If we remain connected to our cultural roots and to our senior ancestors and sages, then we will never face a sick, sad or poor person in our life. Vedas, Upanishads, Puranas, Ramayana, Mahabharata, Geeta, Ayurveda etc. are the incomparable great heritage of Aryan knowledge, in which the solution to all the problems of our life is embedded. God has given us everything through the knowledge, penance, initiation, virtues and great ideals and personality of our ancestors.
There can be no greater misfortune than that we the sick live as sad, poor and inferior despite doing everything. Therefore, all Indians, the children of Vaishno Prashikrishis or the children of Amrit, should become full of Kauravas, proud, wise, full of devotees, full of men and women and create new records in their respective fields by collectively collecting the Tamastras and establishing big empires in various areas in the world. New ideals and examples should be set before them. I have full confidence that the Katado brothers and sisters in the country will grow up with Pooja and lead the entire world. Our roots are in Yoga, Yagya, Ayurveda, Panchmahaya sixteen crisis, our roots are in fulfilling the best purpose of life with the coordination of Abhyudayanishreya Pravrivnivriti and Apara Pura Vidyas. Engaged in meditation, become a Dhyanayogi
Yogi Karmayogi together with you Dhyanayogi I want you to make it too. You must practice yoga or meditation for at least 5 minutes every day. Meditation is a continuous journey through which we ascend the meaning of our subtle divine consciousness. Omkar meditation, Gayatri meditation, Mahamrityujaydhyana, Sakshi meditation, Gunavi meditation, Self-meditation, Jyotidhyana, meditation of the universal and the beyond Brahma, etc. are such divine disciplines through which our personality naturally This is the matter of divinity, purity and earth. We have to live a free life by becoming free from all the bondages of life along with the earth and the world.
Through meditation, we attain complete health in the body as well as complete divinity in the mind and supernatural powers. Visible life and the world are limited, perhaps only one percent of the existence, the extrasensory existence is limitless and infinite and its power is indescribable. I wish that such a resolution is surging in my heart again and again that everyone should have an encounter with this divine law of God. The visible powers of God are so powerful, we cannot even evaluate them, no matter how powerful the invisible powers are. By the grace of Bhimavan and Gurus, soon some great collection of truths will be revealed on this earth.

Exists with energy.

This journey included the climbing of skyscrapers in which we kept moving ahead facing hundreds of difficulties in reaching the inaccessible areas of the Himalayas. The objective of this journey is to climb the unnamed mountain ranges as well as to discover new herbs and plants so that the identification of these unnamed flora of the Himalayas can be ensured.
Under the guidance of revered Swamiji, the scientists of Patanjali identified 17 such plants which were till now unnamed, which were not included in Ayurveda and which did not even find a place in the flora.

Himalayas have stored various types of gems in their womb and one of those gems is Brahmakamal. At the initial stage of the journey we saw Brahmakamal. This flower is found in abundance at an altitude of about 3000 to 5000 meters in Uttarakhand. The description of this flower is also found in the Vedas. It is used in fever, cold, wound healing, bone healing and digestive diseases.

Uttarakhand is not called Devbhoomi for nothing. During the journey we reached the stop where the height of the snow peaks would be approximately 17,500 feet. The view here was absolutely amazing, charming and unique. This was a scene whose mere imagination leaves a person mesmerized. Seeing this beautiful scene awakens the child's excitement.
When someone gets the darshan of Nandi along with the darshan of Om Kailash, he will suddenly say, impossible! Wonderful ! Unimaginable! Some similar feelings suddenly arose in our minds too when the joint team of Patanjali Yogpeeth and Nehru Mountaineering Institute reached the snow peak situated between Shrikanth Mountain and Harsil Horn Peak-2 to climb the unnamed, unclimbed peak.
When we reached there, we kept staring at this amazing display of nature. There we could see Om in person, along with the shape of Om peak, we could also see Kailash in person, due to which our eagerness and energy to climb the unnamed, unclimbed snow peak was filled manifold with enthusiasm. Not only this, there was no limit to our surprise when the snow peak in the shape of Nandi also appeared in front of us, whose height was about 16,500 feet.

Nehru Institute of Mountaineering (NIMS) Principal Colonel Bhadauria and Patanjali's team decided that two different teams would will climb Mount Kailash and Nandi Mountain. The Patanjali family is proud that Patanjali not only successfully climbed two unnamed, unclimbed peaks, but by the grace of God, he also got the privilege of seeing Kailash and Nandi together in person in the divine Himalayas. People spend 10% to 25% of their income on medicines. At least if we consider, the business of about Rs 200 lakh crore in the whole world is only of medicines. The World Health Organization also believes that in many countries of the world where there is poverty, crores of patients lose their lives because they are unable to buy medicines and crores of people die every year in the world due to lack of medicines and treatment.

Pharma trap, need of medicines in every house

Due to the Corona epidemic and the increasing lifestyle diseases, new diseases are emerging in every household. Due to new diseases, medicines have become an essential part of every household. And people are spending a large part of their income on medicines.
The World Health Organization is in favor of the unhindered movement of generic medicines to enable people to access health facilities and considers generic medicines essential for the implementation of the right to health at the global level. The World Health Organization is in favor of making life saving medicines like AIDS or cancer available all over the world at the lowest prices.
You can get an idea of the importance of generic medicines in the field of health from the fact that the World Health Organization says that if we make generic medicines mandatory in developing and developed countries, then we can reduce the health expenditure by up to 70%.

Why are patent branded medicines expensive

The profits of pharmaceutical companies in branded medicines are very high and the commission is distributed systematically from the medical store to the doctors. Gifts are given, medical seminars are conducted, doctors are given holidays on top of big international packages Is sent abroad. Lakhs of crores are spent on branded medicines in the name of sales promotion and marketing and by doing all this, branded medicines become 10 to 100 times more expensive than generic medicines.
Medicines are also called International Medicines – Generic Medicines Generic Medicines – Generic Nonproprietary Names (INN) Medicines. These medicines are manufactured in the same way as the branded medicines. According to the parameters of the World Health Organization's List of Essential Drugs they are manufactured according to the World Health Organisation.

What is generic medicine?

A medicine is manufactured after research and innovation. The company that discovers the drug takes its patent, which is for about 20 years. Only that company manufactured the medicine for 20 years. After the expiry of the patent, any other company or country can manufacture that medicine. Such medicines are called generic medicines. These generic medicines are sold with or without any famous name. Its usefulness and formulation are similar to that of patent medicines because the company producing generic medicines does not spend on research and marketing. Therefore their prices are many times lower than patent branded medicines. Also, many times the government also controls the prices of generic medicines. The government does not control the price of patented branded medicines, the companies themselves decide how much profit they will earn. Since the formula of these generic medicines is the same as the original medicine, their effect is equal to that of any patented branded medicine.

Why are generic medicines cheaper?

The name of generic medicines is decided by an expert committee on the basis of the active ingredient present in that medicine. The generic name of any medicine is the same all over the world, for example, the generic name of a medicine that reduces fever or the name of the active ingredient is Paracetamol. So the brand name of fever medicine can be any all over the world but the generic name will be only Paracetamol. Almost all the renowned pharmaceutical companies of the country manufacture branded as well as low priced generic medicines, but in order to earn more profit, the doctor prescribes only the branded medicines and the companies or medical store operators also do not inform the people about this. Due to which patients have to buy expensive medicines from chemists.

Generic drug manufacturers do not have to spend extra money for drug discovery and pre-clinical control trials. For this reason also generic medicines are cheaper than branded patent medicines.
The company promotes branded medicines through its medical representatives to earn more profits, but neither the pharmaceutical company promotes generic medicines nor the doctors want to promote generic medicines due to not getting commission. Are. Even if a patient demands generic medicine from a chemist, the medicine seller denies its availability the business of branded medicines not only increases due to marketing, but also their promotion and sales continue to increase on the basis of the benefit that doctors get from prescribing branded medicines.

How can I benefit from generic medicines?

For example, in 2013, the price of Novartis Pharma's brand name Glivec for blood cancer is around Rs 1,20,000, while the price of Veenat, another drug with the same active ingredient or salt, is around Rs 1,20,000 per month. It is only Rs 11,400 per month. Whereas Cipla provides the equivalent generic medicine Imatib for only Rs 8,000 and Glenmark makes the same medicine available for Rs 5,720.
From this example you can understand that a patient who had to spend Rs 1,14,000 per month can get the same medicine in generic form for only Rs 5,720. Whose effect, whose benefits, whose quality is the same as that of a medicine worth Rs 1,14,000. Due to which a patient can get treatment for 20 months at the cost of one month's medicine, that is, generic medicine is 20 times cheaper than branded medicine.
Similarly, if we take a generic capsule or tablet of B-complex, it costs 10 paise and the branded tablet ranges from 2 to 35 rupees, the generic tablet of Paracetamol 500 mg costs 10 paise, the same for the branded one it becomes worth 1 to 2 rupees. A salt generic medicine named Cetirizine costs 20 paise per tablet and a branded tablet costs Rs 5. Any protein powder or normal multivitamin generic which is available for Rs 30-35, as soon as it is branded its price goes from Rs 200 to Rs 600 to Rs 700.

Looting through branded medicines

The Government of India, through the Department of Pharmaceuticals, started the work of establishing Jan Aushadhi Kendras in 2008 with the aim of providing non-branded generic medicines to the patients at fair and affordable prices through retail shops. But if the doctor does not write the generic name of the medicine or the active ingredient of the medicine while prescribing the medicine, then the patient is forced to buy the same branded medicines and expensive medicines, due to which this government initiative does not provide the benefits that should be given, because the doctors are interested in their profits. Hesitate to prescribe generic medicines due to On prescribing generic medicine, they are not able to get any kind of commission or gift etc. for making sales, due to which they feel that they will suffer loss by prescribing generic medicine. All India Organization of Chemists and Druggists Organizing Secretary
Sandeep ji says that there is a pharmacy industry worth Rs 2 lakh crore in the country in which currently the share of generic medicines is only 10%. Experts say that medicines are made from salts and molecules, trade or name does not matter while buying the medicine. The same salt or molecule will have the same effect as the salt present inside the branded medicine. The effect of generic medicines is similar to that of branded medicines and the side effects of generic medicines are also similar to those of branded medicines.

Supreme Court's instructions related to generic medicines

The code of conduct issued by the Medical Council of India in 2002 called on doctors to prescribe medicines only by their generic names.
America itself buys more than 40% of its generic medicines from India, Britain itself buys more than 25% of its generic medicines from India. India is at the leading position in supplying generic medicines to the entire world. India is called the pharmacy of the world but how ironical it is that there is no law in India where doctors must compulsorily prescribe generic medicines.
Conscious people of the country have been demanding mandatory use of generic medicines from time to time. On August 19, on the PIL filed by an activist Kishan Chand Jain, a bench of Chief Justice DY Chandrachud, Justice JB Pardi Vala and Manoj Mishra in the Supreme Court ordered the generic notice issued in favor of medicines. Kishan Chand Jain ji had demanded in his petition that at least the business name of the medicines which do not have a patent should be banned, for example, if you buy a Paracetamol tablet from the market, it costs 10 paise and at the same time, If we buy it by its brand name then its price increases many times more. The demand was also raised in the petition that strict action should be taken against those doctors who do not write the names of generic medicines in clear capital letters. The Indian Medical Council also amended a model code of conduct for doctors in October 2016 to recommend that every physician should prescribe medicines with clearly readable generic names. Which will promote the use of generic medicines.
Recently, on 2nd August 2023, a rule was made by the National Medical Commission in the Government of India that every registered medical practitioner must clearly use the medicine in generic names only, he cannot write any kind of branded patent name. Besides, the regulation also said that no registered medical practitioner should prescribe unnecessary medicines and without necessary dosages, only rational medicines should be prescribed. If this rule is violated, the doctor will be warned and if the rule is repeatedly violated, his license can also be canceled for some time. Along with this, the National Medical Commission also told the doctors that they will not be able to attend any seminar, workshop or conference which is sponsored directly or indirectly by the pharmaceutical companies or the related health sector. Besides, doctors and their families were also banned from accepting any kind of gifts from pharmaceutical companies or their representatives.

Absurd protest by Indian Medical Association

The Indian Medical Association immediately strongly protested against this decision. He argued that since generic medicines undergo quality checks of less than 0.1 per cent, the health of patients may be harmed as their quality is not guaranteed. Until the government assures the quality of all the medicines in the market, the rule of prescribing generic medicines should be postponed. Doctors are not aware of the quality of generic medicines, branded patent medicines are of very good quality and hence they are expensive. Prescribing generic medicine will cause harm to the patient, IMA openly opposes this decision of the government started protesting against it and held separate press conferences to create an atmosphere of protest, calling it an injustice to the doctors and saying it would cause harm to patients. On the contrary, some doctors' organizations even started saying that making rules for prescribing generic medicines is an injustice to the doctors and the Indian Medical Association said that the government should take the responsibility of prescribing generic medicines which will not affect the patients.

Benefits of generic medicines

Whereas the conscious people advocating generic medicines say that it will not harm but will benefit the patients, the cost of treatment of the patients will be reduced by 70-80%. Doctors themselves do not even go inside any branded company and check its quality, but because a branded company gives them gifts and presents, the same medicine becomes of very high quality for them. Therefore, a group advocating for the patients demanded that the government should strictly implement its decision so that the people of the country can be saved from this loot in the health sector.

Status and quality of generic medicines in India

Presently the market of generic medicines in India is about Rs 2,00,000 crore which is growing at the rate of about 7%. In a country like India where people do not have the necessary money to spend on health services, people's medicine expenditure can still be controlled to a great extent by making generic medicines mandatory.
India's share of generic medicines in the market of many countries is up to 90%. Today, generic medicines made in India are in demand in developed and developing countries of the world including America, Europe, Australia, Canada, Japan, Britain. In the financial year 2017-18, SFDA had tested 323 drug samples from different countries across the world, including more than 100 samples of generic drugs from India. According to the USFDA report, all the samples were found to be correct as per the US Pharmacopoeia. If we look at the consumption of Indian generic medicines in America, then the quality of Indian generic medicines cannot be questioned in any way.
SFDA has given clean chit to most of the pharmaceutical companies of India after finding that the standards related to the new manufacturing plant are correct and for the last few years, India has been recognized as the world's leading pharmaceutical company at the global level it is called pharmacy and the credibility of Indian drug manufacturers is very high all over the world. An example of this is that in the last 10 years, there has been a 400% reduction in the cases of medicines manufactured in India by SFDA.
In the year 2019-20, India exported medicines worth 20 billion US dollars (1 lakh 60 thousand crore rupees) to the world. Considering such huge exports, it cannot be said that the quality of generic medicines in India is bad. If the quality was bad then the whole world would not have imported generic medicines from India. Today the whole world is taking advantage of India's generic medicines and in India itself there are no rules and regulations that make the use of generic medicines mandatory to protect the patients from looting.

Generic drug use in America

According to a Generic Pharmaceutical Association analysis in 2014 alone, 88% of the United States' 4.3 billion doctor prescriptions were for generic drugs. This means that in America 88% Doctors prescribe generic medicines during their training. Similarly, in the year 2012 also, 84% of the prescriptions written in America were for generic drugs only. In 2010 alone, the use of generic drugs in the American health system resulted in a saving of 158 billion dollars, an average saving of 3 billion dollars every week i.e. Rs 24,000 crore. Net savings were made only in the US from the use of generic drugs. In 2014 alone, the use of generic drugs in the United States saved US$254 billion, or Rs 20 lakh crore, in health care.
Even in America, generic medicines have been promoted by making rules and spreading awareness. In 1984, only 14% of prescriptions in the US were for generic drugs. This increased to 66% in 2006, and in 2011, 83% of prescription drugs in the US were generic.

Looting in the name of branded medicines in India

About 7% of India's population regularly takes medicines for some disease or the other. On an average, the average expenditure on medicines of a family for a year is about Rs 3,638. There have been many such cases in India where some doctors take commission ranging from 10-20 percent to 40-50% for prescribing a particular brand of medicine. They keep the medicine of the same pharma company which gives them higher commission in their medical store and instead of writing the name of the generic medicine or salt on the patient's prescription, they write the name of that particular brand which is available to the patient at some other shop in the entire city. It is not available and that medicine is available only at that particular medical store of the doctor. There is open looting of patients through such medicines.

72% people believe that their doctor takes commission

According to a survey, 60% of the people surveyed believe that doctors should mention both the branded medicine and its generic name together so that people can make decisions based on the availability of medicines and their price while purchasing medicines. In the same survey, there were 72% people who believed that their doctors take commission through various means like from testing laboratories, from nursing homes, from hospitals, from pharmaceutical companies, from chemists. ,

National Medical Commission withdrew its decision

As soon as the decision to prescribe generic medicines was implemented, the Indian Medical Association and the Federation of Resident Doctors Association contacted Union Health Minister Mansukh Mandaviya in the Central Government and expressed their protest. A few days after the decision, the National Medical Commission put a stop to the decision making it mandatory for doctors to prescribe generic medicines and said that along with generic medicines, doctors can also prescribe other medicines.

The oldest name of the people of Bharatvarsha is Hindu. In the Vedas the word 'Sindhavah' is used in the sense of country. According to Nirukta, the Sakar becomes Hakar. Saraswati is also called Harhavati.
Therefore, 'Sindhavah' will also be called 'Hindavah' i.e. Hindu people. The plural of Hindu is Hindav. This is a Vedic word. Even in Persia, China, Japan, Egypt and Yavana, we were called Indu or Hindu. Aryans cannot be called all the people of India. All Hindus cannot be called Aryans, because Aryan is neither a caste group indicator nor a place indicator. That is a quality indicator word. In the same house, in the same family, one person can be Aryan, the other non-Aryan. It was the resolve and inspiration of our ancestors that all should become Aryans. Which means one should be full of all the best values, full of modesty and morality and have faith in the Vedic religion. One becomes an Aryan only by his qualities and conduct. The entire clan or entire group or community is not AryanIt should happen but it doesn't.
Poor German Christians, in the name of political propaganda, started calling themselves Aryans and indulged in non-Aryan behavior. Then the rest of the fools did even more wonders. He imagined a language and language family and caste called Arya. The strangest cartoons in the world are people who, under the influence of entertaining dogmas like the path of Christ, start doing anything. When the people of Europe developed and became moderate and balanced, they gave the Aryan imagination. Because it has no basis, but till then the Aryan invasion theory was so deeply ingrained in some of our people that they irrationally started calling the Aryans a race and started debating whether the Aryans were native here or came from outside? Arya in Sanskrit means best. Therefore, individuals and groups can become Aryan only through good conduct. It has nothing to do with race or caste.
The word Hindavas, or Sindhavas, is used in most places in the Vedas to denote the country. The 27th mantra of the 24th Sukta of the 8th Mandala of the Rig Veda is -
Ya Rikshadanhaso Muchadyo Varyat Sapta Sindhu I
Vadhardasasya Tuvinrimna Nimnah ll
That is, O Indra, you free us from grave mental sins like that of a bear. That is why we are blessed with happiness and good fortune in this Arya Bhoomi Sapt Sindhu country. May you strike with thunderbolt to kill the evil miscreants and people with non-Aryan behavior. Sapta Sindhu has also appeared at five other places in Rigveda. Similarly, in the Atharvaveda, the second mantra of the second part of the fourth chapter (sixth hymn) is-
Yavati Dyava Prithivi Varimna
Yavat Sapta Sindhvo Vitashthire l
Vacham Vishsya Dushanim,
Tamito Nirvadishma ll
That is, there should be an absence of toxic speech in the entire expanse of this Sapt Sindhu country and in the entire earth and heaven. Speech should be free from poison. Toxic speech should be kept away everywhere. Thus this entire nation has been called Sapt Sindhu.
The Sanskrit 's' becomes 'h' in Prakrit. The word Hindu is the Prakrit form of Sindhu. In the Vedas, according to the rules of Nirukta, Sakara is also pronounced as Hakara. Therefore, 'Sindhavas' will also be pronounced 'Hindavas' and 'Hindavas' This is the law of Nirukta. Thus the word Hindu is Vedic and it is the pronounced form of Indus.
In Parsi language, Sindhu is called Hindu. Saptasindhu is called Haptahindu there. The important thing is that even in Bhavishya Purana, the word 'Haptahindu' has been mentioned in Chapter 5 of Pratisarga Parva.
In Greek language also, 'Ha' disappears and 'Ha' is used for 'S' there too. Thus, in the vast area of ancient Greater India, there is an ancient tradition of speaking and writing 'Hakar' of 'Sakar', that is why it has been mentioned in Nirukta. Thus the word 'Hindu' is Vedic and most sacred. all in the original words have history and culture. Therefore the word Hindu has an integral relationship with the entire culture of India.
Vedas are the origin of religion. The basic presentation of religion is in them. By what name should Indians call their country and society? not from whom, there is no instruction for this in the Vedas.
Instead, the Vedas tell us that there is a part of the divine power in every person. Therefore, individuals and society are entitled to use words appropriately as per the original meaning. Therefore, even if people do not directly understand the word Hindu in the Vedas, they should know that even in such a situation there is no hindrance in using the word Hindu, because only Vedic Sanskrit language is used in the Vedas. At present, other languages than Vedic Sanskrit are used by the residents of India. Prakrit, Apabhramsha and all the languages of present-day India, derived from Sanskrit, are in natural use these days. Therefore, it is natural to use the word 'Hindu' in place of the Vedic words 'Saptasindhavah' and 'Sindhava'.
The basic fact is that according to the Vedic rules themselves, 'Sindhavah' is 'Hindavah' which is the plural of Hindu. Therefore, 'Hindu people' will be considered as a Vedic term only. But just as the national society speaks various languages derived from it in place of Vedic Sanskrit, in the same way they speak the currently prevalent word 'Hindu' for their society, this is also a sufficient basis.
There is one more thing in this context which is completely different. That is, many major societies of the world use such words for themselves, which are not in their original sacred texts. For example, the universally accepted divine book of Islam religion is Quran Sharif. Nowhere in the Quran Sharif has it been said that Allah sent the message of the religion called 'Islam' through the last Prophet. Only religious messages have been given there. His name has not been mentioned separately. Still, people who believe in Quran Sharif and Almighty Allah and the last Prophet call their religion Islam. No one raises this question to them that the religion has not been named Islam in your holy book, then why do you people call your religion Islam and yourselves Muslims? Till just 75 years ago, the people of Europe used to call Islam as Muhammadanism, but now because the people who believe in the religion call their religion Islam, the European people have also started calling their religion Islam.
Similarly, the word 'Momin' is in the Quran for the people who follow that religion, have faith in it and are obedient. them muslims or should we say Muslim, Allah did not send any such message through the last Prophet. Still they call themselves Muslims or Muslims. The Muslim name of that society is natural or universally accepted. Therefore, the name of the society that calls itself Hindu is Hindu. This is also natural and universally accepted.
Similarly, in the New Testament (Bible), the holy book of the Christian people, it is not said anywhere that the people who bring 'Faith' to them will be called 'Christians' or Christians. Yet all those who bring 'Faith' to Jesus call themselves Christians. This is natural and universal.
Therefore, it is natural for Hindus to call themselves Hindus and it is universally accepted.

Other ancient references after the Vedas

The Agama of Rigveda is called Brihaspati Agama. 'Aagam' means behavior-tradition. Which is complementary to Nigam i.e. Shruti tradition. Brihaspati - Agama is considered to be the Agama of Rigveda. The traditionally famous verse of Brihaspati Aagam is-
Himalayam Samarabhya Yavadindu Sarovaram l
Tam Devanirmitam Desham Hindusthanam Prakshate II
From the Himalayas to the Indus Lake. That country created by the gods is called 'Hindustan' . That is, the natural (divinely created) country extending from the Himalayas to the Indus Lake is called Hindustan. Starting from the first letter of the Himalayas 'Hi' and extending to the end of the last word 'Ndu' of the Indus Lake, the country created by the gods is called 'Hindustan'
There is a statement in the ancient scripture called 'Meru Tantra' in which Lord Shiva says to Jagadamba Parvati in the 33rd episode-
Hindudharmapraloptaro Jayante Chakravartinah l
Heenam Cha Dooshayatveva Sa Hinduh Uchyate Priye II
That is, oh dear! In the future, there will be emperors who will destroy Hindu religion i.e. will not protect it as the state religion. The one who considers inferior thoughts, inferior feelings and inferior conduct as impure and rejects them, is a Hindu.
In the first section of Pratisarga Parva of 'Bhavishya Purana' it is said - 'Sapta Hinduryavani Cha'. Hence the word Hindu is used there also. 'The word Hindu is used many times in Bhavishya Purana. The important thing is that both the place Sindhu and the word Hindu have been used in Bhavishya Purana. It is written in section two of Pratisarga Parva of Bhavishya Purana –
Sindhusthanmiti Gyeyam Rashtramaryasya Chottamam l
That is, Sindhu place or Hindu place is the best nation of Aryans. Many Indian kings are described in detail in the Bhavishya Purana itself. In the third section of Pratisarga Parva, the boundaries of Hindustan are described - "Kapilsthan i.e. Ganga Sagar in the east, Bahlika in the west, China country in the north and Setubandh in the south. This area was under the rule of Maharaj Anangpal and under the rule of other Agni dynasty kings. Mlechchha people also followed Aryadharma, due to which Kaliyuga got scared and went to Neelachal mountain.
In the same Purana, in the same section of Pratisarga Parva, it is said that "Shalivahan, the grandson of Chakravarti emperor Vikramaditya, was very famous and he gave harsh punishment to the wicked. And snatched away all their wealth and declared Sindhu place (Hindusthan) as the best place for the Aryans and decided for the Mlechchas to live in the region on the other side of the Indus." It is said in Kalika Purana-
Kalena Balina Nunamdharmakalite Kalau I
Yavanairghormakranta Hindavo Vindhyamavishan ll
That is, when there was a decline in religion due to the influence of the powerful Kali, then Hindu people, moving from the Ganga-Yamuna region, also settled in the Vindhya region. There is clear use of the word Hindu here.
In the 'Adbhuta Kosha' it is written 'Hindu and Hindu are famous and the evil ones are in conflict. That is, 'Hindu is famous for humiliating the wicked. ' Similarly, in the 'Shabda Kalpadrum Kosha' it is 'Heenam dooshayati iti Hinduh' That is, 'He who keeps away from inferior feelings and inferior conduct is a Hindu.
The 'Hemantakavikosha' says: 'A Hindu is a devotee of Narayana and other gods. That is, 'A Hindu is one who is a devotee of Narayana and other gods. The saying of 'Ramkosh' is -
Hindurdushto Na Bhavati Nanaryo Na Vidushakah l
Saddharmapalako Vidwaan Shrautdharmaparayanah ll
The implication is that 'a Hindu is neither evil, nor ignorant nor blasphemous. He who is a follower of the true religion, a scholar and engaged in the Vedic religion is a Hindu.
The definition of a Hindu in the 'Madhavadigvijaya Grantha' is given as follows:
Omkarmoolmantradhyah Punarjanmadridhashyah I
Gobhakto Bharatgururhinduhinsandushakah ll
He is a devotee of cows and a teacher of India and a Hindu who spoils violence That is, a person who considers Omkar as the basic mantra, has a strong belief in reincarnation, is a cow devotee and considers only an Indian as his guru and condemns violence is a Hindu. It is noteworthy that this definition not only includes all Hindus who follow the traditional religion but also Sikhs, Jains, Buddhists and Arya Samaj. This
Thus this is a clear characteristic of a Hindu. The ancient religious scripture of the Zoroastrians is 'Avesta'. The word Hindu is also mentioned in it.
In the second chapter of the book 'Hiuen Tsang's India Journey', Hiuen Tsang has said in the beginning - "The ancient name of India was 'Shinto' and 'Hindo'. But the correct pronunciation is 'Indu'. This pronunciation is beautiful to hear. In Chinese language It means Moon. It is well known that all the living beings continuously revolve around the world cycle in the night of ignorance. They do not have the support of any other star. Only the Moon gives light in that night. Exactly such light is given to the Mahatmas and the holy people. It is of scholars. They show the path to the living beings of the world like the moon. Hence, because of their purity and scholarship, the country of these scholars is called 'Indu'. For this reason in history, people generally call India the country of Brahmins. Whose Meaning is the country of scholars and mahatmas, hence its original name is 'Indu' and we will describe it by the name Indu only. It has sea on three sides and Himalayan mountains in the north. In the east there are valleys and plains which have abundance of water, hence There is a very good yield of fruits, flowers and grains etc. The southern province is full of forests and herbs while the western part is sandy, rocky and barren. This is the general description of this country.
Thus, there are ancient uses of the word Hindu in the scriptures, Tantra texts and Puranas, and also, the ancient use of the word Hindu is found in the scriptures and accounts of the Yavanas and Persians.

This is a miracle of the Prime Minister's efficiency. Modi ji has amazing efficiency in making important events useful and influential in his favor.
The level at which preparations for this conference were being made in India was causing distress to many powers who considered India a competitor at the international level. Many international news agencies and newspapers, such as Reuters, Washington Post, CNN. N. In the past, a lot of misleading information was spread about this conference. These agencies tried to link this conference to the illegal settlements that were being removed from the outskirts of Delhi as per the order of the Supreme Court. So that it seems that injustice is being done to the poor for the sake of the conference. Illegally on government land or others this openly taking side of the land grabbers is a proof of the plight of these agencies which hide the biggest operations of the countries where they are headquartered. This time too heads of state from the United States, England, China, France, Germany, Indonesia, Brazil, Italy, Saudi Arabia, Mexico, Japan, Argentina, Canada, South Korea, Turkey, European Union, African Union and Bangladesh etc. attended it. Were. The Foreign Minister of Russia also attended. Preparations for the conference began early in the year and the first meeting of the Working Group on Sustainable Finance was held in Guwahati in February. In which the possibilities of climate change and sustainable development and the creation of favorable conditions for them were considered. G20 related events were held in 60 cities of India and the discussion about India continued to resonate across the world.
Three very important developments of this conference were not discussed enough in the Indian media as they should have been. The first is the unanimous issuance of the Delhi Declaration. Decision to construct the Second India Middle East Europe Economic Corridor. Third African Union to be included in the G20 group.

Many important events keep taking place in Vigyan Bhavan. But the importance of this event keeping this in view, Bharat Mandapam was prepared on the instructions of the Prime Minister. In the midst of which, the Prime Minister welcomed all the heads of state and guests in an Indian manner in the backdrop of the world famous Chakra of Sun Temple of Konark. The entire event was in keeping with the dignity and grandeur of the ancient natural Indian nation. This shows what amazing homework must have been done for this event and how much detail each aspect must have been considered.

Unanimous declaration

Having a unanimous declaration is an achievement in itself. Due to competition with Modi ji within India, the opposition has even become anti-India and has repeatedly propagated that no announcement will be issued because it is impossible to have consensus. Such people would have been very disappointed by this unanimous announcement and would have been feeling defeated or cheated. Modi ji worked with his extraordinary efficiency and hard work to ensure that the announcement was issued with unanimous consent. Russia was favoured, due to which China was also forced to agree. Xi Jinping must have seen his defeat in this, that is why he did not come himself and sent Li Kang. Because it became difficult for him to tolerate Modi ji's shining leadership and global stature. Opponents are still trying to provoke Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau about the problems he faced due to the breakdown of the Canadian plane. But the Prime Minister himself showed generosity and largeness of heart by offering his aircraft. Modi ji himself spoke to various heads of state, only then this announcement could be issued unanimously. This declaration has stressed the need to acknowledge the human impact on climate change and the need to address the world's problems in the spirit of Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam. Along with this, a request has also been made to balance the arbitrary conditions imposed by different countries in the world for giving loans. It has been urged to consider improving the system of multilateral development banks. The Global Biofuels Association has been actively working to solve the problems arising from climate change and its participation in the conference facilitated decision making.

India-Middle East Europe Economic Corridor

The second important decision of the conference is- India - Middle East- Europe Economic Corridor which will be built through rail and sea. Along with the European Union, India, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Jordan and Israel will see the construction work in their respective areas. The creation of this economic corridor is the result of the efficiency of India's leadership. China wanted to build a corridor to the Middle East in its own way. In which he also agreed with Italy. But now Italy will work for the India-Middle East-Europe Economic Corridor. Italy's Prime Minister Georgia Melona announced this and also enumerated the reasons. India's proposal for this corridor was born out of the intellectual tradition of Indian circularity. In which participation of whichever state or nation is possible is possible with pleasure and whatever financial burden is involved in this work, everyone should bear their own share of the expenses and also see the management themselves. In this way, everyone will be responsible for its success and for its failure, the concerned parties will be responsible in their respective areas. China's Communist Party leader Xi Jinping's foolishly ambitious plan was driven by a desire to increase the Communist Party's dominance. He wanted to spread it all over the world under this pretext. Whereas India's wisdom has ensured everyone's participation in this and there is no such thing as bullying by any one nation in this. With the construction of this corridor, the money invested by Xi Jinping for his plan will go waste, which is a shock for him.

Inclusion of African Union

The third important decision of this conference is the inclusion of the African Union. Prime Minister Shri Modi has been understanding the importance of Africa since the beginning. Since the time he was the Chief Minister of Gujarat, he was having cordial dialogue with African nations. There are large numbers of Indians in African countries and we have common interests. Including Africa, a union of 55 countries, in G-20 is such an important decision that many new changes are possible in the world system. This initiative taken by Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi is of decisive importance and the main thing is that with increased strategic, economic and diplomatic cooperation, a new rise will soon emerge in the African continent. Modi ji has been working on this for the last 15-16 years and just like the Chakraborty Emperors of India used to work keeping everyone's interest in mind and giving importance to everyone, so that the entire burden does not fall on the Emperor and everyone does their part. In the same way, Modi ji took this initiative. The relations between India and Africa are thousands of years old and the main thing is that Africa has to protect itself from the three groups active in the world:- Euro-American block, Communist Bloc and Oil Group. India, under the leadership of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, will prove to be a true ally in protecting Africa from these three. This is the reason why the President of the African Union, in his speech given after making his union a member, described Modi ji as his friend, philosopher and guide, which was an expression of his heart's feelings. Indeed, this has laid the foundation of hundreds of years of cooperation. Ancient relationships dating back thousands of years have been dusted off and refreshed.
Now the African Union, like the European Union, is a member of the G-20 and works for the political, social and economic unity and integrity of the African continent and to advance the common interests of Africans.
In the G-20 New Delhi Declaration, emphasis has been laid on the policy of green development and climate related finance and life-sustaining development. Decisions have been taken on several policies on transfer of technology and digital public infrastructure and development of multilateral institutions and women-led development. Its theme was Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam and its grand event at Bharat Mandapam left a deep impression in the global environment. The entire credit for which goes to the strategy, wisdom and foresight of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi. This skillful organization has increased the pride of India and reduced the stature of Modi ji's opponents even more. This is in the interest of the people of India and it has deepened Indian self-confidence.

Misconception regarding full body checkup, it needs to be changed

After Corona, even those who do not need it are getting full body checkup done....this causes more harm than benefit.

fter corona, awareness regarding health has increased across the world including America. People have become alert. Statistics show that many people are reluctant to get even recommended cancer screenings. Despite this, many people get full body checkup done without doctor's advice. Many times people get tests done like body scanning or MRI even when doctors refuse, whereas many different studies have proved that full body health checkup without doctor's advice does not have any significant benefit but increases the risk of harm.

Oncologist Dr. Marianne Dubard Gault says that for ordinary people, there is no special benefit in health checkup without doctor's advice. However, some studies have found that a full body scan can detect cancer and other diseases in some people at an early stage. Other research shows that only 14 percent of cancers in the US are detected through screening tests, while the number of MRI machines here has increased by 500 percent since 2020. Many people have lumps, cysts or masses in their bodies that may look worrisome on scans, but are actually harmless, said Dr. Jeffrey Linder, chief of general internal medicine at Northwestern University's Feinberg School of Medicine. Thus, health checkups may become risky, expensive and ultimately unnecessary for people. A 2019 research also states that MRI of the body should not be done for health checkup, because sometimes there is a risk of getting wrong reports.

The main reason for check up is the desire to prevent chronic disease

Dr. Marianne Dubard Gault, an oncologist at the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center in Seattle, USA, says that the desire to have a full body checkup stems from a sense of control over one's health and the desire to prevent chronic disease. Whereas testing benefits only those whose ancestors have suffered from the disease.
Courtesy : Dainik Bhaskar

More than 250 products were launched in the last five years, this is the best selling wellness product.

ow America is impressed by the benefits of Isabgol husk, it is being used in everything from bread-cake to pizza, Indians increased its popularity.
Victer Nevarez was suffering from Irritable Bowel Syndrome (intestine related problem) for a long time. He took dozens of medicines on the advice of doctors but there was no benefit. Similarly, Max Wittek's Ozepic medicine (for reducing blood sugar) wanted to control hunger without the help of Dr. Wali), but did not find any option. Ultimately their search ended on psyllium husk i.e. Isabgol husk. This Indian product has now become an important part of the lives of Americans.
Many of these people may have seen grandparents saving a green-white box made on a telephone. In a world of wellness built around bars, packaged supplements, and fitness classes, this thing like a straw might seem strange. According to the data of market research company Mitel, it has become the best selling product in America. From 2018 to 2022, about 250 products of Isabgol were launched in America and the sales have increased equally rapidly. Gluten Free- Bakers use it in breads and cakes and cooks use it to thicken sauces. It is also being used in pizza and rolls. Professor of Mathematics Prof. George Chefer says that everyone knows they're not getting enough fiber, but in such a situation, this is a better and cheaper option.

This feels like a typical Indian father, according to Divya Jain, a researcher at Mount Sinai Hospital in Manhattan. She recalls her childhood and how her father used to mix chaff with hot milk and rice to control digestion and sugar. According to Sami Safiullah, a data analyst in Boston, his daily routine is not complete without it. Another Asian treatment that America has adopted. Like turmeric and ashwagandha, the passion for it is palpable. It is strongly present on the sites of lifestyle brands.

Do not use it as an appetite suppressant: Expert

Experts say that the reason for the increasing popularity of Isabgol is the people of Indian origin, who have seen the benefits of this product since childhood. Probably it is because of these people that this husk has made a place on American shelves. Psyllium husk should not be used as an appetite suppressant, says Peter Cohn, a trainee doctor at the Cambridge Health Alliance in Massachusetts. This supplement can curb hunger for a few hours, but after a few hours our hunger increases again because we are not getting any calories.

Dreams that come during sleep, sometimes often during the transcendental state of NREM-3 sleep, are incredible and unique. This exploration of science, literature and art takes place in the conscious, semi-conscious and dreams and by crossing one's unconscious mind, a person enters the kingdom of the collective unconscious. The empire of the collective unconscious mind is very vast. Under this, Super Consciousness transcending individual collective unconscious, family collective unconscious and social collective i.e. National Collective Unconscious, Tribe and Race Collective Unconscious, Primitive Ancestor Collective Unconscious, is found in the ultimate power of Cosmic Consciousness 'The Great Mother and Old Wise Man' i.e. Shiva. -Shakti - the divine nature i.e. the person reaches the supreme consciousness, which is the infinite source of all knowledge and science. In that situation, the gems containing the light of welfare and knowledge of the experiences of all mankind on the global plane become connected to Cosmic Consciousness. In addition to individual experiences and instincts, the seeds of human evolution, development and knowledge and experiences experienced by his ancestors, species and the entire human race are stored in latent form. Sometimes, as soon as one comes in contact with that infinite ocean of knowledge in dreams, the creative secrets of life are revealed in various researches.
1. Great mathematician Srinivas Ramanujam - Ramanujam, who has given more than four thousand mathematical theorems to the world, has told that all these works are done by Hindu Goddess Namagiri 'Namakkal' from him in his dreams. She solves even the most complicated mathematical formulas and I used to write down those formulas in my dreams. On the basis of this search for dreams, Ramanujam traveled from Madras to Cambridge University. He was a great mathematician of the 20th century.
Godfrey H. Hardy, the great mathematician at Cambridge University who worked with Ramanujam. Based on the purest talent scale of that time from 0 to 100 but the great mathematician himself, Godfrey H. Hardy, is worthy of 25 J.E. Little Wood had a score of 30, David Hilbert had a score of 80 and Srinivasan had a score of 100. Ramanujam's I.Q. Was 185. Einstein and Stephen Hawking's I.Q. Was 160.
Once Srinivas Ramanujam talked about his dream. It was said that while he slept, an extraordinary experience combined with phenomena occurred. On the red screen which was made of blood, a hand would immediately come out and start writing on the screen. I was very alert and careful. It was well established in my mind that the loving blessings of Mother Namagiri were upon me. In the dream, mother wrote the numbers of Elliptic Integrals with her visible hand. He could clearly understand all the mathematical formulas in his mind. Still, he would wake up as soon as possible and write down those numbers. Hindu goddess Namagiri often used to come in my dreams and present the theorem, later after waking up I used to write it down. The temple of Namagiri Amma is situated in the complex of Narasimha Swamy Kovil Temple in Namakkal district in Tamil Nadu. Narasimha Swami was given personal darshan in the form of Namagiri Amma Kamalalayam. Ramanujam used to meditate and do penance by sitting in front of the goddess in the middle of the four pillared mandapam of that temple. It was this goddess who gave him permission to go to England and made him unique and extraordinary in the field of mathematics.
Proof Identities Formulas of Mathematical Theorems with 3999 Proofs in Ramanujam's Pure Mathematics identities and Conjecture and Equations have been published. Ramanujam was born in Erode, Tamil Nadu. Ramanujam's career did not go well. Got the first college scholarship in 1904 AD; But failed in non-mathematical subjects. secondly the College of Madras; But there he failed in Arts subject. In 1910 AD, Ramachandra Rao, Secretary of the Indian Mathematics Society, interviewed him. Seeing his ability, he helped him financially. In 1911 AD, his first research on mathematics theory was published. Ramanujam's Mathematics main contributions in (1) Discovery of infinite series of pi (2) Mock theta function (3) Ramanujam number (4) Circle method (5) Theta function (6) Elliptic integrals (7) Hypergeometric series (8) 1729 Ramanujam Hardynumber is famous from. Ramanujam's mathematical in view of extraordinary ability Einstein had said- "Pure mathematics is, in its way, the poetry or logical ideas." Ramanujam died at a young age of just 32 in 1920.
After passing matriculation, Ramanujam was unsuccessful in further studies. Despite not having an academic degree, the world's greatest mathematician Dr. G. On the recommendation of H. Hardy, the Bachelor of Science research based degree was awarded on 16 March 1916. In 1920, on the basis of the same degree, he was awarded the degree of Ph.D. In 1918, the first and last youth of the historical world was elected Fellow of the Royal Society and the first Fellow of India. In 1918 AD, the first Indian also joined Trinity College, Cambridge University. Fellows were elected. Mathematics Day is celebrated every year in the country and abroad from 22nd December, the birth date of Shri Niwasan Ramanujam, from 26th February 2012.
2. Einstein - In his dreams he was descending from the mountain and was speeding up were following a light. at the speed of light they wanted to reach the light but they repeatedly were slipping. They see that the stars are looking differently. Thus he discovered the formula for the speed of light. Once Einstein had a dream that a farmer kept many of his cows inside a fence with an electric wire flowing through it. The cows were not able to escape due to current flowing in the electric wire, then suddenly the farmer cut the electric connection. One by one all the cows jumped the wire fence and started running away. Einstein noticed that his gait and speed turned into a Mexican wave with a metachronical rhythm. Thus, this dream provided an auspicious opportunity to Einstein to propound the Theory of Relativity.
3. Otto Loewei – German pharmacologist Otto Loewy discovered the neurotransmitter acetylcholine in dreams. Acetyl choline itself promotes dreams in restorative sleep. Promotes dreams. At the beginning of the 20th century, it was believed that nerves transmit their information through electrical signals, but Otto Loevy discovered that the signal transmitted by nerves is not electrical but chemical.
After 13 years, he received the Novel Prize for this discovery. One night in 1921 AD, he dreamed that he was engaged in the discovery that the transmission of nerve impulse i.e. is biochemical and not bio-electrical. they from dreams woke up and got involved in the experiment. Then they slept. Wrote down the thoughts that came to me in my dreams on paper. While walking in the morning, he realized that I had written something on paper somewhere in my dreams, which was later proved to be true during the experiment. The transmission of information is chemical. Later in 1936 AD, "Theory of Chemical transmission on the nerve impulse." Received Novel Award for Research.
4. Frederick Benting - Received the Novel Award in 1923 along with Frederick Benting and his colleague Charles Best for the discovery of insulin in advanced medicine. In a dream, Benting, after surgically removing the pancreas of a diabetic dog by ligating, found that the balance between his blood sugar and insulin had become disturbed. This revealed that only the beta cells of the pancreas produce insulin. Due to some reason, the pancreas gets damaged and the secretion of insulin stops. This is the main cause of diabetes. This insulin was developed as a medicine, which is saving the lives of crores of people suffering from diabetes.
5. Rene Descartes - He was a German soldier. He laid the foundation of Analytical Geometry through his series of three dreams. On the basis of dreams, he became the father of the theory of Modern Rationalism.
6. Darwin had put the Theory of Evolution; but credit for the most work on this goes by the name of Russell Wallace. He suffered from tropical fever discovered in hot dreams how to be environmentally friendly the creatures who adapt and create things have the best development touch the peak. Thus 'Theory of Evolution' discovered 'By Natural Selection'. 'Survival of fitest is over get over it. We need survival of wisest and survival of awakest for age of enlightenment."
7. Mathematician and famous golfer Jack Nicholls lost 70 score holes due to his poor group while shooting in 1964. In the dream, by forcibly stopping the club and giving him support, he understood the problem and corrected the group's mistake the next day and developed and displayed his game in an unprecedented manner.
8. Fish Fossil Fossil Fish Expert Agassiz – Lewis, the great expert on fossil species of fishes. Agassiz had been trying for two weeks to understand the complex problem of how to preserve the structure of fossil fish, but was making no progress. After two-three nights of dreams he found the formula. He forgot his dreams for two nights, but after waking up from his dreams on the third night, he made a sketch. And when he woke up in the morning, he was stunned to see that his formula was lying in front of him in the form of a sketch.
9. Discovery of the Scientific Method by René DeRoucartis in the dream - All things are indecisive, suspicious, suspicious and doubtful until they are proven. His formulas are-
(a) Do not accept anything unless there is doubt, doubt and doubts may not get resolved.
(b) Any idea should be made universal, all-embracing, all-useful and uniform as per the order, sequence and system.
(c) In simple language so that it can be understood, keep it small, step by step. So that even complex knowledge and science can be understood by the common man. Do not go beyond understanding.
(d) dividing the problem into as many parts as possible the problem gets solved.
(f) Make Enumerations so complete and reviews so general that nothing is omitted.
10. D.N.

Mental-Immunity/psycho-immunity refers to the immune capacity of our mind. It is proved that mind and body are co-related to each other, both influence each other. Various physical functions are affected by changes in mental state and changes in physical functions also change mental state. Just like the body's immune system, the mind also has an immune system. The immunity power in the body and mind is unprecedented and we have this capability naturally, but when this capability becomes weak due to various reasons, then distortions occur in these systems, which after some time manifest in the form of various types of diseases are there. The element that stands against these disorders and diseases is called immunity. During the Covid pandemic, most of the discussion in the world community was on increasing immunity.
Psycho immunity is the process of maintaining normal mental health. According to M. Vasudevan, author of the book 'Emotional Stress', mental immunity is-

Ability to tolerate emotional ups and downs

The ability to experience joy without being suffocated.

Ability to adapt and adapt to changing circumstances.

Ability to live free from fear, guilt and worry.

Being accountable for one's own actions.

To deal with emotions logically without being influenced by emotions to use and develop

and To gain insight into oneself etc.

Types of immunity:

Immunity is basically of two types-

Physical immunity (bio immunity) and

Psycho-Immunity:

Every immunity is related to our life. It increases with the increase of life force and decreases with its decrease. Bioimmunity is such a protective shield of the body, which does not allow the disease to enter the body. The skin and the secretions secreted from it and the white blood cells, lymphocytes etc. in the blood provide protection to the body and protect us from diseases. Similarly, the capacity and capability with which our mind fights against various types of mental disorders and keeps itself safe and protected from it is called psycho-immunity. The psycho-immune system of the mind to fight mental disorders is called psycho-immunity.
The capacity of the mind is immense but it is heavily damaged by negative thoughts. As long as the immune system of the mind remains healthy, the mind is not affected by any negative thoughts, but as soon as it becomes weak, there is a flood of mental disorders. Every moment, the human brain is bombarded with thousands of thoughts and these thoughts excite and influence the human mind. Some of these thoughts are positive in nature while some are negative in nature. If some thoughts inspire and motivate us at the same time, some thoughts discourage us.
Human life depends on his feelings, thoughts and behavior. Our thoughts and actions correspond to our feelings and this cycle continues throughout our lives. The level of balance between these three will be our mental immunity and our mental health will be accordingly.
Srimad Bhagavad Gita which is the divine journey starting from Arjuna Vishadyoga (first chapter) to Moksha Sannyasa Yoga (last chapter). In this, Yogeshwar Shri Krishna, during his dialogue with Arjun, has discussed how cognitive disintegration of a person occurs? The sequence of decline of psycho-immunity through the following verses
The reason given is-
Dhyayate Vishyanpunsah Sangasteshupajayate l
Sangatsanjayate Kamah Kamkrodhoabhijayate ll 2/62- Geeta l
Krodhadbhavati Sammohah Sammohatsmritivibhramah l
Smritibhranshad Buddhinasho Buddhinashatpranashyati ll 2/63 Geeta
That is, a person who repeatedly thinks about a subject becomes attached to that particular subject, from attachment a desire for that subject arises and when there is an obstacle in the desire, anger arises (if the desire is fulfilled, then greed arises). ). Anger leads to stupidity, stupidity leads to confusion in memory and confusion in memory leads to destruction of intelligence and due to this a person falls from his position. Refinement of personality is possible only by understanding these verses properly. By continuously thinking and meditating on this, the descent of mental immunity can be avoided.

There is mention of 'Equality' in Geeta i.e. being equal in different situations of life and in different emotions. This is difficult but not impossible. This condition can be achieved gradually by small experiments. Whatever work is done, having equanimity in the condition of its completion or not and its outcome is called 'equanimity'. Mental immunity is also mentioned in the Vedas. When the mind is in its peak state, no kind of disorders can touch it, rather its capability and capacity become infinite. There is a clear and detailed explanation of the mind and the powers of the mind in the 'Shiva Sankalp Sukta' mentioned in the Yajurveda. Yajjagrato doormudaiti daivam tadu suptasya tathaivaiti.
Yajjagrato Durmudaiti Daivam Tadu Suptasya Tathaivaiti l
Durangammam Jyotisham Jyotirekam Tanme Manah Shivasankalmastu ll 1 ll
That mind which is rapidly moving in the consciousness, awake state or dreamy, is self-illuminated in the luminaries, that mind is always Shiva Sankalpamaya. Similarly, the other mantras of 'Shiva Sankalp Sukta' are also superior and a mind filled with welfare (Shiva) resolution has been prayed for. Our mind should be engaged in good deeds (noble and sacrificial deeds), should be full of intense knowledge, should be conscious and patient; This is also discussed in these mantras.

Dimensions of psycho-immunity:

Many elements together create psycho-immunity. Psychology considers emotional maturity, self-confidence, adjustment ability and feeling of psychological happiness as important among the elements of 'psycho-immunity'. The body's immunity to disease is innate and can also be acquired from various sources in the environment. In the same way, psycho-immunity can also be acquired. The stronger the immune system of the body, the higher its level, the healthier that body will be, similarly, the stronger the immune system of the mind can ward off the attacks of mental illness carriers with the same intensity and make one mentally healthy, strong and capable. Helps in making.

Psycho-immunity enhancement measures:

The nature of the mind is fickle and sensitive. Those who have a weak mind get disappointed quickly and are surrounded by many types of troubles and problems. His mind does not remain calm and his immunity also keeps decreasing. In such a situation, there is a need to increase the resistance of the mind.
In 'Gita' and 'Patanjala Yogadarshan', the introduction of psycho-immunity is found in different forms. Yogeshwar Shri Krishna talks about converting restlessness into stability to increase immunity and says that the mind there is no doubt that it is fickle and difficult to control, but it can be controlled with continuous practice and renunciation. Maharishi Patanjali also says in 'Yoga Sutra' that the instincts of the mind are controlled by practice and renunciation. 'Yoga Psychology' presents a model of developing and enhancing psycho-immunity through these two. Psycho-immunity develops through practice and renunciation is also helpful in this. Vairagya is born from Viveka (correct understanding of right and wrong, correct knowledge of appropriate and inappropriate). The following exercises can be done to increase the capacity and strength of the mind:

• Regular self-study (reading and reflecting on inspirational books)
• Satsang (constant contact with good and uplifting thoughts)
• Auto-repetition (repeating good thoughts over and over again with confidence)
• Nutritious diet- because food not only builds the body but also the mind.
• Sufficient labor and Karmayoga.
• Regular worship (through chanting, meditation, pranayam or other methods).

Meditation, prayer, spiritual endeavors have the ability to develop 'life energy' which helps a person achieve a healthy mental state. By regularly listening or reciting Shiva Sankalp Mantra before sleeping, our mind becomes option-free and full of auspicious resolutions.
In an enhanced state of psycho-immunity, a person remains balanced in his thoughts, feelings and behaviour. He is not troubled by disappointment, frustration, depression, anxiety etc. He is happy, calm, stable and satisfied. These elements are the results of psycho-defense. The immune capacity of the mind can be increased by continuous yoga practice and practice of self-realization (the process of self-analysis).
If seen from the present perspective, mainly we are giving special emphasis on bio-immunity (body's immunity to diseases) and are working on ways to strengthen it, but definitely now we need to know about psycho-immunity (psycho-immunity). -There is a need to understand and do deep and high level research in this direction. A person with a high level of psycho-immunity will not only have a refined personality, but it will also be easier to protect him from viral pandemics like Covid-19.

Pranayama and yoga in thyroid disorders

Since 1995, Pujya Swami Ramdevji Maharaj has been lighting the light of hope not only in different parts of India but all over the world through Pranayam and Yoga practice in the camps held at Patanjali Yogpeeth, Haridwar every day in Param Brahmamuhurta since 1995.
In Sanskrit, the thyroid gland is called (Kanthamani) because it is 4x2x1 cm in front of the throat. Due to the secretion of this 5 gram endocrine gland which looks like a butterfly, every cell of the body from head to toe is able to function properly.
They are made of microscopic cells and every part of the body is made up of these. Life force resides in every living being and that power comes from thyroxine. The energy required for every work comes from food. Thyroxine, a hormone secreted by the thyroid gland, plays an invisible role in every step of these continuous processes. Thyroxine is necessary for heartbeat, respiration, food intake, digestion, absorption and excretion – all these functions.

The thyroid gland produces thyroxine by collecting iodine from salt and various foods and the deficiency of which leads to myxedema and excess of it causes a disease called Graves' disease. Thyroxine helps every cell in every part of the body to perform its specific function.
Then, thyroxine is controlled by the pituitary gland located in the brain, causing TS. H. Hormone is released. If the amount of thyroxine in the blood is higher or lower than normal so various symptoms of myxedema and Graves' disease gradually start appearing in the brain, heart, bones, fat, marrow, hair, skin and male reproductive system.

The level of thyroxine in the blood of a healthy person is 5-2 μg/dL and T.S. The level of H. is 0.4-4.0 IU/ml.
With the help of Yogasana and Pranayama, prevention and treatment of diseases like myxedema and Graves' disease is possible. Among the asanas, Sarvangasana, Matsasana and Halasana are the most effective. Besides, asanas that tilt the head and neck back such as Suryanamaskara, Pavanmuktasana, Yoga Mudra, Suptavajrasana etc. are also beneficial.
Apart from Anulom-Vilom and Kapalbhati, one of the beneficial pranayam for thyroid is 'Ujjayi'.
Practicing these pranayams and yogasanas can prevent or cure thyroid related diseases by stimulating the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous system and endocrine glands of the neck besides increasing blood circulation to all organs. If sympathetic is aggressive, parasympathetic is defensive. In this way balance is maintained in the body.
The vagus or parasympathetic nerve plays an important role in slowing the heart and breathing, reducing blood pressure, and in digestion and metabolism.
That is why this nadi is called Satvik in Ayurveda. Hatha yogis are able to remain underground for long periods of time by controlling this parasympathetic nerve.
The Sanskrit word Ujjayi (ud + ji) literally means 'winner'. 'Ji' means victory and 'Ud' means bondage. That is, one has to overcome the bondages and become victorious.
In such Pranayama (Prana + Ayama) 'Prana' means breath and 'Ayama' means control. In Ujjayi Pranayama, inhale forcefully through the nose (puraka), contract the throat muscles, focus the mind on the throat, open the door of the glottis in the vocal tract and exhale forcefully through the nose like a roar with intensity similar to the roar of the ocean. (Laxative).
In this pranayama, the muscles called diaphragm between the chest and abdomen, which are controlled by parasympathetic nerves, also help in inhalation and exhalation. In modern times, the prevalence of thyroid related diseases is increasing. Toxic sewage, manure and microscopic electromagnetic radiation used to increase fertility have been attributed to this. Prevention is always better than cure. Therefore, myxedema patients are prohibited from eating cauliflower, broccoli, rangalu and soybean. Because those vegetables contain various types of thyroid poisons like thiocyanate, glucosinolate etc., which do not allow the production of thyroxine. Ayurveda includes yoga pranayama, lifestyle and dietary changes as well as the use of herbs. Hence Patanjali's Divya Thyrogrit has proven to be very beneficial in thyroid disorders, especially myxedema.

Every living being is basically made up of cells. Some chromosomes are found in these cells. Their number is fixed in each species. Inside these chromosomes there are some DNA like beads of a necklace. Chemical units of DNA are found which are called genes. These genes and chromosomes are responsible for the appearance, functioning and acquisition of traits or qualities. All living beings, whether animals or plants, are exact replicas of their ancestors. In scientific language it is called the principle of 'like begets like'. Under genetics, certain factors are specially studied:-
The first factor is heredity. The heredity of an organism is the chemical information received from the germ cells of its ancestors or parents. For example, how a creature will develop will be determined by its heredity.
The second factor is the difference that we find or can find between a creature and its offspring. Almost all organisms display characteristics of their parents or sometimes grandparents or the generations before them. It is also possible that some of its symptoms are completely new. There are many reasons for such changes or differences.
The development of organisms also depends on the circumstances and their environment. The environments of animals are extremely complex; Under this, all the substances and forces of the living being are included and other living beings (Organism), which keep influencing their lives.
In the modern context, Wilhelm Johannsen, in 1911, established the distinction between external characteristics (phenotype) and hereditary characteristics (genotype) of organisms. The external characteristics of organisms keep changing along with their development, such as substantial physical differences are visible in the embryo stage, infancy, youth and old age of the organisms. On the contrary, their ancestral traits or characteristics are stable and unchanging. The interaction of ancestral traits and environment of any organism results in its growth and development. Therefore, ancestral traits determine the 'norms and reactions' of organisms, i.e. the way they respond to the environment. These types of reactions create the external characteristics (phenotype) of organisms.
Genetic elements are used in agricultural science for crop size, production, disease prevention and breed improvement of pet animals etc. With the help of genetic elements, study of evolution, embryology and other related sciences is facilitated. This science has resolved many misconceptions related to ancestral traits and diseases. This science has thrown light on many problems of the origin of twin children and eugenics. Similarly, human society has benefited from many important achievements of population genetics. T. H. Morgan (1886-1945) and his colleagues showed that certain genes, whose inheritance crossing over became known through experiments and is present in certain chromosomes, visible only through microscopes. He also explained that these genes are arranged in a fixed sequence within the chromosomes, due to which it is possible to make their genetic map. These people made several maps of the genes of the honey fly, Drosophila. Professor Muller guided new scientific research through groundbreaking experiments in the field of mutation. Amazing improvements have been made in domesticated animals and agricultural breeds through various methods of artificial or induced mutation, all of which have proved extremely beneficial for human welfare.

Chromosome

Two substances are especially included in the structure of chromosome - (1) Deoxyribonucleic acid or DNA. (D.N.A.), and (2) a type of protein called histone. It is a hereditary matter. D.N.A. (D. N.A.) The structure of the molecule includes four organic acids - two purines, two pyrimidines, one sugar - deoxyribose and phosphoric acid. Purine contains Adenine and Guanine and Pyrimidine contains Thymine and Cytosine. D.N.A. A molecule of DNA (D.N.A.) consists of two strands, which are spirally coiled around each other. Every DNA (D.N.A.) The formula consists of four organic bases - thymine, cytosine, adenine and guanine, one after the other, and they are connected to each other in a special way. These four bases and their associated sugar and phosphoric acid molecules form a single tetranucleotide and several thousand tetranucleotides form a DNA. A. (D.N.A.) molecule is formed.
DNA of different creatures the reason for the variation is the difference in the sequence of Samakshas. D.N.A. And another such nucleic acid R. N. A. (R.N.A.) due to the presence of organic compounds absorb most of the ultraviolet in the region of 2,600 angstrom or 0.0002 mm. On this basis, DNA A cytological quantitative approach is performed. two among creatures special types of centrioles are found. One is found in the nuclei of the larval salivary gland in some Diptera, Insecta. These chromosomes are several hundred times longer and wider than the normal chromosomes of the same species. For this reason they are called giant chromosomes. Their structure appears somewhat different from normal mitosis and meiosis centrosomes. Here, instead of one chromosome, there is a transverse row of such granules which have more ability to be stained. All the granules of several such transverse rows from one end of the chromosome to the other are identical and the granules of other rows have characteristics and variations.
Due to the longer length of these chromosomes, it is believed that they undergo complete despiralisation and perhaps some elongation of the protein also occurs. Due to being wider, one chromosome synthesizes another nucleus - chromosome similar to itself. In normal condition, during mitosis, these two threads get separated from each other, but this does not happen in megachromosome. Both the threads remain connected to each other. The number of megachromosomes is half the number of normal chromosomes, because each thread gets paired with another thread similar to itself. This phenomenon is called somatic pairing.
Another strange type of chromosome is found in animals. This is called lampbrush chromosome. These chromosomes are found in the nuclei of eggs of such animals which have high amount of yolk, such as fish, amphibians, reptiles, birds etc. Chromosomes are made up of two paired pairs, similar to simple diplotene-diakinesis chromosomes. Both the coupled threads are connected to each other at some places and remain far away from each other at the remaining places. These joints are considered kiasma. On each thread, which is called Chromonema, there are granules of different sizes at different places which are called Chromomeres. A pair or more lateral loops are attached to each chromomere. The side loop is also made up of threads similar to chromonema, but ribonucleo-protein granules gather around it due to which these threads appear thick. Chromomeres are also derived from chromonema. Nuclei are produced on particular chromosomes.
Each cell of most animals has two integral sets of chromosomes. mature sex cells (mature sex-cells) one kulak remains. Such animals and cells are called diploid, but some animals, especially plants, have more than two sets of chromosomes and are called polyploid. If the centromere of a diploid animal gets doubled, due to which there are four alleles in its cells, like (A1 K1 K1; B1 B1 B1 B1, C1 C1 C1 C1 etc.) then such an animal is autopolyploid or (autotetraploid). They say. If the chromosomes of a diploid hybrid are doubled, then such an animal is called allopolyploid. If a diploid animal, whose chromosomes are A1 B1 B1 C1 C1 etc., is hybridized with another animal whose chromosomes are A2 K2 B2 B2 C2 G2 etc., then the chromosomes of its offspring will be A1 K2 B1 B2 C1 C2 etc. A1 K2 B1 B2 etc. will be different from each other and generally there will be no pairing. If the chromosomes of this creature are doubled, then their cells will have K1 K1 K2 K2; b1 b1b2 b2; The chromosomes will be C1 C1 C2 C2, etc. This will be called allopolyploid (allotetraploid). Polyploids may also have more than four alleles. It is clear that in autopolyploids, quadrivalents will be produced at the zygotene stage, because four chromosomes of each type are present and the pairing of four chromosomes forms a quadrivalent. At the time of cell division, each pole will not receive an equal number of chromosomes. It often happens that due to breakage of a quadruvalent, three threads reach one pole and only one thread reaches the opposite pole. The daughter cells formed at the end of cell division will either have more or less number of chromosomes and the result of such imbalance is that the cell dies. For this reason autotetraploids are very less fertile. Autotroploid plants are much larger than ordinary diploid plants and their seeds are also much larger, due to which even if fertility is low, they can prove to be more beneficial for the household. By exposure to cold, or by the influence of certain alkaloids, plants can be made autopolyploid.
In allotetraploid the condition is opposite. If the formulas of both primitive parents are completely different from each other, then the allopolyploid is functionally diploid and will be completely fertile. For example, if in any hybrid the formula is completely different from A1 K2, B1 B2, C1 C2, then such hybrid will be sterile, but its chromosomes will be this situation will change due to doubling of. Such cells will have the formulas Ka K1 K2 K2, B1 B1 B2 B2, C1 C1 C2 C2 etc. and the branches having such cells will bear flowers, because in such cells the meiotic division will be successful, K1 will be paired with K1, B1 B1 From etc.

In various plants and animals number of chromosomes

Datura stramonium has 12 pairs of chromosomes in diploid state and bivalents are formed during meiosis. Its autopolyploid has 12 tetrad (48) chromosomes and 12 tetrads are formed at the time of meiosis. Similarly, the diploid plant Primula sinensis has 12 pairs of chromosomes and the autotetraploid has 48 pairs. And during meiosis, 9 to 11 quadrivalents and 2 to 6 divalents are formed in it. The diploid of Solanum Lycopersicon has 12 pairs of chromosomes and its autotetraploid has 12 tetraploid (48) chromosomes. These are all plants.
Crepis rubra and Crepis foctida have 5 pairs of chromosomes. Their formulas do not differ much from each other and in the hybrid generated from their hybridization, 5 divalents are formed during meiosis. Its allopolyploid has 20 centrosomes and 0 to 5 tetravalents are formed in meiosis. and 0 to 10 divalent. Obviously the allotetraploid will not be very fertile. Primula floribunda and Primula resticillata both have 9 pairs of chromosomes, which are almost similar to each other. The hybrid that is formed by their hybridization is called Prithuja kivensis. It also has 9 pairs of chromosomes. During meiosis the pairing process is successful and 9 divalents are formed. The allopolyploid formed due to doubling of alleles has 9 tetravalent (36) alleles and in such a plant 12 to 18 divalents are formed and 0 to 3 tetravalents. It is clear that the number of tetravalents is very less and sometimes even one. Tetravalent is not formed. Radish (Raphanus) and Karamkalla (Brassica) each have 9 pairs of chromosomes, which are completely different from each other. The hybrid Raphanus Brassica (Raphanus-Brassica) resulting from their hybridization also has 9 pairs of chromosomes; But in meiosis one also does not become divalent, because the process of pairing is not successful and all the formulas remain unpaired, thereby forming 12 monovalents. Its allotetraploid resulting from diploidy has 12 pairs of threads and in meiosis, 12 valences are formed, not even one tetravalent. The result is that the Raphanus-Brassica allatetraploid is very fertile, although the Raphanus-Brassica diploid is sterile. Polyploidy is rarely found in animals but it is often found in parthenogenetic animals. Many new species in plants may have arisen due to polyploidy. This is evidenced by the fact that almost half of the species of Angiosperms are such that the number of chromosomes in mature gametes is multiple of the number of gametic chromosomes of the respective species. There are many species of wheat. The basic gamete centrosome number of these species is 7. The number of chromosomes found in wheat varieties is multiples of 7, up to 14, 21, 42 and 49. Similarly, the number of chromosomes in different varieties of tobacco is 12 or multiples of 12 is 24. By use in plants, many Polyploids have been created, consisting of two clades of unitary chromosomes. They are fertile.
There is no doubt that the cytoplasm works under the control of the nucleus. Many types of cell groups are engaged in carrying out other functions. For example, exocrine cells of the pancreas produce special digestive enzymes. The cells of the anal canal extract urea from the blood and the liver cells convert glucose into glycogen and store it. It is clear that all the genes of any living being are normally present in every cell. Therefore, in the production of different types of proteins (of which they are made) in different types of cells, some suitable genes must have been active and the rest must have become inactive and the same thing must be true regarding their activation.

Study of human genetics

Many scientists are of the opinion that genetic study of humans is not an easy task. The reason given for this is that it takes about 10 months for a human child to be born and at least 20 years for it to become a full adult. Therefore, genetic study of humans is complicated because it takes 20, 22 years to study just one or two generations. Besides this, humans generally have only one child at a time, this also creates difficulty in studies. Despite these difficulties, the human body study of external structure, diseases, their symptoms and causes etc. is easy. In the modern context, the first study of biochemical genetics of humans was done by London physician Archibald Garrod (1857-1936), but no detailed studies were done on this subject before 1940. About 60 traits have been discovered in humans in relation to genes.
The study of genetics has the same importance in biology as atomic theories have in physics. The earliest forms of genetic study of humans included polygamy (having extra fingers), hemophilia, and color blindness. For example, in 1750, Maupertuis in Berlin described polymorphism on the basis of Mendel's laws. Similarly, Otto (1803), Hay (1813) and Buells (1815) shed light on the genetic causes of sex-linked hemophilia in three different families in New England. In 1876, Harner, a Swiss physician, described color blindness. In 1958, George Beadle received the Nobel Prize for his significant contribution to the field of biochemical genetics in the field of 'Physics and Medicine'. In 1959, Jerome Lejeune presented a scholarly description of Mongolian idiocy. In 1956, J.H. Xiao, Albert Lewan, Charles Ford and John Hamerton stated the number of human chromosomes to be 46; Earlier people were of the opinion that this number was 48.

Garbha Upanishad

In the Garbha Upanishad it is stated that: Ripanchatmakam panchasu vartamanam shadashrayam shadguna yogayukta. That seven elements, the Trimala, the Dviyoni, and the fourfold diet make up the body. Why is it that the earth, fire, air and sky are composed of five elements? In this five-fold body, what is the earth, what is the water, what is the light, what is the air, what is the sky? There whatever is hard is called the earth whatever is liquid whatever is called water whatever is hot whatever is called light whatever is circulating is called air whatever is dry is called sky There, in holding the earth, in holding water, in lumping, in illuminating, in moving air, in giving space to the sky, in the separate ear, in the perception of sound, in the skin, in touch, in the eyes, in the form of the tongue, in the taste, in the nose, Why does one find sweet, sour, salty, bitter, pungent and alkaline tastes in the sixfold shelter? The six Jarsas, the Gandharvas, the Mapanchas, the Dhaivatas and the Nisadas. There are seven kinds of sounds known as desirable and undesirable: white, red, black, smoky, yellow, black and white. That is, the body is five-fold, present in the five, having six shelters, possessing the sum of six qualities, made of seven metals, contaminated by three impurities, consist of two vaginas, and is nourished by four types of food. How is Panchatak? The body is composed of earth, water, light, air and sky (because of these) the body is Panchakta. What is earth in this body? What is water? What is fast? What is air? And what is the sky? The hardest element in this body is earth. Whatever is liquid is water; What is hot is fast; That which communicates is air; The hole is called sky. In these, the earth holds, collects water, emits light, air keeps the elements in place, and the sky provides space. Apart from this, the Shrota is engaged in receiving the word, touching the skin, taking the form of the eyes, the tongue is engaged in tasting the juice, the nostrils in smelling, enjoying the present and the feet are engaged in the work of excretion. The living being acquires knowledge through the intellect, makes resolutions through the mind and speaks through the sense of speech. How is the body with six shelters? That is because it tastes six tastes: sweet, acid, salt, bitter, bitter and astringent. Shadaj, Rishabh, Gandhar, Madhyam, Pancham, Dhaivat and Nishad, these seven notes and the words Ishta, Anishta and Pranidhanakaar (Pranavadi) together form ten types of words (swaras).
Reafirmation of Sanatan Knowledge

It is well known that the Vedas and Upanishads are thousands of years older than the base texts of European modern science, and even after the destruction of the Sanatani symbols in the thinking of modern so-called scholars, philosophers, etc., which are the product of Christian, Muslim, Communist sect ideologies, civilizations and beliefs, the remaining Sanatan scriptures remain. The sutras are the eternal truth of which 'Garbha Upanishad' is a direct example, which includes not only chromosomes, DNA, RNA but also the results of karma and gives advice for attaining salvation and guides one's progeny.
In fact, it is the best creation among human beings in which the qualities of non-living, non-living, multi-cellular organisms are transformed from a single drop of cells at the time of entry into the mother's womb, through the nutrition and protection of maternal power inside the womb, through the divine power including all organs and senses. The apostle, having been strengthened in the laboratory of the mother's womb for about nine months and having many specialties, comes out to enjoy the fruits of his actions and establish new patterns. This is so excellent that even the gods have to come in human form to meet God, there is no other way.

In today's fast-paced lifestyle, man is using his body like a machine. Due to this, human values are declining. Yoga and Ayurveda are ancient and eternal systems in which descriptions of remedies ranging from health sources to salvation for living beings are known. By following the rules related to Yoga and Ayurveda, a person can remain physically, mentally and spiritually healthy can lead a welfare life for the society.
In the first chapter (Dirghajivitiyaadhyaya) of the Charaka Samhita Sutra Sthana, Acharya Charaka clearly describes Dharma-Artha-Kama-Moksha as origin of Arogya.
'Dharma-Artha-Kaam-Mokshanam Arogyam Moolam Uttamam' (Ch.Su. 1 / 15 )
In the same chapter, Charakacharya has described Hitayu and Ahitayu in which he described Hitayu as benevolent to all, discriminating, full of good conduct and beyond the speed of mental disorders.
In the seventh chapter of Charak Samhita, 'Navegandharaniyadhyam', the importance of controlling the movements of the mind has been explained. By restraining the harmful tendencies of the mind like greed, attachment, anger, grief, fear and jealousy, one can avoid condemnable actions.
By adopting those words, a person can avoid harsh words and lies and can save his energy loss from unnecessary fights. The speed absorbed by the body protects from violence, theft and misdeeds. Acharya Charak has given a detailed description of the rules of following Sadvritta in the eighth chapter of Sutra Sthanam, which includes the rules of worshiping and honoring Daiva, Cow, Brahmin Gurus and elders. Morning and evening Havan, maintaining cleanliness, helping living beings in trouble, being humble, avoiding lies and sinful activities and maintaining good conduct etc. are mentioned.
Charaka Describing the Upadha (Naishthiki) therapy in the physical space, the Acharya described all the sufferings of the Upadha (Trishna-Lobh-Moha-Raga-Dvesh).
Upadha Hi Paro Hetuh Dukh Dukh Ashraypradah I
Tyagah Sarvopadhanam Cha Sarva Dukh Vyapohakah ll (Ch.Sha.P.A. 1/95)
The knowledgeable person who considers these things as perishable and retires from them, becomes free from Raja-Tama and moves towards the true light.
Due to Updha Chikitsa, Ayurveda is counted among the best philosophies because by judicious adherence to Ayurveda Shastra, it is prescribed as a comprehensive solution for the relief of spiritual, physical and spiritual diseases.
In the Charak Chikitsa Place (1/4 (30-35)) the rules for consuming Achar Rasayan are mentioned again - purity, being soft-spoken, patience, charity-chanting-penance, service-respect to the worshipable ones, egolessness, welfare feelings, Qualities like absorbing the senses in spiritual matters etc. are described.
The philosophy of life has also been described in Yoga Sutra, equivalent to Ayurveda, which contains a collection of rules ranging from physical purification to spiritual purification -
'Yogachttavrittinirodhah'
aasanapranayamapratya
haradharanadhyanasamadhi. (Pa.Yo.Su.)
By controlling the instincts of the mind (mind) through yoga, the state of Yamaniyam Asana Pranayamapratyahara Dharana Dhyana Samadhi can be attained by the stream of Ashtanga Yoga respectively.
At the level of modern criteria and assessment, it has been proven that the practice of yoga pranayama increases the activity of the nervous system and endocrine glands.
In today's era, due to continuously increasing mental pressure, a situation of depression is arising, for which activities like Yoga-Pranayam, Yoga Nidra, Meditation etc. are proving to be effective in this context. Therefore, we all can create a strong personality and a prosperous nation by adopting the Vedic style of Yoga and Ayurveda in which we adopt the virtues of chanting, penance, charity, meditation, following good deeds etc. in our daily routine.

Change is the nature of nature, there are few seasons in the whole year. There are periods, which change with the change of weather. Ancient sages wrote about the phenomena occurring in nature. The changes are divided into 6 seasons-
Shishir Ritu - Maagh Phalgun
Basant Ritu - Chaitra Vaishakh Adan Kaal
Grishm Ritu - Jeshth Ashadh
Varsha Ritu - Shravan Bhadrapad
Sharad Ritu - Ashwin Kartik Visarg Kaal
Hemant Ritu - Agahan Paush
In these three seasons of winter, spring and summer, the Sun moves in the north direction, hence these are called the three seasons of Tarayan or Adaaan period. Similarly, during the rainy, autumn and autumn seasons, the sun moves in the south direction, hence they are called Dakshinayan or Visarga period are called seasons.
Seasonal change or change of time affects the physical strength of a person. It is seen that there is weakness in the body strength at the beginning of the Visarga period i.e. in the rainy season and at the end of the Aadan period i.e. in the summer season, in the middle of the Visarga period i.e. in the autumn and in the middle of the Aadan period i.e. in the spring season and at the end of the Visarga period there is weakness in body strength. That is, the strength of the body remains the best in the Hemant season and the beginning of the Aadan period, i.e. in the winter season.
During the transition period, the Sun absorbs the affectionate part of the world i.e. the water part through its rays, at the same time the air also becomes intense and rough and exploits the affectionate part of the world, due to which dryness occurs in the three seasons of winter, spring and summer. Weakness occurs in the body. In the seasons of Varsha, Sharad and Hemant respectively, when the Sun starts moving towards the south, at that time the time and natural path (Visarga Kaal and Dakshinayan) and clouds appear and brightness reduces due to wind and rain. Therefore, the strength in human body starts increasing every day.
A person knows what kind of diet should be taken in which season. Only he gets the proper results of the diet, otherwise even after taking food in quantity, he does not get the full results of the diet, hence for good health one should follow the diet suitable for him in every season. Our ancient sages have adequately described the menstrual cycle. What diet should be followed in each season?

Hemant Ritucharya

Winter is naturally cold, so at this time the stomach fire in the body of men is strong and able to digest heavy food in quantity and substance. Therefore, in this season, the use of fatty substances, acid juice, salt, milk disorders, reed disorders (jaggery, sugar, candy), oil, fresh rice, etc., does not cause loss of body strength, i.e., the person remains healthy. In this season, daily oil massage, applying oil to the head, applying perfume, sitting in the sun, living in a warm place, applying ointment to the body, wearing warm clothes are all beneficial.
Precaution: In this season, there is an outbreak of Vata, hence one should not consume food items that increase Vata and small (quickly digestible) food items. Do not consume strong air, do not remain hungry.

Shishir seasonality

Generally, there are many similarities between Hemant and Shishir, but in this season it becomes much colder due to wind and clouds. In this season, one should consume guru diet and aliphatic diet just like the Hemant season. Should stay in a warm place. Cartilaginous foods, small and quickly digestible foods and cold food should be avoided.

Basant season

The phlegm accumulated at this time (in the eastern season) gets liquefied by the sun's rays and slows down the gastric fire, hence there is a possibility of many diseases, hence special care should be taken about the diet. Due to overeating, indigestion, eating cold and stale food, phlegm gets aggravated. In this season, light easily digestible diet and fresh food is best.
Old wheat, millet, barley, pigeon pea, moong dal, myrobalan, garlic, spinach, use of dry ginger and seasonal fruits is beneficial. In this season, do exercise and yoga in the morning. Use of massage, rubbing, paste etc. is beneficial.
Avoidance: Heavy, acidic, fatty and sweet food in this season be avoided. One should not sleep during the day in spring.

Grishma seasonality

In this season, the Sun absorbs the love of the world through its rays, hence in this season it is best to consume sweet, juicy, cool, astringent and liquid foods. Use milk, ghee, buttermilk. Among vegetables, use of leafy vegetables, parwal, gourd, tomato, bitter gourd, lemon is beneficial. Consumption of moong lentils and seasonal fruits is beneficial. Use cool water in cool places such as residence, cool garden, cool water.
Avoidance of food containing salt, acid, bitter juice like bitter, sour, salty, chilli-spicy food and consumption of heavy substances. Avoid consumption of sour curd, urad dal, khatai etc. should be avoided. Keep your head covered while leaving the house and drink water before leaving.

Rainy Seasonality

At this time, body strength remains weak due to which all the three doshas get angry, hence consumption of tridosha eliminating things is beneficial at this time. Consumption of fire lamp liquids is appropriate in this season. In this season it is beneficial to add honey in small quantities while preparing food items. Acids and salts in food and juices. The predominance of affectionate fluid like Ghritadi etc. is beneficial. Use of old barley, wheat and rice is appropriate.
In this season, light digestible, fresh, hot and digestive fire enhancing food should be consumed. Consumption of old grains, moong, maize, mustard, khichdi, porridge is beneficial. Among the vegetables, gourd, ladyfinger, ridge gourd, tomato, ginger etc. are beneficial. During the season, rubbing of the body, boiling, bathing, using smells etc. are beneficial.
Keep houses clean and dry during rainy season. Use light and sacred clothes and medicines like Neem Patra, Guggul etc. inside the house experiment is beneficial. Malaria due to water contamination in this season, there is a possibility of spread of diseases like typhoid, diarrhea etc. Therefore take special care of food items, boiling and cooled water consumption is good and is beneficial. Avoid heavy food outside and home cooked and easily digestible food is best.

Autumn season

The bile accumulated in the previous season erupts in the autumn. Therefore, in this season, when you feel hungry, eat in quantity. Sweet, cold, bitter and bile pacifying foods should be consumed in quantity. Use of rice, barley and wheat is beneficial.
Avoidance: One should not consume sunlight in autumn. Do not even consume eastern air; give up sleeping during the day. Fat, oil, alkali, curd should not be consumed. In this season, quantity of flowers, clean clothes and consumption of moon rays are best.
The above seasonal rituals are very ancient, described in detail in the Ayurvedic scriptures, for better health benefits, every person should follow the rules made during the seasons. Abruptly abandoning the rules during the end of one season and the beginning of another season can lead to Asatmyaaj diseases. Therefore, humans should gradually abandon the rules of that season during the last seven days of a season and completely abandon them for the seven days before the beginning of the season and should follow the food and habits of the season respectively during these fourteen days - Should be consumed gradually. In this way, by following the rules methodically in every season, avail the benefits of health.
