The greatest standards of life are ideals and supreme principles. Some consider Ram as their ancestor, some as revered and some consider him as the universal hero and the biggest achievement of life. Along with the prestige in the Ram temple, the ideals of Lord Shri Ram should also be fully respected in life, this should be the resolve of all of us Ram devotees.
Ram should become an inspiration for temple construction, character building, nation building and creation of a new divine and grand era and as Maharishi Valmiki ji and Pujyapad Goswami Tulsidas ji have written the character of Shri Ram ji. We should study Ramayana daily. Learn a lot from every leela of Shri Ram ji's life. Shri Ram ji has done all the activities from his birth to exile, coronation and establishment of religion for the welfare of us humans.
Come! Let us all take a vow and resolve to live our lives as real idols of Lord Ram-Krishna, Hanuman, Shiva, Sita, Lakshmi, Durga, Bhavani and Bhagwati and make our life completely religious.

Even if subtle carelessness came, it was removed in a moment.

2. Complete surrender to Guru Bhagwan is the only means of yoga. 100% obedience to the Guru's orders, not even a moment of laxity or arbitrariness in following the Guru's orders, not even an iota. 100% devotion towards Guru, scriptures and capable authority souls. Theism is to have complete faith in Guru, scriptures, gods and abstract invisible religious elements. Everyone accepts the existence of visible physical elements. There is partial and indirect experience of the invisible. The result of the invisible is visible. The biggest elements of the invisible are the system of karma, justice system, destiny and extrasensory experiences and extrasensory powers. One element is very big, the embodiment of the universe is probably one hundredth. The abstract is the basis of the concrete. All this God's eternal eternal law or divine constitution is the biggest truth of the creation or universe.

4. Discipline of psychic powers: This is based on 100% truth.
5. Use of Siddhi – Everyone should have faith in Sanatan Dharma. There should be 100% effort in your work.
We are the followers of Rishi Path

The path of sages are often addressed with addresses like Rishi, Maharishi and incarnation of Maharishi Dhanvantari etc. On this we would say that we have never tried to become a Rishi-Maharishi in our life, we can never be equal to them. Can. We always try to become his followers in the true sense. It is the endeavor of Patanjali, Revered Swamiji and us that we can serve the society and the nation by following the footsteps of those sages and becoming their followers. Whatever we have done till date, we have done it as followers and we will work with full energy to become true followers in the future also.

964 types of healing practices all over the world, 4 popular in India

Ayurveda is a traditional based medicine system which we call Botany Based Medicine System. We often feel that the country and wherever we go in the world and see herbs, we think that this is Ayurveda. But Ayurveda is a method in herb based medical system. We have done extensive research at the global level in which we found that if we talk about healing practices in the whole world, there are 964 types of healing practices. And there are 9 medical systems in the whole world which work on Botany Based Medicine System. Out of these 9 systems, 4 medical systems are prevalent in India which we know as Ayurveda, Siddha, Unani and Swarampa. Ayurveda is the oldest among these. We are working to take the antiquity of Ayurveda to the global level. People know about herbs and herbal medicine but they do not know that the basis of herbal medicine is Ayurveda. Right now the whole world has not been able to know Ayurveda, the work of spreading it is being done through Patanjali. This journey has reached a certain level, but there is still work left on which we are working wholeheartedly. For that we have 500 world class scientists and more than 5000 Vaidyas working under the leadership of revered Swamiji. Ayurvedic education in this form, we are working from university to college. We are making every effort to ensure that Ayurveda becomes global.

A vision, a dedicated team and unwavering effort are necessary for a big task

A person can never do a big work alone. It is a team work, our entire team is dedicated, sensitive and visionary. We lead that team, we are a part of that team. We have a vision of Revered Swamiji. Only when a person has a vision and a dedicated team to fulfill it can that vision be brought to fruition. Patanjali is the best example of the same. Swami ji always tells us to make unwavering efforts, he does not just say, he also does. If we have to do business, service or any big work, then if we continue to make unbroken efforts with one thought, then we can accomplish even bigger tasks.

Yoga and Ayurveda complement each other

It is a coincidence that God chose us and Revered Swami Ji as instruments for a special work. Swami ji also knows about Ayurveda and we also know Yoga very well but as per our interest we selected one area each and worked in that direction. God's arrangement was such that we created Ayurveda from Yoga, and Yoga from Ayurveda. If there was Yoga alone, Ayurveda would not have reached this level and if there was Ayurveda alone, Yoga would not have reached this level. People know Yoga and Ayurveda today because of each other.

Big challenges possible in big tasks

We are students of Gurukuliya tradition and even today I consider myself a student. Our nature is that of a curious person. We believe that we should not think of becoming big but should awaken the thought of becoming big within ourselves because when we think of becoming big, we may choose wrong paths. If you think of becoming great, the world will automatically make you great. We move forward on this principle. We made efforts and people accepted us. If people agree then we are an example, if they don't agree then we are not an example.
It is a common thing that if we do small work then the challenges before us are also small, if we do big work then the challenges are big. Only at the level at which you will work you will have friends and enemies. People will meet and also get separated, but if our path is right, our thought is right, our pace is right then you will reach the goal.

Our goal is not to be included in the list of rich people

Patanjali believes in human interest and national interest. Recently, we have been placed at 68th position in the list of rich people in 2023, but being counted in the list of world's richest people is not our goal and we have no purpose in our life with that money. Everyone knows this very well. We live with limited resources and use whatever resources we have for service. Our entire life, history, past and present are in front of everyone. If gentlemen have resources then society will be created. The wicked should not have resources, it causes harm to the society. We have always used the money earned from Patanjali's various ventures in charitable purposes and have established new dimensions of service.

Patanjali first established Ayurveda as evidence based medicine

A question has always been raised regarding Ayurveda that there is no evidence for Ayurveda. Today, many institutions of the Government of India are working to make Ayurveda an evidence based medicine. We feel proud to say that Patanjali has done the work of establishing Ayurveda as evidence based medicine for the first time in the world.

The World Herbal Encyclopedia is a classic book

The World Herbal Encyclopedia is a classic of which work this has been accomplished through Patanjali. In 1999 WHO started the work of World Herbal Encyclopedia. Its objective was to document all the botanical based medicine systems and healing practices in the world at one place and bring them to the global level. He stopped that work in 2010 saying that it was not possible. We are also proud of the fact that the work which WHO had stopped in 2010 as impossible, was completed by Patanjali in 2023 by aggregating it into 109 volumes. This documentation is contained within 1 lakh 25 thousand pages which has more than 6 lakh references, more than 24 lakh botanical names and all the healing practices of the world are included in it. Patanjali has done this impossible task.

The world recognized the genius of Patanjali's research

When it comes to Botany, the 'Royal Botanical Garden' in London (Kew Garden)' which is about 300 years old institution. According to the website of that organization, the work done by them and the work of correcting the plants which were listed in their list is done by our scientists and they have to be given there along with the references, this is a big proof of Patanjali what work we are doing.
Similarly, we discuss about herbarium and nomenclature those who are doing work have to get accreditation from an organization like New York Botanical Garden.

For the first time, large-scale research on Ayurveda

Many people think that the work of Patanjali is limited to making medicines and doing yoga. But among the diverse activities of Patanjali, research on Ayurveda is prominent. More than 500 experienced scientists are doing research on Ayurvedic medicines in the world class NABL accredited labs of Patanjali Research Institute. Patanjali is doing in-vivo and in-vitro trials on Ayurvedic herbs, working on models ranging from C-elegant to zebra fish, this work is also being done by Patanjali for the first time in the world. In this way, a lot of work goes on simultaneously about which the world is not aware, but when the results are revealed one by one, it becomes clear how much work is being done. A lot of work is visible to the world right now but there is even more work which the world is not able to see, by the grace of God we will show it to the world because Patanjali is doing the work very fast and with complete authenticity.

Establishment of Yoga-Ayurveda at global level

Our aim is to take the disciplines of Yoga-Ayurveda etc. based on the traditions of sages and maharishis to the global level, thereby improving the living standards of the people and creating employment opportunities for them. It does not give us peace whether our name is in the list of rich people or not, we get satisfaction when we feel that God has made us an instrument and has made Revered Swamiji an instrument due to which today lakhs of people have Patanjali stoves. Patanjali is behind the smile on their faces. We are happy to know this.

There are immense possibilities in Uttarakhand

On making Uttarakhand the Ayurveda manufacturing hub of the world, he said that Uttarakhand is the land of gods, the land of sages, the climate here is better for health. If you come to Uttarakhand, that is your intelligence. Everyone should come to Uttarakhand and get involved in some way or the other. Come here and have darshan of the gods, now the Honorable Prime Minister has said that if nothing else, come to Uttarakhand only for marriages, because in Uttarakhand there are legends, beliefs of our Gods and Goddesses, our historical and mythological evidence and facts, like - Lord Shankar himself was married to Triyugi Narayan. If you get an opportunity to settle down in such a place, you will be saved from diseases and grief. The coming children will be cultured, divorce cases will be less. There should also be research on how long the marriages held in the Himalayas in Uttarakhand last compared to the marriages held at other places.

Patanjali's investment and employment generation in Uttarakhand

Recently, before the International Summit, the total investment in entire Uttarakhand was Rs 98,000 crore, of which only 10 percent is Patanjali's investment. And from employment point of view, Patanjali has 8 percent contribution in entire Uttarakhand. Today, Patanjali has the world's largest Yoga-Ayurveda center in Uttarakhand, Patanjali also has the world's largest wellness center and Patanjali also has the largest research center for Ayurveda. When the Government of India came up with the concept of Mega Food Park for the first time, it selected Patanjali and I thank the then government for that. Today we can proudly say that Patanjali has the world's largest food park.

Patanjali Yogpeeth has its on completion of three decades of services and Maharishi Dayanand Saraswati 200th birth anniversary of Pujya Swami, founder of Gurukul Jwalapur Swami Darshananand Gurukul on the occasion of the birth anniversary of Darshananand ji. The world's best Gurukul in the form of College, Jwalapur and he created the Acharyakulam, a confluence of oriental and modern learning the foundation stone was laid, the foundation stone of which was laid by the Honorable Defense Minister of the country. Shri Rajnath Singh and Honorable Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh Shri Mohan aong with Yadav, the country's public leaders, revered saints and Arya Samaj done by the seniors.
On this occasion, Honorable Defense Minister Shri Rajnath Singh gave a powerful address. He said that indeed today this grand event feel proud and grateful to be present here.
I am very happy to be present today on this holy land of Swami Darshanand Gurukul Mahavidyalaya among all the Acharyas, Gurus and their disciples and all you sisters and brothers. First of all, I heartily congratulate all the people associated with this historical Gurukul on completing the glorious 118 years of Gurukul's history. The way the college, established on the thoughts and ideals of Swami Darshanand ji, is working as a pilgrimage site of education, is praiseworthy in itself. I pay my respects to the founder of this Gurukul, Swami Darshananand ji, on the auspicious occasion of his birth anniversary. On the auspicious occasion of his birth anniversary, I extend my heartiest wishes for the fulfillment of the resolution that Patanjali Yogpeeth Trust has taken to lay the foundation stone of the construction of this new Gurukul.
Whenever Gurukul tradition is mentioned, the windows of history naturally open in our mind that how there was once a Guru-disciple tradition in India where the disciple went to the Guru's ashram till a certain age and got education while serving him. used to do. This tradition of Gurukul not only provided education to the students but also inculcated purity and morality in the society. And I think that this Gurukul is also striving towards achieving the same goal and will achieve success in it.
In India, the system of Gotra is considered very important in the rituals of Sanatan Dharma. In this country, the practice of 'Gotra' started on the basis of the names of seven sages. For example, if a person now says that his Gotra is Bhardwaj, then it means that his identity is linked to Rishi Bhardwaj.
We all give preference to Gotra during any religious ritual or even during important religious functions. Gotra is also identified in marriages and when we go to the roots of any Gotra system, we come to know that it is the contribution of the sages, sages and gurus of this country. The identity of the followers of Sanatan Dharma is based on the names of the Gurus.
You will find praise of Guru in every scripture of India. In this country, there can be debate on even the existence of God, but you will never see any difference of opinion on the existence of Guru in the scriptures and I am sure that neither will be seen in the future. In India, every scripture, every religion, every sect accepts the importance of Guru, everyone has accepted the importance of Guru Guru. We have a very special tradition of Guru-disciple relationship and it continues even today in our country. This is a country where Guruvani and Guru Granth are also given the status of God, so the entire sect starts in the name of the disciple. You people know that the Sikh religion in our country is made up of the word Shishya. There are many such religions and sects in India which are based on the teachings of Guru, therefore I believe that if Indian culture is alive and remains eternal, then the Gurus of this country have a huge contribution in keeping it alive. . Our culture accepts the importance of Gurus more than the importance of God, such is our country India. In Ramcharit Manas, Goswami Tulsidas ji has even written that without a Guru, no one can survive. Barley Biranchi is like a hybrid, that is, even if someone is a mixture of Brahma and Shankar.
Even if it is the same, but without a Guru, this ocean of existence cannot exist in any way cannot cross in Surat.
The concept of this Sanskrit is that even though parents give birth to a human being in this world, the true meaning of human life is achieved only by the grace of Guru. This Gurukul tradition in India established India as a center of education in the whole world.
Till about 1500 years ago, there were many big universities in this country, where Gurukul tradition was prevalent. From Takshashila University to Vikram Shila University to Nalanda University, there were many such educational institutions in this country, which had lit the flame of education in such a way that the whole world was illuminated. Where knowledge of philosophy, mathematics, science, medicine, arts etc. was also imparted.
After this, you all know how a long series of educational slavery started in the country. You must have heard about Macaulay. Macaulay was a British officer, who was sent from Britain to India so that he could mentally enslave the Indians. Just imagine, the India which gave the world excellent literature like Vedas, the Srimad Bhagwat Geeta and Upanishads based on deep philosophy of human life, the Indian culture which gave the world Charan Samhita and Sushruta Samhita related to medical science and the culture which gave the world Bhaskaracharya. And regarding the culture and literature of musicians/mathematicians like Aryabhata, Macaulay had once remarked that a single shelf in the library of Europe is better than the entire literary collection of India, Macaulay said this. After that, as a strategy, Macaulay strangled the entire education system and developed such an education system that it almost brought our entire Gurukul system to the brink of destruction.
Such educational system developed during this period. Our youth were provided with an education that was not in keeping with the cultural spirit of this country. Who knows how many of our generations received education considering Indian culture as inferior. There was such a complex of inferiority, such a feeling that we became victims of slavery not only politically but also mentally. The education system implemented by foreign invaders made India look at it with contempt. At that time an environment was created in the country which was a symbol of slavery. Then, the light spread by Swami Darshananand ji by establishing this Gurukul, while awakening the light against darkness, is continuously illuminating our young generation till today.
And even in the present times and foreign culture considering the way moral values are deteriorating in the society due to blind imitation, it is necessary that all these Gurukuls should come forward and incorporate moral values in the society. We need modern education. The system running in the country is providing modern education, but along with modern knowledge, our moral heritage should also be protected, hence it is very important to have new Gurukuls in the new India. Under the leadership of Prime Minister Modi ji, our Indian government worked to preserve our cultural heritage through the new education policy and at that time the Education Minister of India was our Ramesh Pokhriyal 'Nishank' ji. The work to inculcate moral values in the minds of students was started from primary education and our commitment towards it remains even today, and will continue in future too.
The new education policy is being implemented in many educational institutions across the country, although this process is not a small process. Rather, it is a long process because no change in the educational system can be made suddenly. Therefore, Gurukul can play a very important role in this long process and while discharging this role, the way Patanjali Yogpeeth Trust is moving towards establishing a huge and excellent Gurukul, it is a great example for our Indian education system. It is a very auspicious sign. Generally, as soon as Gurukuls are mentioned, our attention comes to education.
It goes on the ancient methods in which even today some people consider the gathering of Guru and disciples in some hut on the banks of a river as a Gurukul. Gurukuls are seen purely as associated with Yagya and penance etc. Even today I believe that all these things are true, but these Gurukuls have gone much further than this. Gurukul is also becoming modern and state of art and the way I see the thinking of Baba Ramdev, this Gurukul will be modern as well as state of art. This is my firm belief. This Gurukul itself is a great example of this, hence now the demand of the changing India as well as the changing times is that along with the traditional education, the Gurukul should also keep itself ahead in the areas of emerging and cutting edge technology like artificial intelligence, quantum technology. Increase. I met Baba Ramdev Ji sitting on the stage with artificial intelligence and also was talking about quantum technology. They said that this is also being taught here, I am very happy to receive this information. Not only should they advance themselves in this field, but I would even say that those coming to Gurukul should think ahead of technology like artificial intelligence etc. Do not limit yourself to just artificial intelligence, but also think ahead and develop such technology that will help the nation go ahead of other countries in this sector. My wish is that this Gurukul will play the role of a guide for other educational institutions of India, I believe this. In the times to come, it is our wish that Gurukuls once again represent India and Indian culture and become the new identity of India.
Considering the present circumstances, the role of Gurukul becomes very important in cultural development. When we are building Kashi Vishwanath Corridor, when we are working on infrastructure development in Mahakaleshwar Dham of Ujjain and building a grand temple of Mahakaleshwar there. When we are trying to connect all the pilgrimage sites of this country, when we are building a grand Ram temple in this country, it does not at all mean that our focus is only on the infrastructure development of cultural sites. . All these things are important, but we think much further than this. We are also working towards cultural conservation i.e. culture development so that our future generations can be proud of the culture of this country and in this direction the Gurukuls of this country are going to play a big role. Today, after coming to this place, my faith has become stronger.
I express my gratitude to Baba Ramdev ji and Acharya Balkrishna ji and when I see both of you, I remember one thing. Some time ago I saw a picture in social media in which it was told about both of you that when you both If you did not have resources then you used to prepare herbs yourself by grinding them. They used to distribute it on bicycles and the journey that started from there has reached such a great destination. This is a source of inspiration in itself. This is no small thing and the way Baba Ramdev Ji has made Yoga accessible to the public and has spread it, it is like serving not only India but the entire humanity which Baba Ramdev has done. When I go to other countries, there are many people doing yoga, Baba well acquainted with Ramdev. Many people in this country have taken the help of yoga taught by Baba Ramdev for the treatment of many minor and major diseases and are also taking it in foreign countries. Knowledge is originating from one place, but we can see its spread at many places. Patanjali Yogpeeth Trust may be located in the hills of Uttarakhand, but we find beneficiaries of the work done by it in remote areas of India also. In many homes across the world including India, you must be watching the yoga programs taught by Baba Ramdev on TV early in the morning.
As far as Yoga is concerned, it is a very esoteric science, a very difficult thing, but the ease with which Baba Ramdev is making it accessible to the masses is praiseworthy. I thank Baba Ramdev for this work. The manner in which Baba Ramdev has presented this hundreds of years old yoga tradition in front of the public in practical form is no small task. Although the knowledge of yoga is centuries old in our hands, but due to the influence of the invaders, there came a time when its knowledge had almost disappeared, but today it is said that people do yoga at home, in the park, on the bus, in the train. He keeps meditating while sitting in the metro and even in the plane. We have seen such people even trying to blacken their hair by rubbing their nails together.
Whatever Baba Ramdev is doing is a revolution in itself. Baba Ramdev ji has the special ability that he has made such an ancient system accessible to the public by modifying it according to the modern society.
Today Yoga has reached every home in India, Baba Ramdev has made a huge contribution in this. I congratulate him again. You must have heard many people saying that a single person cannot bring about change, a single gram cannot destroy everything. But Baba Ramdev, working contrary to this idiom, is single-handedly bringing a revolutionary change in the field of yoga. Whatever philosophy or thing we Indians propound or create, we do it not just for ourselves but for the entire humanity. We are people who follow the concept that the whole world is our family. For us, the whole world is a family. If we propound a philosophy for the welfare of our family, we do not patent it and say that we have propounded this philosophy, hence it is only for us. It will be used for us, for our country. We can get such a patent we do not keep any fees nor do we charge anything from the beneficiaries of Yoga. Our entire vast store of knowledge, whatever knowledge we have, is dedicated to the world. Today every year on 21st June, the United Nations celebrates International Yoga Day all over the world and you know that the way our Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi has recognized Yoga in UNO, it cannot be appreciated enough. . Yoga which was considered limited only to India, today the whole world is accepting it and making it a part of their daily life.
You all know what an important place the Dev language Sanskrit has in our literature. Maharishi Patanjali had also written important philosophy like Yoga in Sanskrit. The vast Guru tradition that exists in India has made a huge contribution in its development, but at the same time, there is a worrying thing about Sanskrit that the number of people who can read, write and speak it is continuously decreasing in our country and the world. Are. Sometimes the mind becomes very distressed seeing this condition of Dev Bhasha. There is a lot of pain in the mind, therefore as a common person among all you Acharyas and Gurus, I want to suggest that just as Baba Ramdev Ji is making even difficult knowledge like Yoga accessible to the public with such ease, in the same way you Make some effort regarding Dev Bhasha Sanskrit also and I have full confidence that if there is effort from your side then you will definitely get success in it. Sanskrit is not a common language, Sanskrit is a scientific language. There are many great scholars in the world who have deeply studied Sanskrit texts to understand not only human beings, not only the country but the entire nature and the entire creation. I have full faith that the Gurukuls of this country will play such a role that they will become exemplary for the rest of the educational institutions of the country. I once again convey my heartiest congratulations to Swami Darshanand Gurukul Mahavidyalaya on completion of 118 years and I heartily congratulate the Patanjali Yogpeeth Trust, especially Swami Ramdev and Acharya Balkrishna ji. How can anyone doubt the success of the organization and the work in which Ram and Krishna themselves are involved? I convey my best wishes for this sacred project of your Gurukul and finally I conclude my speech here and express my gratitude to everyone that you have invited me to participate in this program on this important day. Have done. a lot to you all.
Thank you.

Our Sanatan Culture glorifies both Guru and Gurukul! is. Lord Sri Rama in Tretayuga, then Lord Krishna in Dwapara acquired the initial knowledge of his life in Gurukul itself. Madhya Pradesh is fortunate that Lord Shri Krishna came to Guru Sandipani's ashram in Ujjain and received education and from the same land I have come today to lay the foundation stone of Gurukulam.
Today is a very holy day. Today is the 200th birth anniversary of Maharishi Dayanand Saraswati. Today is also the birth anniversary of Gurukul's founder Pujya Swami Darshananand Maharaj Ji and the foundation stone of Patanjali Gurukulam is being laid on this auspicious occasion.

If a person acquired these five characteristics of student life anywhere, it became possible only in Gurukulam. Gurukul is not only a center for education but also for discipline and becoming a human being. Gurukul itself made Raghukul Nandan Ram as Maryada Purushottam Shri Ram and Kanha as Lord Shri Krishna who gave the knowledge of Geeta.
The sacred land of Haridwar has been the carrier of Indian culture and eternal tradition. Patanjali Institute has proved to be an important link in this direction. Today the foundation stone of Gurukulam is proving this. Haridwar has given us gifts in the form of Yoga, Ayurveda and spirituality that keep our body, mind and life healthy.

Yogen Chittasya Padena Vacham Malam Sharirasya Cha Vaidyakena l
Yogaapakarottam Pravaram Muninam Patanjalim Pranjaliranatoasmi ll

I bow to Maharishi Patanjali, who destroys the impurities of the mind through Yoga Shastra, of speech through Grammar Shastra and of body through Vaidya Shastra.
Maharishi Patanjali has given a boon to the world in the form of Yoga. Respected Swami Ramdev ji has taken the same tradition forward. Today's generation is living the ancient tradition of Yoga only after seeing Yogaguru Swami Ramdev Ji. The gift that Maharishi Patanjali has given us in the form of Yoga has been truly preserved and promoted by Baba Ramdev. You established Patanjali Yogpeeth to promote yoga. The contribution you have made in starting the Yoga Revolution to keep body and mind healthy cannot be expressed enough.
The world has learned the importance of yoga during the Corona pandemic. We have seen pictures of Pranayama and Yogasana from different countries, but the credit for introducing the world to Yoga goes to our famous Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi. Within 01 year of the formation of the government in the year 2014, consent was received from the United Nations and the world celebrated the first International Yoga Day on 21 June 2015. This has been possible only due to the tireless efforts of Honorable Shri Modi ji.
Yoga is the awakening of our consciousness, it not only heals our body but also our mind and when body and mind are healthy, then the wheel of life runs without tiredness and without disease.
I am extremely happy to know that in this Gurukulam, there will be arrangements for study of Vedas, Darshan, Upanishads, Srimad Bhagwat Geeta, Panchopadesh etc. along with modern subjects, which represent the Sanatan Vedic tradition. Five languages will also be taught here. Here 5 thousand students will connect with their roots and pave the way for the future.
I hope that this Gurukulam becomes a big center of revolution in education. A new history of the field of education will be written from this land. This Gurukulam will play an important role in fulfilling the dream of a new India that the Honorable Prime Minister is seeing through the new education policy. We need more such Gurukulams in the country, which preserve our culture and tell the coming generations that meditation, knowledge and science have been a part of our tradition.
Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi has dreamed of a new India through the new education policy. In the new education policy, emphasis has been laid on the physical and intellectual development of children. Sports and yoga have been considered an integral part. It has been said that studies should be done in mother tongue. The new education policy talks about the all-round development of children and all these things are included in the education system of Gurukul.
Madhya Pradesh is also leading in the implementation of the new education policy. Under the new education policy in the state, one such college will be opened in every district, where all the courses will be available to the students. CM Rise School, PM Shree School and PM College of Excellence are becoming the golden triangle of education in the state.
Madhya Pradesh Government has established Maharishi Panini Sanskrit and Vedic Institute for the preservation and dissemination of Sanskrit language and ancient knowledge and science University is established. There are 5 model Sanskrit schools running in the state.
Under Piplad Yojana for Sanskrit schools, scholarship of Rs 8000 per student for class 1 to 5 and Rs 10 thousand per student for class 6 to 12 is being provided annually to Sanskrit schools and students.
In Madhya Pradesh, it was decided to impart Sanskrit language education from LKG onwards. Yoga Commission has been constituted in the state to make yoga a part of people's daily life.
Here I also want to thank the Honorable Defense Minister. Just as India has emerged as a powerful country in the world under the leadership of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, similarly under your able guidance, India's borders are safe and its armies are full of courage. I thank you for the opportunity you have provided to the children of Madhya Pradesh to serve the country by sanctioning two Sainik Schools in Bhind and Mandsaur.
In the end I want to say that this Gurukulam should become a new milestone of education in India. Here morning is spent with knowledge of Vedas and evening is spent with computer formulas. The world should appreciate the talent of the students coming out from here. On one hand, they should become the pride of the country by taking up our scriptures, and on the other hand, they should surprise the world with their modern knowledge.
Once again I express my gratitude for being a part of this program. Thank you very much.

Somewhere this institution was moving towards its old age, but with the tenacity and efforts of Revered Swamiji, it will again regain its past glory. If we look at the past, the Father of the Nation Mahatma Gandhi, the President and five Prime Ministers have also paid obeisance to the land of Gurukul Jwalapur, in the future new records will be established from this land, which will be witnessed by the eminent people of the world. From this Gurukul run by Patanjali, students will hoist the flag of India and Indianness all over the world by taking education of Vedas, Puranas, Ashtadhyayi, Vyakaran, Panchopadesh, Geeta, Mahabhasya etc. India will again be in the role of world leader and the whole world will follow India.

Pujya Swami Ji and Patanjali Yogpeeth are invited to establish Gurukul in Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh and to run all the projects of Patanjali from Madhya Pradesh. Maharishi Patanjali has given a boon to the world in the form of Yoga. Respected Swami Ramdev ji has taken the same tradition forward. Due to this foundation stone being laid today, the feeling of Indianness is increasing rapidly.
In such a period, I wish all the best for this program and say again that this is the right time to awaken the feeling of Indianness among the citizens of the country, this is the precious time of India. The life of saints is for charity and effort. I have been seeing Swami Ramdev ji for the last 30 years.

One of the topics on which there is most ambiguity in Hindu society is the division of eras. The most ancient and most detailed thinking related to time has happened in India only. Therefore, the scriptures themselves are evidence related to Indian thinking about time. Whatever has been written about him by foreigners, especially in the 19th and 20th centuries AD, is inauthentic. In fact, as soon as they succeeded in bringing the inhabitants and countries outside their region under their control for a short time through deceit, the people of Europe, who earlier never tired of praising the culture and civilization of India, suddenly started considering it as belonging to Europe only. Decided to tell the effect. They felt that through this we would especially be able to keep India under our control for a long period of time. If we talk about indirect control, then in a sense they have been successful in it. But apparently they had to give up their rule over India within 90 years. Even if he tells his followers while leaving
Kept transferring power. First of all, it should be known in this matter that the civilization and culture of the ancient districts of India itself, either knowingly or unknowingly, they propagated completely different civilizations. Everyone knows that Sumer and Yavana regions were the districts of ancient India. But in order to portray their knowledge tradition as ancient, the Euro-Christian communities suddenly started calling the Yavan province a part of an imaginary region called Europe from the 19th century AD. The Europeans themselves have written that before the 19th century AD there was nothing called Europe in the world. This means that those geographical areas had their own place, but they were never called Europe before.
Due to being a very difficult hilly and marshy area, the entire area which is called Europe today was like isolated areas. Their mutual contacts were negligible before the 17th century AD. That's why he envisioned the existence of different civilizations at short distances in India also. Due to the rule of Indian kings in the present Indian region, they had to call it the region of a single Hindu civilization, but they propagated the idea of Sumer and Yavana regions being separate civilizations and talked about the astrology developed in Sumer and Yavana regions and from it Indian astrology. Tried to describe it as affected. Whereas in reality these areas were a part of India and the astrology found here was the astrology of India itself. But it is also true that in the astrology that spread in Europe, local beliefs found place to a large extent. Later, their influences were also found in Indian astrology itself. For example, the philosopher Francis Bacon said that the stars are benevolent and they can also cause sorrow, both of these qualities are present in the stars.
Ptolemy, who is said to be both a Yavana and a Roman, is also a famous astrologer. In the 18th century AD, the German philosopher and poet Goethe, who called 'Abhigyan Shakuntalam' the world's best play, started his memoirs with the planetary positions at the time of his birth. From then till now astrology has great influence in Europe. Therefore, the possibility cannot be avoided that Indian astrology may have received some elements from later European contact. But the main thing is that the subtle thinking about time that has happened in India from the Vedic period till today has not happened in Europe. Even when people like Luther were preaching that Joshua (Jesus) had ordered the Sun to remain stationary and since then the Sun has remained stationary, even then a huge literature of astrology was being created in India. In the writings found in the name of Plato, Plato's opinion is stated that the Earth is cubic. Thus, compared to the astrology of India, the astrologers of Euro-Christian states and also of Yavana state remain less knowledgeable. That is why, out of jealousy, these people have made ridiculous discussions to show that Indian astrology is influenced by Europe. But this is also a fact that the permanent belief regarding eras which has become permanent in India over the last few centuries is absent in the ancient Vedic literature and the Mahabharata period. The calculations regarding the Yugas may be true regarding some notable changes taking place in the whole earth, but the propaganda that has been spread regarding them that Kaliyuga has now arrived and hence there will only be decline, is not a Vedic statement. It is the opposite of Kaaldarshan. Because from the Vedic period to the Mahabharata period and even after that, we repeatedly find the classical rendering that the king is the cause of time.
Who is the king in India?
But the problem is that after 15 August 1947 no one in India the king is no more. There is a governance system. Which was made by the British in the service of the King or Queen of Britain. That structure was taken as it was. It has three main organs – legislature, executive and judiciary. Under the executive are the police and civil services and also the armies. Candidates stand for these various posts and are elected. There are various categories of posts for which selection is made, which include the highest ranking officers, Class I officers, Class II and III officers and employees and Class IV employees. Out of these, the method of selecting candidates for the legislature is voting. MLAs and MPs are elected by voting. Then the party which has majority is invited by the President to form the cabinet. The members of the Cabinet are the heads of their respective departmental executives. Thus, they are elected and temporary executive officers. All the remaining departmental officers and employees of the executive are permanent and appointed, not elected.

Process of appointment to government posts

The method of selecting candidates for various organs of the army, police and civil administration is determined by the officials of those organs themselves and there are customary rules. There is no king in India and no one even proudly calls himself a king. No king is performing Ashwamedha Yagya or Rajasuya Yagya because there is no king. There is every possibility of change of Prime Minister at least every fifth year. Ashwamedha Yagya was performed in the interest of the entire nation and only the emperor has the right to perform it. Officials of the legislature and executive cannot be called kings and they have every right to perform puja like ordinary householders or ordinary government officials. The Prime Minister of the present Christian inspired democracy cannot be called a king by doing propaganda. He cannot be made a king.

Interrelationship of votes, ideas and education

Only freedom of education can give freedom of conscience, independent education gives freedom of conscience. Education under the state produces thoughts and feelings under the state. People vote to elect state leaders. Voting is done with discretion. It is given with thought and emotion. Thoughts, feelings and wisdom are formed through education.

What for of education hasto be

The rulers have taken this into their own hands. The rulers decide what education should be given to the people, that is, the rulers decide that how to awaken conscience, thoughts and feelings in the minds of people and what knowledge should be awakened. In this way, people vote according to the thoughts and feelings created and produced by the rulers, and with that vote the rulers are elected.

Rulers accept people's pressure

Christians put pressure on the state in India and the teaching of Christianity having received money from the government treasury, it has spread it across the country and continues to spread it. Muslims put pressure on the Indian state and spread the teachings of Islam with funds from the treasury of the central and state governments. And they are spreading it. A vocal section of Hindus opposed Islam and Christianity. Education of atheism by adjusting to the wider environment of education have fully followed the government decision to spread among Hindus and thus officially atheists and Europeans and Muslims ay adopting superstitions and performing puja rituals etc. at home, they keep getting free a little bit.

No pressure was ever exerted in favor of Hindu religion

Thus, the situation is that the state should also protect the Hindu religion, the knowledge tradition of Sanatan Dharma should get an official place in education so that the values of Sanatan Dharma are strengthened in the Hindu children and they can build the social system and political system in accordance with the Vedic knowledge tradition. No decisive step has been taken till date in this direction. Mahamana Pandit Madan Mohan Malviya ji had made very important efforts in this direction. But after some time of his departure, that Hindu University also became like other Euro-Indian universities and there is no study of Indian contexts and basic sciences in humanities i.e. political science, sociology, psychology, yoga, finance etc. and in history. . Only such references are cited which bear resemblance to the European knowledge tradition. On top of that, due to a widespread concept of time, people remain disappointed about both the state and the society, considering it to be Kaliyuga. Whereas naturally they keep working hard for material and social progress in their personal lives. In this way, the beliefs of physical and social progress are linked to continuous efforts, while the beliefs of intellectual progress are linked to the European view of time. Due to this, the strong will to build a better state is not widespread among the Hindus, this is very big! There is a situation of dilemma.

Over the years, the world has witnessed a dramatic increase in the prevalence of chronic metabolic disorders such as hypertension and diabetes. Due to changing lifestyle and increasing population, these diseases have taken root all over the world, and India is no exception to this. According to a 2021 report by the World Health Organization (WHO), an estimated 537 million people worldwide suffer from diabetes, a number that is projected to rise to 780 million by 2045. In India, with a dense population of 140 crores, about 11% of adults are struggling with this problem, and about 15% of the population has reached the pre-diabetic stage. Alarmingly, in India and globally, 50% of individuals are unaware of this health problem and the dire consequences it may have in the future.
Today, diabetes is a worrying and critical health challenge for the entire world. In 2021, a staggering US$966 billion was spent on diabetes-related health care, with three out of every four people affected by it falling in the low-income group. Keeping this in mind, it is necessary to find alternative treatments to deal with this crisis which can prove to be complementary to traditional medicine.

Diabetes: Types and Complications

Diabetes or Diabetes as it is often called (Sugar) has two types: Type-1 and Type-21.
In type 1 diabetes, the immune system mistakenly attacks and destroys the insulin-producing islet cells in the pancreas, resulting in insulin production stopping. This situation is global affects approximately 10 million children and youth annually and is caused by main factors such as genetics, viral infections, diet or chemical causes.
Type 2 diabetes, on the other hand, occurs when the pancreas produces insufficient insulin or the body becomes resistant to the effects of insulin. This means that insulin is present in the body, but it is not being used effectively by the body. Type 2 diabetes is often caused by obesity, poor eating habits and a sedentary lifestyle.
The complications associated with diabetes are numerous and serious. These include many symptoms like kidney problems, eye disorders, neurological problems and swelling, fatigue, frequent feeling of thirst, delayed wound healing, urinary tract infections, decreased immunity abilities, loss of appetite, indigestion and diarrhea. Weight loss is also a common thing in diabetic patients. Additionally, individuals suffering from uncontrolled diabetes also have an increased risk of developing complications like frozen shoulder and gangrene, which can be partially reduced with allopathic medicines.

Role of allopathic medicine

Under allopathic treatment, drugs like insulin, metformin, glipizide and sitagliptin are commonly used for diabetes. The goal of these medications is to control blood sugar levels and manage symptoms associated with diabetes. However, long-term use of these allopathic medicines leads to many problems, such as frequent dosage changes. Additionally, chronic use of these medications increases the risk of cancer, heart attacks, strokes, and other serious health problems, including adverse effects on the kidneys, liver, and arteries.

An ayurvedic remedy for diabetes solution: 'Madhugrit'

Madhugrit tablet 29 natural herbs and it is made from a mixture of minerals, which include Chandraprabha Vati, Shilajit, Giloy, Indrayana, Bitter Gourd, Chiraita, Shatavar, Ashwagandha etc. This unique combination helps in reducing diabetes related symptoms like fatigue, insomnia, stress, excessive thirst, weight loss, blurred vision and skin problems by controlling blood sugar levels. Additionally, it boosts energy levels and the immune system and helps convert excess glucose into glycogen.
With the aim of validating the usefulness of Madhugrit, pre-clinical trials were initiated taking into account important parameters such as amylase secretion (an enzyme that breaks down starch), glucose control and inflammation. For this research, exocrine cells of rat pancreas, muscle cells of rats, human macrophage cells (White Blood Cell) and skin cells were selected. Amylase secretion, a key enzyme involved in starch digestion, played an important role in these studies. Additionally, the aim of the research was to study macrophages (white blood cells) and keratinocytes (skin cells) to understand how effective various medicines, including Madhugrit, are in reducing inflammation and wound healing.
The findings of these studies revealed the surprising potential of Madhugrit in diabetes management. It has shown extraordinary results in various pre-clinical researches, outperforming allopathic drugs like metformin. It reduces the secretion of alpha-amylase (a-Amylase), prevents the formation of AGEs (Advanced Glycation End Products), the increase of which leads to problems like kidney, heart etc. as well as inflammation. And was found to be useful in normalizing the wound healing process.
To further validate the effectiveness of Madhugrit, an 'in vivo' model was conducted using C. elegans (a type of transparent earthworm). This multicellular eukaryotic organism is an ideal 'model organism' to study the basic genetic and molecular mechanisms of human development due to its short life cycle of 21 days. When exposed to a high-glucose environment, these Fat accumulates on the organisms and they start curling.
The aim of the research was to determine how Madhugrit tablets affect these organisms. After extensive study, it was concluded that Madhugrit is indeed an effective Ayurvedic medicine for the prevention of diabetes and has properties that can greatly benefit diabetic patients. It helps control sugar levels in the body and is also effective in preventing other diseases caused by diabetes, such as kidney disease and heart problems. , Apart from this, the authenticity of Madhugrit is also being proved through clinical trials. A recent study conducted on 150 patients revealed that it has a positive effect on blood glucose parameters.
All this evidence strengthens the case for considering Madhugrit as a complementary or alternative medicine for the prevention of diabetes.

Need of a holistic approach to diabetes management

The global epidemic of diabetes is a complex and multifaceted health challenge that requires a multidisciplinary approach. Allopathic medicine has been a cornerstone of diabetes management for decades, but its associated limitations and potential risks have increased interest in the need for alternative treatments.
To avoid the long-term harm caused by allopathic medicines, it is time that health care providers include alternative medicine methods in the management of the disease.
Madhugrit has emerged as an effective Ayurvedic medicine in the prevention of diabetes during various researches. Its ability to control sugar levels, ease symptoms, and reduce complications is providing hope to millions of individuals affected by diabetes.
As new research is being conducted in this area, it is clear that the ancient knowledge of Ayurveda is playing a valuable role in the modern fight against diabetes, a devastating disease. Providing new hope and solutions to the suffering people.

Ancient tradition of Rajdharma

The scriptures of Rajashastra and Dandaniti Bha have been present in Ratvarsha since ancient times. This is also called economics. All the theologians have analyzed Rajdharma holistically, because Rajdharma is a subject of special importance. Many functions and duties of the king are mentioned in Apastamba Dharmasutra and Baudhayana Dharmasutra. Rajdharma is discussed in detail in the Mahabharata's Anusandha Parva and Shanti Parva. For the protection of religion, Brahmaji wrote a great book consisting of one lakh chapters in which there was a detailed discussion of Dharmashastra, Arthashastra, Kamashastra and Mokshashastra, this is stated in Shanti Parva from Chapter 59 Verse 29 to 52 -
Brahmaji wrote a great book consisting of one lakh chapters. In the said book, four efforts were discussed and the three types of punishments were also discussed. The three categories of punishment are - location, growth and decay. That is, protection of the condition of the rich, increase of the righteous rich and destruction of the unrighteous rich. Similarly, in the trivarga of salvation, Satva Guna, Rajo Guna and Tamo Guna were discussed in depth. Then he wrote what policy should be adopted by the state towards soul, country, time, solution, work and helpers etc. Then he described the vast knowledge of Vedatrayee, Anvikshiki, Varta and Dandaniti. Thereafter, the state propounded five measures for self-defence, characteristics of princes, appointment of ambassadors, intelligence system and protection, price, discrimination, punishment and neglect. Also explained the purpose of counselling, the use of discrimination, the results of success and failure of counselling. Analyzed the three sandhis of Uttam, Madhyam and Adham and described the types of finance sandhi, hospitality sandhi and fear sandhi, increase of one's friends, abundant accumulation of treasure, destruction of enemy's friends and loss of enemy's treasure for these four purposes. He analyzed the opportunities of attacking the enemy and told the secrets of conquering religion, conquering wealth and conquering demons. Described the characteristics of minister, nation, fort, army and treasury and the types of good, medium and bad. Described the overt and covert armies, which have many differences. Elephant, horse, chariot, foot, Vishti, boatman, spy and Guru - these eight analysis of military organs and use of movable and immovable poisons gave knowledge of destructive medicines like Ka and Churna Yoga etc. Discussed enemy, friend and indifferent. He told the qualities and characteristics of the route and the land, told the methods of self-defense and various methods to strengthen the army. Explained the different types of strategy formation and battle skills and also told the ways to fight war and to flee well if necessary. Gave knowledge of protection and use of weapons. There were also measures in that scripture to protect the army from calamities, continuously increase the joy and enthusiasm of the army, and from time to time to test the devotion of the foot soldiers to the Lord, etc. Digging a ditch around the fort, getting the army ready for war and going on a campaign, tormenting the enemy's kingdom with thieves and wild robbers, causing harm to the enemy through spies, distinguishing among the important people of the enemy, harvesting their crops when necessary. Brahma ji also described the measures like destroying, provoking the elephants and creating terror among the people and instilling confidence in the enemy on his own. Then, how the state consisting of seven parts grows and what are the reasons for its decline, it was explained in detail and the measures for the growth of the nation were also given and the method of crushing the powerful enemies or dealing with them as per the time was also given. Along with this, there were many other detailed descriptions in the said book, especially the method of increasing the treasury and the experiments of Maya.
Later Lord Shankar abbreviated this ethics. After that, Indra further summarized it and propounded the method of governance of the gods and also gave instructions for the kings. Thus, there is a very extensive list of Rajshastra pioneers in our religious scriptures, which is a proof of the establishment of Dandanitti and Rajshastra in India since ancient times. After Lord Shiva, that great Rajshastra was accepted by Devraj Indra. Then he further condensed it into a book of 5000 chapters, which was named Bahudantaka Rajshastra. Then Brihaspati, the god of great power and wisdom, further shortened it composed Barhaspatya Rajshastra of 3000 chapters. Thereafter, Mahayogi Shukracharya, with his infinite wisdom, condensed it into 1000 chapters. Since then its name became Shukraneeti.
The throne of the kingdom came from the great grandson of Virja, son of Manas. The gods requested Lord Vishnu to give them a great king who was eligible to become the king. Therefore, God created his mental son 'Virja'. But Virja decided to retire. Before him, by the order of God, Virja's son Kirtiman was born and then Kirtiman's son Kardam was born. Both of them moved ahead in the path of renunciation, then Kardam's son Anang was given the throne. From there the tradition of kingship started. Anang was a great political expert. His son Atibal also became a great expert in the policy of punishment. But while enjoying Rajyashri with the force of his stick, he came under the control of his senses. Then his daughter's son Ven was given the throne, but due to attachment and hatred, he deviated from his dharma. Keeping in mind the safety of the people, the Veda knowledgeable sages killed Ven to save the crying people from his atrocities. From the point of view of the scriptures, this was the ultimate non-violence act. The sages churned the south thigh of Ven and created a person named Nishad. He was sent to live in Vindhyagiri, whose descendants became Nishads and other castes.
This land was called Prithvi after the name of Maharaj Prithu. Thereafter the sages manifested another man by churning from the right arm of Vena. He became famous by the name Prithu and was a completely religious king. He nurtured the entire earth and because it was nurtured by him, this land came to be called Earth. All the gods and sages anointed Prithu to the throne and Prithu ruled the entire earth. Because of establishing the supremacy of religion in the entire world, King Prithu was called Mahatma and because of being the one who pleased the people and increased happiness, he was called the king. They were called Kshatriyas because they saved the Brahmins from harm. In this way the Kshatriya Shiromani Mahatma Raja Prithu became worshiped in the world. Lord Vishnu ordered him, O Nareshwar! You protect the kingdom by appointing spies all around, so that the demonic the powers cannot attack it-

Why should the people respect the king?

Further Lord Bhishma tells that O Yudhishthir! It should be understood why the people remain under the control of the king. It is because of the divine qualities of one who always maintains equanimity in mind and action and does good deeds towards all the subjects that the people consider the king as their master. Otherwise there is no reason why people should accept the subordination of one person. Shri is the companion of religion. Meaning originates from Sri Devi. In this way, due to the rule of a devout and religious king, Dharma, Artha and Sri are established in the state. A great virtuous person, after a little depletion of his virtues, comes to earth from heaven and is established as a king who is wise and wise and because of his wise rule, he is called a Mahatma

Importance of punishment and penal policy

It is further stated that the reasons and obvious symptoms of the importance of punishment because of the policy and conduct that serves justice, the whole world keeps moving smoothly-

Pitamah Bhishma explains that Rajashastra includes these subjects - history, Vedas, justice, penance, knowledge, non-violence, truth and untruth and the element beyond both, service to the elderly, charity, internal and external purity, progress, love for all living beings. But Daya, Purana Shastra, the scriptures of the four Ashrams and the four Varnas and the four Vidyas, knowledge of constellations etc. and knowledge of pilgrimages and detailed knowledge of Yagya rituals.
It is clear that only the one who knows all these sciences has the right to be called a worthy king and Mahatma king according to the Indian scriptures.

Common humanity

Further in the 60th chapter, Pitamah explains that generally any but do not get angry, speak the truth, protect property according to the scriptures. Fair distribution, forgiving attitude, having children from one's wifeorigin, external and internal purity and treachery towards living beings lack of knowledge and simplicity of mind and sustenance, capable people to nurture - these nine religions to be followed by all human beings. That is why these are universal religion, common religion, ordinary religion and human religions- are described by these names. Let the king see this should and should ensure through penal policy that all man can follow human religion, common religion, general religion or universal religion must follow religion.

Diverse castes

Apart from this, along with these general religions, a Brahmin should control his senses more than others and should self-study the Vedas and scriptures. While doing all this, if a donation is given to a Brahmin by the good family members of the society, then from that donation or from the money received as a result of doing Brahmin-appropriate deeds, when he gets the capacity to support the family, he can marry and give birth to a child or if he does not feel like marrying, then he can donate it. Donate all the money received to another deserving person and use it for Yagya.
A Kshatriya should give donations, but should never ask for donations. Yagya should be performed, but yagya for others should not be performed as a priest. Study, but do not teach. Always be ready to kill those who violate religion and robbers, dacoits and bandits and display bravery in the battlefield be done. Always be ready to do it. Historians never praise the Kshatriya who returns from the battlefield without any wound on his body. That is why war is the main religion of Kshatriyas. The destruction of the dastards who disrupt Sanatan Dharma and create any kind of disruption in the lives of good householders following Varnashrama Dharma and in the lives of celibates, Vanaprasthis and ascetics is the best deed of a Kshatriya. Whether the king does any other work or not, if he follows the people and protects them, then it is considered a well-deserved work i.e. a good deed.
Vaishyas should always remain industrious and take care of the farm animals and their property. The business of buying and selling should be conducted religiously and grains, crops and seeds should be protected. Similarly, those doing nursing work should do their service well. A virtuous Shudra can perform any religious act as per the royal decree. All people should always consider it their duty to take care of the Shudras and should never let them face shortage of food, clothing and other essential items. It is the religious duty to arrange the livelihood of the Shudra present in one's service, this is what the religious scholars say. If a master dies childless, his Pind Daan should also be performed by his servant Shudra. One should not abandon one's master under any circumstances. If due to some reason the owner's wealth gets destroyed, then the money left after raising the family should be used to support the infirm owner. Yagya is the religion of all four varnas. People of all classes should perform Yagya. But Swaha, Vashatkar and Vedic mantras are not used in the Yagya of Shudra. There have been many Shudras who have performed Yagya without these mantras and have donated thousands or even one lakh Purnapatras to Brahmins as Dakshina. People of all castes have performed the rituals of Yagyas and obtained the desired results from them. That is why all the castes consider the Brahmins who perform Yagya as gods. The rituals of Yagya are performed only as per the instructions of Brahmins. Along with this, emotional sacrifices are also performed through mental resolution, on which all the varnas have the right. That Yagya also becomes extremely sacred because of devotion. In fact, all the varnas have originated from Brahmins and hence basically all the varnas are descendants of Brahmins. That is why everyone is integral to the Brahmins. everyone should respect brahmin the last 47th verse indicating integrality is as follows - 1

Tasmad Varna Rijvo Gyativarnah
Sansrijyante Tasya Vikaar Aeva l
Aekam Sama Yajurekamrigeka
Viprashchaiko Nishchaiya Teshu Shrishtah ll

That is, God has created all three varnas from Brahmins only. Therefore, the remaining three varnas are also actually disorders of Brahmins. That is, according to the scriptures, due to shortcomings and omissions in conduct and studies, these varnas are attained elsewhere. Just as Rigveda, Yajurveda and Samaveda are created from one Omkar, similarly the remaining three varnas are distortedly derived from one Brahmin varna. Therefore, at the spiritual level they all have oneness with Brahman, because all forms have originally emerged from Brahman. That is why faith is the most important- 'Faith is important.'

Religions of Ashrams

After this, Grandfather Bhishma also discussed the religion of all the ashrams. Veda study should be completed in Brahmacharya Ashram. If a strong desire for salvation awakens in the mind of a celibate, then he has the right to take up Sannyasa directly. Otherwise one should enter Grihastha Ashram. Performing auspicious deeds and enjoying just food with the wife and having children is the religion of Grihastha Ashram. A householder should never be negligent in offering havya and poetry for the satisfaction of the gods and ancestors. One should donate food continuously and follow the remaining three Ashrams and one should live a life free from jealousy and hatred by being engaged in Yagya Yagya etc. Because by following the religion of Grihastha Ashram one definitely attains heaven. After enjoying the fruits of good deeds in heaven, when he returns to earth in human form in his next birth, all his desires are easily fulfilled here too.
After completing the responsibilities of Grihastha Ashram, a person, especially every Brahmin, should enter Vanaprastha Ashram alone if the wife goes with him, and if the wife experiences happiness at home with her children. There one should study Aranyaka Shastras and continue self-study while living a restrained life.
After that one should enter Sannyasa Ashram. While living there, he lived as a monk. Don't build any house of your own. Do not wish for any luxuries. Live your life with whatever is available and do not let any kind of disorder come into your heart. Be equanimous towards everyone and practice the knowledge of immortal Brahma.

The oldest tradition of Rajdharma has remained uninterrupted

Thus, it is the oldest tradition of Rajdharma promoted by Prajapita Brahma and it has been formulated and propounded in Indian scriptures since ancient times. Nowhere else in the world is a more ancient and detailed discussion of Rajdharma and political science found. This has also been given the names Nripniti, Dandaniti, Arthashastra and Rajshastra. Rajdharma has been written in detail in Apastamba Dharmasutra, Gautam Dharmasutra, Vishnu Purana, Matsya Purana, Markandeya Purana etc., because Rajdharma is the element and essence of all religions. The biggest objective of the world is to follow Rajdharma, because only through it everyone is followed. The protection and prestige of the entire living world depends only on Rajdharma. There is no concept of Rajdharma in European Political Science. Because the purpose of 'State' is not to protect and respect the living beings there. Therefore Rajdharma cannot be considered synonymous with the duties of the State. Because 'State' is not 'Rajya' in the Indian sense. It is a system of control and dominance over people, not a system of guardian and nurturer of folk tradition and religious tradition. Although in modern times, some of these things are being included in the duties of the 'State'.
Thus, the study of Rajdharma is not only necessary to know the knowledge tradition and governance tradition of India, it is also essential for the welfare of the world and to protect the worldwide Sanatan Dharma.

In this condition there is back pain. The increasing size of the stomach puts pressure on the ligamentous vertebrae and discs in the lower back. Due to which there can be pain in waist and legs. By taking rest in such a state, the pressure, tension and strain of the pain related organs gets removed and the pain gets relieved. Leaning forward or backward in case of pain is harmful. Rest is the best treatment. In case of severe pain, apply hot and cold compress to the waist. Do not give gas causing food in the diet. Give light diet. Consult a doctor in case of unbearable pain. You can also lie down straight and keep a cotton pillow under your waist for some time.
Leg cramps
During mid-pregnancy, there is sudden severe pain and cramps in the calves and calf muscles of the legs. Provide Vitamin E rich foods like carrots, sprouted wheat, mushrooms, walnuts, almonds, peanuts, cashews, milk, curd, broccoli.

Tingling and numbness in hands :
These types of symptoms increase in the last days of pregnancy. Due to insufficient blood circulation in the hands, pressure on the nervous system increases in the wrists and hands. As a result, there is a feeling of tingling, tingling and numbness in the thumb, index finger, middle finger etc. The sensitivity of these organs increases.
To control and regulate blood flow, join fingers and bend and straighten them ten times. Spread, bend and straighten your fingers ten times. Keeping the fingers of the hand inside, make a fist and bend it back and forth from the wrist ten times, keep it straight, bend left and right ten times. Rotate clockwise and anti-clockwise. Also, due to proper blood flow, the fetus gets adequate amount of blood, oxygen and nutrition and its physical and mental development takes place. These subtle asanas have a deep and healthy effect.

Varicose veins
Weight gain in pregnant women as compared to that of normal women (1) In the tenth week, due to the pressure of the hands and legs of the developing fetus and the uterus on the great inferior vena cava, there is a change in blood flow due to excessive pressure on the blood vessels of the pelvis. (2) Blood volume increases. The pressure on the veins increases and the veins dilate. (3) And due to hormonal changes, obstruction and slowing down of blood returning from the veins to the heart, the micro veins of the pelvic organs, anus and legs expand and swell, due to which the blood naturally flows more and faster towards the veins. It happens. Due to increased blood flow, mainly the blood veins of legs, genitals, rectum Veins swell. The number of bulging veins may be one, two or more. There is pain and itching in the legs due to swollen and swollen blood veins. Blue blood veins emerge in the legs. This is called varicose veins. Usually this symptom is more severe in those women whose mother also suffered from varicose veins. Repeated pregnancy also increases the problem of varicose veins. Generally, swollen and swollen blue veins in pregnant women automatically become normal within two-three months after delivery, but in case of pain and other complaints, take the following measures. Do not walk continuously for a long time and while walking, sit and rest for some time. Do not stand or sit at one place for a long time. Whenever you sit, sit with your feet on the chair. If you stand, keep moving. Do not cross your legs while sitting. Keep your legs raised. Do not wear tight stocks. Wear maternity support hose so that blood returns to the heart properly. Panty hose should not be too tight or loose. There should be more pressure on the ankles and feet and less pressure on the knees. Do even micro exercises. Sleep on your left side so that there is minimal pressure on the inferior vena cava. Keep in mind that the inferior vena cava is on the right side. If varicose veins feel hard and painful or redness appears on the skin, consult your doctor. After delivery, due to reduction in pressure on the inferior vena cava, varicose veins often return to normal state. While sitting and lying down, keep a pillow under your feet and keep them slightly elevated. This will reduce the downward pressure of blood flow on the veins. In case of pain, wear support and stockings as per doctor's advice. It is very important to control weight during pregnancy, otherwise the symptoms become more serious due to increased pressure on the blood vessels due to extra weight. Do not wear tight socks. If the swollen and swollen blood vessels do not return to normal after three-four months of delivery, then consult a doctor. In all the above mentioned situations, drink a glass of water and place a wet towel on your head and expose yourself to sunlight for 45 minutes be sure to take a bath.

Heartburn and indigestion
During pregnancy, women often feel a burning sensation in the throat, chest and legs. People who eat food quickly and in large quantities. This complaint is found more in them. Women who consume heavy fried food, food with excessive chilli-spices and artificial chemicals, burgers, pizzas etc. made from refined flour, meat, cigarettes, tobacco, pan-masala etc. are more likely to suffer from these symptoms. This symptom becomes worse due to sudden bending from the waist and lying on the back for a long time. After eating, lie straight and on your left side only. Even slight carelessness in eating habits and over eating during pregnancy causes indigestion. Avoid the above mentioned foods which cause indigestion and eat food in small quantities at short intervals. While bending, bend with support on the knees.

Fatigue, insomnia and restlessness
Women remain victims of this complaint throughout their pregnancy period. To avoid these, pregnant women should take maximum rest. A pregnant woman is unable to sleep despite being tired. Suffers from an unknown restlessness. To avoid this, study the life stories of successful and courageous people and inspirational religious books. Keeping feet in hot water for 10 minutes relieves fatigue and insomnia. Do not use medicines to keep insomnia and fatigue away. Due to this, the fetus may become weak, inactive and suffer from depression.

Nausea and vomiting
Wombats are foreign to a woman's body. Therefore the body is reluctant to accept it. In response, many types of syndromes appear simultaneously or separately. Nausea and vomiting are prominent among these symptoms. This symptom is more visible in the initial stages of first pregnancy. But in some women this symptom is seen even during the entire pregnancy. The tendency of frequent vomiting puts pressure on the womb, which hinders the rest and development of the fetus. To avoid nausea and vomiting, pregnant women should take maximum rest. If needed it occurs, keep it on fruits like orange, pomegranate, apple etc. and fruit juice for one or two days. In case of nausea, put pomegranate seeds, cloves, fennel, cardamom etc. in the mouth and suck it, it will be beneficial.

Asymmetry
It is also called toxemia of pregnancy and eclampsia. This is a dangerous symptom found in a very small number of pregnant women. This can be dangerous for both the child and the fetus. In this the whole body suffers from convulsions. Cramps, prickling, stiffness, twitching and numbness in the left leg all over the body. Due to increasing blood poisoning the patient becomes unconscious. Also goes in comma. Blood pressure increases. The amount of protein in urine starts increasing. The whole body becomes swollen. To avoid eclampsia, regular blood pressure, weight and urine tests should be done during pregnancy. Swelling in the feet should also be taken care of. A woman had given birth to a dead child thrice due to eclampsia. She was disappointed, this symptom started appearing in the sixth month. It is more common in people with family history of blood pressure and eclampsia, be careful.
When she became pregnant for the fourth time, we kept the sixth month with us and gave her Rasopvas, Phalopvas and other natural remedies. Due to this the body remained uneven. Today she is the mother of three healthy children. Symptoms of this disease include rest, diet, walking and gentle nursing treatment. It is necessary to be under the supervision of a doctor.

Constipation
Women often become victims of constipation due to pressure on the stomach from the fifth-sixth month of pregnancy. To get rid of this, take 5 grams of Amla powder or Isabgol husk with hot water or milk before sleeping at night. Give enema if necessary. During pregnancy, cold hip bath should be taken every day until the sixth or seventh month of pregnancy when one is comfortable in sitting in the hip bath tub. This provides relief from stomach related symptoms like indigestion, constipation, gas, acidity, burning sensation etc. Helps in natural delivery.

Understanding of spirituality full of Indian feelings and emotions that is, the land of raga and taal full of emotions, India means the land of those who keep it, India means the land of sages engaged in the search of light in the form of knowledge, India means the land drenched in the knowledge of Vedas and Puranas, India means the land where every statement There should be an emotion or feeling behind every thought and every action. Multi-coloured diversity with such sentiments, rich cultural heritage and the world's oldest civilization full of spirituality are the characteristics of our country. If one considers it as a country with only geographical boundaries of 28 states and 8 union territories then it is wrong. This country is a country with a population of 140 crores, full of diverse cultural activities, which is known not only for the richness of its demography, history, culture, costumes and language but also for the uniqueness, strangeness and scientificity of its festivals. That's why it always attracts everyone's attention. The arrival of a new festival every few days, the reason and method of celebration of which is completely different, paints a rich picture of Indian culture. In this picture there is a mixture of religion, spirituality, science, nature, society, happy family, health etc.

Natural and scientific approach
Festivals are rituals of Indian tradition. The ways of celebrating them, their enthusiasm enhance the color of our country and enrich our culture! Along with special prayers, food and fasting, sometimes the sun is worshiped, sometimes the moon, sometimes the festival of colors and sometimes the glowing lamps. The way of celebrating all these festivals is different, the ingredients are different, the time and moment are different, the kind of food to be eaten or when to fast, everything is completely defined. But have you ever wondered how these festivals were decided, what role the planets and constellations play in it, what might have been the purpose behind celebrating them over the centuries? If someone says that these festivals are only a part of a religious event which is limited to some methods of worship, then surely his information is incomplete. Actually, our festivals are not only a part of religious rituals but they are full of both scientific and psychological facts. With the change in region and dialect, there is a slight difference in the way of celebrating these festivals and the beauty of which is also of a different kind, yet the similarity among them is that every festival brings with it family, Along with social, religious and spiritual viewpoint, it also has natural and scientific viewpoint. This mixed approach of festivals has given such a wonderful color to the thoughts and feelings of this country which astonishes the whole world.

Not a mere imagination
A country with a long series of festivals and festivals where every day of the year is defined for its own specialty and the definition is not just like that but is based on complete scientific facts and mathematical logic and which benefits not only India but the entire world. This is the specialty of India and Indian festivals. If credit for this is given to anyone, then the rightful person is none other than our sages and sages who have taken their meditation practice to such a high level that even today the light of their knowledge is guiding modern science and scientists. Space travel, geographical calculations, computers, mobiles, internet and artificial intelligence are all seen as important inventions of science. But think about the intelligence of those sage scientists who had the power to see the invisible just by meditating, which today requires so many scientific instruments to see. This power of his was not just a figment of his imagination because even science is repeating the same today. That is why there is a scientific study of Indian festivals and the reasons and methods of celebrating them.

Importance of understanding the five elements
The year 2024 has started and the calendars have changed. With the changed calendar and the beginning of 2024, the wait for festivals has also started. The number of these festivals is so much that if one wishes, one can keep celebrating some or the other festival every month, not just every week. The beauty of these festivals is that everyone's methods are completely different. That is why India is also called the land of festivals and the wonderful thing is that the message of every festival, though unique, ultimately remains the same and that is the end of inauspiciousness. Inauspicious may be in the form of physical or mental illness or may also be in the form of family and social discord. This could be not only in the form of inauspicious social hatred but also in the form of natural disaster. This is the reason that our ancestors, from North to South and from East to West, gave the trend of celebrating festivals in different months of every state and community. He woven the fabric of these festivals in such a way that today it remains an integral part of every Indian's life. Even if any member of the family is staying away from the family to earn a living or to study, he should come back to his family as soon as the festivals come starting from Makar Sankranti in January, ending with Vasant Panchami in February, Mahashivratri and colorful Holi in March, Raksha Bandhan, Janmashtami, Navratri, Vijay Dashami, Karva Chauth, Diwali, Bhai Dooj, Chhath Puja, many other festivals, songs, music and dances. The tradition of celebrating India with great pomp and show with fasts, fasting and religious rituals not only reflects the rich heritage and vibrant traditions of India but it also makes us realize the importance of the five elements that make up the body. That is why our sages always gave importance to nature while organizing festivals and made a provision for worshiping trees, plants, animals, birds, sun, moon, rivers etc. The festival that underlines the importance of nature is the festival of Makar Sankranti celebrated in the month of January.

Opportunity to connect with the divine
The country of India is located in the Northern Hemisphere, hence this festival has a very important place in the Indian culture which proclaims 'Tamso Ma Jyotirgamaya'. Although every festival surrounded by traditions and rituals gives some message in the interest of the society and the nation, but the message of the festival of Makar Sankranti is something special which not only provides an opportunity to understand the heritage of nature and its importance but also provides an opportunity to the scientific community. It also gives the message of focusing on the energy of nature on the basis of facts. Generally, all the dates of the Indian calendar system are determined based on the movement of the Moon, but Makar Sankranti is determined based on the movement of the Sun. Sankranti means change of Sun's zodiac sign i.e. transition or entry of Sun from one zodiac sign to the next zodiac sign i.e. Capricorn. Ancient astronomers and scientists, while studying the sun's rays, divided the sun's path into 12 parts and called each part a zodiac sign. Thus, the entry of Sun from one zodiac sign to another is called Sankranti. There are a total of 12 Sankrantis in a year and the time between one Sankranti and the next is called solar month. Makar Sankranti is also mentioned in Skanda Purana and according to it, on the day of Makar Sankranti, the gods come to earth to receive the food given in the yagya, hence it is also considered the time of gods and divinity. That is, Makar Sankranti also provides an opportunity to contact divinity, due to which it becomes of special importance for spiritual seekers.

Festival based on astronomical calculations
We know that the position of the planets and stars in the sky is always it does not remain the same and our Earth also always keeps changing its location. Due to the Earth's spherical shape and rotation on its axis, there is day and night. The part of the Earth that faces the Sun is day and the part that does not face the Sun is night. This motion of the Earth is called daily motion but the Earth also has an annual motion and it revolves around the Sun once in a year. Due to this annual movement of the Earth, different seasons occur at different times in its different parts, which is called seasonal change. The year and month etc. are calculated with the help of this annual movement of the Earth. In this sequence, when the movement of the Sun is from south to north, it is called Uttarayan and when it moves from north to south, it is called Dakshinayan. In this way the entire year is equally divided into two parts, Uttarayan and Dakshinayan. The period in which the Sun's orbit changes is called transition period. Since every year on 14 January the Sun changes its orbit from Dakshinayan to Uttarayan and enters Capricorn, hence Makar Sankranti is celebrated every year on 14 January. The change in the orbit of the Sun on the day of Makar Sankranti is considered to be a change from darkness to light. The importance of the Sun being in Uttarayan has also been explained by Lord Krishna in Chandogya Upanishad and the eighth chapter of Srimad Bhagavad Gita.

One festival Varoous forms
The festival of Makar Sankranti is celebrated all over India and its specialty and beauty is different in every state. The festival is one but the traditions of celebrating it are different. For this reason, this festival also presents a unique example of the unity and integrity inherent in the diversity of vast India. In Haryana and Punjab, it is celebrated a day before as Lohri, in which as soon as it gets dark, a fire is lit and sesame seeds, jaggery, rice and roasted gram are offered as offerings to Agnidev. In Rajasthan and Gujarat, there is a special tradition of flying kites on this day, whereas in Uttar Pradesh it is mainly known as the festival of bathing and charity. In the Gorakhnath temple of Gorakhpur in Uttar Pradesh, people gather early in the morning to offer Khichdi on this festival. In Bihar too, Makar Sankranti is known by the name Khichdi, whereas the people of Assam celebrate it by the name Magh-Bihu or Bhogali-Bihu. Similarly, the festival of Makar Sankranti is celebrated with great pomp in all the states from Maharashtra, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana to Tamil Nadu, Karnataka and Kerala.

Science of health with bath donation

Like every year, this year too the festival of Makar Sankranti will come and go. As soon as the dawn dawns, thousands and lakhs of people across the country will take a dip in the rivers, temple bells will ring, donations will be made in the hope of virtue, khichdi will be prepared in the kitchen as food in the form of prasad, jaggery and chuda along with curd will spread their sweet taste and these Tilkut and Gajak market will be decorated with everyone and there will be kite flying along with it. How much of these characteristics are religion, spirituality and science, how many people would know. On one hand, in North India, due to the cold, people hide under quilts and on the other hand, there is a tradition of taking bath in the river early in the morning before sunrise. It may seem contradictory or strange to some people, but the science of health is hidden in this. Little do they know that when the amount of phlegm in the body increases in winter and the skin also becomes dry, then bathing in the river and the rays of the sun both work as great medicines. Not only this, bathing in the river not only calms the mind but also removes negative energy. Similarly, there is a special provision for consumption of sesame seeds during Makar Sankranti, which is known as a cough suppressant, tonic and highly effective medicine. According to Ayurveda, both sesame and jaggery have rich medicinal and nutritional properties. While sesame increases the amount of good cholesterol and reduces the risk of heart disease by reducing bad cholesterol, jaggery, being a good source of iron, is effective in increasing blood. Similarly, what other food can be more easily digestible and better from health point of view than Khichdi prepared on the day of Sankranti. According to Ayurveda, moong dal balances the tridoshas i.e. Vata, Pitta and Kapha and Khichdi made from it, being nutritious and easily digestible, helps in keeping the stomach healthy it is also extremely beneficial for. It is clear that Makar Sankranti is such a wonderful blend of astronomy and Ayurveda that it presents a wonderful picture of our rich heritage of knowledge. In order that the colors of this picture of cultural heritage, which includes different colors of many such festivals, should not get blurred, our ancestors have inherited them by associating them with worship and religious rituals. And now it is our responsibility to maintain the objectives of these festivals and our enthusiasm in celebrating them so that the next generations can also understand the messages of these festivals which will enhance the picture of Indian culture and may continue to prosper.
