Decisive role of India- For playing a decisive role in the world, India has to become economic superpower. Today, around 80 crore people are facing hardships in their life due to severe poverty. Under the Food Security Act, the government provides food grains to them. Apart from it, we have to pay attention to their yogdharma. It’s our religion to devise a temporary and long-term scheme for empowering them. Around 40 crore people are in the middle class. They are not the burden on the country. But at time, we have to uplift them to upper middle class. We have to prosper them. Around 10-15 crore people are capable. Economy, legislative, executive, judiciary and media revolve around them. We have to make them more powerful, generous and kind. They are supposed to follow the path of economy to welfare, prosperity to service, etc in line with Azim Premji, Tata and Patanjali. If the entire nation proceeds with this prosperity, it will become superpower economically, socially, politically, intellectually and scientifically. Only then, the world will listen our views. India doesn’t want to threat and suppress the world. It wants to set up an ideal example of a non-violence, aesthetic, spiritual development and prosperity in the world.

Generally, the common people are confined to their household, families, trade, etc. But at the same time, some people are inspired with the sense of patriotism. They consider nation religion as the best way in their life. They are ready to sacrifice their everything for the nation. Any nation prospers religiously and culturally due to such patriotic divine souls.

Pujya Acharyashri, entire Patanjali institutions and I myself am committed to sacrifice everything for the nation. Providing service in the field of yog, ayurved, indigenous and culture, we have played an important role to boost education, health, research, economy and culture. We will do the same in future too. Therefore, the entire Indians must unite and abide by yog religion and nation religion to make India and the world prosperous as far as yog, health, spirituality are concerned.

Generally, there are two main groups in any society or nation. One group is the main faction which talks about the welfare of all the people. Unity, equality, justice, affection, kindness, friendship, non-violence, truth, service, co-existence, coordination, freedom, democracy, peace, etc are its main ingredients. There is a place for non-violence, untouchability, injustice, exploitation, etc in this faction.

Another group includes people having extremist, terrorist, ultra-thoughts. They invest their energy and strength to set up their power and false importance by creating fear, temptation, artificial happiness, etc. They succeed in it on a few occasions. They don’t hesitate to indulge in violence, cruelty, etc while ignoring law and morality to get their desired aims.

In India too, apart from left, right and center ideologies, an extremist ideology is appearing. We can term it ideological terrorism or theoretical terrorism or insanity.

Meanwhile, we have to decide that we must not break the country by creating insanity in the name of caste, region, language, state. We are the offspring of a nation, a god. All of us are equal and great. We have to develop the country. We have to boost our physical, ideological, economic, social, cultural and political approach for building a happy, healthy, prosperous, refined person, family, society, nation and world where all the people are happy, prosperous and blissful. We have to play our roles and responsibilities in a phased manner to build such a nation and the world. Only then we can attain goals in our lives. Otherwise, indulging in a materialistic world and getting prosperity, power, prestige, intellect or skill, etc are not the goals of our life.

Lastly, I pray to intellectual, capable, powerful and prosperous people of the nation and the world to fulfil their own responsibilities with purity and divinity in various fields such as education, health, research, agriculture, trade, religion, spiritualism, politics and social life. We will have to face extremist people with self-religion, yog religion, ved religion, rishi religion, nation religion, human religion, world religion (religion means our divine duty) with authenticity. Our victory means victory of mother India, truth, religion, justice, humanity, etc. The entire world will prosper and become peaceful.

Violent communal revolution of Taliban, expansionism and monopolism imperialism of China, egoism and capitalism of America, intellectual feudalism of Japan or some other countries, economic, political or strategic power of the Jews, communal insanity of the Islam of the Christianity, ideological or theoretical insanity or destroyable powers of the world, etc the live examples in the world. Corporate mafia, weapon mafia, medicine mafia, military mafia, political mafia and communal mafia, etc will collapse with passage of time. Aesthetic, spiritual and humanistic and divine powers unitedly must defeat all these factors. Patanjali is playing an instrumental role in this regard. You are also supposed to proceed with total commitment and strength on the path of victory.

Nice people will never have scarcity of nice people in their life and they will always be in the company of abundance of nice people however if someone becomes worried that he might not be able to meet good people it is quite possible that due to negativity of his mind he might not meet good people. Therefore we must be free from worries because our unnecessary curtains are not going to bring about any change in the world. Of course our thinking can definitely change the whole world and this nature has such a system that whatever we think the nature blesses us and fulfills our wishes. Our conscience is like a Kalpavriksh. The kind of pledge we have the same has been the response in our family, from our relatives and the people known to us and a person says that I am doing well and definitely all will be well in my life and it is a fact that there happens always good things in his life. Similarly when he wishes that there must be peace and prosperity among his relatives and known people then the same thing happens the way he thinks but when feels it quite well that his family members are not going to change their behaviour and this means that this is going to invite troubles for his family and himself. Perfect thought of the person destroys his first thought and this way a good thinking has been destroyed by a bad thinking but we quite often to not feel this reality we always have a positive thinking everyday in our life but the same positive thinking is destroyed by negative thinking of ourselves. This leads us to the state of depression and Maharshi Patanjali has told us that you can also become a sage and you can imitative The Yoga in your life provided you make it a part of your daily life but the condition is you will have to keep your mind completely focused and you will have to develop positivity in your mind and keep away negativity for example if a mother is cooking food for her children she must think that she is not cooking food but she is preparing Prasad or offering for God and this preparation will have medicinal effect on the body and mind of the person who will eat this food and if she wishes that nobody should fall ill in the family by eating this food then nobody will be unhealthy and everyone in the family will get good health after eating this food and same was the condition earlier in past time when our maternal and paternal grandmothers without reading any scripture or book used to cook food for us by keeping their mind completely full of concentration. And the condition of their conscience was- Yoga suchitra vritti nirodhak (Yog Darshan, 1.1) prevention of the tendencies of conscience means wrong tendencies are prevented and early her people used to live in joint families and all the mothers of the family considered all the children of the family and sister in laws took care of all the children with equal love and affection maybe they might not have read Shrimad Bhagwat Geeta or Yogsutra.
Now the problem is how to live the life of yoga and we know the subject but we don't know how to live. In that equality and that prevention of the tendency nirodh? Today everybody is found to be saying that we should have positivity and no negativity but how to maintain positivity and keep negativity away because negative thinking often comes into our mind and it's solution is - Abhyas vairagya gyan Ranniti shah. (Yogdarshan- 1.12). Vitamins it does not have any alternative and for this one is required to do practice and practise add becoming someone who is above all types of materialistic things and does not have last for worldly things because they happen set free things in our scripture that there are three stages we know yoga- kaam, Krodh, lobh or lust, anger and greed. These words have been used also by Shankaracharya Geetacharya. And we have been witnessing all these things in our public life that there is something which comes in between the tree and whenever adversity is a strike us we become angry and we visit speech of Guru ad we also read Shrimad Bhagwat Geeta and yoga Darshan and we want to get rid of this anger and those who want to get rid of anger are of conscience mind and those who have Liza and there have subconscious mind then how so much we read Shrimad Bhagwat Geeta the kind of circumstances will appear then Sanskar will come out of our seetharaman and he will definitely become angry but when repair visit to a great person and we seek his blessing to get rid of anger that it is not good thing going to happen because anger is not a thing as such that can be destroyed by a stage but vairagya and practice are the two things which can help you get rid of anger

Yatra Sthiti Yatnauabhyasah.
(Yogdan sham, 1.13).

There comes a time when our equality gets into the state of pleasure. There must be at least a moment like this in a 24 hours time. We have just to keep hold on that moment . At least in the state of slumber this situation appears. How so much it might be a painful condition (because when we sleep in the night we neither have power, position, money, strength, even then we feel happy which shows that pleasure lies inside us and not outside and this is the reason we should try to keep a hold on this moment).
Earlier it was said that there has well anger between greed and lust and lust means Desire and Desire means something that we have not yet obtained and our Desire has been to obtain it and when it ends because it is the Desire of something that has not been achieved and whatever we have achieved from God we always try to get more and more and when it remains unfulfilled then we become angry on the other hand greed means whatever we have obtained we are possessive to not allow it to go out of our hands and this way we want to have a hold on people things our relatives and this desire is the greed. For example when a mother II II does not want to allow her children to become free or when husband and wife want to have control over each other and we always try to make others act as we want at this reality is also true in case of of the relation between mentor and disciple. A disciple wants his mentor to act and behave according to the disciples liking and vice versa. In fact this is called grid because whatever we have obtained the do not want to let it go out of our hands. This world teaches us that if you want to let things go out of your hand or not but things are definitely going away from you and if you want to be in illusion to keep a hold on those things then that will one day destroy your illusion and this has already been taught to us by our great faces-

Ishavasyam Idam Sarvam Yat Kincha Jagatyam Jagat |
Ten Tyakten Bhunjithah Ma Gridhah Kasya Swid Dhanam (Ishopanishad, 1)

This means everything here on this planet called Earth and in the space or in the outer space and in the all three Worlds there might be any world not even an iota of thing is in our position. Dell how can we we have a claim on our body our relations and the bodies of other people because we have already developed a mentality that whatever we have is actually a blessing of God and for all that time and for all all the days and for all the work that has been assigned to me are to be done by me and it is also a fact that I have been send in the world to help others but for this we will also have to make ourselves capable so that we could help others.
Those who have never had peace and pleasure in their own life how can they ensure the same for others.
There must have been people who would have achieved these things earlier and only then it will be possible for him to share the same with others and it is a fact that we always criticize the pleasure of material things but those who spread the materialistic things all around I have also done a lot of practice for it therefor those who want to live the life of yoga they are required to do a lot of practice of yoga.
Maharshi Dayanand Saraswati used to practice Yog Sadhna Form 8 to 10 hours everyday and he also used to give preachings for the Welfare of people but today is great people are satisfied only by delivering pravachan but they are not doing anything to practice yoga therefore they cannot bring the desired change. The first step of any big change in the society can we social discussion for delivery of speeches but the second letter will be to follow what we have been preaching only then we can have a desire for change for a very long time and when we were discussing about lust anger and greed vichar in away our Desire and when we get rid of them then comes satisfaction and the second rule is Yama niyama and Soch after which comes in the rule of Santosh or contentment therefore it has been said that it with the advent of contentment all types of Desire go away therefore we must be grateful to God that whatever we have in the form of his blessing we must be grateful for that. And then we never have any other Desire left with us and rest of our life we can work for getting those things therefore we cannot waste our present pleasure in expectation for dost things because we have fun the Desire with satisfaction and we can win our grid with sacrifice therefore for the pleasure of other people we must give up our power therefore we will be free from greed but when we have control over our Desire and greed that means when we become free from them then automatically become free from anger because they have been suggested so many things in Yog Darshan.

Vyadhistyanashansayapramadalasyaviratibhrantidarshanalabdabhumiktavanva sthitatvani Chitta Vikshepasteantarayah l (Yog Darshan- 1.30).

There are 9 such things which have been suggested here and these are as follows- Vyadhi, Styan, Sanshay, Pramad, Always, Avikari, Bhranti, Darshan, Alabdhabhumi, Anavasthiti. Vyadhi that means disease in itself is a big hindrance and if you have to get rid of diseases you will have to practice yoga and this is exactly what respected Swami Ramdev Ji Maharaj has been suggesting because as they move ahead of each other they are ultimately destroyed and ultimately all bad elements are all destroyed. When our body is fit and healthy then it can never be caught by diseases and laziness and when we are fully focused and we are having strength then bad element can not disturb us and h conscience will also never become deviated because our body has impact on our conscience female early pain and other such things will also get associated at the moment we will come away from yoga all bad elements will surround us and it is also a fact that we are not aware of the cause due to which we are in trouble and we keep blaming other factors but the world due to which we are in trouble we cannot change it and due to this we cannot get rid of pain and if we are not able to get rid of pain then what is the use of getting the life of a human being.
Therefore we will have to think that it is an inseparable part of our inner self and we cannot go away from it and the opposite of good intention is bad intention and if we don't have right kind of views about others and our own relatives then we cannot have a high level of mental ability and our mental level will become very low. Lord Krishna has rightly said in the 16th chapter of Shrimad Bhagwat Geeta that our mind is finance and he has also said that Manovigraha means vigraha of our mind.
According to the 16 chapter of Srimad Bhagavad Gita Lord Krishna has said that when a person is capable of focusing on a particular subject at once and the moment he wants to remove his mind from there he can do this successfully this means his mind is of penance therefore it has been well said that everybody has a mind but conducting mind while keeping it under control can not be possible for everyone because only sages can do this. Such sages can shift the course of their mind as they wish but the question arises where shall we focus our mind and the answer is we should focus on God to help others in the service of others in the devotion of God in the service of needy and poor people and also so in earning and then we should spend that earning but we should not waste h earning on material pleasure therefore control of mind is very necessary because for example we can understand it from the fact that if our elder give us costly mobile phones as a gift it is also like the same thing because those who have not used mobile phones earlier they will not be able to use them but if the mobile phone is given into the hands of a businessman or an export of mobile phone then he can earn crores of Rupees in the form of business by using the phone therefore he can also be able to earn material pleasure and all these things can be possible with experiment and practice And Everything depends upon the fact that how much practice is required and how many times something has to be practiced.
Now let's talk about the sages who have refused to accept all material pleasure and we can understand from the fact that when we will be able to to refuse material themes only then we will be in a position of a hermit and it will be possible only then Zen diesel practice for 8 because for this we are required to practice yoga and if we practice yoga for 1 hour a day for 23 hours we will have to to practice its functions for the next 23 hours of the day as the same thing has been described by Maharshi Patanjali.

Sa Tu Dirghakalanairantarasyaasatkarasevito Dridhbhumih l (Yogdan shan, 1.14)

They say that we are required to practice for a very long time and that too very regularly and we do not have a need for or getting trapped in it and every one hour but it is required to be done for the next 24 hours but initially we should practice it for just 5 minutes and can gradually be increased and this way practice and the life of hermit can make a place in our life.
This way we should use practice and the methods of hermit in our daily life and then while doing so so we should keep in our mind the words of Maharishi Patanjali who has said that the must have the strength in our feelings because Maharshi Patanjali has that that our idea and feelings are h h inner self but we are not able to use them because everyone has a heart but everyone cannot use it properly when it comes to control our sentiments similarly everyone has got a mind but what kind of Ideas must be allowed to appear everybody does not know. Maharshi Patanjali has said that-

Maitrikarunamuditopekshanam Sukhad kha Punyapunya Vishyanam Bhavanayashchitta Prasadanam ll (Yogdanshan, 1.33)

This means whatever we have been doing either yoga or Bhog we are doing for the pleasure of our mind and our every action our efforts and what ever we have been doing in our whole life weather it is yoga or it is material pleasure we do all things for our pleasure but clear the meaning of prasadanam is that it is not only being happy but our heart must be free from dirt and here it has also been describe that our heart and mind will be happy e by the means of fraternity compassion bliss and selflessness. However selflessness is not feeling and there are only three feelings because a happy man and respected person always give people pleasure and it is also a fact that we should not be happy only with the people who are our friends but this must be feeling sorrow when we see the people who are not our friends but they are in pain and we should show compassion by trying to pull search people in trouble out of the trouble.
For example if we are going from pair and we come across a pit hole and one of our companion Falls into it here it is not required that we should also fall in the same pithole with our companions but we should try to pull him out of the pit hole is our duty and we must try for that. If a person is crying and another person who is sitting there is not crying that means many people will think that what stone hearted person he has been as the another person who is not crying it is considered to be he does not have compassion and he does not like to cry and it is necessary to make him how to to make the person who is in trouble stop crying and start smiling because the person in trouble does not need a us to cry with him but he needs our physical help, material help, emotional help, economical help and intellectual help. And here composition means taking a person out of trouble and for this the strength that has been given to us by God is friendship composition bliss happiness and God has also blessed us with pleasure this would also accept if he gives us pain. We should learn from both that whether he wants a store uplift or upgrade that means he wants us to teach something. This has already been said in Yoga Darshan off Maharshi Patanjali- friendship and other such things are our strength and people like us who have wealth who have so many friends and Associates who have high positions who are very famous for their political power and have many other types of power like physical strength the strength of education even then the biggest power is friendship compassion and bliss- Baleshuhastibaladini- Yog darshan start there are many other types of strength which are more powerful than that of an elephant and we can say that those who do not deserve our friendship and affection how can we be friends with them because they do not deserve our friendship then how can we be compassionate to them. And it's answer is that our compassion and friendship are not meant for them but they are made for ourselves because they might or might not be good but if we are compassionate and friendly to them will show that we are good to all because Maharshi Patanjali has taught us such a wonderful way to live in the world. As I had earlier said that yoga is not only of atindriya matter and even if it is atindriya but how do we have to to live a life of yoga and what shall be our behaviour from Dawn to Dusk are the methods which we learn from yoga because I always say that if whole world but not become Yogi that means of sage no matter but they must know the importance of yog and those who love yoga they must continue to propagate yoga all around as Swami Vivekananda sad while leaving this world that he wanted 100 sages like him and he further said that if it could have happened he would have changed not only India but the whole world but this did not happen unfortunately and now you can see that out of 135 crore population we need only 135 people or in other words we can say that even if we got just 100 people who have passion for yoga and dedication for our mission then we can give the whole world a new direction but it is not an easy task to get those many people. Respected Swami Ji Maharaj book support of Yoga in his life and begin his journey and today we can see the expansion of his mission as Patanjali Yogpeeth Haridwar has brought happiness and bliss in the lives of not only lacks of people but crores of people and the kind of solution that has been provided by this Institute can be possible and haunted of search people will join us can be possible only when respected Swami Ji Maharaj will start making efforts. If hundreds of such people are born in India then not only our country India but the whole world can be changed and can be taken on a new prosperous direction and path but we are required only to take a pledge and we have to do this we have to take this pledge we have to become devotees of cows we have to become devotees of knowledge and if we adopt good habits in our lives and if our pledge is strong we will definitely succeed because it has been said in Gita very well in the 6 chapter that when Arjun asked Lord Krishna what way we shall -

Chanchalam Hi Manah Krishna Pramathi Balvadrinaham l
Rasayan Nigraham Manye Vayoriva Sudushkaram ll (Geeta, 6.34)

Lord Krishna further syas-

Ashansayam Mahabaho Mano Durnigraham Chalam l
Abhyasena Tu Kaunteya Vairagyena Cha Grihayate ll (Geeta, 6.35)

Lord Krishna says that Arjun there is no doubt that it is quite difficult to have our mind in control even then we must put our efforts in this direction and keep practicing and by rising above all types of material pleasure we can have it under our control.
Practice and getting away from material pleasure has also been discussed here because as we were talking about the descriptions of yog Darshan and finally in a sloka of this it has been said that following is the way to become a sage-

Tapasvibhyoadhiko Yogi Gyanibhyoapi Matoadhikah l
Karmibhyashchadhiko Yogi Tasdayogi Bhavarjuna l (Geeta, 6.46)

Arjun you become a sage because a sage is always the greatest of all. But here becoming a yogi does not mean sitting in solitude while keeping our eyes closed in a special posture aur eating some special kind of food and giving some special kind of pleasure to our body but in every action of our life and in our every practice there must be some kind of speciality is and there must be some kind of attraction evolved as we have heard about Lord Krishna because the meaning of Krishna is someone who can attract everyone. Because the word Krish is formed of aakarshan or attraction dhaatu means who Can attract all he is Krishna and one can become attractive only by living the life of yoga and we must have such a practice so that our future generations must not get attracted towards this material pleasure but towards yoga. We have been seen respected Swami Ji Maharaj from very close and for the last 30 years respected Swami ji has been a great source of inspiration for us because whatever he speaks and the way he lives his life if we Kotak get only 500 pages and hermits brother and sisters like him then we can make them so capable that according to his wish we can bring changes in the whole world and we are preparing such 500 pages and today we are seeing the change that in 200 countries of the world there are so many Muslim countries where attraction for yoga is growing and people are leading the life of a hermit and they are taking a pledge to live like that.
This way we must expand yoga all around first in our own life after which among the people and with such a feeling I pay my respect to all from core of my heart.

Newly Educated Hindus’ Basic Problems Regarding Indian History- Reference (Babar)

Prof Rameshwar Mishra Pankaj

What are the basic problems of newly educated Hindus regarding Indian History? It needs to be understood. In this regard, first of all it needs to be known that the subject which is called history in India is yet to be written in European and Muslim countries. Reason behind it is that there is no tradition of study in the Christianity and Islam. This is such a simple and easy truth that those Hindus who are addicted to watching things in complexity and have great respect for scriptures have no belief in this truth. They are unable to understand it.
Great historian and social scientist Prof Kusumlata Kedia Jee has made it clear many times but at the same time newly educated Hindus fail to understand it. The fact is that there is no tradition of study in the Christianity and the Islam. Whatever has been written in the name of history, is nothing but agenda based political propaganda. In the greed of attaining power, they decide political agenda and write for propaganda of the same agenda. All Europeans are well aware of it. But at the same time, newly educated Indians don’t know this fact.
The Muslim and the Christian writers have different views over agenda based political propaganda. After the renaissance and introduction of the world, the intellectual Europeans have worked hard while keeping their political agenda in mind. At the same time, they were not critical to the church. India has been witnessing a great study tradition. Hard work should be praised. Because, in India, merits and demerits of even demons, dacoits and monsters are discussed equally. This is the basic Indian tradition which is not in the memory of newly educated people in the society. The church has imparted training of suffering to the followers in the name of khrist sect. The Europeans are hard working people due to climate and lack of diversity of food grains and fruits. Therefore, hard labor and suffering get inculcated in their genes and in the DNA as per Bhagwat Jee. That’s why, they worked hard and deceived in writing due to insane refinement of khrist sect. We have been providing enough evidences in this regard. But here, we would like to mention that evidence which has been cited by Prof Kusumlata Kedia repeatedly.
The Europeans had known nothing in this regard by 17th century. Whatever they knew by 18th century, wrote with a khrist approach and highly insanity. They started acquiring good knowledge due to hard work in the 19th century. By 20th century, their knowledge started to become significant. Despite their limitations, they started conversations with ancient people in the world, got their stuff translated in various languages and put their input in them. They tried to prove their distorted, corrupt and false write ups as evidence in the world. They succeeded in countries like India, while they failed in India. The reasons behind success in India are that they took advantage of the coincidence of war and they transferred power to their followers in India. Therefore, the people started to term their false write ups as authentic. It’s not so that Jawaharlal Nehru was their follower. Treating Nehru as their follower is false. Nehru was a highly clever and ambitious politician who had understood the importance of nation state in the contemporary world. He was well aware of mischievous and coercive actions of politicians to grab nation states in the world. He knew that coercive action in India might boomerang due to caste-system, khap panchayat, warrior Hindu’s respect towards temples and ancient democratic tradition. That’s why he started a monopoly in the name of education given the Indians’ reverence. He hypnotized the people. It’s worth remembering that no political leader is as dynamic as Nehru in the last 75 years in the country. Shri Narendra Modi himself is following the style of functioning of Nehru. The basic difference between both of them is that a major part of the country was enveloped with socialism in the Nehruvian era, while presently the major part of the country is filled with the sense of Hinduism and Indianness. If we compare both of them, Modi is not at par with Nehru in this regard. Because Nehru took advantage of the socialistic atmosphere and imposed garbage on socialism in India. Modi himself gained popularity in the country. It is Hindus who made Modi as a dynamic leader due to their cultural and political needs. He is hesitating to take advantage in the favour of Hindus at international platforms. Although, it has a bright future in the days to come. Because, the future is for Hinduism. Western Europeans worked hard deceitfully to control nation states in various issues. They formed many international institutions in this regard. They have been granting students scholarships which have engulfed the entire world. Therefore, free consciousness may appear in the mind of newly educated Hindus towards European thoughts when either Modi Jee or other wise and competent politicians may do hard work in this regard.
On the other hand, whatever have been written for political propaganda in the Muslim communities, are the replica of propaganda of Europeans. Only unconscious people can believe that.
Let’s see both the issues in light of Babar. Nothing was written about Babar and during his regime in the world. East India Company worker Henry Mayars Elliot (19) visited Bareilly as Personal Assistant of Collector (Revenue Collector) in 1826. He was the third child of a church worker John Elliot who had 15 children. Henry Mayars Elliot worked as an assistant here at Bareilly and Moradabad. He prepared a list of main words uttered by Rajputs and Brahmans for the convenience of workers. Both the Rajputs and Brahmans were dominating the area. It was essential to understand their language.
Later, workers of the company had told that Hindu workers of Bengal worked in the company due to atrocity and poverty but at the same time they continued to extol their Hindu kings and queens. Particularly, Queen Bhavani who got constructed temples at Tarapeeth and Kashi and performed many yagya. Queen Rashmani got a ransom demanded by the company from fishermen of Bengal. She was instrumental behind the restoration of their livelihood. However, she was charged with breaching peace in Bengal. Rashmani belonged to the Kaivart caste. She engaged ShriramkrishnaParamhans as priest. She got constructed temples at Dakshineshwar, Babughat and Nimtalla at the bank of Ganga in Kolkata. She also got constructed road from Swarnrekha river to Puri. Many heavy boats and ships were functional with her support. She also got constructed bridge on the Ganga river. She also helped 2000 Hindus get rid of clutches from Dhaka Nawab. She also provided land for construction of the National Library and Hindu college at Kolkata. She donated to many temples in Kashi. She also renovated Shankaracharya Temple at Shrinagar and did many divine works. Hindu workers working in the company extolled such great kings and queens. Therefore, other workers of the company got suppressed. That’s why, they started to plant stories of Muslims beating and defeating Hindus. With this commitment, Henry Mayars Elliot started to write for the company and created many false stories due to unavailability of enough materials including Babarnama, which we will describe in the next issue.
Question arises that the people read the history written by separatist Muslims and traitor communists during congress regime in the last 75 years instead of works done by Queen Bhavani and Rashmani among other great kings of Bengal. When they write the success story of Babar on the basis of Henry Elliot and John Dowson and their Indian disciples, it reflects nothing but the insane intellectual life of the common Indians.
Henry Mayars Elliot prepared dynasties of Brahmans and Rajputs with phraseology in Bareilly and Moradabad regions. It was published in 1845 and republished in 1860. He also started to prepare a list of ‘231 Muslim historians of Mohammadan India’. This list had no Indian Muslim writer. All the writers were either Arabic or Persian. Importantly, the writers were unknown in their respective areas. Clearly, the foreigners were indulging in creating false historical incidents. The great scientists made many inventions through their hard work in the field of science after coming in contact with the developed civilization of the world including India. However, there was no truth and diverse factual approach in the church and politics. In fact, scientists, church and politicians continued to confront each other in Europe. Later, they turned users and consumers of scientists who were exploited. The people were astonished at scientific inventions. Therefore, people of church and politicians started to term their own stories as inventions. Therefore, people started inventing in human studies. It means that people started indulging in concocted stories, gossip, planning and their propaganda.
Simple workers of the company extolled Mohammad historians in India, giving a new lease of life to the Muslim propagandists who started to translate them into Urdu and Persian. Babarnama is an invention and propaganda which was found by Henry Mayars Elliot. The Muslim intellectuals translated it and put it into the libraries during Congress regime. Therefore, drama like ‘dhummacha de’ was started in the field of Mohammedan history.
The so-called autobiography of Babar was found for the first time in 1915 in England in the translation of Turkish language. Its classification in the library was –‘Hyderabad Codex’. But no such manuscript was found in Hyderabad, meaning Tipu Sultan library in Hyderabad. It was never found in the libraries of Agra, Delhi, Lahore, Karachi, Kabul, Kandhar, Uzbekistan, etc. It was said that no such translation was done in 1589 during the Akbar regime. Because the so-called book was in Chagatai language. It was also said that many parts of those pieces of translation were found to be missing. Many pages of that book were torn. It was also said that many atrocities were mentioned in that part of the book.
Ene Susan Bevarij has translated the book, according to which, the main manuscript was torn. It mentioned no date of birth of Babar. Later, Haider Mirza claimed to possess the lost information.
Meanwhile, in her introduction, the writer says that Zahir-Uddin-Mohammad was later known as Babar. Whose mother Kut-Luk-Nigah was an educated lady. She was well versed with the Quran. But at the same time, it was said that Zahir-Uddin-Mohammad neither saw nor read the Quran. All the writers are unanimous on this subject. The writer says that the mother taught Babar Turkish and Persian language, while all the prominent writers are of view that he was familiar with only Chagatai language.
The writer has also cited a book Zafarnama which was written by Al-Din-Al-Yazdi in 15th century on the order of Ibrahim Sultan. Timur was in the later part of 14th century. Chagatai Khan belonged to sanatandharmi clan in which Taimur took birth. He won over Khurasan to Bagdad. He butchered around two crores Muslim. He defeated the Usman dynasty of Turkey. Later, he confronted the Genghis Khan dynasty. Later, he adopted another culture for reflecting himself differently. It’s worth mentioning that Chagatai was the name of Genghis Khan. People belonging to Phargana were called Chagatai dynasty. Genghis Khan had many wives and kept women. He gave birth to many sons. Genghis Khan had married a girl named Borate (10) who herself belonged to Tatar dynasty. Later, Borate was abducted. Genghis Khan butchered many people for getting her back from the clutches of them. Borate gave birth to a son, Jochi. Later, he also gave birth to three children namely Chagatai, Ogadei and Tolai. Genghis Khan also gave birth to many children from other wives. Borate also gave birth to many daughters. Genghis Khan’s son Ugadai married his father’s kept woman Moge Khatun after the latter's demise. Genghis Khan was sanatandharmi. He used to give respect to the Buddhas. Genghis Khan’s distant brother was Karchar Noyan whose son was Ichil. Ichil’s son was Alangir. Alangir’s son was Burgul Noyan. Burgul Noyan’s son was Targai Noyan. Targai Noyan’s son was Timur. Therefore, Timur is great grandchild of great grandchild of brother of Genghis Khan. It remains unclear the relation between Timur and Babar. Since he took birth in the Chagatai dynasty, therefore he was called Chagatai Turk. But at the same time, Chagatai himself was a sanatandharmi person and a Buddhist. It remains unclear the date of Chagatai of Khurasan becoming Muslim. It’s yet to be known whether he became Muslim or not. All the people are anticipating it. Because, Babar had no knowledge of either Quran or Islam. After many years, he was termed as Muslim. But many people converted to Muslims in that region. That’s why, people anticipate on this basis. Although only Hun, Kushan and Shaka used to reside there in Pharagana. Turk is a part of Hun. Apart from it, Tajik and Turkman are in majority in that region.
Uzbek Khan belonged to sanatandharmi khan. It’s said that he adopted Islam at any point of time. But that region was named Uzbekistan in the 17th century. During the Babar era, that region was a part of India. It had been an inherent part of India since the Mahabharata period to 17th century. The Britishers themselves used to call it as part of India. For the first time in 1917, the Stalin-led Communist Party took control over that part and made it a separate province. Few years ago, it became a free nation state.

Today, the media has enough resources (media is also corporate house). Despite, it doesn’t invest requisite skill and expertise for its profession. Had it utilized its resources, it would have not revealed its ignorance over such important episode.
It shows that our media persons have no knowledge of basic facts. Everybody is cursing USA for its withdrawal from Afghanistan and allowing Taliban to control the country. At the same time, it is publishing that Afghans are warriors. They opposed US troops so sternly that they withdrew from Afghanistan. It’s nothing but revelation of ignorance.
It seems that the media persons have either no knowledge or memory of historical facts. Indian media continues to extol warriors of Afghanistan and Islam. Let’s remember the facts. It’s necessary to remember Israel with reference to its valour.
In the World War II, England, France and America had to strived hard to fulfill their oil requirement. However, they had been working hard in this regard since World War I. Many US, Swish and other European companies had been working in this regard since 1932. This search drive got intensified in the World War II. They found many crude oil reservoirs. That’s why, England, France and America created many smaller countries in the Middle East and Arabic regions and sealed treaty with them to ensure uninterrupted oil supply. In fact, it’s an example of creating illegal countries by England, France and America.
They started to provide these smaller countries money for oil. They also demanded money from Jews for expenditure on troops stationed in Euro-American countries. They promised them to support in taking control on their countries.
In a conference of Jews in May, 1948 at Tel Abib, it was declared that Israel is coming into existence. USA and USSR gave their recognition soon. But Egypt, Arab, Syria, Algeria, Lebanon and Iraq rejected UN proposal. All the Arabic and Muslim countries had enough weapons, while Jews had comparatively a smaller number of ammunitions. Initially, the Muslim troops encroached major part of Israeli land. But few years later, they retaliated strongly. Consequently, Muslim troops had to retreat. Troops of six Muslim countries had announced to throw six lakhs of Jews in the sea. Six crores of Muslim populations tasted defeated in the hand of six lakhs Jews. Muslim troops started to raise slogan of ‘leave the battlefield, leave the battlefield’.
The Jews boosted their strength in 10 years. Meanwhile, Communist Muslim and Egypt President Nasir declared Suez Canal as national asset to block path of England, France and Israel. England and France sealed treaty with Israel and commander Moshe Dayan defeated Egypt which approached the UNO. England and France also sealed treaty with Nasir. Then Israel decided to fight on its own. At last, Nasir announced on the government radio that his country will butcher Israelis in line with Hitler. Egypt, Syria, Jordon, Iraq and Algeria attacked Israel. But Israeli Air Force defeated them. Israel took control of Sinai Peninsula. Gajapatti and Golden Valley. In the meeting convened by the Arab League in 1967, it was declared to wage joint war against Israel. They attacked Israel but failed to defeat it. Israeli Prime Minister Golda Meir strengthened Israeli troops.
Apart from it, Israel gunned down five USSR fighter planes which were supporting Egypt in the war. Then after UN intervention, ceasefire was implemented. Getting angered after repeated fights, Jordon Shah Hussain deported Philistine fighters in 1970. Then Syria attacked Jordon. Then Israeli troops came forward to support Jordon. Then Syrian troops retreated.
In 1973, oil crises deepened and Arabic countries pressurized America and England not to support Jews. When Jews were observing fasting during Israeli divine festival in that year, Syrian and Egyptian troops attacked Israel. Troops of other Muslim countries supported them. But Israeli troops forced them to retreat. They were in position to control Egyptian capital. Then Egypt started talking about ceasefire and finalized it in 1974. But at the same time, in the UNO, Jews were charged with spreading racism. It’s worth remembering that after 1973, there were total of seven lakhs of Jews who defeated seven crores of Muslims. The Muslims troops started to bow down to Jew troops.
In 1977, Egyptian President Anwar Sadat visited Israel and sealed treaty between both the countries. But in the very next year, Philistines attacked Israel and killed 38 Jews including 13 children. But they made treaty under US intervention. Egyptian extremists opposed it. Therefore, Jews and Muslims have been witnessing war and peace.
Meanwhile, the USSR thought to penetrate to the Indian Ocean through Afghanistan. Reacting to it, the USA made strategy to block its route. This is the root cause of current wars in Afghanistan. Therefore, both Russia and America made Afghanistan as their tools. Both the countries were fighting for making their presence felt in the Indian Ocean. Afghan became a tool for them. In order to defeat the USSR, the USA took support of Pakistan, Iran, Saudi Arabia and China. Meanwhile, the USSR extended support to communist Afghans and Shia Muslims. In this war, around 20 lakhs Afghans were killed and lakhs of people left the country and took shelter in Pakistan and Iran.
In fact, this war cost dearly to the USSR which disintegrated into five provinces like Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan and Azerbaijan which are Muslim dominated parts.
The Communist Party came to power in 1978 with USSR intervention. Then many Communist leaders like Ramvilas Sharma urged the USSR to dispatch its troops in India in line with Afghanistan and set up Communist regime. The Janata Party was in the power in the country and the Congress was not in the position to provide major cooperation to the Communists and the USSR in this regard. But the USSR suggested to many socialist leaders to break the Janata Party by raising the episode of dual membership over Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh.

Meanwhile, the USA aggravated mujahideen and terror supported groups to block the path of the USSR. Under inspiration of the USA in a conference of Foreign Ministers of 34 Muslim countries in January 1980, it was sought to immediate withdrawal of USSR troops with no condition. A resolution in this regard was passed in the UNO. The Soviet block countries like India, Vietnam, Angola and East Germany, etc opposed this resolution.
Meanwhile, Pakistan continued to intervene in Afghanistan by imparting training to Muslim terrorists with support of America and England. China and Arabic countries also cooperated Pakistan in this work. The CIA played a major role in this regard. The USSR continued to strengthen its strategic prowess and war stretched too long. But Mikhail Gorbachev announced to withdraw troops from Afghanistan suddenly. Because, Gorbachev was quite close to both America and England on that point of time. The entire USSR troops returned back to their country by 1989. In 1992, the Communist Party government collapsed in Afghanistan. The Indian media failed to report properly over support of various countries to a particular side. The entire world knows these facts. East Germany and Congress-led Indian government were supporting the USSR in this war which was leading by Soviet commanders like Leonid Brezhnev, Mikhail Gorbachev as well as Afghan commanders like Babra Kamal, Mohammad Najibullah, etc. The USA was leading the other side which included terrorist groups like Sunni Mujahideen like Jamaat-e-Islami, Shura-e Nazar, Hezb-e-Islami, Maktab al-Khidmat, etc. Apart from that, England, West Germany, Israel, China, Saudi Arab and Pakistan were supporting the USA in this war. Also, Shia Mujahideen like Harakat-e-Islami, Nastra Party, Shura Party, Rad Party, etc were fighting for the USA in the war. The China supporter Maoists were also the part of this war. The prominent commanders included Burhanuddin Rabbani, Ahmad Shah Masood, Ismaili Khan, Fazal Haque Mujahid, Abdullah Azam, YunusKhalis, Abdul Kadar, Mohammad Umar, Ahmad Jilani and Osama Bid Laden. In fact, Osama was fighting for the USA, but with passage of time he deceived it. Later, it formed terrorist organization Al-Qaeda and attacked twin towers of WTO at New York, killing over 3000 innocent people. This tragic incident jolted the USA which decided to intervene directly in Afghanistan to take revenge of brutal death of its citizens. In fact, Pakistan itself had formed Taliban with the US support. The Pakistani troops were providing training to them. The USA, Saudi Arab and Iraq were giving financial support to the Taliban. After withdrawal of the Soviet troops, the Taliban took control on Afghanistan. Later, on September 11, 2001, they launched brutal attack on the WTO in New York and Pentagon. Around 3,000 citizens were killed in this suicidal attack, leaving over 25, 000 injured. Osama Bin Laden and Zawahri were the masterminds of this attack.
Around 14, 500 USSR troops and 18, 000 Afghan troops were killed in this war stretched from 1979 to 1989. Apart from that, around 20 lakh Afghan citizens lost their lives in this tragic war. Around 50 lakh Afghans left their countries. Over 30 lakh Afghans got injured in this war. Meanwhile, around 90, 000 mujahideen and 5, 775 Pakistani troops were killed in this mayhem. Apart from that, the troops raped lakhs of Afghani women. Brutal atrocities were meted out to the lakhs of Afghans only on the doubt. Over half of the Afghan villages were looted. The mujahideen and Pakistani troops distributed the looted items. The Communists inspired by the USSR snatched farm lands from the Afghans. Many Afghani politicians were assassinated. Later, the Taliban also started indulging in this incident in Afghanistan.
And ultimately, the Taliban attacked the USA which intervened in Afghanistan on October 7, 2001. They unseated the Taliban and set up a democratic government there in Afghanistan. They remained there for 20 years and butchered around 60, 000 Taliban in the revenge of their 3, 000 US citizens. Also, they eliminated Osama Bin Laden living secretly in Pakistan. Around 1, 40, 000 US and British troops provided shelter to Afghanistan for 20 years. But at the same time, even suffers also started demanding withdrawal of US troops from Afghanistan due to religious insanity. Therefore, the USA troops returned to their country due to anger instead of tasting defeat in the hands of Taliban. The Indian media extols those Afghan warriors whom it either knows nothing or conceals identity. Mainly the US and the USSR fought in Afghanistan. We have described it in detail. But Indian media has no time to reveal truth behind Afghanistan and withdrawal of US troops. Most of the media persons are yet to know that Afghanistan has been an inherent part of India till beginning of 20th century. Maharaja Ranjit Singh’s capital was Kabul. Therefore, India should claim over Afghanistan.
The media has been a tool of governance in the entire world. It’s called fourth pillar of the democracy. Other three pillars are- legislative, executive and judiciary. The media is supposed to show its clean image in the society for support of the governance. Therefore, British and US media have also been criticizing their respective government but at the same time they support the ruling establishments on the vital issues. It seems that Indian media forgets this fact. It considers supporting Pakistan and Taliban as its duty. The Indian media conceals truth behind Afghanistan and terms it as invincible. What type of inferiority this is?

Historical believes associated with the festival of Dussehra or vijayadashmi
There are so many story is associated with the festival of Dussehra as Indian culture has always been a worshipper of of bravery and magnificence and to promote these features we the people of India celebrate dussehra and if ever war becomes inevitable then we should not be waiting for invasion from our Enemies but we must take initiatives to oppose and destroy those forces which can cause danger for us.
Some Scholars believe that since the time of Lord Ram this day has been a symbol of of the March of victory and it is a fact that on this day Lord Ram had begin his journey to defeat Ravana and on this auspicious occasion he had successfully invaded Lanka and within few days successfully destroyed and his reign of atrocities and freed crores of people from the atrocities of the demon king.
Maryada Purushottam bhagwan Shri Ram is an ideal of the Aryan culture and Ud it has been set in Valmiki Ramayan about him-

On the other hand there has been a very strong believe that in the month of Ashwin Shukla paksha 10th day De killed Ravan and this way he destroyed the demon powers and strengthened the power of Virtuous forces and divine forces and this way truth and justice defeated the evil forces.
The Goddess of India who is is the symbol of power and who destroys the Rebel forces called mother Durga and among men Maryada Purushottam Lord Shri Ram who is very calm and composed and both of them are the symbol of greatest power.
The atrocious Kings Ravan and Mahishasur were destroyed who were symbols of Evil forces at this way the flag of of Virtuous forces was wasted and to celebrate these events devotees worship mother Durga and Lord Shri Ramchandra.
Some people believe that this war is a symbol of a journey because by the occasion of Dussehra season of rain ends the rising water of of rivers start receding and the crops of paddy starts to become ripe.
The festival of Dussehra is celebrated as with me and this festival is the occasion to symbolise power and convergence of power and by offering prayers to mother Jagdamba for 9 continuous days the world becomes powerful and becomes capable of of getting success in the world and from this point of view Dussehra is the festival of victory.
It is believed that to get victory over his enemy one must start his journey on this day because this day there has been occasion of Shravan Nakshatra which is very auspicious.
This festival is called vijayadashmi because mother Bhagwati had got victory on this day and Lord Rama completed his 14 years of exile and killed the demon King Ravana after which he left for Ayodhya.
Pandavas on exile after losing the game of gamble with Kaurav spent 12 years in the forest and one year in exam when they were not to be recognised by anyone and if if they would have got recognised according to to the condition they had to you again live in exam for the next 13 years therefore in the last 13 year Arjuna hid his weapons on a Shami tree and disguised his identity as Vrinhla and got a job in the court of king Virat and when the son of king Virat took Arjuna in the battle to protect cows from Kaurav on that occasion Arjuna took his weapons from the Shami tree and registered victory over his enemies.
The hero of crores of Hindu heart Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj had fought successful against the Mughal emperor Aurangzeb and protected the religion of hindutva ad in the history of India there have been in many such occasions when Hindu Warriors left for the battlefield on this day.
It is believed that on Ashwin Shukla paksha Dashmi when the stars start to to appear in the evening the the occasion is called Vijay muhurat aur the moment of victory and this moment is considered to be very auspicious and a work is started on this moment you will definitely be completed successfully.

All the living beings in the world are born out of mind and become a part of life and it is our mind which keeps our life dynamic. Where there is dynamism control is also important there at the same time. If we talk at material level it becomes evident that it is necessary to use brake to keep the speed of a vehicle under control. And it is a reality that the driver keeps using break during his journey occasionally and finally he arrive at his destination. About control of mind Lord Krishna has said -

Ashansayam Mahabaho Mano Durnigraham Chalam l
Abhyasen Tu Kaunteya Vairagyena Cha Grihayate ll (Geeta, A.6, Shloka- 35)

Fickle mind can be controlled with difficulty there is no doubt in it but with the practice of best things one can have proper control over his mind as Goswami Tulsidas has said that everything in the world keeps getting deviated from its path like when the air blows all the leaves of trees start shaking and similarly that kind of situation appears the mind of every living being becomes getting deviated as it is like uncontrolled running horse-

Yastvavigyanvan Bhavatyayuktena Mansa Sada l
Tasyendriyanyavashyanti Dushtashva Eva Sarthe ll
(Katho. A. 1. V 3, M5)

Our mind is is the Charioter and when it sees the greenery of forest which is like the material pleasure it keeps running here and there.
You can take the example of any generation which makes it clear that those who could not keep their mind under control the definitely have to confront difficulties in life and in the era of Satya Yuga Hiranyakashipu and in the Treta era Ravana and in the dwapar era Duryodhana lost their control of mind therefore despite being strong and wealthy and very powerful they all Got ruined. It has been well said that those who act without proper contemplation they repented later.

Our mind can know what is right and what is wrong and occasionally we quite often experience this that our mind is is a treasure of of infinite power but we get deviated from the natural course of mind and start running after unnecessary Desire to fulfill them and it is a fact that most of our desires are not natural but they are basically due to the pressure from our family or society like our desire to earn lots of money but we are never born with money it is is this desire which we inherit from our society. If I tell you that you just think what is that the society has not given to you and you will be surprised about what it could be and those who have tendency in Virtuous things I will say that they will talk of of God and many other people will say a that we are aware of God but it could be the truth but many other people would like to know about there is period of which knowledge can be obtained in many birth while it is God which is is the supreme controller of all the Spirits but all this can be possible if we have control over our mind but we mostly think about our body and not about our mind all the time and we are engaged in fulfilling the needs of our body but we never try to fulfill the needs of our mind like most of our energy is spent what to eat to keep our body healthy and enjoy the taste of food how to get attractive look therefore mostly focus on our body which is external and we never think of our mind and its needs.
Just imagine if you know one day that you are going to die in a few moments then what will be the condition of your mind and what will be the things of which you will think it is necessary?

A man is free and he can be in shackles only due to his mind because body does not have even slightest of strength as it has been surrounded by old age diseases and Ud animes like death and this body is like unbaked pottery and can be broken very easy.

How so much attractive the lamp of our body might be and how beautiful it might have been decorated but its natural beauty e will appear only with the burning of the light of mind.

The light of mind can be seen only when it burns and it can be lit bhaiya capable teacher because it is our teacher who can take us in the right direction because if we don't have the knowledge of our direction especially the right one then even rising sun will appear like the sun getting to be set.

We need body to do religious, economical, social, moral and spiritual works. Therefore, we need to remain healthy. It has been said that-
‘Shariramadyamkhalu dharma sadhanam I’
Physical health means not only healthy body but healthy entire personality also. There are four ingredients of it-
1) Physical
2) Mental
3) Economical
4) Spiritual

Physical health

As its name, body needs to be healthy first. Because no work is possible without healthy body whether it is enjoying worldly prosperity or attaining spiritual bliss. Two things are important for keeping body healthy-
1) Diets contribute around 70 percent in keeping body healthy.
2) Daily exercise contributes around 30 percent in keeping body healthy.
Therefore, we need to control on our diets and avoid fried and packaged food items, maida, etc. Always keep in mind to consume light diet. Chew the food. The brain gets its message after 20 minutes.
Do exercise daily and regularly. Try to do exercise of all the body organs. Try to do exercise in various postures so that body can function properly.
However, it would be justifiable that we do exercise and consume diets under guidance of any expert. Otherwise, many a times, it makes adverse effect on our body. Yogic postures are highly useful for exercise. But as we know that postures give no desired benefit without abiding by yam and niyam. Therefore, yog is not an exercise but a mean of leading a healthy life.

Mental health

Few years ago, people used to give no proper attention on the mental health. Even today in the rural areas, people prefer not to talk on mental health. In the urban areas too, people conceal it to avoid getting treated themselves as insane. It needs to be understood that as mind also falls prey to diseases in line with body. Therefore, we also need to keep mind healthy. Mind plays an important role in doing any work. It has been said-
‘If mind wins, we win battle, if mind loses, we lose battle’
We need to keep two things in mind to keep our mind healthy-
1) Pranayam
2) Reading knowledgeable books
We need to read good books. It has been said that books are the best friends of the human beings.
Mental health includes emotional health which comprises information regarding yourself, awareness, social awareness and building relationship, etc. Emotional intellect means helping others, listening them patiently, encouraging yourself continuously, controlling your emotions, etc. It’s possible only through pranayam and exercise.

Economical health

We need to be financially empowered to leading a healthy life. It’s possible only through hard labour. Without economically self-reliant, other activities of life get derailed. Therefore, the scholars treat homely life as the best way. It’s the best ashram of all. Therefore, we need to acquire knowledge properly in the celibacy ashram so that we need to earn money as per the religion in future. It has been said-

‘Arthagamonityamarogita cha, priya cha bharyapriyavadini cha,
Vashyashchaputraarthakari cha vidya, shad jivalokasyasukhanirajan I’

It means that those people who have enough money, healthy body, loving brothers, obedient sons and daughters and knowledge are prosperous in the world.
Economic freedom in the celibacy ashram means acquiring more knowledge in the limited resources. Those students who visit to foreign universities to study are allowed to do few hours of work for earning money so that they can know importance of money in their life.

Spiritual health

Spiritual health doesn’t mean that you remain offering prayer to the god. It means that you must know aims and objectives of life. You must participate in good thoughts of the society. You must contribute in social welfare. Your life should be based on values.

Truth, non-violence, asteya, aprigrah, celibacy, tap, satisfaction, self-study, remembrance of the god, kindness, forgiveness, donation, duty, etc are some of the good merits which need to be assimilated in our life. These are highly important for overall development of our life. Proper path is essential for getting success in life. Otherwise, we will get derailed.
Coordination of all the four areas is essential for health. Generally, people consider that earning money, conservation of divine or moral values and study should be in homely asram, sanyas and celibacy respectively. it has been said that-

Prathamenarjita vidya, dvitiyenarjitamdhanam,
Tritiyenarjitampunyam, chartuthekimkarishyati I

It means that those people who didn’t acquire knowledge, money and divinity in celibacy, homely ashram and sanyas respectively can do nothing in vanprashtha. But it’s not proper in the practical. We need to keep coordination of all the four stages for overall development.
Therefore, overall development is the need of the hour for keeping physical, mental, economic and spiritual health. They are the factors of happiness. The scientists have arrived at conclusion that the following hormones in the body keep us happy-

1) Dopamine- Secretion of this hormone takes place when we consume tasty food items and do favorable works.
2) Serotonin- It makes an impact on the capacity of sleep, hunger, memory, learning, etc. Its secretion takes place during running, meditating, walking, swimming, cycling, etc.
3) Oxytocin- It’s also known as love hormone. Its secretion takes place during hugging, praising, playing with children and helping someone with no self-interest. Mother feeds her child due to his hormone.
4) Endorphins- It’s painkiller of the body. Its secretion takes place during laughing, exercising, etc.

Clearly, all the four hormones are the sources of happiness. They are associated with our health. Then question arises that what should we do to keep us healthy and happy?

We can remain happy and healthy by doing following works-
• Walking
• Exercising
• Laughing
• Consuming balanced diet
• Meditating
• Helping others
• Sleeping properly
• Increasing social network
• Controlling stress
• Believing in the ultimate power

If we do all the aforesaid activities in our life, we will remain happy and healthy. There are two obstacles in its path-

• Laziness
• Habit

We can get rid of these obstacles by keeping our goal in mind and trying to do it. Don’t do haste in this work and get discouraged.
Now question arises that what’s the bliss? This bliss is beyond health and happiness. Aanandmayakosh comes after annamaya, manomaya, pranamaya, vigyanmayakosh. We can find this aanandmayakosh on the path of the best. Those people who love can get temporal happiness. They fail to get bliss. Living in coordination is essential for getting bliss. The Ishavasyopnishad says that-

Ishavasyamidamsarvamyatkinchitjagatyamjagat I
Tena tyaktenabhunjitha ma gridhahkasyasviddhanam I

It means that the people should enjoy the worldly items with a sense of sacrifice. Self-realization is called bliss which is simplicity and awareness. The Mundak Upnishad writes that the weaker people (physical-mental-intellectual-soul) fail to get soul. Neither insane nor aimless people get this. Those who keep coordination among religion, science, sanyas and yog can get this bliss.
Purification of body and mind and agility are the first and last criteria of being happy, healthy and blissful.

It means that they consume balanced and proper diet. Their mind is in their control. Our religious scriptures like Upnishad, Ved, Upaved, Vedant, Brahman and Aaranyak, etc have described it in detail.

Centers of yog and ayurved have been focusing on the diets in India. Because, diet is the very basis of ayurved which is a positive science of age and health. At the same time, allopathy is the science of various types of diseases. Greek meaning of allopathy is “allos” which is made of opposite and pathos. As the people suffering from constipation is advised to consume lecmetive which makes an adverse impact on the patients. It means that allopathy is a militant treatment, while ayurved, yog and nisarg treatment are the positive science of health of body, mind and consciousness. They check the diseases instead of suppressing them. That’s why, it has been said that –‘svasthasyasvasthyarakshanamaaturasyavikaraprashamanam cha iti yog nisargopacharaayurvedasyamulaprayojanam I’ It means that while boosting health of people, checking and balancing disorders like rheumatism, bile and cough ‘doshameva hi sarveshamroganamekakaranam’ (Bagbhatta) are the main features of ayurved, yog and naturopathy.
‘Yadyapathayamkimaushadhyahyadipathyamkimaushadhaih’ is mantra of ayurved in getting rid of disorder and conservation of health. It means that if you consume proper diets, you will get rid of diseases. It’s the great sutra of health.

Pathyesatigadartasyakimaushadhnisevanam I Pathyeasatigadatasyakimaushadhnisevanam II

The diet is of great importance in ayurved. Many mantras describe diets as the best and the great medicines-

‘Na cha aaharasamamkinchitabheshajyammupalabhyate’

There is no medicine is greater than that of diet. That’s why, it has been said that –

‘binapibheshajaivyadhipathyadevnivarttate I Na tupathyavihinasyabheshajanamshatairapi’ I

No medicine is effective without proper and balanced diet. Lord Shrikrishna has made it clear in the Gita that ‘yuktaharviharasyayuktacheshtasyakarmasu' I Yuktasvapnaabodhasyayogobhavatidukhaha I’ It means that those people who consume balanced diet and indulge in proper lifestyle and sleeping get rid of diseases. They lead their life properly. Our Upnishad, Ved, Upved, Vedant, Brahman and Aaranyak, etc have described diets in detail. Chhandogyopanishad cites this mantra ‘aaharshuddhausatvasuddhisatva Dhruva smriti labdhesarvagranthinamvipramokshah II It means that pure diets make our existential life aesthetic. Our internal consciousness becomes pure. It eradicates jealousness, hypocrite, etc. The peaceful mind eradicates all the mental complexes and brings divine purity and serenity. The diet has been described elaborately in Chhandogyopanishad 6.5.1 to 6.5.3.

Annashitamtredavidhiyatetasya yah sthavishtodhatustatpurishambhavati I Yomadhyamastanmansamyoaniptastanmanah II

It means that consumed food items turn into three types. Lowest part becomes stool, middle part turns into flesh and micro part turns into mind.
Tejoashitamshredhavidhiyatetasya yah sthavistodhatustadasthibhavatiyomadhyamahsamajjayoanishthahsavakII It means that major part of consumed ghee turns into bone. The middle part becomes bone marrow and the micro part turns into speech. Vak Maharshi Ambhurin’s daughter and Kashyap Rishi’ wife has written SuktamRingvedoktama (8 shloka of Ringved, 10 mandal, 10 anuvak, 125 suktam). Language, speech, sound and oratory are the deities of phonetics. ‘Aapah pita stredhavidhiyantetasam yah sthavishthodhatustanmutrambhavatiyomadhyamastallohitayoanishkahsapranah I’ It means that lower, middle and micro part of consumed water turn into urine, blood and vital energy respectively. That’s why, mind, food grain, vital energy and speech become aesthetic.
Aayuraighritamityadivat means ghee is the age because it boosts life. It’s ‘Kathopnishad’. Consuming ghee after doing hard work boosts age. Those people who do no hard work and consume ghee fall prey to cardiac arrest.
Ayurved mentions innumerable mantras to get rid of diseases through diets. Mitbhojanamswasthyam, yenaaaharaviharenaroganamudbhavabhavet, jirnebhojanammatreyahlaghanamparamaushadham. It means that the people should eat food after digestion of previous food. Do fasting to get rid of indigestion. Jirnehitammitam cha aadyatajirnebhojanamvisham, dukhamtathaiva cha papamatibhojanamrogamulam, mitambhojanamswasthyamatyashanamvaadhyashanam dukkha cha rogamulam, atyashanam, adhyashanam, samashanam, ahitaashanam cha santyajyama I
According to an interesting story, once upon a time, Charak uttered like pigeon koaruk-koaruk in the various ashrams to test his disciples who failed in it. Only Bagbhatta replied to it- hitabhukmitabhukritubhuk it means that those people who consume proper diet as per season, atmosphere and nature get rid of various types of diseases.
Lord Shrikrishna himself has analyzed diets in the Gita-

Aayusatvabalaaarogyasukhapritivivardhana I Rasya, snigdhasthirahridyaaaharasatvik Priya II

The people should consume those diets which boost age, aesthetic, immunity, prosperity, brotherhood, affection, peace, etc. They should consume vegetables, germinated food grains, fresh fruits, milk, curd, chhachh, etc. Therefore, the diets must boost age, encouragement, existential strength, health, peace and prosperity. Such people do good deed. They renounce longing, jealousness, greed, etc. They are non-violent, affectionate, peaceful, etc. Their body is pure.
Diets of aesthetic people make great impact in the world. They start witnessing the god in every animal. They are non-egoist. Aesthetic deed provides good result. Those people who are egoist, violent and unwise prefer non-vegetarian food items. Lord Shrikrishna has described it as such-

Katu amla lavanaatiushnatikshnarukshavidahinah I Aahararajasasyaishtahdukhshokaamayapradah II

Those people who are of rajasic nature prefer sharp, bitter, salted, hot, dry food items which provide nothing but grief, diseases, etc. Such people are egoist. They want to become famous in name of hypocrisy by performing yagya.
Rajasic food items make people lazy, egoist, impure, etc. They want to attain anything without doing hard work. They know nothing about religion, religious duty and meaning of reality. They continue to indulge in anarchy. They consider materialistic life as the religion. Their life is full of impurity, mean character, jealousness, etc. They are unwise, ignorant, sinner, cruel, etc. They consume that food items which boost sex, anger, greed, jealousness and violence. Lord Shrikrishna himself has described it-
Yatayam gat rasamputiparyushitam cha yat I Udhishtamapi cha bhojanam tamas priyas I
It means half-cooked, stale and impure food items are impure. Tamasic people prefer such food items. Such people are full of longing, violence, jealousness, etc. They are ignorant, lazy, cleaver, irreligious, fearful, cruel, promiscuous, etc. It’s the repercussion of such food items.
According to analysis of aforesaid food items, arrangement of non-violent, aesthetic and life providing medically certified diets have been made at Patanjali Yogpeeth-run Yogagram and Patanjali wellness centers. Such diets are provided to the patients admitted in these centers. These diets are providing physical, mental, moral and spiritual health for the patients who get rid of many chronic diseases. The credit goes to around 1500 scientists and thousands of other competent health workers under sheer guidance of Patanjali Yogpeeth patron, guide and yog scientist Swami Ramdev Jee Maharaj and ayurved great scholar Acharya Balkrishna Jee Maharaj.
That’s why, Patanjali Yogpeeth is providing a new lease of life in the field of health, education, ayurved, naturopathy, yagya, acupressure, etc. Patanjali Yogpeeth is building new world by creating new humanity not only in India but also in the abroad. New humanity is free from jealousness and diseases.

There has been a very famous saying that where the women are worshipped the place is the Abode of God and we have also found the descriptions of auspicious women in many scriptures in our culture and traditions.

The woman whose words are sweet Babbu man whose voice is sweet and who speak with lots of affection for others who is always ready to serve the needy people and who is always ready to to forgive and hu is also always ready to make great sacrifices and at the same time she is also very e vice and has lots of compassion in her nature and fully dedicated to her duty such women are considered as respectable as Goddess Mata Lakshmi. Such women always deserve the blessings of Bhagwan Dhanvantari and these woman cook food for every member of her family without any kind of discrimination or partiality taking care of the taste of every member and disturb the food with great affection for everyone.
There is found a description in charak Samhita in which it has been said that people are running here and there in the world only in search of food which is the reason why food has also been called soul of all living being and it is also a reality that our food has the power to protect our life and it also gives us mind intelligence satisfaction peace good health and healthy life and also makes us strong healthy and fused and full of encouragement and all these qualities are possible due to food that we eat. However it is a very unfortunate state of affairs that the same food today has turned out to be promoter of diseases and endangering our life. Today the report of world research tells that those people who died due to hunger in the world is much lesser than those who die due to eating unhealthy food.
The management of our kitchen lies in the hands of our mother and our mothers must take the responsibility to select best food ingredients so that the cook the food by them could not cause any kind of health hazard for the members of the family only then we will be able to build a disease free Nation and all the then we will be able to to reject the report of the world forum which says that India has become the biggest hub of diseases in present time. But if the mothers and sisters of this country discharge their duties properly then all these proclamation will definitely fail.
Because Indian Kitchen has been the world best kitchen and all the food ingredients used to cook food in Indian kitchens and the spices that are used in India are amazingly great from health point of view because the food ingredients including spices are nothing but healthy natural medicines which are able to cure so many diseases and prevent the diseases as well. For example paper bay leaves both black and green cardamom ginger garlic cinnamon etc have so many health benefits and our ancestors knew very well about the health benefits of these medicines and their knowledge passed from one generation to another generation and people used these food ingredients with great trust as considering them Protector of our health but today's generation is fast forgetting the importance of these great food ingredients because the age-old knowledge is on the part of downslide.
Our kitchen has always been free from diseases due to Ayurvedic ingredients and since ancient time our kitchens have been a laboratory of Ayurveda where our Lifestyle our daily routine and effect of seasonal changes are taken care of while preparing food since ancient time and if we try to understand this it will be clear that our kitchens are still a laboratory of Ayurveda which they were in ancient time and every work that we do you at home is done while keeping our health in our mind as the top priority and did not ever care that how efficiently the experts of Ayurveda formalized our daily Lifestyle in such a manner that has always been a scientific way and which is the reason why different food has been suggested to be eaten in different seasons to keep ourselves healthy which is according to To the principle of Ayurveda and h domestic kitchens are are managed according to to the principles of Ayurveda.

While focusing on the way of working of our mothers and sisters at home it has been said that if a mother is going to cook food in the kitchen then she must keep in her mind that she is not going to cook food but she is going to prepare Prasad. She also think that she is not cooking food but she is preparing natural medicines to keep everybody healthy in the family and every member in the family will have good physical and mental health.

I wish that nobody should be on healthy nobody Falls ill in the family and in ancient time our grandmothers were well aware of health benefits of natural food without reading any yoga or ayurvedic book or scripture. Earlier people live in joint families and all the women of the family considered all the children as their own and took care of everyone with equal expression of love and affection and it is also that that they had not read any moral science book like Ramayan Aur Geeta but then you how to behave in the family because equality was the main force that kept the whole family together and kept the whole family healthy.
But in the last 20 to 40 years there has come a big change in our kitchens due to which we are witnessing Rapid growth in the number of complicated and life threatening diseases. Due to copying the modern lifestyle foolishly and blindly we have maintained a distance from the principles of Ayurveda and our kitchens which used to be a laboratory of cooking healthy food have today become non-scientific. Due to blindly following the modern lifestyle Indian kitchens are getting destroyed everyday and the number of patients is growing in the hospitals which is a result of the disturbance caused in the balanced food habits.
Due to the glare of model lifestyle Indian kitchens have been badly affected.
Vagh Bhatt has suggested 4 principles of cooking food-

First principles of cooking food

According to this the food which has been away from the contact of Sunlight and natural air is not a food but it is is like poison which can destroy our health because the touch of Sunlight and natural air gives divine power to the food that we eat and the absence of the two while cooking food is harmful for our body and mind. Similarly that water is also as healthy and should not be taken if if it has not win in the contact of air and sunlight add this is the reason why the people of Jain culture do not eat the food that grows under the surface of the earth and the people of Jain community also do not eat food after sunset. The logic behind it is that when the food comes in contact with the sun harmful bacteria and other microbes are destroyed and when the food comes in the contact with the air oxygen content in the food becomes higher due to which the food becomes good for health.

Second principle of cooking food

According to the second principle of cooking food first it is required to understand that the food which becomes ripe in the field in a longer period of time it also takes longer time in getting cooked in the kitchen that means we must take care of the principle of motion in the process of preparing food for eating which means food becomes nutritious after cooking if it is cooked properly for example the food that becomes ripe in the field in just 3 months takes very little time in getting cooked while the food which takes 9 months in getting ripe in the field takes longer time in getting cooked in the kitchen. According to this principle a food takes a certain time in accumulating the nutrition from soil and that nutrition will become decomposed in the kitchen when it is cooked but it will also take a certain time and in the both process we cannot make any changes from our side because the process is quite natural and even if we could bring changes in the process of cooking in terms of time then we can get food to eat but we can not get sufficient nutrition out of it.

Third principle of cooking food

When our brothers and sisters cook food in the kitchen that food must be eaten by all the members of the family within 48 minutes after cooking. Because if the gap between having finished the cooking and having eaten the food increases the nutritional value continues to go down and after 24 hours of cooking the food becomes stale and if this gap is very large then it is not fit for or being eaten by even animals and if a food after cooking and before it in if heated for so many times then it loses its natural nutrition and eating such food main cause deformities in our body. The way our ancestors used to to prepare a harvest before it being cooked in the kitchen it also had a proper rule like for example after grinding of food grain our ancestors used to consume it within 15 days which was good from health point of view and if the food is eaten after 15 days of grinding then it starts losing its nutritional value and from health point of view it also appears to be quite right that a food grain after grinding remains fresh but with passing of time it is attacked by microbes and it continues to become harmful for our health. Vitiate from scientific point of view then it appears quite natural and in today's modern context it is unfortunate that we are forgetting their scientific principle everyday while our ancestors had made these rules but we have been ignorant to these rules.

Fourth principle of cooking food

According to the fourth principle of cooking food when we grind a food grain at a very high speed then the food prepared this way is harmful for our health like oil extracted from mustard seeds can be harmful if it is grinded very fast similarly the flour made of food grain if grinded very fast then it may also cause health hazard. It is a fact that India is the country of wind and 70% diseases caused in India is due to air 20% due to pitta and 10% due to cough. This means whatever process we follow while cooking food in our kitchen they must not be e very fast and they must not be prepared very fine way. This can be easily recognised for example if wheat grain is cooked from two methods one in manual grinder where grinding takes place by using hand while the another bulk of wheat grain is grinded in electric meal and you will feel that the chapati made of the manually grinded flour is software for a very long time while another chapati made of electrically grinding flour becomes very hard very soon. Therefore from these examples one can easily understand this fact similarly fine flour which is also called maida causes gastric problem when consumed by us because it has been prepared at a very micro level similarly refined oil white sugar are are also very harmful but mustard oil and jaggery are good for our health similarly fibrous flour. In our modern lifestyle during last two or three decades these principles totally ignored and this way our kitchen which used to be the laboratory of a healthy Ayurvedic process has now become an epicenter of of causing diseases which is a matter of serious concern for coming generations.

In today's modern time we are also going away from the utensils that were good for our health and used some generations back because the food cooked in those old you can shelf used to be very tasty and good for our health but these days we have been using aluminium pressure cooker which is a a major reason for birth of diseases because earlier we were ready to spare sufficient time while cooking food but today we try to cook food as early as possible due to which we have been compromising our health and it is also a fact that pressure cooker violates the principles advised in the above mentioned paragraphs. Everybody knows well that when we cook food in the pressure cooker our food never comes in contact with sunlight and natural air during the process of cooking and it is also a fact that pressure cooker simply boils the pulses but it never decomposes the nutrients present in the pulses. In the field grains of pulses become ripe in 9 month therefore we must cook pulses in the kitchen for a longer time to make it nutritious and that too on a very low flame and this way the food will become good for our health. People those who come from rural background they know it quite well that earlier in the villages food was not cooked in the pressure cooker but in the pottery and that too on a very low flame on a clay made stove and due to this scientific method the food cooked this way had amazing taste but it is unfortunate that the pulses that which cook in pressure cooker contain only 18% of Nutrition while the pulses cooked in the earthen pot had complete nutrition and even today the Prasad to be offered to Lord Jagannath in Puri is also cooked in earthen pot. The smell of soil and nutrition of of the food cooked in such a pot made the food best. Another thing that we must take care of is that pressure cooker is made of aluminium which is also so not good for our health as it may cause so many deadly diseases therefore we are ourselves responsible for these problems when respected Swami Ji Maharaj has been saying again and again that we will have to associate ourselves again with our ancient traditions only then we can develop ourselves as a healthy Nation. Now let's also talk about refrigerator and micro oven as electronic gadgets are also breaching the principle of cooking food because restore our cooked food in the refrigerator and we use micro oven Ava the Stored food is to be served tour person but in this whole process the nutritional value of the food is destroyed and whatever we eat is nothing but residual remain the food but not the actual food and this way this food destroys our digestive system and also causes wastage of electric power and the release of chlorofluorocarbon from our electronic gadgets is also destroying our Ozone layer which prevents the coming of ultraviolet rays on the surface of Earth and it is also fact that the cold water of refrigerator has made crores of people in the country the patient of constipation and when this problem becomes very cute then it's repercussions makes life miserable but if we make our self and little bit disciplined then we can protect ourselves from these harmful diseases and now we will have to again start using the earthen pot to cool our drinking water this should also cook only that much of food that we can consume immediately but cooking more and more in quantity at once and storing it in refrigerator then it might save a little bit of your friend but it will definitely not be able to save your health. It has also been written in our scriptures that still food is something that invite diseases even then we repeatedly make this mistake and in today's modern world people have forgotten the taste and joy of eating hot chapati. People go to office everyday carrying their lunch in a tiffin box and by the afternoon this food becomes very low in in terms of its nutritional value and we are left with but to feel our stomach with this unhealthy food add this food makes us speak. Eating bread every morning has also become a very common in the breakfast and people have also developed a habit of keeping Pav Bhaji every evening but it is a fact that bread is made of of rotten food but our culture and tradition has never allowed us to eat such unhealthy food.
Grinder mixer can be seen in every family which is a breach of the fourth principle of cooking food because the food is grinded at a very fast speed due to which the nutrients are not decomposed well in the process of grinding in the mixer grinder but earlier people used stone made manual grinder which took sufficient time in grinding food stops which was able to decompose all the nutrients and provide it to our body to keep us healthy and it is a well-known fact that the food grinded in the mixer grinder causes gastric problem when eaten. Similarly packaged flour and packaged food are also breach of 3rd and 4th principle of cooking food.
Today in most of the families we are seeing packaged wheat flour is being used at a very large scale but this does not give us the natural taste of Chapati and it might feel our stomach but it never satisfies our body and our test Birds besides it also invites diseases but earlier people used to you grind wheat grains at home in a manual stone grinder and the women of every family used to grind food grains everyday cording to their need at this way everybody in the family remained healthy by eating the food grinded this wave.
The process is we used to cook food earlier in our kitchen used to be good for our health and in this process minute things for good health work taken into consideration and Manual machines like silbatta and Manual Chakki used to I am sure amazing taste and healthy food for every member of the family besides women of every family used to do physical exercise while using the manual machines but in today's modern time electric and electronic machines are being used that is destroying paste help and also does not allow proper physical exercise for those who prepare food in our families and even human being are becoming like machines and this is the reason why today's people are neither getting tasty food not getting healthy food due to which the entire human civilization is being surrounded by dangerous diseases.
Respected Swami Ji Maharaj has given up cal that we must get rid of the electric and electronic gadgets being used in our kitchen which are not good for our health and we should also try to to make our kitchens again a laboratory of good health according to Ayurvedic point of view and the most work in this direction.

Vandana Baranwal
State Incharge, Mahila Patanjali Yog Samiti, U.P. Central

House does not mean a structure made of bullets concrete and cement but its walls must make us feel daughter we are safe inside it because our home is the place which protects us from the harshness of season and weather like cold hot rain and it also provides us opportunity to peacefully enjoy company of our family members. And when we are talking about another space inside home that is called kitchen then we must understand its importance in a family. Whether someone has to welcome guest or serve delicious food or it is to protect family members from diseases in every condition our kitchen plays a vital role because in India kitchen and shows not only good taste but also good health for every member of the family. This is the reason why in our scriptures kitchen has been called aushdhalaya or a kind of dispensary. When there was no effective way to confront the challenge of Corona and even allopathic doctors had also surrendered in front of this challenge then it was our Indian Kitchen where foodstuffs prepared with medicinal values had amazingly protected the health of crores of people especially when things were prepared in the kitchen according to to the methods of our grandmothers who knew the secrets of good health hidden in our healthy food. And members of such families who used this method did not require any serious meditation even after been infected by coronavirus. They got cured from infection by using the age-old methods of our grandmothers. Therefore we should not see our kitchen just as a place where food is cooked but it is also the nursery of of our good health and Ayurveda because here we can cure many diseases very easily.

Laboratory

The third strain of covid infection is widely being predicted and the season of festival has already arrived when people often become sick by eating an healthy food while some others adapt wrong methods of holding fast like holding fast has been described as a method to keep our self healthy but in the name of holding fast people eat and drink lots of sugar made food that may cause health hazard for them. At the same time if the proper method of holding fast is followed then it detoxifies our body and improves our health and also provides us new energy and gives us healthy and strong digestive system and our body becomes clean both internally and externally and it gives us new energy of life to fight diseases.

Therefore in the method of naturopathy holding fast has been described as a great method and at the same time it is unfortunate that our present generation does not know how to hold fast due to switch the use wrong methods like eating very sweet and fatty food while holding fast and nobody take care of the fact that the purpose of holding fast is to purify our body. Due to adopting wrong methods of holding fast people increase their cholesterol level and it may also lead to the problems like diabetes. It is also unfortunate that people are being fooled by the restaurant owners who served pizza burger cutlet by claiming that these can be eaten during time of holding fast as this had been cooked in the kitchen with special methods according to the rules of fasting. It is utterly wrong as eating such food stops during fast is a breach of the norms suggested in our scriptures. Here it is requested that you never allow such things to happen with you.

The hub of taste

In today's modern time Indian women who work in the kitchen are under tremendous pressure to cook food according to process followed by restaurants and hotels because the number of people who are crazy for taste is growing very fast in every family and for them taste is more important them their health due to which the expectations from our kitchens in our families have greatly changed. Inter result our kitchens have turned out to become the hub of taste which is far away from good health as our kitchens are expected now to be e set up according to the style of the market which is improper as search food has never been good for our health and they also do not provide the real taste of food therefore it is well said that the kind of food we will eat similar will be our health. But how many things are getting to be changed because earlier in the past hotels used to to advertise by claiming to serve food like homemade which showed the importance of homemade food and now these days things are totally changed and in our Pursuit to copy the style of hotels we are also trying to claim that we make food like hotels in our kitchens how about medical science has also explain in detail about the health hazard of fried food, spicy food, fast food,.preserved food, eating late in the night, eating meat, etc. and expressed serious concerns about our changing food behaviour even then people are are continuously getting away the methods of cooking food. In this situation the woman of about families who take care of our kitchen and food prepared there are faced with machli ka challenges taking care of tasty food according to the demand of the family members at the same time they also have to maintain a proper balance of good health in the food.

The house of rules

You must remember that people use the word called Chauka for kitchen event today and there had been so many rules for the use of kitchen like nobody entered the space of the kitchen without bathing or with footwear etc therefore it is now important for us to understand the the science of our kitchens and the rules associated with it. It is a well-known fact that our women are the members of our family who to properly manage our kitchen and every member of the family depend upon them for good tasty and healthy food therefore everyone is endebited to the woman who took care of the process of cooking food. Even today the Rasoi Ghar of my childhood is still in my memory when it was called Chauka and not the kitchen where everything is Messy. My mother used to start cooking food and when she ruled to make chapati all our brothers and sisters used to start making rounds of her and the whole management of the place where food was cooked was into the hands of my mother and for my brother position of sun in the sky was her watch because she entered the kitchen with the first Ray of sun on the earth who by then I had completed all her morning ablution and she got engaged in the kitchen and also in the evening by the time son sets she used to prepare the evening food and modern science today also says that eating food late in the night is bad for health. In India kitchen is commonly called Chauka which I could understand very late as it was the place for which my mother had set and almost all the mothers in every family cats 4 rules that means when how much how and what and this four rules are to be followed by every member of the family and that time we did not know that she also used to follow the rule of of good food healthy food and food according to the season.

Centre of cooking food

Since beginning in my family there has been preparation of two types of food that means one is prepared for the daytime and that was called Kachcha and another one is the food that was cool in the evening and it was called pakka but in my childhood days I was not able to differentiate between the two however I could understand it very late the difference which means the combination of boiled rice pulses chapati vegetables curd pappadam and salad was called Kaccha food and in this combination a proper care was taken about the quantity of protein carbohydrate fats and fibre in the food. For example pulses contained protein that was necessary for our health and it takes long time in digestion therefore it is included in the daytime food while in the night the food which contained abundance of vitamins and minerals was stopped in the dinner that could get digested quite easily which was called pakka food.

Yagyashala the place of of performing Yagya

I often think that my mother never talked about Maharshi charak aur Ayurveda even then a lot of knowledge about the nutrition of food and about the types of food used to cook food with such a great love and affection that it's taste was amazing and it cannot be compared with any other food. There has been one more thing about my mother's food that was before serving the food my mother used to offer a part of it first to God and then it was served to us. Since the food that we eat everyday was first offered to God that was the reason why all the ingredients were pure and in such a manner that it was full of of purity which has been similar to the way we prepare Prasad for God then there is service station a religious occasion at our home and first chapati was the offer to mother cow. The purity and sacred place of our kitchen was really great and the organ store was lit in such a manner that it seemed to be like a Havan Kund. But in today's modern lifestyle we are people often say that they are very busy in this Lifestyle Yagya Shala and Havan Kund have already been forgotten and such performances really takes place On special occasions and nobody ever thought that there can be a permanent Yagya Shala in every household therefore we must be grateful to respected Swami Ji Maharaj and respected Aacharya ji that they have shown us the path of Yagya through Patanjali Yogpeeth and Swami Yagya Dev Maharaj has lete the Havan Kund of Yagya and from a new beginning people are showing interest in knowing about all these activities and methods.

Rasayanshala

We might have today forgot l the methods which were followed earlier by our ancestors and those methods might appear to us useless but after many decades we cannot ignore that those methods of kitchen work where is Pacific and full of scientific methods which ensure your happiness and good health of every household. Together we understand this speciality of the kitchen or not but the world understands it quite well because on one hand these methods keep the whole family together on the other hand the kitchen is also a place where food full of medicinal value is prepared. Here Rasayan means the study of Rus that means the uses of food and it might be that in today's world people are getting attracted towards the fast food like pizza burger Chaumin Momo etc but none of these are are comparable with the traditional Indian food on the basis of taste and health benefits. This is the reason why the way people are getting attracted towards yoga Ayurved and Naturopathy these days the same way Indian food will also be Vande very popular across the world because even today wherever you go you will find Gujarati Punjabi Rajasthani South Indian food because they are pure and very nutritious.

School

From market point of you many colleges and Universities are providing education in hotel management and also giving Diploma and degree courses to their students and many renowned brands are contesting in this field but they can never match the methods of cooking food at home in our domestic kitchens and well we talked about our domestic kitchens then the women were taking care of the management there are also called Annapurna and they don't require any certificate even then their talent and their knowledge is unmatched with any degree holder student of Hotel Management because these women are not only cook but they also know a lot of health benefits of the food which they used to cook at home which is bhai in front of their knowledge degrees of the university and big research centres are unmatched and this can be tested at any point of time because even in the period of Corona when the world witnessed a s s train give knowledge of kitchen of Indian women protected corrodes of lives and saved India from losing the battle.

Ayurvedshala

In India people have knowledge of not only cooking food but also they know what kind of food can cure which kind of disease and this knowledge has continued for so many generation because this stream of knowledge has been passing from one generation to another generation as the formula of our grandmothers who never go to any institute to learn this knowledge. During the time of joint family these formulas were used alot but in today's time of nuclear families people have been going away from the methods of cooking food and it is a reality that cardamom cinnamon cumin seeds fenugreek fennel seeds etc kept in the kitchen were used not only for enhancing the taste of food but in our ancient scriptures these spices are described as the greatest sources of good health like in charak Samhita and also in Vedas and Puranas the word that has been used for this is my face is aushadhi which means medicine. Actually the words like masala and zyka are not our words but they are foreign words and this Herbs are in fact herbal medicines for good health. In ancient India these medicines were widely used in cooking food and such descriptions can be found in sushruta Samhita therefore the ancient most Ayurvedic scripture on food and health can be recognised as Sushrut Sushrut Sanhita. In many Studies and Research it has been found that Indian food in which proper quantity of diesel medicinal Herbs are used contain sufficient quantity of sodium, calorie, fat intake and they also give us. However at the same time the most be careful about the use of their quantity in our food for good health.

The centre of poison

It is not that in our kitchen only medicinal ingredients are used but we have also included many poisonous ingredients like white sugar salt Maida which means fine flour polished rice polished pulses refined oil which are very dangerous for our health therefore if it could be possible we must stop using them in our food immediately otherwise we will always be caught by Eye diseases quite fun in our life it is a fact that 30 40 years ago people used Bali millets names to prepare chapati but these days people have started eating wheat flour to prepare chapatis and it is grinded very finely and very fast which is the reason why the number of of diabetes patients has been on the rise and it is advised that we must bring down the use of wheat flour and start using multigrain flour which is also provided by our Ashram and it contains abundance of of fibre in the form of choker and coarse flower is also good for our health but fine flour is neighbour good for our health as it gets stuck in H intestine and disturbs the whole digestive system therefore we must stop using it besides we should also try that the rice which we cook in the kitchen must be unpolished and other food grains also must be unpolished so that we could be able to confront with the problems like arthritis as the number of its patient has been on the rise always and as far as refined oil is concerned it is highly responsible for the heart related diseases and heart attack is caused due to it therefore the manufacturers of cooking oil may make false claims but we should not get trapped in there deceptive campaigns and we should use cooking food in pure cow ghee mustard oil and oil off of alsi sesem seeds coconut etc otherwise nobody can save our heart from getting failed.

Centre of utensils

We have talked a lot about eating food and cooking food and the methods of cooking but it is also important to select proper utensils to cook food as without this knowledge we will never succeed in cooking healthy food. Every metal has got its own qualities because in the ancient time effluent people used the dishes of of gold Selva brass and copper but in today's world things have got drastically changed due to rising prices aluminium plastic and non stick very harmful for our health and it has been found in research that if food is cooked in bronze only 3% of its nutritional value is lost and the water kept in copper pot if consumed can cure liver related problems at the same time if food is cooked in in people then it will never allow the problems of gastric and Cup to strike you while the food cooked in the ironport also increases the health and even Steel pots are also so good for health but using aluminium for cooking food is very bad for health because aluminium affects our kidney directly and earlier people used to say that aluminium pots if used for cooking food will invite 48 kinds of diseases. Therefore it is unfortunate that today in most of the families people are using pressure cooker which is made of aluminium utensils made of aluminium which are bad for our health but the best alternative would be the earthen pot as the food cooked in earthen pots are best from health point of view and we can find such descriptions in ayurvedic scriptures and modern science also supports it because food cooked in organ part provides 100% nutrition.

We may call our kitchen as a laboratory, a centre of Taste , a centre of rules, a centre of cooking food, centre of Yagya, centre of medicines , a centre of knowledge, centre of Ayurveda or a centre of poison or a centre of pots but keep in mind that whatever is cooking in the kitchen gets in the body of every member of the family and builds the body therefore our kitchen is more than anything but it is the centre of knowledge , the centre of good habits and above all it is a centre of construction of a family.

Recently on 5th of September India celebrated Teachers Day and earlier on 24th July people celebrated Guru Purnima to mark the importance of Guru in our culture . In the Indian system of education the role of a Guru is gradually declining. A teacher is very crucial and in today's time students from across the country remember that we must pay them respect which is quite natural.

In our scriptures it has been said that a teacher removes darkness and take his students towards the light therefore according to ancient system a teacher is considered as somebody who removes darkness and spreads light because the great scholar Krishna Dwaipayana Vedvyas who is also famous as Vedvyas was born on Ashwin Shukla Purnima therefore his birthday is marked as Guru Purnima on which occasion students pay respect to their gurus and on this occasion all spiritual and academic teacher are paid respect and they are especially remembered by all the students. Because these people have dedicated themselves for promotion of wisdom and mental development of people therefore in the countries like India Nepal, Bhutan and many other countries where the number of people following Buddhism Jainism and Hinduism this festival is celebrated in a very sacred manner.

Actually Guru Dronacharya is considered to be the first paid teacher but celebration of teacher's day began in India since 1962 because Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan who joined Madras Presidency College at the age of 21 in 1909 as a junior lecturer and he had been teaching philosophy and remained in the field of education in 1962 when he became the President of India before that he was the chancellor of Delhi University. When he became the President of India people tried to celebrate his birthday anniversary which was 5th of September on which he suggested that it is better to to mark this occasion to pay respect to all the teachers of the country on September 5 every year and since then September 5 is celebrated as the Teachers Day across the country. After this on the initiative of the Government of India in 1966 UNESCO and International Labour Organisation organised a meeting where rights of teachers and their responsibilities and their services related guidelines were discussed and it was also decided that from 1994 Teachers Day will be celebrated across the world on October 5 for which support of 100 member countries came and this way teachers day started to be organised globally from October 5 1994.

This way to pay respect to teachers and recognise their II services across the world most of the countries observe Teachers Day on October 5 every year but in other countries like Oman, Syria, Egypt, Libya, Qatar, Bahrain, United Arab Emirates, Yemen, Tanisha, Jordan ,Saudi Arabia, Algeria , Morocco and other Islamic countries teachers day is celebrated on February 28 , on the other hand in the countries like Argentina, Albania, Australia, Brazil , Chile, China, Czech Republic, Al Salvador, Hongkong, Singapore , South Korea , Hungary, Taiwan, Indonesia, Iran, Malaysia , Mexico , Mangolia, Pakistan, Peru, Philippines , Thailand and Turkey teachers day is celebrated on different Days Of The Year.

Importance of Guru
It has been said -

Gururbrahma Gururvishnuh Gururdevo Maheshwarah l
Guruh Sakshat Param Brahma Tasmai Shri Gurave Namah.

This means Lord Brahma is Guru Lord Vishnu is Guru Lord Shankar is Guru which means only Guru is the real incarnation of of God and many many respect to him.

Prerakah Suchakashchava Vachako Darshakastatha l
Shikshako Bodhakashchaiva Shadete Guravah Smritah ll

One who inspires us one who informs us one who tells us the truth one who guides us on the right path one who educates us and one who makes us realise things are all like a Guru.

Nivartyatyanyajanah Pramadatah Swayam Cha Nishpapthe Pravartate l
Gunati Tatvam Hitamitchchhuranginam Shivarthinam Yah Sa GuruNirgadyate ll

One who prevents people from vesting date time and Guides people to work on the path which is free from skin and who makes people realise the truth for those who have the feeling of of welfare and Wellness of others search people are guru.

Vidwattvam Dakshata Sheelam Shankantiranushilam l
Shikshaya Gunah Saptasachetstvam Prasannata ll

This means the qualities of a scholar , skill, discipline, ability to learn , agility, and happiness are the qualities of a teacher.

Agyan Timirandhasya Gyananjan Shalakaya l
Chakahurunmilitam Yen Tasmai Shri Guruve Namah ll

One who removed the darkness of the mind of a person who lacks knowledge such a person is a true Guru who deserves my respect.

Sarvabhilashinah Sarvabhojinah Saparigrahah l
Abrahamacharino Mithyopadesha Guruvo Na Tu ll

Those who have expectations doors music all types of luxury those who believe in accumulation of wealth those who do not believe in celibacy and those who teach baseless things can never be respected as a Guru.
In Indian culture since ancient time the first Guru who is considered to be Lord Shiva and in the proper era Lord Krishna considered to be e the world Guru and the place of Guru has always been kept higher than God who created the world because

Guru Govind Donu Khade Kake Lagun Paye l
Balihari Guru aapne Govind diyo Bataye ll

Starting from Vedic era till the 11th century in India Lord Brahma Lord Vishnu Lord Mahesh Saptarshi Devarshi brahmarshi etc word titles for Guru and the gotra tradition practiced in in all the four Varna of Indian society was also based on the tradition of Guru so that after the creator of the world that is God one must remember our Saviour who is called Guru.
According to time circumstances and in human culture there came gradual development besides there also happened that Migration of people from one place to another place for various reasons like natural calamities diseases war governance and immediate problems due to which it has been witnessed that the educational system kept changing.
In all parts of the world various aspects and reasons of the social system the proponents of various religious groups were also considered to be a Guru for example American tradition that was born out of Sanatan tradition the first Tirthankar was Rishabh Dev and he was followed by 23 other Tirthankar and Mahatma Budh was the last tirthankara and his contemporary was lord Siddharth Gautam Buddh who was the proponent of Buddhism and the proper rate of Christianity was Jesus Christ after which dare game Islam and its opponent was Prophet Muhammad and in the 15 century Guru Nanak Dev started Sikhism etc.
Since 18 century upto the modern era in India best teacher of Guru design 2 to be changed in with the advent of foreign invaders and India saw a major transformation in the form of social economic and political changes along with which also witnessed a major change in the system of education and from 17 century British introduced their own system of education and the relation between a student it and the teacher got transformed once again.
The present terminology used at present are Guru, Shikshak, Adhyapak , Aacharya, pracharya

In the system of education those who imported education work called Guru but at present the similar terms used for or an educator is Shikshak Adhyapak Aacharya pracharya but in terms of meaning all these are quite different.

The unpaid group

Guru - Guru is someone who imparts us the highest quality of practical and spiritual knowledge which we cannot get from any Shikshak or Adhyapak because one has to search a Guru to get education and he has also got to prove he is abilities and aptitude to be the disciple of a Guru but the Shikshak and Adhyapak are those who impart education and knowledge and they also charge money E for their services but the knowledge imparted by a Guru is completely free and selfless of course it is also possible that a person can get transformed from Adhyapak to Shikshak to a Guru.

The paid group
We learn from a Shikshak the things which are practically used in our day to day life according to Sanatan culture in which we learn practical knowledge celebration of festivals pursuing culture and tradition our conduct for day today life our behaviour and our safety etc besides knowledge of every aspect of life was included in this system of education therefore it is a fact that the first Shikshak of any person are his parents and the relatives in whose company we start seeing the world. They expect respect from us but they never expect money from us but in today's culture of imparting education teacher is considered as very low grade group of people.

Adhyapak- Adhyapak is somebody who teaches the students of primary level secondary level and Higher Secondary Level for which Adhyapak is also paid and they provide their students with book is knowledge and they are part of such institutes who provide degrees and certificates of education and Adhyapak are paid from these institutes and of them some of Adhyapak also play the role of Shikshak which gives them a higher position.

Aacharya- However in our Sanatan culture Aacharya is sampatti who basic knowledge that he has earned as a part of his behaviour and it is inseparable from him and then he imparts his knowledge with his students because Aacharya is stage which is higher than a Shikshak but the position of Aacharya is below the position of a Guru. But according to present system of education Aacharya are those educators who to teach in colleges and they are paid for their services.

Pracharya - Since in Sanatan culture pracharya is a higher position than that of Acharya and pracharya makes sure that the knowledge imparted by him with his students must be practically useful for or Dam but in present system of education pracharya are bows to teach in colleges and University for which they are paid as the senior most educators.

Changes witnessed in the profession of education from ancient time to modern time
In the vedic era educator was called Guru and this position was killed by only those people who work great scholars who had great dedication for self study who followed the path of truth and whose character had been remarkably great but besides having enormous knowledge they were also self-restraint and their position in the society was equivalent to the position of God and for them their wisdom was their wealth and their life was dedicated in search of truth and they had knowledge of everything and these educator's were running their own Gurukul aur aur Institute of Education and they were themselves responsible for dear on system and at the Gurukul Guru considered his disciples as his own children while his disciples considered him their own father and there was no system of examination like modern time but a competition of knowledge among the students what's the parameter to decide the abilities of the students those days.
The student who completed the syllabus of 12 years which means those who studied well at least one Veda search students were titled Karnatak and those were pursued 24 years of syllabus and learnt at least 2 Vedas were called Vasu and those who pursued 36 years of syllabus and learnt at least 36 years Vedas were called Rudra add those who refused the syllabus of 48 years and learnt all the four Vedas were called Aditya and those who learnt Ayurved yoga and science of health titled ashwinikumar or Vaidya. Similarly there have been a total of 33 categories of of teachers described in our scriptures which includes 8 Vasus, 11 Rudra, 12 Aditya, 2 Ashwin. And these are in modern time worshiped as god.

In course of time from 12 century their claim major changes in Indian system of education and Buddhist and Jain education also become a part of Indian system of education and these two were non-believers but there did not happen a change interrelation between a disciple and eguru and their relation continued to be restrained however Vedic education was imparted in Sanskrit but Buddhist and Jain education were imported in bracket and Pali languages apart from this change the position of Guru remained like a God in the society.

Mediaeval era
In India mediaeval Era came with defeat of of king Prithviraj Chauhan at the hands of Muhammad Ghori in 1192 after which Muslim Era begin in India and it continued until 1707 when Aurangzeb died and the roots of British East India company e designed to be deeper and started to to get expanded and between 1202 to 1700 the Muslim education tried to destroy the Indian system of education which included Vedic education budheshwar education and Jain education and Muslims Incorporated Arabic and Persian languages for education and those who knew these languages only De can be appointed as a teacher and they were also given a very high salary and they had a very respectable position in the society and the lead a very comfortable and luxurious life and the students of these languages also had very comfortable life at their Institute of Education. At Islamic Institute of Education Quran where's the main book that was taught and that too in Arabic language for which it was mandatory to be a follower of Islam and they also received use fund from their rulers and Muslim teachers and Muslim rulers did not leave any stone unturned to destroy India's ancient system of education even then there had been many e Scholars who preserved the ancient system of education which included Vedic education Buddhist education and Jain education.

In the Muslim system of education primary schools were called maqtab and the centre of Higher Education was called Madrasa apart from this there were also khanqah and Dargah which were also the schools of Quran and Arabic and Persian languages there there was no system of examination but the Teacher's damn selves declared as student qualified according to their own understanding. According to the level of education following attitudes were declared-

Amil were those who had special qualification of Islam.

* Those who had special education in Arabic and Persian literature were called kaabil

* Those who had special abilities in logic and philosophy were called Fazil

A Person was considered to be suitable for any government post in higher position if he had the qualities of a kaabil therefore in Persian schools Hindus were also given admission but in other schools only Muslims were allowed for education.

The Charter act of 1833 and present time

Our present education system was evolved with the Charter act of British East India company of 1833. The Charter act of 1833 and the proposals of Lord Macaulay of 1835 with the consent of governor general Lord William Bentinck the British system of education was implemented in India ad English was adopted as the medium of education in India.

Actually ancient Indian languages of education like Sanskrit and Prakrit and Pali had lost their significance due to the advent of Arabic and Persian languages during Islamic mediaeval era and after the implementation of British system of education with English as the medium of education even Persian and Arabic languages lost their significance while Sanskrit prakrit and Pali languages completely got vanished from Indian system of education.

The teachers of British system of education are fully dependent upon their salary is and they are under the control of their management it and they are not as capable as the Guru of Vedic Era were and today's educators have been categorised as teacher lecturer and professor.

Ancient glory of Guru and revival of their position

It is unfortunate that due to various reasons the festival of paying respect to Tu Guru who was called Guru Purnima has now got converted into Teachers Day and international Teachers Day and today education has become a means for earning livelihood and today's teacher has got transformed into a salary based worker who who give his services in education institute and educational system has become completely mechanized.

However a hope has appeared with respected Swami Ji Maharaj and respected Aacharya Balkrishna Ji Maharaj who have placed to revive the ancient system of Indian education that was based on Gurukul system there the glory of teacher was highest and with their great sports institutes like ok Vedic Gurukulam Aacharya Gurukulam and Patanjali University was set up for this purpose behind which was there strong resolution and now since 2018 we have Bhartiya Shiksha Board or Indian Board of Education of which the main purpose has been to promote India's traditional knowledge along with promotion of modern system of education and as standard NEP 2020 curriculum based on 5 + 3 + 3 + 4 system has been prepared and accordingly examinations are to be organised and various forms of school education are to be developed and they are to be recognised as well and the students passed out from such institutes will also get a standard certificate. Jagadguru Bhagwan Shri Krishna in Shrimad Bhagwat Geeta has said

Yada Yada Hi Dharmsya Glanirbhvati Bharat l
Abhyutthanam Adharmsya Tadatmanam Srjamyaham ll

This means whenever the system will be on downslide then a divine soul will appear on this planet which makes it quite clear that India's ancient Science and Technology and knowledge and the system of education has been on decline from 1200 still 1947 due to to the governments which were against India's original religion and due to this they had reached a conspiracy and committed atrocities to suppress Indian culture and tradition but after the Independence in the modern democratic system the British policy of ignoring Indian culture and tradition continued and to mend all this respected Swami Ji Maharaj and respected Acharya ji launched a Mahayagya with the blessings of Almighty so that the degradation appeared in the system of Indian education could be mended quite well.

Most respected Gurus of present era respected Swami Ji Maharaj and respected Aacharya Balkrishna Ji Maharaj have a put their enormous efforts and their guidance Patanjali group has launched Mahayagya for revival of of ancient Indian culture and sent Indian knowledge and The Legacy of Indian Science and Technology of ancient time so that India could again become Vishwa Guru in the world and we are expecting complete contribution and dedication of those who are associated with Patanjali institute so that our mission could succeed which is our enormous trust and faith.
