech. But at the same time, cooperation of mind is desirable. On many occasions, we do our duties through mind. It's a rule of creation that micro is more powerful than macro. Body and sense organs are macro way and mind is micro and internal way. It’s highly powerful. Those people who know how to use their mind wisely are great and yogi. Therefore, the Gita says that the people must not go to the Himalaya for becoming sanyasi for doing tap. You should be happy whether the condition is good or bad. You must boost softness, happiness, simplicity, etc in life to become tapasvi yogi.

Manah prasadah saumyatvam munamatmavinigrahah I
Bhavasamshruddhirityetattapo manasamuchyate II (Gita- 17.16)

It means that happiness should be the criteria in life. You must get rid of cruelty and stubbornness. You must observe silence by eradicating unnecessary thoughts in the mind. Atma vinigrah means that we must control our mind. People’s problem is that they fail to forget painful moments. Instead, they remember those conditions repeatedly. They are unable to chant bhajan. Apart from thoughts, divine intention of heart, love. Affection, soberness, etc come under human tap. Clearly, we can do all the three types of tap while staying at any place and condition. Everybody has 24 hours of time. Whosoever have utilized that period wisely, become yogi. Similarly, whosoever have misused it, become voluptuary. In the three shlok of the Gita (Chapter 17—17.18.19), it has been said that tap of body, speech and mind is of three types- satvik, rajasik and tamasik.

Shraddhya paraya taptam tapastattrividham naraih I
Aphlakadkshibhiryuktaih satvikam parichakshate II (Gita- 17.17)

It means that the people must renounce longing for desired results. Their body, speech and mind should be filled with reverence. Such type of tap is called satvik tap. And –

Satkaramanapujartha tapo dambhena chaiva yat I kriyate tadih proktam rajas am chalamadhruvam II (Gita- 17.18)

Some people do tap and project themselves as tapasvi for getting respect, prestige, etc. Such type of tap is called rajasik tap. And--  

Mudhgrahenatmano yatpidya kriyate tapah I
Parasyotsadanartham va tattamasamudahritam II (Gita- 17.19)

Some people do tap for giving inflicting pain to others. They also do tap for taking revenge from others. Such type of tap is called tamasik tap.
Therefore, Yogeshwar Krishna describes simple ways how to become yogi and tapasvi. Through which, we can attain ultimate peace, satisfaction, etc while making every duty as service and prayer. 

Love for celebrating festivals is an inseparable part of the culture of our country. Sometime we celebrate festivals on having a co- relationship with the nature on some other occasion we celebrate the victory of truth over untruth while some other time we celebrate festivals to express our gratitude and respect to our ancestors and Ramnavami has been the festival of the same cultural heritage of ours. Festival of Ram Navami has been the symbol of the same great culture of ours. On listening the name of Lord Ram we feel a sacred impulse inside us because Lord Ram has been the founder and convenor of our great cultural values. The life of Lord Ram in itself becomes an epic in which we find the amalgamation of many social spiritual psychology kal and statistical philosophy and specialities. RAM is worshipped not only in India but due to his accumulative, farsighted and feeling of equality for everyone as a part of his great personality he has become an image of whole world. There has been such a great comprehensiveness  in the personality of Lord Ram that every individual Learns a lot when it comes to describe him and it gives everyone a new direction of life. During the era of Lord Ram there was not so many types of feet and sex in India and  from the very beginning our culture has been rich with multiple ways of thinking and there is no ground not believing that Lord Ram has been the ancestor of all the people living in India for many generations because it is a fact that ancestor means one who was born earlier and it is quite possible that today dear are so many types of faiths and sects in India and they might not agree with the values of Sanatan Hindu culture but at the same time that cannot deny the fact that Lord Ram has been their ancestor of all who are living in India. In the last 2500 years there have come many religious sects and faits the followers of this new religion must not forget that their ancestors must have been associated with some religious society therefore it is effect that there can be e differences of opinion in terms of religious believes but at the same time this feature is also a a kind of a strength of induction butt it is also a fact that Heritage off and Legacy of Lord Ram has been the carrier of our ancient values for many generations. 
I would like to express in a few words that following are the ways in which the character of Lord Ram attracts me a lot-
First and foremost- I would like to say that I am much more impressed by the character of the People's hero Ram rather than the character of Emperor Lord Ram because when mother Sita was Kidnapped by the demon king Ravan Ram would have short help from his father in-law King Janak to win over the demon and regain his wife and knowing the fact that Emperor Janak was philosophical guide of all the kings of India that time and he would have been able to gether all the Emperors of India to fight against the demon king of lanka Ravan on the contrary Ram chose to fight his battle on his own and he associated common people with him for this mission. He won the love and support of of the forest people who were victims of the atrocities of Monkey King Bali and he killed Bali to help the forest people to get rid of the atrocities The Monkey King and then he formed and army comprising these common people living in the forest. This Army e of the forest people fought bravely against Ravan. Actually Ram new the fact that multi Kings of India who were leaving a luxurious and lavish life would not have been able to win against the atrocious demon King Ravana. Ram knew victory against the demon king was possible only when the common people who had experienced the atrocities themselves if decided to fight against the persecutors only then revolution in true sense was possible. The assumption of Ram came true because it is a well known fact that his Army fought by using big rocks stones trees and their branches to attack the well equipped Army of Demons especially who were equipped with most dangerous most Lethal and most sophisticated weapons of that time. The resources of of the war with the two sides were unmatched and the balance tilted in favour of Demons but finally the Army of Lord Ram won the battle and his wife mother Sita was freed. 
I feel that this aspect of the character of Ram must have influenced Mahatma Gandhi who who gathered people by singing Raghupati Raghav Raja Ram m to fight the battle of freedom against the British. 
Another aspect is that Ram has been the first man in the world who formed a Federation of States launched a cooperative on healthy ground. Even though Ram had favourable opportunity but he never became imperialist which is evident from the fact that after killing the Monkey King Bali he handed over his Kingdom to his younger brother sugriv and after his victory over Ravana he handed over the empire of Lanka in the hands of Ravan younger brother vibhishana and included both sugriv and Vidisha in his company as his closest friends. Ramnivas Wanted occupation over any Kingdom but he always supported cooperation among kingdoms. Ram never became imperialist on the contrary he formed Federation based on the principle of equality and today De De concept of of Federation is is the soul of modern democratic system. Lord Ram was the founder of this liberal principle thousands of years ago.
Third aspect is that Ram never supported the aristocratic people on the basis of their origin but you always supported equality and inclusiveness and his character was promoter of inclusiveness because that time there were Three Types of social systems those days of which one was Arya culture based on the concept of the state another one was the forest culture and third one was raksh culture and Lord Ram had respect for all these three and had developed and inclusive Outlook for them dinner tried to impose his empire and rule over others but he always maintained the relationship of coexistence with all the societies which gave birth to the idea of of unity in diversity. 
Force aspect of Lord Ram has been really amazing because despite being in a state of struggle he maintained faith in truth and the People's power and moved forward with a positive energy. This aspect of Lord Ram establishes him as god despite the fact that he was born as a human being and we offer prayers before him seeking prosperity closer and the blessing of living the life of of a person without any obstacle and we also seek his blessing to get all our wishes fulfilled and even though we know his story through various sources of a scripture and drama that Evil after being born as a human being his life was full of struggle. Actually we should seek his blessings that we should beef filled with positive energy and strong will power so that it new values could be created at the time of struggle and we could leave our impression in our society. 
Fifth aspect of Lord Ram is much more attractive which is he shows respect even for those people who are opposed to him which is evident from the fact that after defeating Ravan and when the demon king was on death bed he asked his younger brother Lakshman to go to him to take lesson. At the same time Lord Ram always paid great respect to to his stepmother Kaikai as he respected his own mother despite the fact that you he had to go to stay in forest only at the instance of Kaikai. Which quality of the character of Lord Ram has been based on Tola EMS tolerance and equal treatment for everyone which makes him a great human.

7th aspect of the character of Lord Ram has been in that he promoted Indian culture beyond the boundaries of India and this way Indian values reached to the countries like Thailand Myanmar Cambodia Indonesia Malaysia and Sri Lanka. In these countries there have been many traditional folk tales and legacy which reflect Indian ethos and values. 
After thousands of years now we are faced with so many problems and challenges like degradation of human values sense of dejection among our youth and disappointment among them growing conservativeness in the society Sims of discrimination which has been growing Sims of discrimination which has been growing in the society based on cultural differences growing threat of terrorism imperialistic mindset lack of tolerance and feeling for cooperation and autonomous federations among the nations of the world and in this adverse situation the image and character of Lord Ram gives us a great inspiration because the personality of RAM is a prospect for new creativity and this way RAM is not only are flexion of of a strong religious Hindu Sanatan culture but on cultural social comprehensive aspect his character presidents us a global solution to multiple challenges and problems faced by today's world community.

The took Desire will profile him to move further and find pleasure of life because this world excites all types of humans all the time but a true to devote it is that who always keeps himself under control and he is always under control allot active Agile and free from lack of agility and in the most difficult situation he goes through all sorts of difficulties. Devotee  must always be alert and he should always try to move ahead in the right direction because otherwise person must say that he has experienced indulgence anger greed lust arrogance love envy and according to his experience 20 give only plane and a true deotee can easily get rid of that.

The God has given a unique gift as life to human beings. Most of the people who are unserious to their health, diets and lifestyle give no importance to this gift. Such unseriousness has an adverse impact on their health. When the people for the first time fall prey to smoking such taste turns into addiction which devastates their precious life. Despite knowing all these things, most of the people become aware at a time when they lose everything. It becomes too late to understand the mistake. Generally, they lose opportunity to repent on their mistake. Slowly, they spend huge money to get rid of it. Despite this, they fail to recover from it. They lose both life and money. Such a condition inflicts pain to the patients and their relatives.
Therefore, given the diseases arisen out of tobacco consumption and mortality rate, the WHO had termed this disease as pandemic in 1987. Since then, May 31 is being observed as World No Tobacco Day which aims at creating awareness among the people about deteriorating health due to tobacco consumption. The people are made aware of either stopping or lessening its consumption. But at the same time, the people couldn’t leave it despite knowing its devastating impact. The people started to consume it to get rid of tension and depression. Somebody consumes it to get additional energy. Consequently, we got no desired result globally. In 2008, the WHO appealed to ban tobacco advertisement and promotion. It made a positive impact. But at the same time, the traders dealing in tobacco products found another path also. Its production, consumption and death start to increase year by year.
Labour Day and No Tobacco Day fall in the month of May. Astonishingly, a large chunk of the labour force has fallen to addiction. They avail no fundamental facilities. Despite this, they get adequate quantities of such products. The newspapers continue to publish reports regarding people losing their life due to poisonous wine. But a large number of people lose their life every year due to diseases arising out of continuous consumption of tobacco. According to a report, around 80 lakh people die of tobacco consumption annually in the world, while in India, around 13 lakh people lose their life due to this. Today, corona virus engulfed the entire world and around 30 lakh people lost their life in a year. Therefore, tobacco consumption is more dangerous to coronavirus. Interestingly, all the governments are concerned over safety from corona. The people are encouraged to make social distance and take vaccines. Astonishingly, the people are unserious over the death being occurred due to tobacco. The people are unserious as the diseases occurring due to tobacco are not infectious in comparison to covid. The question arises that why do we underestimate tobacco related diseases. It was hoped that the sale of tobacco products would end last year in the corona period due to lockdown imposed in the country. It was also hoped that the people will get rid of addiction. But the effort went in vain after relaxation in lockdown. The traders continued to sell their tobacco products in the lockdown illegally. The people made long queues outside wine shops in the country.

What is addiction and why does it happen?

When the body and mind start demanding any material despite their harmful effects and undesirable results, then it’s nothing but addiction. Once the people fall prey to this addiction, they become uncomfortable in its absence. This condition shows their addiction. If they are not provided with such products, they will suffer from depression, anxiety, tension, mental tiredness, memory loss, disillusionment, amnesia, headache, body ache, loss of appetite, sweating, vomiting, etc. The people cite various logics for addiction.
In fact, in this world, the people are not immune to any addiction. Generally, the people are addicted to power, property and beauty. Various people are addicted to different things. The yog experts are eager to teach people how to practise yog. In the corona period, classes of physical yog got lessened. A year ago, thousands of yog teachers associated with Mahila Patanjali Yog Samiti were visiting every household to teach yog. It was also an addiction. Rising early in the morning, fulfilling household responsibilities, arriving at yog class without any benefit was nothing but an addiction. The people were so addicted to yog that if they missed offline yog class, they would join online yog class. Truth is that aesthetic and spiritual addiction also boost the vital energy of others. But at the same time, if someone falls prey to tobacco addiction, he/she will certainly loselife energy. Because, these addicted products cause painful death. Tobacco addiction is the reason behind mouth and throat cancer. Simple habit of consuming tobacco turns into addiction. Therefore, if someone considers tobacco addiction as an energy provider, he/she is doing nothing but deceive himself/herself.
However, tobacco product contains around 5000 poisonous ingredients including dangerous nicotine, carbon monoxide and tar. Nicotine is the most dangerous ingredient which has a harmful impact on human behaviour. This nicotine creates addiction like heroin, cocaine, etc. After consumption of tobacco products, nicotine reaches to the brain and increases blood pressure, respiration and central nervous system. It activates some particular glands of the brain. The people become addicted to it slowly. The people think that the patients consume tobacco products to fulfil their desire but at the same time, addiction becomes their necessity. Similarly, carbon monoxide reduces oxygen level in the blood, causing respiratory disorder. Tar is sticky residue which works as a cancer agent. 

Easy availability is the reason behind it

Tobacco products are easily available in the market at low cost. This is probably one of the reasons behind addiction. People can start this trade with low capital without licence. Anybody can set up this business in a small roadside shop. They reap immense benefit in the trade. The common people are unable to understand this trade. Despite knowing the fact that poison is sold in this shop, nobody makes an effort to stop it. Clearly, on the one hand, the people are taught moral values and on the other injurious products are made available to undermine them. There is a separate issue of revenue generation and GDP. Therefore, the various government sponsored programmes making the people aware of harmful effects arising out of consumption of poisonous products are nothing but boasting.

Dangerous effect

According to study, tobacco consumption and cigarette smoking lessen three minutes and nine minutes of life respectively. Think about the chain smoker. Moreover, smoking causes lung cancer, mouth cancer, throat cancer, heart disease, ulcer, asthma, depression, brain stroke, skin diseases, lack of blood and oxygen in muscles, etc. Unemployment and poverty have always been the top agenda in the Indian politics. People consume around 11 cigarettes every day. It means that they lose around Rs 50 billion annually.

Harmful in every form

Generally, the people smoking bidi or non-filtered cigarettes start to smoke filtered cigarettes. Similarly, the people smoking filtered cigarettes start to smoke E-cigarette. Given the adverse effect of E-cigarette, the government banned its production, sale, import, export, storage and advertisement in 2019. In fact, E-cigarette is an electronic inhaler which is called Electronic Nicotine Delivery System (ENDS). It operates through a battery. It is filled with nicotine and other liquid chemicals which turn into steam. The people feel the taste of cigarettes. In 2004, China had termed it as ‘harmless product’ by publicizing it as ‘healthy alternative of tobacco’. Poison is poison which causes death. Therefore, don’t get satisfied with worthless logics. Because, at last, it brings death.
Today, smoking hookah became a status symbol among the youths. It became a tradition in restaurants and marriage parties. Most of the people think that hookah is harmless. But according to a research, smoking hookah is more injurious to other types of smoking. Because, in a session of 45 minutes of smoking hookah, the people consume 36 times more tar and 70 percent more nicotine. Similarly, people keeping tobacco below lips start to consume filtered tobacco. Similarly, the people consuming gutkha start to take additional zarda with betel. Use of nicotine in any form makes a harmful impact on your health. The people do nothing but to cheat themselves. Moreover, the bottom part of a cigarette takes around 25 years to decompose. The colourful gutkha pouches take many years to decompose.  

Household formula for safety

A pouch of gutkha is sold at Rs 5-7. It contains 5-10 gm material. It means that the people spit gutkha worth thousands of rupees. Therefore, you can consume seasonal fruit instead of gutkha. Grapes give instant energy to the people. You can prepare ginger pulp and put lemon juice in it. Keep it in the sunlight. You can consume it to get rid of the addiction of consuming gutkha. Ginger also plays an important role in getting rid of bidi, cigarette, wine, etc, because it contains sulphur. In fact, the people addicted to smoking lack sulphur in their body. Therefore, consumption of ginger fulfils it.
Similarly, the people can consume raisin to get rid of disorders arising out of smoking. Mix cinnamon, small cardamom, black pepper and raisin and prepare it as tablets which helps people get rid of these addictions. Apart from it, the tablet removes adverse impact caused by its consumption.
According to research, ajwain also plays an important role in getting rid of tobacco addiction. Cook ajwain in eight times water so that it becomes one fourth. Keep this mixture in a small bottle. The people consuming wine can be given a cup of this mixture to get rid of this addiction. Similarly, those people who consume cigarettes, tobacco, etc must be given a mixture of ajwain, olive, cardamom and cinnamon. It brings 70-90 percent benefit. Ajwain also boosts the liver.   

Tobacco also contains medicinal values

Apart from the poisonous effect, it also contains medicinal values. Bake tobacco leaf and bind it over the boil to extract pus. You can get rid of this disease. In case of dental disorder, crush 10 gm each of tobacco leaves, geru and black pepper and filter the mixture. Use this powder to brush teeth. According to researchers, hookah tobacco contains high quantities of nicotine which is used as anti-bacterial and anti-fungal medicines.

Living a life and living a healthy life are entirely different things. If someone feels that smoking brings instant energy in the body, he/she must do yog. Because, Shradheya Swami Jee is the best example for an energetic mind and body. Therefore, on May 21, let’s spread a message to the people about getting rid of poisonous addiction and encourage them to do yog on next June 21. Because, Shradheya Guruvar and our organization have given inspiration to make the people healthy through yog and anti-smoking movement. Maharajshri himself launched an anti-smoking movement in his yog camps and appealed to the people to leave smoking. They took a pledge to do it.

River is in search for sea, 
drop is in search for utensil
Dense darkness is in search for free sky
Poor are in search for money
Hungry is in search for food grains
Thirsty is in search for water
Fool is in search for a knowledgeable person.

The entire world is in search for something else. However, everybody is entangled in various activities, he/she is in search for truth and ultimate goal. Kapilvastu King Shudadhodhan and Queen Maya in the Shakya Clan of Ikshvaku Dynasty gave birth to Siddharth Gautam. He became parivrajak by renouncing prosperity, wife, son, property, happiness, etc.
A seeker needs a path upon which he can do sadhana. Question arises that how will he find the path of sadhana? How will unknown seeker get path? As the hungry person searches for food, thirsty searches for water, similarly, Siddharth started searching for a path. He searched various traditions of sadhana and tested on popular systems of tapasya. He did hard tap and sadhana of self-agony.  He consumed a small quantity of food. On many occasions, he consumed the roots of trees. ‘Buddha and his Dhammapad’ describes that he used to wear clothes made of tree bark or grass. His backbone was straight. He remained in that posture. Dust accumulated on his body. He used to keep his body under open sky in shivering cold and hot seasons. He started to live in a mortuary. He used to consume mustard seeds. His tap reached to acme in six years. His body turned into a skeleton. Siddharth Gautam thought that he won’t win over the body through this pain. He had to search for ways to get rid of pain. He was in search for the ultimate truth. At that time, Siddharth Gautam sat like a tree. Coincidently, a great woman Sujana who was the daughter of Senani visited him. She offered delicious food in golden utensils to his feet. He went on the bank of river Supattitatha, took bath and slept peacefully. He got five divine experiences on that night. It indicated enlightenment. The next morning, he sat on the bank of river Niranjana and prayed for ultimate truth. He reached Gaya through Rajpath under inspiration from deity.

He saw a peepal tree in Gaya and sat under its shadow in padmasana posture. Before closing his eyes, he took great commitment which is the golden sutra of inspiration for seekers. He took the pledge to remain this posture without experiencing enlightenment. He said that he won’t break the series of sadhana without getting ultimate truth. It was his firm determination.

He was in a meditated posture under the shadow of green leaves. His mind and soul faced many obstacles. Bad thoughts, disorders, bad refinement, etc attacked him. Gautam challenged them boldly. I have great respect. I have vital energy. I have knowledge. Oh bad thoughts! How can you defeat me? I am a knowledgeable seeker. I can’t leave my path through my commitment. I will get the ultimate truth through my commitment.

It happened. Gautam remained in a meditative posture for four weeks. He got enlightenment in the fourth period of night when the entire world was in deep sleep. Siddharth Gautam became Lord Buddha means infinite knowledge. He helped the world get rid of sorrow. He made the people religious, knowledgeable, enlightened. The entire world got peace and prosperity under his sheer blessings.

For the first time at Mrigdav of Kashi, five bhikshu including Kaundinya, Ashvajit, etc grasped his divine discourse. Therefore, Kaundinya is known as the first religious person. That divine nectar was Dhammagyan. I have realized four arya truth- (1) sorrow (2) cause of sorrow (3) eradication of sorrow (4) ways of eradication of sorrow. Samyak approach helped me realize this ultimate goal. Samyak commitment moves on this lovely path. Samyak speech gives restlessness. The ultimate truth roams in the samyak atmosphere. Samyak livelihood is pure food. Samyak exercise is the main ingredient of it. Samyak samadhi is the ultimate goal in human life. Lord Buddha visited heavenly abode. 

Lord Buddha was the solution of infinite thirst of Prince Siddharth. Buddha is not the name of somebody else. It is the stage of knowledge. Sanyas is not identified by clothes. This is the infinite stage of knowledge. Prince Siddharth searched for truth and found himself. Vedanti calls it brahma and Buddha terms it as enlightenment. The meaning of Buddhism is self-realization. Ultimate goal of our life is to get enlightenment. The journey from Siddharth to Lord Buddha indicates this objective of our life. In Swami Vivekanand Granthavali, Swami Vivekanand had assured that belief is my son. After Lord Buddha, such great personalities will visit this plant and do the great work again. Samyakta is the very basis of it. The entire world has witnessed the realization of great Buddha discourses. Yog Rishi Swami Ramdev Jee Maharaj is the best example of it. He gave the mantra of self-reliant life in the sadhana world. Lord Buddha gave a message to his disciples ‘app deepo bhava’. Light your own lamp. But Kalyugi Lord Buddha Param Shradheya Swami Jee Maharaj gives a message to every seeker to become sun instead of lamp. ‘Become your own sun, become your own lamp. The great scripture ‘A Light of Asia’ mentions repeatedly that the entire discourse was based on a particular element. ‘Become selfless we have listened divine discourse from Buddha and Shradheya Swami Jee Maharaj who says that ultimate goal of spiritualism is platonic, selfless, no desire for sex and longing, etc. He has groomed thousands of sadhu-sadhvi. Buddha’s divine disciples had made available his discourse in the entire world. Today, Patanjali Yogpeeth has given a unique gift to the human beings in the form of committed, laborious, knowledgeable and divine sadhu-sadhvi. I salute to the great tradition of this sanatan and glorious land of Buddha for the service of humanity.
