Ayurveda is facing the brunt of corruption at the global level and Patanjali has been working for years to gain acceptance. Whenever Ayurveda is considered a complete medical system if an attempt is made to establish the first fact and the evidence was made into a shield. Then we resolved that Ayurveda is made fact and evidence based through Patanjali. To be established as an authentic medical system. This establishment of Patanjali Research Institute to achieve the objective was done and Patanjali became the first institution which modernize Ayurveda by doing evidence and fact based research tested on the test of science. The scientific world has accepted this work of Patanjali. While the effort was appreciated, it was published in world class research journals. The research papers presented by Patanjali got place. Giloy, Ashwagandha, C- Buckthorn, Putrajivak, Sarvakalp Kwath, Peedanil Kwath on Shivlingi seeds, Chyawanprash, Tulsi, Kakrasinghi etc. Patanjali scientists conducted research which was published by Elsevier, springer, Frontiers, Nature, Molecules, biomolecules, Journal of Separation Science, Journal of Inflammation Research, Nanoscale, Research journals like Advances etc. published prominently. Due to this, Patanjali's Ayurveda and research became famous in the country and abroad. Today people all over the world have their eyes on Patanjali. Patanjali works as per complete scientific standards and all types of facilities from NABL accredited labs to animal trials and other facilities are available in Patanjali Research Institute.
Patanjali has resolved to provide health to mankind suffering from curable and incurable diseases. To fulfill this resolution, continuous research on traditional and alternative medical systems along with integrated medical system established in coordination with authentic medical systems like Yoga, Ayurveda, Naturopathy, Panchakarma, Shatkarma, Acupuncture, Acupressure, Physiotherapy etc. will be done. A lot of work is being done to make it effective. There were many obstacles in this campaign of Patanjali, we had to pass through many tests. Every effort was made to crush Ayurveda, but Patanjali broke every vicious circle of frustrated mentality, faced challenges and firmly gave accurate answers to every question on the strength of facts and evidence based research. The result of this is that in the field of Ayurveda Patanjali Research as the world's largest research institute the institute is setting new records every day.
Patanjali's efforts have increased people's confidence in Ayurveda. People keep Patanjali's effective medicines Muktavati, BP Grit, Madhunashini, Madhugrit, Medhavati, Rinogrit, Cardiogrit, Orthogrit, Eargrit, I Grit etc. in their homes with full faith and devotion.
We cured millions of people suffering from life-threatening diseases ranging from BP, sugar, thyroid, asthma, arthritis and obesity to liver, kidney failure and cancer. We have a data base of more than one crore people, real world evidence and clinical evidence. Apart from these, the new researches of Patanjali this year are as follows-

Anu Oil Divya Ayurvedic Medicine in Black Fungus

in the course of research, this year Patanjali Research Institute conducted research on many effective medicines and proved its mettle. One of these is molecular oil. Patanjali Research Institute once again established Ayurveda in the whole world by declaring the molecular oil in black fungus as an authentic medicine. Ayurveda's thousands-year-old classical medicine 'Anu Tail' was found to be extremely effective against Cunninghamella bertholletiae of black fungus disease. Patanjali did extensive research on this and in this research, Oxford University Press published the Vedic taxonomy of plants for the first time in 'Sanskrit language based' Devanagiri script.
In research, Patanjali scientists found that Anu Tail, a herbal nail drop, prevents the germination of spores. It inhibits reactive oxygen species (ROS) and extracellular ROS of the pathogenic mucorale Cunninghamella bertholetti by reducing cAMP-PKA. Scientists of Patanjali Research Institute found in their research that molecular oil effectively inhibits the oxidative state of the fungus. Molecular oil prevents the spores of this fungus from germinating, and along with it also provides strength to our healthy cells to fight this infection. This modern research has been published in Oxford University's journal 'Letters in Applied Microbiology'.
Cunninghamella bertholettii is a rare, fast-growing, invasive mucoral black fungus, molecular oil prevents its spores from growing. Patanjali has presented this after scientific evidence and the world's leading microbiology journal has published it with prominence. This was our second international research publication on nuclear oil.

Freedom from obesity is possible through Ayurveda

Obesity is such a curse that comes easily but goes with great difficulty. To get rid of obesity, the scientists of Patanjali Research Institute have worked tirelessly and created the medicine 'Divya Weight-Go'. This medicine has been completely tested on scientific parameters. This research based medicine is like nectar for people suffering from obesity. In obesity, Ayurvedic medicine 'Divya Vet-Go' has proved that if the medicine 'Divya Vet-Go' is taken along with yoga and exercise. So the person's weight reduces quickly. somewhere on its body there are no side effects of any kind.
In research, we found that even if a person takes the medicine 'Divya Weight-Go' without exercise, weight is reduced and along with weight loss, cholesterol, glucose and sensitivity become normal and insulin resistance also gets cured. This research of Patanjali has been published in America's world famous research journal Biomedicine and Pharmacotherapy.

Ayurvedic medicines increase beneficial bacteria

Australia to test the medicinal potential of Ayurveda Swinburne University Professors and Patanjali Research Scientists of the institute conducted research on how Ayurvedic medicines help in increasing the good beneficial bacteria in the body.
This new research of Patanjali has been accepted by the world famous Oxford University Press FEMS Microbiology Ecology Journal. Acharya ji said that we are happy that Ayurveda Foreign scientists are not only accepting the power of but are also coming forward for research.

Best treatment for kidney diseases in Ayurveda

The best treatment for kidney diseases is possible in Ayurveda. This has been certified by America's world famous research journal PLOS ONE. The American Research Journal has accepted Patanjali's research that allopathic medicines, especially medicines like antibiotic Vancomycin, cause kidney damage and Patanjali Ayurveda's medicine 'Renogrit' is effective and proven to cure kidneys.
'Renogrit' is the result of intensive research by the scientists of Patanjali Ayurveda Institute, which is a boon for kidney patients. Renogrit reduces vancomycin-induced nephrotoxicity by regulating kidney disease biomarkers and creatinine/urea clearance. This research proved that allopathic medicines lead to kidney failure occurs whereas Ayurveda contains successful treatment for kidney disease without any side effects.
Big drug companies tried to crush the potency and power of Ayurveda. It was publicized that consumption of Giloy causes kidney damage. Today, these companies are keeping an eye on India to see when its huge population suffers from diseases like heart, liver and kidney etc. and their economic empire expands. His empire stands on our sorrows and diseases. We have to crush such empire, and this is possible only through Ayurveda. Acharya ji said that Patanjali Ayurveda has the power to break this vicious cycle.
Vancomycin is widely used against methicillin-resistant bacterial infections. Whereas vancomycin accumulation causes nephrotoxicity which affects the filtration system of the kidneys. He said that Renogrit is capable of curing kidney diseases by reducing nephrotoxicity.

It is true that diseases can be controlled with synthetic medicines but cannot be cured. But this problem of allopathy is not a problem for Yoga Ayurveda. In the medical field, we had many times called those who install fake pacemakers, steal kidneys, commit medical crimes by taking unnecessary medicines and indiscriminate tests as medical mafia/drug mafia. This created a huge controversy by spreading confusion. . We are proud of the good doctors in medical science and the life saving drugs, emergency treatment and necessary surgeries. We respected you earlier also, respect you even today.
"Also, the advanced treatment from Allopathy which we have received from Maharishi Charak, Maharishi Sushruta and Maharishi Dhanvantari of Vedas and Ayurveda, Patanjali, we are taking it forward scientifically and authentically, not for the sake of business, but in the spirit of treatment and beneficence. Medication or the service of a physician in ancient Indian culture has been considered the greatest medium of charity and beneficence. Maharishi Charak and Sushruta said in the code of conduct of Vedas that only those can become Vaidya who have no greed in their mind? In Ayurveda where each Vaidya is customized for himself, manufactures medicines, every physician has his own pharmacy in the same field. But in Allopath there are big companies and big-big brands claim to have found a cure for a disease by doing research and by taking a patent on that medicine, thousands more than its cost and sell it at lakhs of times higher price. Doctors prescribe the drugs and besides various advertisements are used in the name of sales promotion, pharma is doing many times more than research are spent by companies. A big one by pharma companies the lie has been spread that allopathy medicines are expensive because because in doing research on a medicine on allopathy, many it takes decades and hundreds of years to research a drug. The expenditure ranges from crores to several thousand crores, Pharma companies making allopathic medicines after getting them patented sell them at exorbitant prices. When we investigate this claim. So this claim appears completely hollow. Pharma companies spend most of their money not on research, but on paying commission to doctors or giving advertisements in newspapers, TV, etc. This is a hollow argument for selling expensive medicines in the name of spending on research. There is an excuse.

For example, a company named Bristol Mayor Squibb spent Rs 76,000 crore on research and development in 2022 while Rs 62,000 crore was spent on advertisements. From this example it becomes clear to us that the target of pharma companies is to sell their medicines aggressively, the main objective is not to benefit the patients or humans by doing research.

The fastest change in spending was for DTC advertising, which increased from $2.1 billion (₹16,800 crore) (11.9% of total spending) to $9.6 billion (₹76,800 crore) (32.1% of total spending). From 1997 to 2016, marketing for prescription drugs and disease awareness campaigns grew from $17.1 billion (₹1,36,800 crore) to $26.9 billion (₹2,15,200 crore) (a 60% increase).
Expenses on seminars and food

Pharma companies spend a huge amount on such non-research activities to promote their products so that more and more doctors prescribe medicines of specific brands which are not related to research in any way. In 2016, companies paid $978.96 million (₹7831.68 crore) to physicians and teaching hospitals for non-research activities, including hiring faculty or speakers presenting company-developed material during lunch or dinner talks. This included $381.13 million (Rs 3049.04 crore) to serve as. Other payments were consulting for $210.05 million (₹16,804 crore), food and beverages for $164.21 million (₹1313.68 crore), travel and accommodation for $96.9 million (₹775.2 crore), and honorarium for ₹14.64 million (₹117.12 crore). In the name of disease awareness marketing, pharma companies organize such programs or seminars for different doctors and hospitals in which the speakers are paid huge amounts.
Pharmaceutical companies make claims in the name of expenditure on research and development. In 2001, pharmaceutical companies boasted at a press conference in Philadelphia that a group called the "Tufts Center for the Study of Drug Development" presented the answer, without any data, that the cost of developing a drug is approximately It costs 802 million dollars i.e. 5854 crore rupees, but Tufts Group never published the answer on the basis of which claims and on the basis of which things this value was arrived at. Later, the figure of $802 million was also published in newspapers like The New York Times etc.
Doubts were raised about the authenticity of the cost of researching a new drug. By 2001, pharma companies acknowledged that companies spent 35% of their expenses on marketing and administration.

In Chanakya's Arthashastra System and form of state

Pro. Rameshwar Mishra Pankaj

On the duties of M and the powers and nature of the state Hamati Chanakya has highlighted the state in his great book 'Arthashastram'. But first of all, in the context of European political scientists, this fact should always be remembered that no religious scholar or statesman of India ever claims that he is saying anything completely new on this subject. He always gives evidence from the basic scriptures and respectfully presents the opinions of the previous Acharyas and presents his own interpretation or any new development in it with the humility that he is nourishing the tradition and following his own religion. Therefore, it is inauthentic to study and teach any Indian Rajshastra pioneer including Chanakya in any university in India or the world, unless the discussion of the basic elements of Sanatan Dharma given in the Indian scriptures is made clear in the beginning. The recognition of the scriptures about the individual and various units of society and nation and clarifying the relationship of those units' own existence with the Supreme Being is essentially the starting point of any cognitive departure.

Chanakya's worldview

The last 17th verse of the third chapter of the first chapter of Arthashastra named Vinayadhikarika summarizes Chanakya's worldview -

Vyavasthitaryamaryadah Kritvarnashramasthitah I
Trayya Hi Rakshitah Lokah Prasidati Na Sidati II

Chanakya says that the supreme duty of the ruler is to establish Arya dignity and to maintain such a situation in the state that the practice of Swadharma through varnas and ashrams should always continue uninterrupted. The world is well protected by the knowledge of Rigveda, Yajurveda and Samaveda, hence make arrangements for it and Anveekshaki, Triya, Varta and Dandaniti are the four departments which keep the subjects and the entire state and keeps things full of happiness and never allow to remain in depression.
In the second part of the same chapter, the Acharya has explained.

'Anvikshaki Traiyi Varta Dandnitishcheti VidyahI’

Protected by these four knowledge of negotiation and punishment, the people and the entire state always remain happy and never get depressed.

That is, the four sciences of inquiry, trinity, negotiation and punishment. Further in the same chapter, from the 8th to the 13th mantra, Chanakya explains these more clearly. He say that –

Chatastra Aeva Vidya Iti Kautilyah II8II
Tabhirdharmartho Yadvidyattadvidanam Vidyatvam II9II
Sankhyam Yogo Lokayatam Chetyanavikshiki II10II
Dharmadharmau Trayyamarthanarthau Vartayam Nyapanaau Dandanityam II11II
Balabale Chaitasam Hetubhiranvikshamananvikshaki
Lokasyopakaroti Vyasaneabhyudaye Cha Buddhimavasthapayati
Pragyavakyakriyavaisharadyam Cha Karoti II12II
Pradeepah Sarvavidyanamupayah Sarvakarmanama I Ashrayah
Sarvadharmanam Shashvadanveekshaki Mata II13II

Thus he has clearly declared that in my opinion there are four sciences: investigation, trilogy, negotiation and punishment. Whereas according to Manu, Anvikshaki is under the Trinity and Brihaspati considers only news and punishment to be knowledge because he is a lokayatravida (varta dandanitischeti Barhaspatyah I Samvaranamatram hi trayi lokayatravida iti).
By appointing a famous atheist communist to the post of President of the Indian Council of Philosophical Research, the Congress led Government of India has expanded ignorance and infinity in the field of learning. In this, hundreds of communist literate workers including D.P Chattopadhyay and Rahul Sankrityayan, Ram Vilas Sharma, Bhagwan Singh have played a wonderful role. There has been deception in the translation of every scripture. Thus, in the above statement of Mahamati Chanakya, the translation of Brihaspati being called Lokayatravid is completely false and inappropriate this has been done by saying that being a Lokayatravid means following Lokayat philosophy and Lokayat means Charvak philosophy. Whereas the fact is that only a few verses in the name of Charvaka are found in the Sarvadarshan collection and there is no mention of any philosophy named Charvaka in the entire Indian philosophical history. Here and there, some statement has come up as a reference to the lustful opinions of atheists i.e. people devoid of intelligence. At least in Indian philosophy the word 'philosophy' never has such a loose meaning. Charvaka is not a philosopher. He is an evil and evil person whose killing is the only reason.
In Mahabharata, under Shanti Parva, description of Charvaka is given in the 38th and 39th chapters of Rajdharmanushasana Parva, which is the oldest reference available. In it, Lord Vedvyas tells that Charvak was a demon who was a friend of Duryodhana and who had formed his own group. When King Yudhishthir entered the city after the victory and after reaching the royal palace, saw and worshiped the family deities there and came out where thousands of Brahmins were blessing him with Mangaldravya. Yudhishthir worshiped and honored all of them. When the recitation of the sacred thread ended and the shouts of praise spread all around, after that there was peace, the demon Charvak disguised himself as a Brahmin and moved forward with sandalwood on his head and a trident in his hand and called Yudhishthir a wicked man, a murderer of his teachers and his relatives, and a meaningless life. The one who lived started telling. He said that what I am saying is the opinion of all the Brahmins gathered here. Then all the Brahmins said loudly that no, this scoundrel is lying. He is a friend of Duryodhana and a demon. By coming here in the form of a monk, he wants your harm and the welfare of Duryodhana. Saying this the Brahmins incinerated him with their curse. After this, all the Brahmins left while praising Maharaj Yudhishthir. Then Lord Shri Krishna told that this demon had received a boon in the past that he would never be afraid of anyone except Brahmins. It will be harmful only if Brahmins are insulted. The same thing has happened today.
Thus, according to authentic history in its earliest context, Charvaka is a liar, a friend of the wicked and a demon. Apart from this, there is no ancient mention of Charvak anywhere. Vincent Arthur Smith, who came to India as the Secretary of the British Administration, wrote many pamphlets and carried out vigorous propaganda showing the Mohammedan victory over India. Although he had no eligibility to be a historian. Company and British Raj employee lies
And was famous for deceit. He was an expert in creating false stories of Mohammedan conquest of India. It was he who carried out political fraud to promote the Mughals, the vassals of the jagirs between Delhi and Agra, as the emperors of India. In the same sequence, Vincent Arthur Smith wrote in the 20th century AD (around 1915 AD) that once in a royal assembly in Akbar's court, a Jain Pandit or a Jain monk had mentioned a philosopher named Charvaka. The mention of which is no longer available. Since then, the British and their Indian disciples started the business of promoting Charvaka as an Indian philosopher. Whereas till then Charvak was discussed only as a hypocrite and a liar.
In the 8th century AD scholar Haribhadra Suri's work 'Shaddarshan Samuchaya', Charvak was described as a person who did not believe in God, who did not believe in rebirth and the consequences of karma, and who did not believe in virtue and sin. That man became the standard philosopher for the Europeans and their Indian disciples. As far as the word Lokayat is concerned, its clear meaning is the gross concepts and beliefs generally prevalent in public life. It stands as the inverse of philosophy. That is, Lokayat is opposed to philosophy and the word Lokayatra is completely opposite to this. There the entire folk life is called folk journey. Out of sheer ignorance, stupidity or wickedness, people have made a false attempt to link a classical word like Lokayatra with Lokayat. Acharya Brihaspati has been called a folk traveler in the sense that he was knowledgeable about the diverse and vast forms of folk life across the world. According to Acharya Brihaspati, in the context of Rajshastra, negotiation and punishment are the same two sciences. Chanakya says- Varta dandanitishcheti barhaspatya. Because comprehensive knowledge of public life and the policy of punishing those who disrupt the social order in the form of public visit – these two are the core of Rajshastra. Knowledge of Trayi etc. gives glory and meaning to the life of kings or rulers. Brihaspati does not consider it appropriate to mention it separately in the context of Rajshastra, this is what it means. In this way, Acharya Chanakya, while mentioning the opinions of Lord Manu, Acharya Brihaspati, Shukracharya etc., has given his opinion that all the four disciplines of Anvikshaki, Trayi, Varta and Dandaneeti are essential for Rajshastra.
Acharya Chanakya says that only after knowing these four Vidyas – Anvikshaki, Trayi, Varta and Dandaniti – the means of progress in this world and the next world are known. The knowledge of righteousness and unrighteousness is called Vidya. Sankhya, Yoga and Lokayat These three are Anvikshki. This means that Sankhya philosophy, yoga practice and knowledge of the beliefs and beliefs of the people, these three elements together form the basis of inquiry. Here the word Lokayat has no connection with the so-called Charvak etc. i.e. the nonsense of demons.
In the 11th mantra of the second chapter of the first chapter, the Acharya says: (Dharmadharmau Trayyamarthanarthau Vartayam Nayapanayau Dandanityam I)
That is, the Trinity, that is, the Vedas, give knowledge of righteousness and iniquity. Here Acharyavar is making the same statement that all Sanatan Dharmi sages including Maharishi Manu have been saying since tradition. Because that is the eternal truth. That is, 'the Vedas are the root of religion' (vedo'khilo dharmamoolam). Thus, to believe in Chanakya's political science means to believe in the Vedas and to believe in the Vedas as the root of religion. Without believing this, it is wickedness and greed to take a passage from a Sutra of Chanakya and use it for one's own purpose. Because no present Indian political party considers the Vedas as the basis of religion but it is a political document called 'Constitution of India' drafted by the Constituent Assembly drafted by the representatives appointed by the British Viceroy with necessary amendments to the India Act Therefore, it is not possible for any follower of the present political parties in India to consider Chanakya as his ideal and inspiration. It may be that a modern Indian political leader or activist invokes a formula of Chanakya to please, or 'mobilize', Chanakya's admirers and followers. But that would only be deception and diplomacy. Because any party devoted to the present Constitution is ineligible and unauthorized in the matter of Chanakya as long as it is using this Constitution only in an immediate diplomatic form to achieve Chanakya's ideals. When there is a different situation, that is, when there is faith in this Constitution, the persons, organizations and parties concerned move away from the entire stream of Chanakya and the entire Vedic stream, becoming unfamiliar, unspiritual and strangers to him.
Acharya has enumerated Trayi Vidya in the first place only to provide knowledge of Dharma and Adharma. That is, the starting point of departure in politics is proper knowledge of religion and unrighteousness. In fact, whatever is done without it is not politics, it is poll tricks or 'politics'. This is very clear. This is the reason why modern European politics considers violence only the prerogative of the state and considers killing itself as violence. Thus the decision to ultimately kill those who go against the grain is the essence of modern European politics. That is why this politics made two world wars possible. There was no question of justice and policy in both. The whole dispute was about sharing in the plunder of the colonies. Justice is the essence of Indian politics and hence its common ideals are those of the people it rules. That is, Sanatan Dharma and general religion are also the essence and basis of Indian politics.
Acharyavar further says - 'Through talks one can gain knowledge about agriculture, cow protection, commerce etc. This knowledge is not only for taxation (as is the case in modern politics), but for judgment and judgment of righteousness and unrighteousness. Modern politics decides all the bases of justice based on the desires and plans of its organization or group. The basis of justice in Indian politics has been dialogue and Lok Yatra. Lokayat i.e. beliefs and faith of the people are the basis of justice. It is only the duty of the government to see that no popular belief and faith is violating the Vedas and Sanatan Dharma.
Only through dialogue is it possible to determine the necessary policies for increasing public wealth. Acharya has said that the knowledge of meaning and harm comes only through conversation. That is, knowledge of the form of achievement (meaning) of the purpose of public life and knowledge of the tendencies and actions hindering public life is possible only when the state has the knowledge of dialogue.
Acharya has said this in the above mantra that one gets knowledge of Nay and Apanay through Dandniti. The knowledge of where the state and society should be taken, how the journey of the people remains uninterrupted and the cycle of Dharma continues, is the knowledge of Naya. Knowledge of the forces, tendencies and actions hindering this direction is knowledge of oneself.
Further, in the 12th and 13th mantra or sutra quoted above in the second chapter of the same first Adhikaran, the Acharya makes it clear that Anvikshki is very important to know the strength and weakness of all these sciences, i.e. for Mimamsa and Nyaya. That is why he has said that the people are benefited only through the knowledge of inquiry. Folk trends continue to emerge. Public intelligence remains organized and there is efficiency in wisdom, speech and action. In this way, the knowledge of Anviksha is the lamp of all the knowledge and the seeker of all the works and the shelter of all the religions.

Those who want to erase these clear statements and sutras of Acharya from the public memory, they call Charvaka a part of Anvikshaki. Clearly such people are demons and deserve to be destroyed.

Ulcerative Colitis is a major stomach problem, in which there is swelling and irritation in the large intestine, and there is a possibility of recurrence of this disease in recurrent patients. In common parlance, it is also called colitis or inflammation of the intestines. The types of colitis are decided on the basis of inflammation in different parts of the intestine, like if there is inflammation only in the lower part of the intestine, where the stool gets accumulated, then it is called Proctitis, on the other hand, if the inflammation is in the upper part, it is called Proctitis and it has also become part of that condition is called Distal Colitis. Similarly, if the inflammation is in more than half of the intestine then it is called Extensive Colitis and if there is inflammation in the entire large intestine then it is called Pancolitis. This disease is spread in all the countries of the world, especially in Europe, Australia and the US, about 77 people per one lakh people are suffering from this disease. Whereas in India this number is about 6 patients per 1 lakh people.
The main symptoms of ulcerative colitis are pain in the stomach or abdomen. Pinching sensation, frothy or cloudy stool and stomach upset which is includes torsion etc. Along with this, there is blood in the stool, loose stools/diarrhea, feeling of always going to defecate. Other symptoms of colitis include weight loss, fatigue, and intermittent high fever with subsequent recovery. Sometimes patients suffer from dehydration due to diarrhea and also have pain in eyes and knees. If this problem persists for a long time, it may lead to liver problems and anemia. Diet and irregular lifestyle also have an impact on colitis. Stimulant diets like junk food, hot chillies, spices, fried food and excessive consumption of alcohol can also increase the problem of colitis.
In allopathy, inflammation is treated on the basis of clinical symptoms and with various testing techniques like ultrasound, endoscopy etc. Allopathic medicines for this disease are mainly given in 4 stages. In the first stage, the victim is given Aminosalicylates in the form of a very common drug, Sulfasalazine. If for some reason the medicine does not work properly, steroids are given in the second stage, then immunomodulators are given in the third stage. If the patient does not get relief even after 3 stages, surgery is done, in which the part of the intestine in which there is swelling is cut and separated. But this is also not a permanent solution to this disease and there is a possibility of the disease returning again. Allopathic medicines given in colitis also have many side effects like headache, nausea, and in some cases, separation of bone marrow due to which the formation of new blood cells stops.
But its successful treatment is possible in Ayurveda. After research and research, Patanjali has created Collogrit Enteric Coated Tablet for colitis. This medicine is made from extracts of bael, kutaj, cumin, celery, fennel, rose and camphor leaves. Even in Ayurvedic texts, Bael and Kutaj have been called panacea for stomach. During phytochemical analysis, various compounds like gallic acid, rutin, ellagic acid etc. were also found in cologrit by the method of HPLC technique. This is the first medicine manufactured by Patanjali Research Foundation, in which Enteric Coating has been used. The mechanism of medicines is such that they first break down in our stomach and the metabolism process starts. After that it gets absorbed in the large intestine. Then after that through our blood to other parts of the body goes in parts. But when the problem is of the large intestine, then why not make such a medicine which does not open in the stomach but opens directly in the large intestine. For this, there is a method used as a pharmacological tool which is called Enteric Coating. In this, a cover is placed over the medicine, which dissolves only where it is needed. By doing this the medicine reaches where it is needed. Different parts of our digestive system have different pH. What is pH i.e. the ratio between acidity (acidity) or basicity (alkalinity) of a substance? Our pH in the mouth remains 7, in the stomach the pH remains 2 and in the large intestine the pH remains between 7 to 7.5. After this conclusion, an attempt was made to make an enteric coating which would not dissolve at PH 2 but would dissolve directly at PH 7. Methacrylic acid-ethylacrylate copolymer-coating helps the drug to dissolve only after pH 5.5, hence it was used in Cologrit. To confirm how suitable this coating is. Along with spit or saliva, stomach liquid and intestinal liquid were also generated inside the lab, which is called Simulated Fluid. After that, Cologrit tablets were placed inside these liquids and it was seen how long it takes for these tablets to dissolve. Apart from this, biological responses were also used to track how long our food stays in the mouth, stomach and intestines. It turns out that food it lasts for 10-15 seconds in the mouth, 2 hours in the stomach and about 2.5 hours in the intestines. Subsequently, after placing Cologrit in intestinal fluid, it was found that it takes about 45 minutes to dissolve in the intestines.
This is a great example of how modern technology can be integrated into Ayurveda. Ayurveda can be further advanced by making Ayurvedic medicines superior to modern methods. Additionally, it is possible to have more beneficial effects in improving human health. Cologrit combines the ancient knowledge of Ayurveda with the modern science of drug release technology. This is a successful result of the fact that integrated use of various medical methods ensures proper solution to any disease. Now it can be said that the medicine which was able to reach the affected organ through enema in allopathy, is now able to reach the intestines through the mouth, where problems are arising. Due to this, patient compliance is good and people can take it even sitting at home.
The biological response of Cologrit was then analyzed and cell biological experiments called in-vitro or cell line trials were conducted to see whether the components of Cologrit could reduce inflammation. Secondly, can the inflammation caused by some other reason which is damaging the intestinal cells also be cured? In the first finding, it was found that our body's inflammatory cells are called macrophages and which rotate inside our body. These are the first line of defense of our body, meaning these cells act first in any type of infection, Cologrit was helpful in controlling them also. In the second finding, work was done on intestinal cells. The structure of our intestines is shaped like fingers, which are called microvilli. Due to this their security area has increased considerably.

Cells present on the finger-like structures of the intestine by putting different components of bacteria on Caco-2 cells, it was seen whether Cologrit could cure that infection or not? If there is inflammation in our intestines then the WBCs of our body called monocytes. To cure it, they stick to our intestines so that the infection there can be controlled. In this study, we generated intestinal cells in the lab and colored the WBCs with dye, and found that Cologrit also worked to heal those cells. This is the first research in Ayurvedic medicine in which work has been done on complex cells and chemotaxis markers. During any type of oxidative stress/infection, our cells send signals and WBCs start repairing them. The direction of these white blood cells is decided by the chemotaxis markers CXCL 5 present in our body. Even after research on chemotaxis markers, it was seen that Cologrit medicine is working successfully in this also. After all this research, it was concluded that Cologrit medicine reduces inflammation, controls the migration of cells and also normalizes the basic causes of inflammation.

While women of the Vedic period were equal to men in the scriptures and spiritual knowledge and in penance and accomplishment, they also played an important role in various crafts. There is mention in the Vedas of learned women who devoted their entire lives to the study of Mimamsa-shastra, Nyaya-shastra, Vedanta etc. Kashkatsni was a great philosopher, Gargi was a philosopher and Atreyi was a Vedanta expert. Vedic sages like Vishwavara, Ghosha, Apala, Lopamudra, Romasha, Sikta, Niwavari etc. are famous. Jayanti Vidushi, a lifelong student of philosophy, is mentioned. Dharma in Jain literature.
Women of the Vedic period are also described as being trained in various crafts and earning money through crafts. The work of textile weaving was very advanced and there were skilled women in its various branches. There is description of women doing Susthi Karma (stitching), Peshskaari (embroidery), Rajiyatri (dying) etc. There were different Vedic nouns for different tasks of weaving, such as dhoti weaving (vaso-vay), tana binna (tantu vay), bana binna (otu vay). Cotton dhoti was called Vasas, silk clothes were called Taranya and Kshoma and woolen clothes were called Urna Vasas. There is mention of skilled weaving women in all these. Similarly, women who work with bamboo (Vidalkari), make sword sheaths and boxes or boxes (Koshkari), make eye-rings (Aanjanikari), dance and play music, run Kitav-gambling houses etc. Description is found in Vedic literature.
What is important here is that these are mentioned separately in the literature. Which shows that they had an independent and respectable position. Because it was the duty of Muslim and Christian women to help their husbands at home. But it was different before the 19th century AD there is no mention of it in the history of Europe or Arab countries. A big proof of the independent and respectable status of women in India is that in Arava and other Muslim countries (except Pakistan and Bangladesh, the Muslim nation states created in 1947 AD within the Hindu nation), there is no mention of any woman ruler. In the 18th and 19th centuries AD, we not only find a rich tradition of Hindu queens and empresses, but Muslim Begums are also seen ruling. Begum Hazrat Mahal of Awadh state and Ruling Begum of Bhopal are examples of this. This is clearly a Hindu influence. This is the tradition only in the royal families who became Muslims from Hindu clans. There is no such tradition among the royal families who became Muslims centuries ago.
In the Vedas, Indrani has been called Aparajita fighter. The tradition of brave general queens continued in India till the 20th century AD. Queen Kaikeyi's fighting skills are famous. But the 19th and 20th centuries themselves Queen of Kittur, Karnataka in 19th and 20th AD Chennamma, Maharani Lakshmibai of Jhansi Like the brave women of the army, that tradition reminds. Similarly Rani Rasmani, Rani Bhavani, Queen Anandsundari Gupta, Maharani Ahilyabai etc. are in the same glorious tradition.

Rich tradition of girls' education

There are detailed mentions of women's education in the fifth century AD (Panini period).
According to scholars, it seems that there were some restrictions on women's education in the Middle Ages. The facts prove that the Islamic imperialist invasion and destruction of educational centers had an impact on the entire society, not just on women's education or the condition of women. Where Muslim influence was widespread, in many parts of India also the practice of purdah, child marriage etc. became prevalent among some sections of the society. There is no such evil practice in the rest of India.

Girls' education in the 18th century AD

Even then, according to the data collected by the British officers in the eighteenth century AD, girls' education was adequate in India, although it was being given mainly in homes. (This situation continued during the Muslim terror. According to the British data of 1825 AD, the education being given to girls in schools outside their homes, the detailed data of two districts has been given by the then Collector, which is from Dharampal's book 'The Beautiful Tree ' .
To spread British influence in India, Christian missionaries and East India Company employees started spreading many lies about the condition of Hindu women through their Hindu employees. Rammohan Roy, an employee of the company, wrote several articles on this subject and started a campaign. Due to which the company was happy and gave the title of Raja to its clerk and sent him to London as an Indian Raja and got him to apply to the British government regarding the plight of Indian women.
The important thing is that all this false propaganda was being done about India at a time when in Europe it was believed that women do not have a soul and they are only for the enjoyment and entertainment of men and they are not allowed to have property. There is no right to be a mistress or to have a separate personality or to vote. Because women in Europe got the right to vote only about 100 years after this false propaganda made by Ram Mohan Roy about the women of India.
It is well known that in the United Kingdom (Britain), women got the right to vote in 1928 AD. In USA in 1965 AD, in France in 1941 AD, in Germany in 1918 AD, in Italy in 1945 AD, in China in 1949 AD, in Canada in 1960 AD, in Spain in 1977 AD, in Iran in 1969 AD and Women in the United Arab Emirates got the right to vote in 2006 AD. Before that, in many countries of Christian Europe and in the United States of America, till the beginning of the 20th century AD, the plight of women was dire and they were burnt alive in thousands.
Matilda Joslyn Gage, a famous American writer and scholar who fought for women's freedom, has said that large areas in America were safe for burning women alive. Alive even when a car passes through the smell of women's bodies being continued for miles. These are from Matilda Joslyn Gage's book 'Woman, Church and State'. See the excerpt, which is given from pages 247 to 271 (in the 1997 AD edition published by Voice of India from New Delhi) - "Boiling alive in water was a form of torture usually inflicted on women. Official Records of Paris It is said that in France the fee for torture was higher than in England. For boiling oil here it cost 48 francs whereas in England the work was done for 1 shilling. 10 francs for breaking it on a wheel, body by horse. 30 francs for tearing a child into four pieces, 2 francs for burying him alive, 28 francs for burning alive a woman declared a witch, 24 francs for burying an infant in a sack, 10 francs for cutting off tongue, ears, nose. Franks, 10 francs for sticking a red-hot iron, 2 francs for inserting a 'thumb screw', 28 francs for flaying the skin alive, the perpetrators of these punishments received. The list is quite long."
"When these so-called 'witches' would 'confess' their illegitimate relationship with the devil after barbaric torture, the judges would give them the death penalty. According to historical evidence, in the period from 1484 to 1784, 90 lakh women were executed. Killed for the crime of witchcraft (page 247 of the above book of Matilda). The number of people killed in the earlier centuries is not known. The cases related to 'witchcraft' kept the church treasury filled because the family in which even one If a witch was found, all her property would belong to the Church."
The method of giving death penalty was also extremely barbaric. Matilda has also described it on pages 246- 247 - The criminal was kept in exile in a deep dark basement of the jail. His hands and legs were tied tightly and he was hanged from the four corners of that basement. Then a heavy weight was placed on it which was increased every day. On the first day, three mouthfuls of barley bread were given to eat. The next day only water was given and then the next day that too was stopped. On top of that, the weight was continuously increased and this work was continued till the death of the criminal. Another author Karen Armstrong has written several books on similar harassment of Christian women and has given authentic details of them.

To hide the plight of women in England and other European countries, such exaggerated publicity was given to the fact that some families in Bengal instigated the widow to commit Sati due to greed in getting property from the widow it seems as if every widow in every house is burnt in this manner. The Hindu employees of the company were asked to spread this lie, which they did. At that time, women in Europe were not the owners of even minimal property and did not have control over anything in the house or in-laws' house. To hide this fact, some of the wealthy widows of Bengal were instigated by some of their relatives. It was publicized so exaggeratedly to hide the fact that women owned property in Bengal. Similarly, there were many queens in Bengal at that time, whom the company people publicized as landlords and business women so that the truth of their being queens could be hidden. These employees would first go to the same queens and request them to provide some business related facilities and then when they would generously provide such facilities, these ungrateful brutes would start conspiring against them because they were aware of the conspiracy against women. -It was a practice in my country. The demand for women's freedom is natural in the women's movement that has been going on in Europe against the horrific oppression of women and the barbaric tortures and severe restrictions that they faced for centuries. Whereas in imitation of him, the women in India who repeat the same things call themselves supporters of women's freedom. It is clear that it has nothing to do with Indian country and time, history and truth.
In fact, Hindu women have huge responsibilities in the context of this world history. First of all, the Indian woman herself will have to identify her identity in the context of her real history. The claim of European women to lead women around the world ignores the facts of history. Certainly, the women of Europe could free themselves from their suffering and misery only through great patience and struggle. But due to this effort, the women who were always respected all over the world were also humiliated and despised like themselves and creating a lie of being harassed is not appropriate.
The truth is that the Indian woman, with the light of her wisdom and modesty can guide the European woman and give her necessary advice. Can give him spiritual support of intellectual light. Can set before him an exemplary example of proper behaviour. Eurochrist can spiritually assist 'man' in the difficult task of freeing him from demonic bondage and making him truly human. Can give him emotional support. Can support Tej. By explaining the religion of inner feelings, it can suggest the way to become powerful. Hindu women can also provide similar help to women initiated into Islam.
Truth is the greatest power of a Hindu woman. Historical reality is the main basis of his self-respect. His natural tendency is to exalt his virtues and virtues. He not only has to free himself from misconceptions, he also has to help others to become free. It is his duty and his duty to hold a civilizational discussion on the women's issue from the Hindu point of view and he also has the innate ability to do so. Stop considering only Eurochrist society as world society. The background of self-respect should be limited by the influences of the Muslim era. There is no need for pity and guilt. After a few years in such a huge flow of time, when the entire Indian society felt guilty, it was bound to happen to the Indian women too. Remove this guilt of independent Indian women's religion is capable of doing.
It is natural that in independent India, Indian women should come forward in every sphere of national life and they should be established with their self-respect. Indian women are playing a leading role in all spheres of culture and life including army, business, industry, medicine, service, education. The effect of medieval deformities has come in the form of deformity in some men also. Indian women also have to face it. With bravery and wisdom, she can easily face these difficulties and is doing so. Indian women are active today in every sphere of national life, which is part of their historical past. It is in continuity.

In such a situation, the daily energy and nutrition needs of women are completely different from those of men. While a balanced combination of vitamins, minerals and other nutrients is necessary in women's diet for daily energy, other essential elements like anti-oxidants are also very important to fight diseases. Antioxidants are essential for the human body and help the body fight disease and prevent premature aging. A quarter of women of reproductive age in India are undernourished, with a body mass index (BMI) of less than 18.5 kg/m. (Source: NFHS 4 2015-16). The details of daily food consumption among Indian women is shown in figure number 01. Increases the amount of radicals. Therefore, in our experiment, we first created stress on the liver cells by using 250 µM hydrogen peroxide. Additionally, the control substance 3mMN-Acetyl cystine, which reduces the production of ROS, and our product were also dosed in some cells. Analysis of the results obtained by staining the cells with fluorescent dye after a certain period of time revealed that hydrogen peroxide increases free radical generation in liver cells by 666.1% compared to cells without treatment. When liver cells treated with hydrogen peroxide were treated with N-Acetyl cysteine and 2mg/ml Nutella Women's Super Foods, these increased free radicals were reduced by 81.3 and 64.7%, respectively (Zhao et al., 2021). Hence, it is clear in picture number 05 that Patanjali Nutrela Women's Super Foods is helpful in reducing the generation of free radicals and hence helps in avoiding many diseases of the body.

If you are fond of cold drinks, ice cream and cake, then be careful. Eating foods high in sugar not only increases the risk of diabetes, but it also increases the risk of kidney stones by 40%. According to a report published in the research journal Frontiers, people of American and Asian origin are more likely to develop kidney stones due to eating foods high in sugar than people from other places. Dr. Shan Ean, the head of this research, says that this is the first time that kidney stones have been detected due to sweets. Eating sweets in limited quantities can prevent kidney stones.
The researchers found that people who got 25% of their energy from sugar were 88% more likely to develop kidney stones, while those who got only 5% of their energy from sugar had a much lower risk.

The poor are more likely to suffer from kidney stones than the rich

According to Dr Shan Ein, the poor are more likely to develop kidney stones than the rich. The reason for this is their food. The food of the poor is irregular and includes sweets the quantity is more. In fact, a large part of their energy comes from sweet things. Due to this there is a possibility of kidney stones in them increases.

Ways to avoid overthinking: It can be a sign of mental illnesses like depression, anxiety.
If your mind starts wandering as soon as you lie down, then read or listen good stuffs.
As soon as you lie down on the bed, if your mind starts making plans for the future and generates so many ideas and thoughts about pending tasks that it becomes difficult to sleep, then it is called overthinking. Generally it is of two types. First, thinking about the past and second, worrying about the future. Overthinking reduces the ability to take big decisions. The person remains trapped in the cycle of thoughts. Although it is not a mental illness in itself, it can be a sign of many mental diseases such as depression, anxiety, obsessive compulsive disorder, etc. Sometimes it can be due to stress, perfectionism, feeling of insecurity or any incident of the day.

These methods can be helpful in identifying and getting rid of overthinking, identify it like this
The sufferer thinks about the same thought, worry, or fear over and over again. Imagines a worst-case scenario for oneself. Repeats some bad incident that happened in the past again and again. Spends time thinking negative thoughts. Apart from this, the victim gets stuck on a single topic, due to which he does not pay attention to other important things.

Calm the mind

The brain cannot work on two streams of thought simultaneously. In such a situation, listen to a program that calms the mind or read stories that calm the mind. Keep the lights dim during this time. Although unwanted thoughts will still come, but don't try to push them away. Let it run in the background. Concentrate your attention on the book or program.

Activate yourself
Physical activity reduces various mental disorders including depression and anxiety.
Overdose of medicines and repeated use of pain killers can be fatal. The truth is that indiscriminate pain killers are destroying the liver. Liver damage has been reported in 379 patients in one year. All these patients are professionals and to overcome minor problems like headache and sometimes body pain, they are taking pain killers without medical advice.
This was revealed by the gastroenterology department of GSVM Medical College has been done in a report of the department. If reports are to be believed, last year rapid increase in cases of liver damage due to pain killers in India has happened, earlier it was less than a hundred. Case history of these patients various diseases were revealed in the pathology test liver enzymes increase in more than half of patients due to pain killers met increased. Gastritis in 56 percent and gastric in 22 percent ulcer was also found. The protective layer of the liver in most was found damaged.
Why are pain killers harmful: Medicine Prof. of GSVM Medical Prof. SK Gautam says it destroys the system. Hydrochloric acid also acts as a food preservative. Hydrochloric acid in gastric juice breaks down food and digestive enzymes break down proteins. It also serves as a gastric cover to prevent pepsin from digesting the entire stomach. This process gets disrupted by pain killers. Pro. According to Gautam, the risk of overdose increases when you take more than one substance at a time, or if your body is not accustomed to taking a substance. Overdose of medications is a medical emergency, requiring immediate medical attention.

Risk of dementia by taking acid reflux medicines for a long time

New research suggests that taking certain acid reflux medications for a long time may increase the risk of dementia. Acid reflux occurs when stomach acid leaks into the esophagus. This mostly happens when we lie down after eating, this causes digestive problems. The researchers said their study does not establish that taking acid reflux medications causes dementia but only suggests a correlation between them.
This study has been published recently in the American Academy of Neurology Journal. The problem of acid reflux causes burning sensation and pain in the chest. Frequent acid reflux can lead to the development of gastroesophageal reflux disease, or GERD, which can later turn into cancer of the esophagus. 7 Proton pump inhibitors target the enzymes that produce such acids in the stomach lining. That means they are helpful in controlling them. Dr. Kamakshi Lakshminarayan, member of the American Academy of Neurology and author of the study, says that we have tested whether continuous use of these medicines for a long time can lead to a higher risk of dementia.
The study included 5,712 acid reflux sufferers, whose age was 45 years or older and the average was 75 years. The analysis found that those who took acid reflux medications for more than 4.4 years had a 33 percent increased risk of dementia compared with those who never took them. However, the researchers also pointed out the limitations of this study, because the participants were followed up by phone once a year. (ANI)

The National Human Rights Commission took seriously the finding of pesticides in fruits and vegetables in excess of the prescribed quantity in many states. On this basis, the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) sought reports from all the states. UP government got 158 samples of fruits and vegetables tested. In this 18 samples failed. A person whose doshas, metals and fire are in harmony and whose senses are happy is said to be healthy according to Ayurveda. To keep the doshas, metals and feces in their natural state, daily routine and menstrual cycle must be followed.

A routine

1. Wake up in Brahma Muhurta and release feces and urine.
2. By brushing teeth and flossing every morning, bad breath, stool and phlegm are eliminated and glossitis and stiffness of the tongue are eliminated.
3. Under nasal action, fluid and lubricant are injected into the nasal passages. Nasya removes phlegm defects from the head, throat, nose, etc., which prevents disorders such as headache, ardit, jaw, teeth, eye diseases, khanidhya, palita, etc.
4. Gandush- Sneha and liquid medicine is taken completely in the mouth due to which teeth become strong, interest in food increases and throat and mouth diseases are cured.
5. Mouth and eye wash- Mouth and eye wash should be done with water or cold water infused with Triphala, Lodhra, Purnava etc., it is beneficial in blood-bilious, mouth and eye diseases.
6. Anjana- The use of this medicine in the eye and worm from Kaninak Sandhi to Apang Sandhi is called Anjana, it helps in eliminating the burning sensation, itching, stool and pain in the eyes.
7. Tambul consumption i.e. camphor, jati fruit, kankol, clove, bitter, lime, betel nut brings purity, fragrance and brightness to the mouth. The stools of the chin, teeth, voice and tongue are purified.
8. Abhyanga By doing Abhyanga of head, body and feet daily, Zara, fatigue, wind, headache, sality, pality, are destroyed, vision is satisfied, body is strengthened and life is increased.
9. Applying oil to the ear daily provides relief from diseases of the ear, carotid, head and ear.
10. Mouth plaster- By applying the paste on the face, the eyes become firm and the face becomes radiant without any irony.

Life according to seasons

Due to the combination of two months each, there are six seasons – winter, spring, summer, rainy season, autumn and autumn. It is mandatory to follow the menstrual cycle to protect from upper and lower birth disorders and to maintain the natural state. At the beginning of each season, one should abandon the diet and lifestyle of the previous season and follow the diet and lifestyle according to the coming season. Mainly in autumn, due to Pitta outbreak, there is more prevalence of Urdhvajatragut disorders like cephalic diseases, catarrh, leprosy, ear colic, mouth and tongue diseases etc.

Winter season

Bile accumulated in the rainy season Bile irritated by sudden sun ray happens.

18. Gilbert Syndrome
This is a genetic disease. In this, a gene called GT1A is passed from one of the parents to the child. Disruption of the UGT1A gene leads to impaired bilirubin binding enzyme metabolism. This is a normal condition. It does not require any treatment. Pale body and eyes appear jaundiced. Symptoms of jaundice emerge due to excessive fatigue, stress or fasting. Mild pain, itching, fatigue, nausea, loss of appetite and weakness are seen in the right side of the stomach.

19. Budd-Chiari Syndrome
In Badchiari syndrome, the hepatic vein that cleans the liver. Due to the presence of blood clots there, it becomes narrow or jammed, due to which the blood starts flowing back to the liver. As a result, the liver suffers from disease and increases in size (hematomegaly). Due to this and in acute, chronic, complicated liver diseases, symptoms of portal hypertension, esophageal varicose, cirrhosis, varicose veins of abdomen, rectum and anus emerge. In inflammatory bowel disease, sickle cell anemia, polycythemia, obstruction in the hepatic vein may occur and the above mentioned disease symptoms are seen.

20. Liver Cirrhosis
Liver cirrhosis is also of two types-
a) In primary biliary cirrhosis the gall bladder duct gradually gets damaged. Due to which the path of bile to the small intestine gets blocked, the accumulation of bile in the liver increases and as a result, primary biliary cirrhosis occurs and if left untreated, liver failure occurs.
b) Primary Sclerosing Cholangitis: This is when the bile duct gets damaged due to formation of gall bladder, irritation, pain, inflammatory condition. Accidentally blocking the path of bile flow leads to accumulation of bile in the liver and increased pressure which starts destroying the liver cells. This leads to liver cirrhosis and liver failure. In this, bleeding, swelling due to accumulation of body fluid in the legs, hands and stomach, dark colored urine and accumulation of blood on the skin cause black, red brown purple spots (bruising).
If the above mentioned liver diseases are not treated properly in the beginning, people keep on eating alcohol or fatty foods and keep on smoking even after having liver disease. They are the ones who suffer from liver cirrhosis. Cystic fibrosis and syphilis also cause liver damage and cirrhosis. The liver automatically regenerates its own damaged cells and has the ability to heal. By giving even a little rest to the liver and having correct dietary habits, the liver cells are equipped with the ability to regenerate. But due to the increased number of damaged cells, they make the liver extremely hard and tough, due to which the liver does not function properly and lays the foundation for liver cirrhosis. Liver is the largest biological pharmaceutical factory where millions of cells are continuously functioning and keep the body healthy by preparing, controlling, planning and regulating 500 types of biochemical drugs as per requirement. Due to the growth of scar tissue, the condition of the liver becomes very complex and serious. In the fourth case, it is very severe and the last stage of liver disease and in the fifth case, it is liver cancer from where it becomes difficult to return to health. Many patients undergo liver transplant but its survival rate is only 11 percent for 5 years.

21. Liver Cancer
If liver cancer occurs due to cancer spreading in any organ, it is called secondary liver cancer and if liver cancer occurs due to any liver disease, it is called primary liver cancer. The origin of common cancer in the liver starts from a small dot-sized spot, stain, lump and forms a single tumor which gradually grows and spreads to other organs as well.

22. Ascites
In the above mentioned complex liver diseases, ascites i.e. accumulation of fluid in the lower part of the stomach leads to ascites, which later becomes serious.

In genetic or hypertyrosinemia disease, proteins called tyrosine and phenylalanine are not able to be utilized due to improper breakdown in the body, as a result, they get accumulated in the liver, kidney, nervous system and other organs and have toxic effects. These three types of tyrosine type-1 in which liver and kidney start getting damaged. Yellow body, white eyes, smell like sulfur compound, bleeding from nose, diarrhea and vomiting, weak bones, symptoms of rickets are seen. Ultimately liver cancer occurs. The age of such children is up to 10 years. Type-2 and Type-3 are not that dangerous. It has red eyes and tears keep flowing. Thick skin of hands and feet and pain, loss of mental development, Type-3 often has Vitamin C deficiency. FAT in Type-1, FAT in Type-2 and HPD in Type-3 are caused by defective mutation of the gene, which is passed from both the parents to the children. In this, children are given a diet without tyrosine and phenylalanine. More patients are found in Norway and Canada. As the disease progresses, liver transplantation is recommended.
Special symptoms: When the liver is damaged and is not able to function properly, then the above mentioned and various liver diseases and liver cirrhosis start reaching the state of liver failure. Initially its symptoms are not visible. But after some time the following symptoms start appearing. These include (1) Jaundice, (2) Diarrhea, (3) Confusion, (4) Fatigue, (5) Weakness, (6) Nausea and vomiting, abdominal bleeding, hepatic encephalopathy, liver and spleen enlargement etc. (7) ) Filling of water in the stomach (Ascitis), (8) Pain symptoms are seen on the right side of the stomach.
Due to increase in estrogen level, small cells like spider angiomos and chrriangiomos start appearing on the skin.
When bile gets mixed directly into the blood, it starts accumulating under the skin, resulting in itching in the skin. Due to liver disease like liver cirrhosis, Wilson's disease, haemochromatosis etc. and hormonal fluctuations during pregnancy, blood comes to the surface due to dilation of micro blood vessels of legs and hands, this is known as Palmer Erythema, Liver Palm, Red Palm i.e. The palms and soles become red. It is also called Lane's Disease. Symptoms of red palm: Symptoms of palmar erythema are sometimes seen in diabetes, thyroid toxicosis, alcoholism, smoking, mercury poisoning, AIDS, brain tumor and autoimmune.
To prevent blood clotting, liver, lungs, mast and basophil blood cells produce heparin (warfarin). Liver produces heparin and anti-coagulant protein C and protein S and antithrombin III protein. But due to liver damage or congenital disease due to mutation in Factor V gene, the activity of protein C increases. The hepatic vein and hepatic artery turn blue. from them the process of blood clot formation also speeds up, as a result the skin blood vessels also get damaged and it turns blue at many places and bleeding also starts.
In Fetor Hepaticus, the amount of volatile sulfur compound dimethyl sulphide, acetone, butanone and pentanone, methylmer capton, hydrogen sulphide increases in the blood. Often portal hyper tension occurs due to complicated liver diseases like cirrhosis. Due to portal hyper tension, the above mentioned toxic foul smelling chemicals get filtered and reach the lungs. Due to which, foul smell starts coming from the mouth and breath of the patient with liver damage. This condition is called Fetor Hepaticus. Not only this, trimethyl amine and ammonia also get added to these gases. This represents a condition leading to fatal hepatocellular failure and the onset of hepatic encephalopathy.
In the last stage of liver disease, blood circulation in the liver gets obstructed due to portal hypertension and lack of platelets in patients. Due to this, oesophageal varices i.e. the blood vessels of the throat get damaged which leads to bleeding. This happens due to accumulation of blood clot or scar tissues in the liver.
Blood pressure increases in the portal vein that carries blood from the digestive organs to the liver. This usually happens due to liver cirrhosis or blockage caused by thrombosis in the blood vessels of the liver. Due to portal hypertension the liver and spleen get enlarged. The veins of the stomach and throat and esophagus swell (Varices). Due to this, internal hemorrhoids, lack of weight, malnutrition, filling of lungs and stomach, ascites and the functioning of kidneys and lungs get disturbed.
The largest gland in the body weighs approximately 350 pounds. There are two main lobes in the liver, right and left. The right lobe is 5-6 times larger than the left. Is. Both lobes are divided into four lobes: right, left, caudate and quadrate. The quadrate lobe is located below the right lobe (inferior) and the caudate lobe is located forward between the left and right lobes. Both lobes have 8 segments. There are small lobules in the segments.
More than a thousand hexagons in each lobule (Hexagonally Shaped) are small lobules which contain numerous liver cells called hepatocytes. These cells perform many functions like metabolism, detoxification, filtration of blood, digestion of food, protein synthesis, storing many vitamins and minerals and manufacturing of 500 types of biochemical medicines useful for life etc.
Increase of SGPT and SGO in liver function test, damage to liver cells, excessive presence of alkaline phosphatase present in bile secreting cells, blockage of bile flow from the liver, presence of ammonia, bilirubin in the blood, liver failure, presence of albumin in the liver. Displays the status.
In the first case of liver cirrhosis, the size of the liver increases due to the accumulation of fat in the liver. One should be alert in such a situation. Improvement in eating habits becomes necessary. Inflammation starts in them. In the second stage, due to the destruction of healthy liver cells due to inflammation, the number of scar tissue in them increases and a state of fibrosis is created. The third stage is cirrhosis. Due to excess of fibrous tissues in the liver i.e. fibrosis, the liver becomes damaged and inactive. The liver becomes damaged due to thickening, hardening of the scar. There is so much damage to the cells that it becomes difficult for the liver cells to function.
Rapid loss of weight, abdominal pain, yellowing of eyes and skin, liver encephalopathy i.e. disturbance in brain functions starts due to lack of detoxification by the liver. Infection, diarrhea and bleeding increases. The patient's condition becomes dire. confusion, sweet musty smell, hand tremors, mental illness symptoms, vomiting, bleeding, increase in hematopoiesis due to increase in body fluid, enlargement of neck veins due to liver portal hypertension and damage to veins due to swelling, bleeding which comes out through vomit and stool. , black toilet comes. As the disease progresses, unconsciousness, paleness, irregular breathing and heartbeat, and unconsciousness occur.
To check liver diseases, liver function test, hepatitis viral load, ultrasound, CT etc. Scan and biopsy is done. Liver diseases in so called allopathy treatment there is no cure. Its main treatment is natural medicine and proper use of diet, yoga and Ayurveda.
Naturopathy: Hot and cold compress for pelvic and liver give a strip of clay. Again squeeze a lemon in neem water and give an enema. Again, according to the condition of the patient, hot-cold waist bath, steam bath, hot and cold compress especially of the liver, Savanna bath, full tub immersion bath, circular bath, wet sheet wrap, all round mud paste, mudpool bath, whirlpool, sand bath. Along with the 125 water therapy techniques present in Adi Yogagram, give sun bath, color thermolium, green house thermolium, internal and external air bath.

The effect of coffee enema in liver cancer and other liver diseases is incredible. Many researches have shown that coffee enema and drinking coffee 2-3 times a day is very beneficial in all the above mentioned liver diseases, especially enema. For enema, grind 50 grams of coffee seeds in a mixer, boil it thoroughly in one liter of water for 3 minutes and then heat it slowly on low temperature for 15 minutes. So that up to 600 grams is left. Give coffee enema to the patient by making him lie down on his knees and chest in the morning, afternoon and evening for 15 days. Try to hold on for 18-20 minutes. This enema has a magical effect. Due to its effect, glutathione removes toxic toxins and free radicals from the liver and protects it. The increased disease marker enzymes come back to normal levels.
Blood serum and its components are completely purified. They become poison free. This fluid acts as a vital fluid, passing through the liver and caffeinating it. Stopping coffee enemas increases the peristalsis process of the intestine due to stimulation of the enteric visceral nervous system. Due to this the bile becomes thin. Its flow becomes faster. Due to flushing and cleansing of toxic bile, the body's enzymatic catalyst glutathione-S-transferase (GST) is affected. Its level in the body increases up to 700 percent. Which has an excellent effect on the removal and neutralization of free radicals and toxins. Those dangerous toxic toxins enter the duodenum from the liver and gall bladder and are released through the toilet. GST destroys and removes liver cancer causing elements as per requirement through oxidation and reduction process.
Coffee bean seeds contain two main diterpenes, Cafestol and Kaneweol. During invitro and invico experiments, it was found that the bio-activities and pharmacological properties of both of them are amazing. Its multidimensional properties include anti-inflammation, hepato protective, anti-cancer and anti-diabetic and prevents bone cancer through anti-osteoclastogenesis process. Its activity is amazing. These regulate inflammation mediators, activate and increase glutathione. They help in eliminating cancer tumor cells by increasing the apoptosis process and stop the tumor from growing through the anti-angiogenesis process. Although both the diets are different, their effects are similar. This is an amazing multitarget function food. According to earlier studies, cafestol and kahweol increase serum lipid levels and liver enzymes, but according to large-scale research, this has been found in only a few cases.
Theophylline and theobromine present in coffee improve blood vessels regulates blood flow by dilating the liver so that gets richly oxygenated blood, which prevents inflammation and it helps in removing both tumors from 15 by stopping the enema for 21 minutes, every third minute i.e. 5 purifies the entire body while passing through the liver 7 times. Enema coffee liquid blood passing through the intestinal wall dialysis or natural blood purification. Advanced use of potassium ions from coffee enemas sodium is constantly reduced, i.e. of both ions there is regulation and control. increased mitocondyl activity it goes the energy level of the body increases. micronutrient.
Diet therapy: Cold in obesity reducing diet both supply and absorption increases. During summers, stick to bottle gourd soup and mixed juice of bottle gourd, tomato, spinach, coriander, mint and ginger for a few days. Make salad or juice of carrot, beetroot, amla, turnip, tomato and turmeric and drink it. A diet rich in fiber helps the liver function optimally. Prepare a salad of vegetables like spinach, carrot, cucumber, cabbage, radish turnip, tinda, green onion leaves, coriander, mint, radish leaves, lettuce etc. and various sprouted grains, add onion, lemon, green chilli, curd and eat it. Among the fruits, mango, papaya, guava, kiwi, orange, sweet lime, grapefruit, watermelon, cantaloupe, peach, plum and plum prove to be a cure for liver diseases even in the beginning and a cure for liver diseases. Eating all leafy vegetables boiled is the best medicine for liver diseases. From the point of view of whole grains, sprout wheat, moong, moth, lentils, peas, peanuts, kidney beans, soybean etc. and eat delicious salad chaat.
Drink maximum 2.5 to 3.5 liters of water daily. Hemochromatosis patients should not eat iron rich food, iron utensils, iron tablets, iron vegetables and uncooked shellfish. Similarly, in case of Wilson's disease, do not use copper containing foods like chocolate, wheat bran, potato, avocado, chickpea, tofu, cashew, sesame and sunflower seeds, shellfish liver, mushrooms, utensils and cans containing copper.
Liver patients should avoid all the processed foods mentioned earlier, fast food made from hydrogenated fat, saturated fat and trans fat, burgers, pizza, hotdogs, French fries, chips, avoid sandwiches, hamburgers, onion rings, chicken nuggets, fried chicken, tacos, ice cream, salt and sugar.
Due to excessive accumulation of fat in the liver, the effect of insulin reduces. Which causes insulin resistant diabetes. Due to excessive consumption of sugary foods and increase in blood sugar in type 2 diabetes, it gets converted into fat and gets stored in the liver, which further damages the liver. Salty foods also disturb the functioning of the liver.
Some fat is needed to make insulin useful so the body can use glucose. From this point of view, eat flaxseeds, cashews, almonds, walnuts, all types of dark green vegetables etc., these contain Omega 3 fatty acids and foods containing monosaturated oleic acids, mustard, sesame, rice, olive oil, caffeic and ferulic acid, oleo-canthal etc. There are elements which do not get deposited in the liver, heart and blood vessels, but which give strength to the brain and heart.
Transfat, hydrogenated fat and saturated fat accumulate in the liver. Therefore, liver patients should not eat namkeen, chaat, pakoras, puris, halwa etc. made from such fat. Do not take candies, regular soda and any other kind of sweets, canned fruit juices, carbonated drinks etc. which contain sugar, hyfructose, cane and corn syrup, hyfructose cornsyrup, rice syrup, it damages the liver.
Raw garlic is like nectar for the liver. Fruits include sweet and sour berries like strawberry, blackmulberry, cranberry, wolfberry, goji, blueberry, raspberry, all types of vegetables, foods rich in Vitamin E, carrot, sunflower seed, sesame, pumpkin, cucumber, watermelon, cantaloupe etc. Consume foods containing resveratrol and celavium present in grape seeds. Selenium and sulfur present in garlic together work like messengers for liver, breast cancer and other cancers. Vitamin D deficiency causes severe fatty liver. For this, take sun bath every day for 45 minutes on at least 40% naked body and drink milk and curd without butter. There is often deficiency of potassium in NAFLD, for this eat banana, orange, melon, apricot, plums, raisins, dates, boiled broccoli, tomato, spinach, potato, sweet potato, mushroom, cucumber, cucumber, green peas.

Although many theories have been given about it, there are very few theories based on clear facts. Most experts agree that the age of the present Earth is about 4.6 billion years and all the life that currently exists on Earth originated from a single primitive organism, and happened through some natural process that happened about 390 crore years ago.

Evolution

Evolution refers to the change in the genetic characteristics of a biological population over generations. Genetic variation in biological populations causes changes in observable characteristics. As genetic diversity changes over generations, natural selection causes traits that confer greater success in future life and reproduction to become more common. The oldest undisputed evidence of life is microbial mat fossils found in 3.5 billion year old sandstone in Western Australia. Older, but controversial, evidence of life comes from (1) 3.7 billion-year-old graphite, a biogenic substance, found in Greenland and (2) 'remains of biotic life' found in 4.1 billion-year-old rocks in Western Australia in 2015. . All species today evolve through the process of evolution by inheriting genetic material in the form of genes from their parents and passing them on to their offspring through mutation (replacement of new genes through random changes) and alteration of existing genes during sexual reproduction. Because of the slight differences in the genes resulting from parents and each other, they struggle to adapt to the conditions to survive and reproduce, and the differences gradually increase in subsequent generations. saw today this process is responsible for the loss of biodiversity.
Most of the genetic mutations neither provide any help to the biological group, nor change their appearance, nor do they cause any harm. Through genetic drift, these unbiased genetic mutations become established in biological populations only by chance and survive for many generations. In contrast, natural selection is not a random process because it preserves traits that are essential for survival and reproduction. Natural selection and genetic drift are constant and dynamic parts of life. Over billions of years these processes have created the branches of the family tree of life. Genes are made from DNA. DNA is a long molecule made up of smaller molecules called nucleotides. Genetic information is stored in the form of chains of nucleotides in DNA. DNA can be compared to an article in which nucleotides act as letters. Just as a text made up of a series of letters stores information, similarly DNA made up of a series of nucleotides stores genetic information. Genes are instructions made up of nucleotides. All the genes together are like an 'instruction manual' which contains all the information about making and functioning of an organism. Changing these instructions written in DNA due to mutation increases the genetic variation of a population. DNA (genes) are found in chromosomes inside the capillaries. A random mix of chromosomes from parents at the time of fertilization gives the offspring a unique combination of genes. This random mixing of genes during sexual reproduction also increases the genetic variation of a population. The genetic diversity of a population also increases when it breeds with another population. For this reason, those genes in the population can come which were not already present in it.

The main bases of evolution are - (1) Organisms reproduce, hence they have a tendency to become numerous, (2) Predators and competition hinder their future life and reproduction, (3) Every child is dependent on its parents. have small, random variations from the father, (4) if these variations are favorable then the offspring will be more likely to survive and reproduce, (5) this increases the likelihood that the favorable variations will be more biologically beneficial to the next generation There will be more unfavorable variations in the group and less in the biological group, (6) These variations keep accumulating from generation to generation due to which changes occur in the population, (7) Over time the populations can get divided into different species.

Biological group combination and disintegration: Mother-father, family, society and state.

The scientific research and facts of the present era have proved that every living being has the will to live, the need for food to live, the desire to have children for the growth of the family and the maternal-paternal feelings for nurturing, growth of one's own group and Formation of collective herd for protection from enemy or opponent or hunter, which over time takes the form of society, village or locality, decision on a fixed area for the stability of self and the herd society, and over time, battles and conflicts for the expansion or protection of the state, Continuous research, research, experiments, etc. to improve the present situation, the basic qualities of every non-cellular, cellular, unicellular, multi-cellular, invertebrate, vertebrate, animal, plant, living being and even what we consider non-living, are also present in their birth (manifestation). Struggles to live till the end of the appointed age (death), tries to become immortal, does not want to die and wants to become the best whether by becoming everyone's favorite or by killing everyone.

Earth, a micro point of the universe, is the place of human work and man has made continuous experiments and efforts through the ages to not only save the legacy of his ancestors but also to modify, refine, enrich, transform and unite with the invisible God, in which when he is successful, While trying to reach the peak, one may get adverse results and go back to the initial level. It has been proved that all the substances, living beings and humans, visible and invisible components of the earth, are dependent on each other or nurturer, nourisher or eater or are independent. The struggle for life of the universe has been going on since time immemorial and will continue due to these three basic virtues - Dharma. It is human beings who conceive various symbols of the Creator of the universe worships in physical form or in mental form, which till the year 2023, human settlements around the world continued to adopt the traditional method in their own way and kept transferring the changes of development and destruction to their descendants as per the time, which is called modern Sanatan can be said in words and most of the people address Sanatan with the word Hindu. 2023 years ago, in protest against the negative behavior of the followers of the prevalent worship system, the followers of the faith of Jesus Christ, born in Bethlehem village near Jerusalem, present day Israel, propounded the Christian doctrine and introduced the concept of traditional worship system. It was envisaged to eliminate Christianity from the world and today Christian rule prevails in most of the countries of the world. In opposition to Sanatan and Christianity, Mohammed Qureshi, who is known as Prophet Mohammad, born in Mecca 1445 years ago, propounded his own separate belief, Islam, whose followers rule in 53 states out of 213 states or administrative areas of the world, while Sanatan Prithvi. The set of traditions and customs of human settlements across the world, the present day India of India, now called Hindusthan, is called secular in the name of secularism and is called communal, and is countryless. This is the worst form of caste.

Anthropology

In modern times, the study of human diversity and biological/physical development of human evolution has been named Anthropology under various titles as per convenience and work requirement.

1. Primatology

Human beings belong to the order Primates of the animal world, and in primatology, primates show different life forms in their different stages of development, starting from the smallest mouse-sized ape like Microbes to the largest mammoth-bodied gorilla. The integrated study of primates, in the background of physical anthropology, gives an insight into the understanding of the human condition.

2. Ethnology

Is the study of human diversity. All living humans in the world are classified into different groups known as races. These are now understood as Mendelian populations, which form a | an inbreeding group of humans who share a common gene pool. It also attempts to explain the nature, formation and differentiation of racial groups.

3. Human Biology

Deals with the basic biological principles and concepts of humans. Human biology differs from the biology of other animals in that it is strongly influenced by culture. Physical anthropologist attempts to understand this biological characteristic of humans, their evolution and changes in structure over time.

4. Paleoanthropology

Physical anthropology is the branch concerned with the documentation of the biological history of mankind. To re-establish the long-lost link between human and non-human traits by evaluating fossil remains recovered from various sites on Earth, establishing their status and evolutionary significance, and establishing their status and evolutionary significance, based on fossil evidence collected from different layers. Tries to.

5. Human genetics

Human genetics reveals the mechanisms of inheritance of inherited traits in humans between parents and their offspring. The tendency of inheritance in which the characteristics of parents are transferred from one generation to the next is called heredity. To know the origin and development of humans, it is necessary to have a good understanding of heredity and its mechanism.

6. Nutritional Anthropology

Studies are done related to the nutritional perspective and development of human beings. The proper development and growth of population of any country is dependent on heredity and environment. This branch of physical anthropology deals with the effects of these two factors on humans as well.

7. Medical Anthropology

Studies the nature of diseases and their effects on human societies. Medical anthropologists seek to establish ways of combating and combating various diseases in human societies by bringing to light the socio-cultural as well as the genetic or environmental determinants of disease within a population through close study of people and their way of life. We keep continuously researching for effective solutions.

8. Physiological Anthropology

This branch works to understand the internal organs of the human body along with their biochemical constitution. It is also related to the fact that human body functions are influenced by external factors such as how does it adapt to climate, food habits etc.; furthermore, it studies biochemical variations in humans and other primates.

9. Forensic Anthropology

It deals with the skeletal structure of hominids and non-hominids to understand the similarities and differences of body parts. This branch of knowledge is very effective in detecting criminals as well as identifying the nature and condition of individuals through their biological remains.

10. Dental Anthropology

This branch of knowledge deals with teeth and their patterns. Teeth help in determining body size as well as food habits and associated behavioral patterns. Dental morphology helps us understand human evolution, development, body morphology, genetic characteristics.

11. Human growth and development

This is another area of interest to physical anthropology in which the biological mechanisms of development as well as the influence of the environment on the development process are studied. Physical anthropologists study the effects of disease, pollution, and poverty on development and contribute to the understanding of the growth patterns of our ancestors and the health of today's children by conducting detailed studies of the hormonal, genetic, and physiological basis of healthy development in living humans.

12. Anthropometry

This is the anthropology of measurement. This study is useful not only in the study of gradual human development through evolution and in understanding the racial discrimination pattern but also in day to day way of life which is particularly related to human physical forms.

13. Human Mechanics (Egonomy)

Deals with the application of the principles of mechanics to the activities of the human body. Human biomechanics deals with the static body dimensions and the design of a machine to be operated by a human being for the prevention and treatment of musculoskeletal injuries and the design of aids for rehabilitation. This branch of knowledge is very important from the fact that many groups of people differ in body size due to various biological and environmental reasons.

14. Demography

This is the science of population. It is related to fertility and mortality these two factors are influenced by heredity and environment. As it deals with traits like growth, age, sex structure, spatial distribution, fertility and mortality of population besides migration, it naturally becomes a special branch of physical anthropology.

15. Ethology

It is the science of animal behavior. Data obtained from the study of the behavior of other animals is being used to explain the basic background of human behavior and how human ancestors may have acted in different eras.

Records of Events - History

The process of preserving for future generations the sequence of events ranging from the struggle for life of Earth's creatures and humans to the state of creation and cataclysm is called history. The most ancient history has been preserved in the form of Shruti-Smriti and has gradually reached the digital descriptive form in 2023 through various forms of writing.

Prehistoric times
That part of the past, when humans existed but the art of writing was not invented, is called prehistoric period. The art of writing first started in world history in the Mesopotamian civilization around 3200 BC. It is considered from. Therefore, the prehistoric period began with the first use of stone tools by hominin humans approximately 33 million years ago and 3200 BC. The period between the invention of writing systems in Many important events in human history took place during this period, including the Ice Age, human expansion from Africa to other places, mastery over fire, invention of agriculture, domestication of dogs and other animals, etc. Only traces of such things are found, such as ancient stone tools, remains of old human settlements and cave paintings, etc. The wheel was also invented during this period, which was the first scientific invention. The environment of humans in prehistoric times was very different. Humans often lived in small tribes and had to live a hunter-gatherer life, battling wild animals. Most of the places in the world were in their natural state. There were many animals that are not found in the modern world, such as the mammoth and the hairy rhinoceros. In some parts of the world, there were some human species other than modern humans that are now extinct, such as Europe and Neanderthal humans living in Central Asia.
The prehistoric period is also called the Stone Age because stone tools predominated in this period. Scholars have divided the prehistoric period into three segments on the basis of the presence of stone tools – Palaeolithic period, Mesolithic period and Neolithic period.

1. Paleolithic period
(25 lakh BC to 10,000 BC)
On the basis of research, it is believed that during this period of history, humans lived their lives as hunters and food gatherers. Man did not have knowledge of animal husbandry and agriculture, he was familiar with fire, but he did not know how to use it properly. Humans used many types of stone tools to carry out their activities. On the basis of these stone tools, historians have again divided the Palaeolithic period into three time periods – Lower Palaeolithic period, Middle Palaeolithic period and Upper Palaeolithic period.

1.1 Lower Palaeolithic period
(25 lakh BC to 1 lakh BC)
During this period, humans used quartzite stone to make stone tools. 'Pebble' - such pieces of stone which became round and flat after being rubbed by the flow of water - were also used. The names of the major stone tools were hand ax, vidarani, khandaka and gandasa. Batikashma Gandasa was sharpened on one side and Khandaka was sharpened on both sides. Sohan River Valley located in present-day Pakistan, Thar Desert of Kashmir, Rajasthan, Bhimbetka, Hathanaura located in Narmada River Valley of Madhya Pradesh, Belan Valley located in Mirzapur of Uttar Pradesh, Pallavaram, Athirpakkam in Tamil Nadu, Kurnool in Andhra Pradesh, Nagarjuna Konda, Karnataka. Isampur etc. are major sites of the Lower Paleolithic period were included.

1.2 Middle Paleolithic
(1 lakh BC to 40,000 BC)
In this period, humans used stones called jasper and chert instead of quartzite stone to make stone tools, the size of the tools became smaller as compared to the lower Palaeolithic period, mainly stones like perforators, blade perforators, scrapers etc. Used equipment. These instruments were mainly based on blades. Nevasa, located in Maharashtra. Chakia and Singrauli located in Uttar Pradesh, Singhbhum and Palamu of Jharkhand Saurashtra region of Gujarat bheembetaka caves of Madhya Pradesh kadmali Pushkar region and Thar desert of Rajasthan are the sites related with middle stone age.

1.3 Later Palaeolithic
(40,000 BC to 10,000 BC)
In the Upper Paleolithic period, stones like jasper, chert, flint etc. were used by humans for making tools, the size of the tools became smaller. Due to the small size of stone tools based on blade and blade (tool used for engraving in metal or wood), their use increased the efficiency and mobility of humans. Inamgaon and Patne in Maharashtra, Kurnool, Nagarjunakonda and Renigunta in Andhra Pradesh, Bhimbetka in Madhya Pradesh, Shorapur Doab in Karnataka, Budha Pushkar in Rajasthan, Lohandanala, Belan Valley in Uttar Pradesh etc. are the major sites related to the Upper Palaeolithic period.

2. Mesolithic Age
(10,000 BC to 4,000 BC)
Animal husbandry was introduced by humans during the Mesolithic period (10,000 BC to 4,000 BC). By this time the size of stone tools used by humans had become smaller and smaller. Langhnaj and Ratanpur located in Gujarat, Sankurtakallu located in Karnataka, Nagarjunakonda located in Andhra Pradesh, Birbhanpur located in West Bengal, Bhimbetka and Adamgarh located in Madhya Pradesh, Terry Group in Tamil Nadu, Morhana Pahad, Lekhhiya, Chaupanimando etc. located in Uttar Pradesh are the major sites related to the Mesolithic period.

3. Neolithic period
(4,000 BC to 1,000 BC)
This was a period of change, humans first started agriculture systematically. Man had invented chalk for making earthen pots. At this time man had given up his wandering life and started living a permanent life. During this period, humans started growing various crops like rice, wheat, cotton, ragi, horse gram, barley etc., mainly using various stone tools like chisel, axe, ax etc. Man's life had become comparatively much easier. By this period man had also learned to use fire.

Classification of history
Currently available history from about 6000 BC the sequence of events so far took place in some three-four hundred years and writers, scientists, jesters of kings and emperors who died, great men who influenced human lifestyle and customs followers, travelers, conquerors, conquered, etc. and their descendants, or various schools and universities by researchers of disciplines with their own objectives and their own by writing as per senior's wishes along with current events. Your masters, whether they are kings, emperors, emperors, etc. be it a leader, a promoter of a religion, or even the author's ideal person is also the guardian of society's anarchy may be, what we leave behind in the society for future generations to read will more or less imitate, know, and accept the same as true because those who know the real truth are dead, and the one who has written he did not notice their evils or shortcomings or their anti-social behavior. So neither will he write, if he writes then it will be against his selfishness afraid of the possibility of loss, in the syrup of glorification will write after getting wet, like Aurangzeb, the destroyer of Hindu and Sanatan. What to say about the writers of the Mughal period, 1960- was written and read in school textbooks of the 70s Gaya's Aurangzeb earns his living by stitching caps used to do' It was not written that 'every day one and a quarter mana sacred thread used to burn', whose fear was it or why was it not written a Yaksha question but the deeds of the oppressor can hardly be recorded in the pages of history is allowed to remain the same and if somehow tried to keep if it is said to be an exaggeration, proof is sought. His the class calls its own stories and hearsays as history cherish and if others prove true under the test of today's facts. Also do not consider it as history by calling it Purana, like Christian's Bible and the Quran of Islam tells more truth than history and that of Hindu Ramayana, Mahabharata, etc., called Puranas in various ways ugly do not shy away from making lewd comments, the clan itself and the ancient despite being a descendant of the society, he is still only 2023 years old. Christianity and Islam of 1445 years, denying their own ancestors, when they did not agree with their respective dogmatic arguments, 'Sir Tan slogans and threats like 'separate from' and, in India, mostly in fact they even kill, calling those who do not believe in them infidels. They insist on accepting his murder as justified and the country greedy of votes and black money and alleged Hindu namesakes the leader and his party are trying to prove Hindu and Sanatan guilty only. Keep making lists of fallacies for, even freedom for a long time after independence, the ruling Congress and its splinter parties, dynastic parties and leftist parties talk about eradicating Sanatan under the guise of 'secular' which was conspiratorially inserted in the Constitution by the Congress in 1972.
Therefore, any citizen of any country has only one should not consider what is written in a book as irrefutable truth after reading it, especially history or so-called religious book, but one should draw conclusions only after checking its authenticity on the basis of facts like place, time of writing, situation, governance system, trend, etc. Needed If a person writing an article in 2023 turns 100 years old, he must have been born in 1923, and even those with a very good memory will only remember the events that happened to him after 1930, to some extent, in relation to the importance of that event in his life or for his country. Otherwise it will be forgotten as per the laws of nature. In this way, no one should commit the ultimate sin of spreading confusion by writing hurtful articles to others just for their own benefit or by calling the untruths of misleading facts as true history or God's statement, otherwise sooner or later they will be sent to hell like physical, primal, physical, etc. as per the irrefutable law of God. You will have to face spiritual, mental, etc. troubles and you will not be able to save not only yourself but also your children from the effects. That is why every soul, i.e. human being, should always keep working towards truth, kindness, religion, charity, devotion to the Almighty God and work for public welfare struggles of life, beautiful future for all it should be for your own benefit and not for self-fulfillment or for stomach upbringing.
