Today India is politically free, 78 years of our independence have been completed, we have entered the 76th Republic Day. Freedom from economic, educational, medical, cultural and all kinds of frustrations and guilt is yet to be achieved. This ancient plunder of colonialism which was earlier done on the strength of sword, is still continuing in the form of consumerism through multinational companies on the strength of trade. We have to become creators and not consumers by running a Swadeshi campaign. Today 90 percent of the wealth of the world is in the hands of 10 percent people of the world.

India's prosperous splendor

UK at the World Economic Forum held in Davos A 98-page report titled 'Takers not Makers' released by Oxfam International, a world-renowned organization, on the British loot of India, citing several studies and research papers, said that the British looted 64.82 trillion US dollars from India in just 135 years between 1765 and 1900, which is equivalent to 5611 lakh crore rupees in Indian rupees, i.e. more than the economy of 5 major countries of the world. India, which was once called the golden bird, was looted by the British so mercilessly that India, whose industrial production was 25% of the global production in the 17th century during the reign of Aurangzeb even after thousands of years of loot by foreign invaders, became just 2% in the 19th century. Even before this, the famous Indian economist Utsa Patnaik has published research papers through the prestigious Columbia Press in 2018 with evidence of the loot of 45 trillion dollars.

Indian economy 500 years ago

The figures of looting by Arabs, Afghans, Pathanis, Iranians, Mongols, Portuguese, Dutch, French and Mughals before the British do not include this. If we look at the looting of 1000 years in an average form, then it would be at least more than 100 trillion. If we consider the looting as 25% in terms of the size of the country's gross economy, then the total economy of India would have been estimated to be 500 trillion 500 years ago. According to Oxfam, the British ruined the domestic industries of India by making oppressive policies.

Economic inequality due to colonialism

The Oxfam report says that the inequality and looting that was prevalent during the time of historical colonialism is going on in the present times. The Global South, which is the rich people of the developed countries of America and Europe, is exploiting the wealth of the poor and developing countries of Asia, Africa and South America. 77% of the world's wealth is today with the Global North. 68% of the world's richest people come from only 20% of the population of the Global North. Even today, the Global South gets 87 to 95% less payment for the same work as compared to the Global North. One percent of the world's population owns 45% of the world's wealth. By capturing the market through global supply chain, export, monopoly on processing industry etc., multinational companies exploit the workers and women of the Global South. Even today, the rich of the Global North earn 30 million dollars per hour i.e. about 250 crore rupees per hour more than the Global South. 44% of the people still live below the poverty line.

Fruits of the poisonous tree of colonialism

Out of the 64.82 trillion looted between 1765 and 1900, wealth worth 33.8 trillion dollars from India went to the richest 10 percent people of Britain. This was such a huge amount that if carpets are made from 50-pound notes, then the entire 1572 square km of London can be covered four times. After that, a large amount was received by the upper middle class officials, bankers and investors of Britain from the loot. Oxfam says that the British promoted opium addiction for profit, destroyed industries and captured the market, monopolised intellectual property, captured resources, spread slavery, child labor, racism, casteism, gender discrimination all over the world, due to which poverty, hunger, famine, drought and crime increased. Due to monopoly on the market, poor countries did not get medicines during epidemics like Covid. The multinational companies that were born from this money exploited the Global South by making laws in the name of foreign debt, globalization through global institutions like WTO, IMF, World Bank etc., which continues even today. As an example of inequality today, the World Bank says the average Belgian has 180 times more voting power than an Ethiopian.
History is witness that in the famine of 1770 in Bengal, India, the British themselves believed that at least one crore people had died. In the famine of 1943 also, about 30 lakh people died, the sad thing is that this food crisis was caused due to occupation and looting of resources. The British not only looted India's wealth but also crores of people died in India due to British policies.

Apology and damages/fines/compensation demanded by various countries for colonial loot and atrocities

1. Belgium publicly apologized for the atrocities during colonial rule in Congo, Rwanda and Burundi etc. countries under its control.
2. Germany apologized for the atrocities committed during its rule in Namibia and promised to pay 1 billion euros each. Germany also apologized for the atrocities committed against the Jews in the Second World War.
3. Italy publicly apologized in 2008 for the injustice of its colonial rule in Libya and gave compensation of 5 billion dollars.
4. France also accepted the atrocities of colonial rule in Algeria and expressed regret.

The loot of 5611 lakh crore rupees from Britain has to be taken back and the country has to be saved from further loot

On this Republic Day, our resolution is that we will ask the House of Commons, Britain, to apologize for this loot. Today we are going to call upon all Indians, today we take a resolution to make India a 5 trillion dollar economy. Before the British, along with this loot, foreign invaders settled here and destroyed our Sanatan culture, converted millions of people to Christianity and Islam, and created a threat to the unity, integrity and sovereignty of the nation and caused huge damage with the policy of divide and rule. Earlier, India's Chakravarti rule with self-discipline used to run all over the world. Our resolution is to run a movement in the whole country to return what was looted earlier. Even after looting millions of crores, the biggest shameless thing is that the British have put up an exhibition of looted goods like Kohinoor etc. from India in the museum of London. We have to launch such a campaign to awaken the pride and self-respect of every Indian and by putting legal and ideological pressure on the British government, British Parliament and the descendants of the looter kings responsible for this loot and atrocities, we have to take back the looted money and run a nationwide movement to demand a public apology from the British for the atrocities committed on India. This is to return the loot of the country in the campaign of economic freedom and ideological freedom, the country has to be saved from further loot through the Swadeshi campaign.
All the citizens of the country are called upon to go to the Oxfam website, view this report and run a campaign to return the loot and apologize by emailing the British Parliament House of Commons on their official email ID hcinfo@parliament.uk.

The 30th Foundation Day of Patanjali Yogpeeth was celebrated in the Yog Bhawan Auditorium of Patanjali Wellness, Haridwar. In the presence of more than 6000 in-charges of Patanjali Yogpeeth organization from all over the country, the general public was introduced to the service, struggle and sadhana of the last 30 years. Along with this, there was a wide discussion on future plans. After the immense success of the Yoga Revolution, Patanjali has now sounded the conch shell of Panch Krantis under the leadership of Pujya Swami Ramdev Ji Maharaj. In which a big task will be done to free the children from education, medical, economic, ideological-cultural and diseases-pleasures-guilt-frustrations. Come, let us discuss these revolutions-

First Revolution: Freedom of Education

Today, 50 to 90 and in some places even 99 percent of educated unemployed, drug addicts, characterless dull children are ready whose childhood, youth and our lineage are in danger. We have decided that we will first announce the new education system in India and then in the whole world and India will lead it.

Patanjali's educational institutions will create new paradigms

Patanjali Gurukulam, Acharyakulam, Patanjali University and Indian Education Board will now create new paradigms. Our resolution is that we will connect 5 lakh schools with the Indian Education Board in the next five years. This will be an innovative revolution in education.
We do not have to make children aware of only words, along with word understanding, we have to make them aware of the subject, self-awareness, true understanding of India and our pride. We will include information from all over the world in Hindi, English and Sanskrit, will keep the students updated with the whole world, but even in that, 80 percent of the content will be of Vedas, philosophy, Upanishads, Puranas, and the pride of India. It will have spiritual knowledge, Sanatan understanding, India awareness. This is not Macaulay's education system. When first one lakh and later five lakh schools will be affiliated to the Indian Education Board, then India's childhood and youth will be safe, this is the resolution of freedom of education.

Through the Indian Education Board, we will not include the false greatness of foreign invaders, Akbar, Aurangzeb or the British, but the true history of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj, Maharana Pratap and the revolutionaries who sacrificed their lives for the country in the syllabus. Teach them that Akbar, Aurangzeb or the British were not great, but Chhatrapati Shivaji, Maharana Pratap, Rani Lakshmibai, Chandrashekhar Azad, Sukhdev, Rajguru and Bhagat Singh were great. These are our ideal men. Even today, 80 percent of the books glorify the Mughals and the British.
Second Revolution: Freedom of Medicine

Disease is not our nature, Yoga is our nature. Today, people's bodies are getting damaged by consuming synthetic medicines, different types of steroids, painkillers etc. all over the world. For freedom of medicine, we are moving forward with the heritage and science of the sages through modern research, starting from Patanjali Wellness, Yogagram, Niramayam, Patanjali Hospitals and Arogya Kendras.

Yoga-Ayurveda is research the path to freedom from diseases

Our first goal is that everyone should do yoga and be healthy, but even if someone has become sick, make him healthy with Yoga-Ayurveda. For this, our team of skilled scientists is continuously doing intensive research. We have published more than 5000 research protocols and more than 500 research papers in world class international journals and have put the path of freedom from incurable diseases in front of the world. Our resolution is that we will save people from getting sick and after getting sick, we will free them from those diseases through Yoga-Ayurveda.

Third Revolution: Economic Freedom

Today, a handful of people in the whole world have gripped the entire economy in their cruel claws. Our goal is prosperity for service and wealth for charity. Till now, Patanjali has done charity of Rs 1 lakh crore in education, health, research, character building, nation building etc. All this service work of nation building and character building is being done with the selfless service of more than 25 lakh trained yoga teachers and 1 crore workers with more than 10 thousand centers.

Fourth Revolution: Ideological and Cultural Freedom

If the India which first gave the message of cultural trust to the whole world, goes through ideological and cultural slavery, then it is not right. Today India is dependent on those poor countries of the world for every thing which have only a few pieces of paper, a few dollars or pounds. True and real wealth is not only money but good health, happy family and character, Yogdhan and divine wealth are the true wealth. We have to free India from ideological and cultural slavery. That is why we say that we have to promote this Sanatan Dharma, Veddharma, Rishidharma, Yogdharma as Yugdharma.

Fifth Revolution: Freedom from addiction, disease, pleasure and lust

The dangerous game of addiction is going on all around the world. In India, people's lives are being ruined by getting stuck in the swamp of addiction, disease and obscenity. Our resolution is to get freedom from disease, addiction and obscenity. On completion of 30 years of Patanjali, our resolution is that we will make the whole world full of yoga, build character and create ideal world citizens.
Patanjali's contribution is inspiring the whole world today due to the unbroken tremendous efforts of revered Swami Ji. In Patanjali, a campaign of doing charity from wealth is being run to give health to people. 100 percent profit of Patanjali is only for charity. For Patanjali, India is not a market but a family. A team of more than 500 world class scientists at Patanjali are continuously doing research and providing various types of juices, decoctions, vatis, capsules, wheat grass, aloe vera juice, amla juice, neem juice, giloy juice etc. research and evidence based medicines to the whole world as per the disease. Patanjali is the first one to take the ancient knowledge tradition of India to the masses using modern science. Today Patanjali has taken yoga out of caves and caverns and has taken it to millions of people in 200 countries of the world.
Come! Let us take a pledge that we have to live Swadeshi and Sanatan education by breaking the shackles of slavery of Macaulay's education. We have to live the freedom of medicine, Sanatan medical system, Sanatan way of life. We have to live economic freedom, economic independence. We have to live ideological cultural freedom and privacy. Freedom from diseases, pleasures, guilt, slavery, frustrations is what one has to live.

On the occasion of this Maha Yoga, about 50 crore people from the country and abroad participated to take holy bath in Triveni. Param Pujya Yogrishi Swami Ramdev Ji Maharaj also organized Mahakumbh of Yoga in Shri Gurukarshini Kumbh Mela Camp, Prayagraj, in which devotees participated in large numbers. In Mahakumbh, while on one hand the top saints of the country took Amrit bath, many politicians including Union Home Minister Shri Amit Shah and big personalities of the country took a dip of faith.

This is the glory period of Sanatan, Amrit period

On this occasion, Param Pujya Swami Ji Maharaj said that Hindutva is present in every vein of the country's illustrious Home Minister, respected Shri Amit Shah Ji. On this great festival of Sanatan, with the record of devotion and reverence, he has given pride to Sanatan and has also expressed his Hindutva and Sanatan publicly.
He said that earlier the administrators of the country, the kings or the rulers of the country did not come forward in such public ceremonies, they used to shy away from participating in these ceremonies, they used to feel ashamed of themselves. Our country's Prime Minister respected Shri Modi ji and respected Amit Shah ji have broken that tradition of complete frustration and self-reproach and have associated themselves with Sanatan Dharma and said with great pride that I am a Hindu, I am Sanatani, I am a descendant of sages. They have also accepted their faith publicly. This is the glory period of Sanatan, Amrit Kaal.

May the nation prosper and our Sanatan Dharma become the Dharma of the Age

The Home Minister blessed himself with the blessings of the divine powers that are pouring down in the Mahakumbh. Mr. Shah took a dip and offered prayers at the Sangam along with all the revered Acharya Mahamandaleshwars. He prayed for the welfare of the entire nation and for our Sanatan Dharma to become the religion of the age. All the saints and great men blessed Mr. Amit Shah with their blessings.

Mahakumbh is not just a bath in water but a confluence of Gyanyoga, Bhaktiyoga, love, compassion and friendship.
Mahakumbh is not just a bath in water but a confluence of Gyanyoga, Bhaktiyoga, love, compassion and friendship. This confluence is the three knowledge of Rig, Sama, Yajur and this is a great coincidence of uniting the body, senses, mind and soul with the Supreme Soul by remaining pure in thought, word and deed. Not only should you take a bath but while taking a bath, take a resolution that I take a resolution to give up at least one big fault from my life. Also take a resolution to adopt one big virtue. Take bath in Kumbh with vows and resolutions. Otherwise people come and take bath and go away. There are some bad practices which we have to reform, some are addicted to smoking chillum etc., some are doing such work which is not in accordance with our Sanatani culture and our basic nature and our Satvikta. We do not have to pay attention to all these. Satvik, Tamasik and Rajasik all three types of scenes will be found in the whole world but you have to remain focused on your acceptance. Here in this Kumbh, a divine combination of divine powers has been formed after hundreds of years and if you touch that divine combination and bless it, then you will get the benefit of coming to this Kumbh.
By becoming silent on Mauni Amavasya, connecting your soul with God and taking bath with meditation, the body, mind and consciousness become pure, the flaws of destiny are removed, one gets freedom from all the troubles of life. Let us take a resolution in our mind that we are children of one God, children of one ancestor and one mother India and we have to free ourselves from the caste discrimination prevailing in our country. I am a Brahmin, I am a Kshatriya, I am a Vaishya, I am a Shudra - let us rise above these feelings.

brahmano'sya mukhamasidbahu rajanya: krut:.
uru tadasya yadvaishya: padbhyam shudro'jayat:..
lokaanam tu vivruddhyartham mukhabahurupadat:.
brahmanam kshatriyam vaishyam shudram ch niravartayat..

That is, we have the brain in the form of Brahmin which removes ignorance, we have the arms in the form of Kshatriya which remove injustice, we have the thighs in the form of Vaishya which remove poverty and our feet in the form of Shudra which carry the whole body and are always ready to serve the whole life. Thus, we have the four Varnashram Dharma within us. Sanatan is within us, Hindutva is within us, all the culture and nature is within us, the whole universe in this body and we ourselves are Brahma.
Prajnaam Brahma, Tatvamasi, Ayam Atma Brahma and Aham Brahmasmi.
This is the essence of Sanatan, whoever is doing discrimination, casteism, discrimination in the name of Sanatan is not a Sanatan Dharmi, he is a heretic.

Take a pledge of Yoga, Ayurveda and Swadeshi in Kumbh

Param Pujya Swami Ji Maharaj said in Shri Gurukarshini Kumbh Mela Camp that we all have to take a vow of Swadeshi education, Swadeshi medicine, Swadeshi economy, Swadeshi Swadharma, Sanatan Dharma with the pledge of Yoga, Ayurveda, Swadeshi. This will free us from slavery of education, slavery of medicine, economic, ideological and cultural slavery and slavery of diseases, pleasures, lust, obscenity.

Condolences to the dead in the stampede and wish for the speedy recovery of the injured

Param Pujya Swami Ji Maharaj said that expressing condolences for the deaths due to stampede in Prayagraj Mahakumbh, all the revered Akharas, Acharya Mahamandaleshwars, Mahamandaleshwars and revered saints have taken a very solitary and symbolic bath on Mauni Amavasya as per the rituals. We pray to Maa Bhagwati and Ganga Maiyya for the speedy recovery of those injured in the stampede at the Mahakumbh in Teerthraj Prayagraj. This Sanatan Amrit Snan was not done as a big celebration but symbolically so that our ritual remains unbroken and at the same time those injured in it get treated and recover quickly. With this wish, for the welfare of the people, we and the revered saints of all the Akharas and our Juna Peethadheeshwar Acharya Mahamandaleshwar Pujya Avdheshanand ji performed this bath in a very symbolic and very unified manner. Everyone has the same goal that we are able to complete our ritual with complete simplicity and pray to God for compensation for those who have suffered losses.

This research has been published in the world-renowned Elsevier Publication's international research journal, Journal of Ethnopharmacology.
On this achievement, Acharya Balkrishna, President of Patanjali Research Foundation, said that the knowledge described in the Indian Sanatan scriptures has the unique power for the welfare of the entire world. Inspired by this knowledge, Patanjali is constantly moving forward in the direction of public welfare. He described this research as a symbol of a new direction in Ayurvedic medicine.
He said that natural minerals have great therapeutic importance in the form of pishti and bhasma in Ayurvedic medicine. In the ancient text Rasatarangini, there is a mention of Mukta Pishti, a calcium-rich medicine, which is considered effective in removing problems related to stomach, eyes and bones. Mukta Pishti is made from high quality sea-origin pearls and its alkaline nature makes it helpful in the treatment of diseases related to acidity.
Dr. Anurag Varshney, Vice President and Chief Scientist of Patanjali Research Institute, said that this wonderful confluence of Sanatan knowledge and modern science has immense potential to make the whole world healthy. Our effort is to present this ancient knowledge of Ayurveda with scientific evidence.
He told that Patanjali scientists studied the therapeutic effectiveness of this medicine on the Pylorus-Ligation based Wistar rat model. Research found that consumption of Mukta Pishti provides relief from Pylorus Ligation-induced Peptic Ulcer. Also, this treatment does not have any adverse effect on the level of acidity required for digestion.
This research has proved that Mukta Pishti is a very effective and safe remedy in the treatment of stomach ulcers. It is free from the side effects caused by long-term use of medicines like Synthetic Proton-pump Inhibitors and provides a permanent alternative to the patient.
This research not only proves the scientific nature of the ancient tradition of Ayurveda, but also presents a safe and effective treatment for serious stomach problems.
This research is available at this link:

https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/abs/pii/S0378874125000613
Traditional Ayurvedic medicines like Mukta Pishti can bring a new revolution in the field of public health by synergizing with modern medical practices. This effort of Patanjali is an important step towards establishing the ancient knowledge of Ayurveda at the global level by providing it a scientific basis.

Prana+ang+yam+ghan= pranayama. The word pranayama is derived from the suffix ghn from the verb yama- samyamane.

Yoga Darshan-

After the asana is accomplished in the eight limbs of yoga, pranayama is performed sequentially. Maharishi Patanjali explains the characteristics of pranayama:

tasmin sati shvasaprashvasyorgativiched: pranayam:|| 2.49||

That is, when the asana is perfected, the interruption of the movement of breathing = breaking the order = that is, breaking the flow of the going:- cutting is the pranayama. That is, pranayama is the distinction (interruption) of the natural movement of breathing.

Agni Purana-

nasikaaputamangulya'pidyaiv paren ch|
audaram rechayedvayum rechanadrechak: smrut:||7||
bahyen vayuna deham drutivatpurayedyatha|
tatha purnasch santishthetpuranatpurak: smrut:||8||

The air residing within the body is called prana. The name of stopping him is dimension. Therefore, pranayama means to stop the breath. His method is as follows: Press one hole of the nose with your finger and expel the air in the stomach through the other hole. This action is called laxative because it causes digestion. Then, like a bellows, fill the body with outside air and hold it for some time, this action is called supplementation. When the air within is not released, nor the air outside is taken in, but remains motionless like a perfect pot, it is called a pot.

Skanda Purana-

Otherwise, there is no progress in yoga practice. When one starts practicing yoga with an impure body, there is an outbreak of air. This causes leprosy and inertia and other disorders. Therefore, a wise person should engage in pranayama only after purification of the body. O Arjuna! Listen to the characteristics of pranayama: Pranayama is to stop the air called prana and apana. The patient people also call it threefold with the distinction of small, medium and good. A moment is called a moment. The twelve-matra pranayama is called short, medium when it is doubled (24 matra) and excellent when it is tripled (36 matra).

The same attitude with pranayama is called sparsha yoga. That same pranayama free from mantra-touch is called bhava yoga.

Brihannardiya Purana-

eshaamekatamam baddhava gurubhaktiparayan:|
upasako jayetpranan dvandvatito vimatsar:||116||
pramukhodamukho vapi tatha pratyamukho'pi va|
abhyasen jayetprananni:shabde janavajareejate||117||
prano vayu: sharirasth aayamastasya nigrah:|
pranayam iti prokto dvividh: sa prakeetrtit:||118||

The seeker should choose one of these asanas and practice it. This makes the seeker devoted to Gurubhakti life-conquering, transcendental and free from envy. MRI is also an effective technique, which provides detailed images. Sometimes, a biopsy is performed, in which a small sample of lung tissue is taken and examined in a laboratory.
Patanjali's successful research in lung cancer

In Ayurveda, there is mention of many effective medicines for the treatment of lung cancer. Patanjali made an important discovery in this direction. Patanjali developed the Ayurvedic medicine Aurogrit, which has proved to be highly effective for lung cancer.
Aurogrit is made from Karkatshringi (also known as Kakrasingi). In Ayurvedic texts, Karkatshringi is considered extremely useful for respiratory diseases. Effective phytochemicals such as Gallic Acid, Methyl Gallate, and Penta-O-Galloyl-β-D-Glucose have been found in this medicine. In this study, it was found that Aurogrit destroys cancerous cells, but does not cause any harm to healthy cells. This drug inhibits cancer growth and slows down the process of tumor formation. In addition, Aurogrit affected the signaling pathway at the molecular level, thereby reducing the speed of formation of cancer cells.
The combination of modern medical practices and Ayurveda has created new possibilities in the treatment of lung cancer. The Ayurvedic approach has the power to eradicate the disease from its roots, and it also strengthens the body's natural immune system. Aurogrit developed by Patanjali is an important step in this direction. Its initial tests have proved that this drug is not only effective, but also safe.

Treatment possible with the right treatment at the right time

Lung cancer is a serious problem, but it can be controlled with timely diagnosis and right treatment. Awareness is necessary for this. People should take care of their health, get regular health checkups and stay away from habits like smoking. It is also necessary to be cautious about air pollution, because clean air is the basis of a healthy life.

In conclusion, it would be appropriate to say that solutions to complex diseases like cancer are possible through the coordination of Ayurveda and modern medicine. Discoveries like Patanjali's Ayurvedic medicine Aurogrit are establishing new dimensions in this direction. This medicine has not only proved effective for lung cancer, but also shows the importance of research and innovation in Ayurveda.

Vyavasaatmika buddhirekeh Kurunandan.
Bahushakha hyantashcha buddhayo'vyavasayinaam. (2/41)

If the mind is not concentrated, then a storm of thoughts will keep rising in the mind in infinite ways, many branches will sprout from each of those thoughts. On hearing the flowery voice, the mind's attachment to various subjects will keep increasing. Therefore, first learn to concentrate the mind. A business-oriented mind. A mind focused on the purpose.
But how can one have such a mind? How can the mind be concentrated? The mind is fickle, its fickleness is fast, is full of force and keeps churning the mind. The Lord says, yes, certainly the mind is fickle. It is very difficult to control it.

"Abhyasen tu kaunteya vairaagyena cha grihyate.'' (6/35)

It can be controlled only by practice and detachment. Practice of repeatedly concentrating and controlling the mind. This is the first stage of yoga sadhana. Those who are wise, saints, devotees, endowed with the sanskars of past lives, their mind is easily under control. So they are not seen doing this initial stage, primary practice of yoga sadhana in this birth. Because they have already done yoga sadhana in their previous birth. They have practiced. This much yoga sadhana is basic, essential in every path of sadhana. Be it the path of knowledge, the path of devotion, the path of action.
Therefore, remember again that Arjuna has only one doubt, on hearing which God said-

“Asanshyam mahabaho, mano durnigraham chalam.”

O Mahabahu Arjuna, this doubt of yours is correct. The only doubt on hearing which God says that yes, it is correct. So what does the Gita say about this difficult and fickle mind? Practice and strengthen detachment.
What is meant by practice? What is meant by detachment? If we take the popular meaning of detachment that after that one should wear a loincloth and leave, then Arjuna would have done the same. He says that now I have to make my mind strong, so let's go, I have already kept the Gandiva. That's it. At that time there was a great tradition of renunciation. There were many ashrams. He could have gone somewhere as a sanyasi. But he did not go, right? This means that the way the Bhagavad Gita preaches renunciation and practice, the renunciation that Bhagavad Gita teaches, the meaning of renunciation by Lord Shri Krishna, makes a person capable of fighting, is able to identify the enemy properly and defeat him, is able to gain more and more knowledge of weapons and scriptures, becomes adept in the art of war, is able to follow his own religion, he gets energy, strength, brilliance, determination, firmness in following religion, valor, bravery. This is such renunciation. Bhagavad Gita preaches such renunciation, rules such renunciation, disciplines such renunciation, which ignites the brilliance of a person, makes the intellect of a person brilliant, alerts the conscience of a person. It removes his attachment and makes him steadfast and unwavering towards the fulfillment of his duty. For himself. It makes us capable of our self existence. For following our own religion, for our clan and our caste and our society, for our nation and for this entire universe. The original meaning of caste is nation i.e. common ancestor-tradition.
For the rotation of the universe cycle, God says:-

Evam Pravartita Chakram Naanuvartayatih Ya:.
Aghayurindriyaramo Mogham Parth Sa Jeevati. (3/16)

God has cautioned that the universe cycle which is being started is started by me, it is the duty of every person to follow it otherwise he lives in vain. So renunciation means to know your role in the rotation of this universe cycle. Not to wander here and there from it. The mind should not wander in other subjects, desires should not arise, attachment and greed should not engulf it, there should be detachment from them, this is renunciation. For that, the means of penance and strength required, the practice of knowledge, awakening of memory. Through this practice and detachment, the mind can be controlled. By having the knowledge of one's own religion, one can follow one's own religion.
What has Lord Shri Krishna said in the Gita to control the fickleness of the mind? Because without controlling the fickleness of the mind, without concentrating the mind, without making the mind alert and capable, you cannot acquire any knowledge. You will listen and forget. And if your mind is not fickle, you are like Yudhishthir, then you can gain a lot of knowledge even on the basis of one sentence. That is why before discussing any knowledge, it is necessary that we discuss the topic that how the mind is made strong and strong. How can it be concentrated. How can one remain focused on the subject. How is the mind calmed. The most important thing to know in this topic is that what is the nature of the control of the mind that has been talked about in the Gita? Generally, after reading that there is advice in the Gita on controlling the mind, people think that if they do not feel like studying or do not feel like doing any other activity or do not feel like meditating or if they need a formula to concentrate on mathematics, philosophy or science, then they should take the help of the Gita. Certainly, the Gita will be helpful in all these subjects as well. But the special concentration that is talked about here in the Gita, that process is difficult, it is not easy, this should be known. Because after listening to the Lord's advice on yoga, Arjun says-

Yoyam yogastvaya proktah saamyena Madhusudan.
Etasyaham na pashchami chanchalatvātsthitim sthiraam. (6/33)

O Krishna! How can the mind be stable in the yoga you have preached? The mind is fickle.
Here it should be kept in mind that who is saying this? This is being said by the brave Arjuna who, when Guru Dronacharya had tested him to pierce the eye of a bird, could only see the eye of the bird. Other people could see the tree, then the bird sitting in it and its eye as well. But Arjuna said that he could only see the eye of the bird and aimed the arrow at it.
Similarly, in the yajna in which Arjuna had won Panchali, he had to aim an arrow at the eye of the fish by looking at its reflection in the oil cauldron below. It is clear that Arjuna's concentration was unparalleled. Therefore, Arjuna is not talking about the kind of restlessness that ordinary people's minds are experiencing.
That is why, when we read any scripture, we must always read its background and the essence of its philosophy. Even if we read any modern book, we should first read its preface, where the author explains the essence of the book.
So, keeping in mind that Arjuna is well-read, has good sanskars, is endowed with religious wisdom, is virtuous, serious, a great warrior, noble and patient, an unparalleled archer, and a knower of religious scriptures, his doubt is very broad. Arjuna is talking about the background of sanskars and knowledge in the mind and then the mind is becoming restless with a view to a particular goal. There is a definite context to his doubt. Therefore, to calm the mind at such a time, comprehensive and detailed knowledge is required. Without that knowledge, the mind cannot be calmed by just one common practice. Only the foolish mind can be calmed by simple practice. For the one who is never affected by the world, simple practice is sufficient. But for a person with immense intellectual consciousness, only immense knowledge can become a factor for peace of mind. Hence, practice in this context means repeated self-study. Repeated self-study of the scriptures which are the basis of knowledge is practice.
Similarly, renunciation should also be understood well. Vairagya means concentration of mind on the highest goal, concentration on one's own religion, businesslike intellect. Performing one's duty with this intelligence. This is real renunciation. God himself says-

anashrit: karmfalam karyam karmam karoti ya:. sa sanyasi ch yogi ch na niragni: na chakriya:.. (6/1)

(One who does his duty without depending on the results of his actions is a sannyasi and a yogi. One who only abandons yajna and other worldly activities is not a sannyasi.)
If a sannyasi does not make special efforts for self-knowledge and following his own religion after assuming the garb of a sannyasi, then it is not renunciation, but merely an attraction towards it because of the pleasure he feels in the external activities of the sannyasi ashram. There are many people who do not have the desire for a normal worldly or household life and feel attracted to it after seeing the life of sannyasis or people living in monasteries. They do not have any other sexual desire, but a life of enjoyment is visible and if one takes sannyas due to its attraction, then it is not called renunciation. Because if that kind of renunciation had been preached, then Arjuna would have said at the end of the Gita that all your preaching is acceptable. Now I take renunciation and after becoming a sannyasi, I will practice the scriptures daily. But after listening to the teachings of practice and detachment, he finally said that after listening to your teachings and your blessings, all my doubts have been dispelled, attachment has ended, the memory of duty has awakened and now I will fight.

Nashto moh: smritirlabdha tvatprasadanmaayachyut.
Sthitosmi gata sandeh: karishye vachanam tava. (18/73)

So it is clear that this detachment gives strength to follow the religion. Those whose svadharma is only self-knowledge and who have repaid all the three debts - debt to the gods, debt to the sages and debt to the ancestors, have completed all their remaining duties, they can only engage themselves in the practice of self-knowledge. But if all the three debts are remaining, then detachment means - concentration in following the religion and practice of professional intelligence.
Here one more thing is to be remembered, we have to do our work without depending on the fruit of our work. This does not mean that we should not think about the fruit of our work, we should not pay attention to the fruit of our work. God has not said this anywhere. We will always have to keep the fruit of our work in mind. Because good work will have good results and bad work will have bad results.
So we should always think that the work that I am going to do is good, good, dharma, duty. Not worrying about the fruit of our work is negligence. To consider the fruit of our work as our right is arrogance. So neither negligence nor arrogance should be done. The duty is to do the work and it should not be done by depending on the fruit of our work. The fruit of our work is in the hands of God. There will be a discussion about it in the next issue.

Although every part of our body is made for some work or the other and has its own important place, but there are five sense organs in our body through which we have the power to see, hear, touch etc. One of the important organs among these is our ears.
Actually, there is a central hearing system inside the ear, which has some auditory nerves i.e. nerves that can hear and some complex pathways that carry sounds to the brain. If we understand the process of sound going from the ear and reaching the brain, then we will find that the ear is made up of three parts.
The first among these is the outer ear. This is the part of the ear that appears like a hole or tunnel. After this, there is the middle ear which is called the ear drum. It has small bones that amplify the sound. And the third and last part is the inner ear. The inner ear is the place where sounds are translated into electrical impulses and sent to the brain.
All these three things together ensure the process of hearing.
If there is any problem in hearing or deafness, then the reason for this is some disturbance in these three parts.
Actually, any of these three parts can be infected by bacteria, fungus or virus. Middle ear infections are the main culprits for ear problems in children. They often suffer from otitis media. But adults also have many ear problems, which can range from mild to severe.

Ear problems
1) Ear wax
Ear wax protects our ears. In such a situation, it is necessary that adults keep getting their ears cleaned by a doctor from time to time.
2) Swimmers ear
When the skin inside the ear swells due to moisture and heat, it is called swimmers ear.
3) Otitis media
In otitis media, there is an infection in the middle part of the ear i.e. the ear drum. This is often caused by a viral infection. In this, the middle part of the ear becomes swollen and it can also cause fluid buildup. It often occurs in young children.
4) Glue Ear
It is a problem associated with chronic otitis media. Thick or sticky fluid builds up in the middle ear behind the ear and causes hearing loss or deafness. This problem can occur since childhood in many people.

5) Otosclerosis
A condition where there is abnormal bone growth around one of the small bones inside the ear, especially around the stapes. Due to this, the stapes bone becomes unable to move. In fact, when the stapes is unable to function properly, the auditory system is unable to function properly. This condition usually causes a conductive hearing loss. The treatment of otosclerosis depends on two options, first on hearing aids and second on surgery. Hearing aids are often a very successful option for people who have otocelosis. The surgical option is called stapedectomy, which is performed by an ENT (ear, nose and throat specialist).

6) Ear congestion
A condition where there is an excess of fluid in the inner ear. The excess fluid disturbs the balance of the ear and leads to symptoms of dizziness, nausea, ringing in the ears, fluctuations in hearing and a feeling of pressure inside the ear. There is currently no known medical treatment for this. However, the condition can be managed to some extent through medication, diet, stress reduction, natural remedies and surgery.

7) Ear congestion
This is usually the result of a build-up of wax inside the ear canal. The wax is produced by small glands inside the ear. But the amount of wax produced in the ear depends on many factors including diet, age, skin conditions, anxiety levels and the anatomy of the ear canal. As you age, the gland secretions become less oily, and this results in dryer and harder wax, which gets trapped in the eardrum and clogs your ear.

8) Ear congestion
This sometimes occurs when the tube that runs from the nose to the ear becomes blocked and causes an imbalance of air in the outer part of the eardrum. This condition is experienced by most people when they change altitude levels through activities such as scuba driving, driving in mountainous areas and flying. Its symptoms often include a ringing sound in the ear, dizziness, pain and discomfort. There may also be hearing loss and feelings of heaviness in the ears.

Usually the infection spreads to the middle ear (otitis media) and the rest of the ear. There are many types of ear infections, which are characterized by their different causes.

But the truth is different. Political thinking has been developing and changing there as a result of its interaction with other societies of the world. It was only after coming in contact with other countries of the world that people in Europe, fighting against the demonic control of the Church, found ways to limit the Church. After this, seeing the huge states of a nation like India, for the first time the idea of making them big states came up. First of all, Bismarck created a big German Nation State. After that England and other Nation States also developed. After coming in contact with the world, they gave their own colour to the same ideas here. Through this process, Nation States have developed for the first time in Europe about 150 years ago. Nation States have developed only by fighting with the Church. Scientists and other enlightened people proved the basic beliefs of the Church to be false and then the Church was limited to the realm of 'Faith' only and political thinking continued to develop from an intellectual point of view.

Darwin shattered the beliefs of the Church

Charles Darwin wrote his famous book 'Origin of Species'. It shattered all the beliefs of the Church and propounded that man has evolved from monkeys and apes. This made the claim of 'the British being the superior race' made in the Victorian era a matter of ridicule. The entire Church turned against Darwin. There was a great conflict between Darwin's supporters and opponents. After this, John Stuart Mill strongly urged for human freedom in his famous essay 'Liberty'. He declared individual freedom sacred and advocated giving ample space to the individual's free will while staying within moral limits.

This is how England became a nation state

At the same time, the Italian people started their freedom struggle. A fierce civil war also spread in the United States of America. In England, it was decided to build big ships to carry slaves and this helped the supporters of slavery in the United States of America. When Bismarck annexed a part of Denmark to the German Nation State, many people in England demanded that we should support Denmark. But Prime Minister Palmer Stone showed his inability. In competition with Germany, the rich people of England also thought of making England a nation state and through many bills passed between 1865 and 1874, England reached the status of a 'nation state'.

Limited right to vote

Till 1865 AD, only the rich had the right to vote in England. The poor people there used to riot and loot the rich during every election. Elections were held openly and there was no provision for secret voting. The poor people used to protest and create ruckus in favor of this or that candidate. In return, they used to get something to eat and drink. When the supply of cotton stopped in large quantities due to the civil war in America, there was panic in the mills of Lancashire and Manchester and riots started in the cities. This period was called the 'Cotton Famine'. During this period, the demand for giving voting rights to every adult male gained momentum. Many prominent politicians of England started changing parties every now and then. William Gladstone was a Tory at first, later he became a Liberal. Similarly, Benjamin Disraeli also changed parties. Disraeli was a Jew but was converted to Christianity in childhood. He was a strong supporter of the traditional system. There was fierce political competition between Disraeli and Gladstone. Disraeli also believed that only earning and prosperous people should have the right to vote. Because they are the responsible citizens. Also, income tax payers and university graduates, lawyers and doctors should have the right to cast two votes each. Whereas Gladstone demanded that only one person should be given one vote. Finally Disraeli accepted Gladstone's arguments and every rich man in England was given the right to cast one vote. The poor and women were still not given the right to vote.

Why was England made the United Kingdom

Meanwhile, the farmers' movement in Ireland intensified and they started agitating for ownership of land. When the British army suppressed them, clashes started taking place between the soldiers and the farmers at many places. Finally, Ireland was crushed by force and made a part of England. But even then the Irish people were so strong that they forced the joint state formed with England to accept their separate identity. In this way, the separate identities of England and Ireland remained. Similarly, the separate identity of the people of Scotland also remained and finally the United Kingdom of 123 islands was formed in which England, Ireland and Scotland have separate identities. All three consider themselves to be separate nations. That is why it is called the United Kingdom. No single name has been given till date, and it is not even possible to give one. In that sense the UK is not a single nation but a shared state of three nations.

Continuous strife and war

Before the beginning of the 18th century, not only France and England were fighting among themselves, but England and Ireland and England and Scotland were also fighting among themselves. On the other hand, within England itself, there were continuous fights between Catholics and Protestants. Louis XIV of France fought a fierce war with King William of England and these people also fought heavy battles with the kings of Holland and Netherlands. Till then, these wars were not the battles of national armies but were the battles of different vassals.
After the formation of the Nation State in the 20th century, the ancient disputes of the respective regions also started being addressed from the new Nation State. But the truth is that before becoming the ruler of England, William was the vassal of Orange, a vassal of Southern France and similarly, the Dutch Nation had two different states – Holland and Netherlands. There were wars going on between them too.
In the beginning of the 19th century, the kings of Great Britain and Ireland decided to jointly rule and named it the United Kingdom. In 1803, at the instigation of England, the Wahab vassal of a small area of Saudi Arabia captured Mecca and Medina and named the entire area Saudi Arabia. In 1804, Francis I established the Austrian Empire. In 1805, the fleets of France and Spain fought with each other and finally, due to the superiority of Indian ships, Britain defeated both France and Spain. At the same time, British influence also increased on Egypt and Muhammad Ali of Egypt announced the modernization of his nation.

Inspired by India's storehouse of knowledge, the first university was opened

Meanwhile, the Germans took thousands of valuable texts and documents from India and took them to their country and then for the first time in 1810, a small university was opened in Berlin, which was actually inspired by the ancient Indian universities and by 1850, it took a remarkable shape. In which about 100 students were studying. Hegel, Bismarck and Karl Marx came out of this Berlin University. Germans saw big states in India for the first time and spread this information in Germany. Inspired by this, in 1871 AD, Bismarck merged 300 estates of Germany and announced the establishment of German Nation State for the first time. In competition with this, after some time UK also moved forward in the process of becoming a nation state. Before that UK was not a nation state.

The first war of the 19th century was fought with sword and bow

The gun was made for the first time in Europe in the 19th century AD. When Napoleon fought the war to conquer Europe, there were only a few cannons in his army. Mostly bows and arrows and swords were used in that war. The first revolver was also made in 1814 AD. In 1816 AD, a severe cold wave spread across Europe and that year summer did not come to the whole of Europe. Electricity had not been invented till then. Hence, millions of people in Europe died of cold and starvation.

Expansion of the state through wars and agents

Meanwhile, the powerful communities of England and the merchants skilled in looting and other Europeans had also learnt the methods of looting people outside Europe and were using them everywhere. With the inspiration of England and Italy, a person who had become a Christian in China declared that he was the junior of Jesus Christ and that he had taken incarnation to convert the whole of China into Christianity. With the inspiration of the church and through deceit and fraud, a network of Christian missionaries and churches spread in China and a large number of people started becoming Christians. Then, the Chinese gentleman Sun Yat Sen, who had returned from America after studying, emerged as the leader of the Christians and he gave the slogan of Chinese nationalism and declared the Manchu empire as foreign and declared to start the fight for China's independence. Europe made Sun Yat Sen the biggest leader of China and started trying to pit China against Japan.

Lenin and Stalin were promoted by England and France because they fought against Germany

Meanwhile, the First World War had started and European Christian countries were fighting fiercely among themselves. Germany claimed that wherever there were Huns, it was its territory and hence it had the right to rule over all those territories. Japan joined Germany in this battle for supremacy and the Ottoman dynasty of Turkey also declared its support to Germany. Due to the Indian forces, England and France won this battle and promoted Lenin and Stalin against the Czar and after the war, they were allowed to form the Soviet Union by encircling a large area.

England and France won on the strength of Indian armies

In the Second World War, again the joint front of England, France and the United States of America became active against the front of Japan and Germany and Stalin's disciple Mao Zedong assured England and France of support against Japan. As a result, after the war, Mao's Communist Party was not only allowed to occupy the whole of China, but also Mongolia, the southern areas of Manchuria and Yunnan province. Later, Nehru handed over Tibet to Mao. In this way, in the 20th century AD, Indian armies were the reason behind the victory of the Allied powers in both the world wars and that is why England had to leave India due to the fear of those armies and the pressure of the American President. While leaving, they handed over the throne here to their disciples.
The Suez Canal was constructed during the period 1859 to 1869 AD in search of a relatively shorter route to reach India. At the behest of England and France, the rebellion of Muslims was encouraged in north-western China.

International institutions created for the objectives of war

Meanwhile, an institution called Red Cross was formed as a support service force in the war and it was declared to have the right to go anywhere in the world for service in the midst of war, which in a way was the right to intervene in international matters. The construction of the Suez Canal created a link between the Mediterranean Sea and the Red Sea, which made the way to reach India easier and also made it easier to reach Indonesia etc.

The world's first labour strike

In 1871-72 AD, a severe famine also occurred in the Parsik region of India in which 20 lakh people died. In 1874 AD, the Home Rule movement gained momentum in Ireland. On the other hand, people from Europe who reached America in search of wealth and property, there was talk of looting and terrible oppression of the local residents. In the state called United States of America which was formed in Central America, due to the availability of land and crops and the availability of some basic amenities of life, the Europeans increased their population rapidly and also continued to expand their boundaries in America. But at the same time, the railway workers went on a nationwide strike against the construction of railway lines by European companies by making American Indians (Red Indians) do bonded labour, which created a stir. This is considered to be the world's first national workers' strike and with its spread, all Europeans started getting scared of Marxism because Marx had announced the downfall of capitalism and the proletariat revolution.

The Communists seized power by treachery: The British supported them

On the other hand, the Czar started mass murders of opponents in Russia. Against this, the Russian peasants revolted fiercely and started a war. The Communist Party under the leadership of Stalin and Lenin, trained by the Europeans, played an important role in this political war and gradually succeeded in infiltrating among the peasant army. Finally, as a reward for supporting England, France and America in the First World War, they were allowed to occupy a very large area, which led to the formation of the Soviet Union. The communists soon started murdering their comrades in the peasant movement and monopolized power.

Killings and cruelty of farmers

All the assurances given to the farmers were denied by the communists. In fact, the killings of farmers were started. Their land was snatched from them. The argument given was that private property is the root of exploitation and hence all property belongs to the state which will distribute it justly. By introducing the new concept of collective ownership of property, farmers were forced to work as farm labourers on their own farms and the management of property was handed over to the workers of the Communist Party. Who became the new landlord class. Milovan Djilas has described this new class in detail in his book 'The New Class'. The traditional life of the farmers was also destroyed. Their ownership of the farms was abolished. Many of them became proletarians and started going to the cities to work as unemployed labourers.

Attractive slogans to hide cruelties

But the oppression of the peasants did not start only after the Soviet revolution. The oppression of peasants in all European countries including England and France was going on continuously since the 14th century AD and fierce peasant revolts kept happening everywhere. These were suppressed again and again. Although the whole of Europe remained an agricultural society till the 19th century AD. The ownership of land was snatched from one group and the other group kept dominating it and this sequence continued continuously. Even then, any kind of industrial prosperity could be achieved only in name till the middle of the 19th century AD in Europe.
As mentioned earlier, in the beginning of the 19th century AD, Napoleon made a strong effort to impose the domination of the French monarchy on the whole of Europe. All the slogans of equality and freedom were only a strategy to mobilize the workers. After the initial success, political snatching started. On 31 January 1793, Danton declared that the boundaries of France extended from the sea to the Rhine river, the Alps and the Pyrenees mountain range. Thus, he declared to subjugate large areas of Holland, Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. This is why he clashed with England. (Europe of the 19th Century by Michael Reppert, Chapter 3, Page 32-33, Macmillan Publications, 2005)
When Louis XVI was hanged in January 1793, anger spread in Europe. At that time, for the first time, some people in England started talking about the English nation. The ruler of Spain also declared war against the French rulers. French forces entered Netherlands, Germany and Belgium and Holland was forced to sign the treaty. French hold on Belgium strengthened. Poland was divided and Prussia started planning its expansion.
French forces started creating havoc in Germany in 1796 AD. Along with this, Commander Napoleon Bonaparte increased pressure against Austria in the borders of Italy. Austria signed a treaty with Napoleon. Austria accepted France's supremacy on the left bank of the Rhine river. The Christian Roman Empire started disintegrating.
Bonaparte attacked Egypt in May 1798. Britain started feeling threatened by this. Finally, Britain and Austria signed a treaty with Russia, Portugal, Naples and Turkey. British Indian Navy surrounded Bonaparte's army in Egypt in 1798 AD and the next year Russian forces along with Austria drove the French forces out of Italy.
In the continuous wars, the principalities of the Christian Roman Empire decreased from 365 to 40. As a result of this war, various states occupied the land of the church. Many intellectuals from France to Germany took ownership of new political developments against the church. Thus, on the strength of the knowledge of the world, especially India, and giving a Christian colour to that knowledge, nationalism gradually developed in Europe in the 19th century AD and people active in opposing the atrocities of the Church developed the concept of nation state which is in a phase of constant change. Because many international institutions have been created to limit the sovereignty of the nation state and for this many international agreements have been made and rules have been framed. In essence, this is a part of the plan of domination by various powerful communities and individuals of the world. Till date, no idea in Europe has really developed for the purpose of knowing any truth of the world. Because no tradition of seeking the knowledge of the Supreme Being has been developed there. Whatever ideas are presented and nurtured there, they are for some material and political i.e. power-oriented purpose. These purposes are so petty that to cover them, a cover of attractive ideas and slogans is created.

Modern allopathy is called orthodox, conservative, traditional, conventional, biomedicine, mainstream medicine and western medicine. In common language, it is called allopathy. The word allopathy is derived from the Greek words Allos and Pathos, Allos means opposite or reverse and Pathos means a troubled patient or suffering. The word allopathy was first used by German physician inventor Samuel Hahnemann. In allopathy, medicines with opposite properties are used to suppress the symptoms of the disease. In allopathy, medicines with opposite properties like laxatives or painkillers etc. are used for the treatment of any disease symptom such as constipation or pain without understanding its root cause.

Ayurveda “Ayurvedayati Bodhayati Iti Ayurveda” means the science that gives knowledge of health and long life. “Ayurveda Tad Ayurvedayati Iti Ayurveda:” The science through which age means life, age division i.e. its branch, Ayu-vidya, Ayu-sutra, Ayu-knowledge, Ayu-symptoms (signs of being alive), Ayu-system, various body structures, anatomy and their functions, physiology, Ayurveda which gives complete knowledge of all these subjects, “Hitahitam, happiness, sorrow, ayustasya hitahitam”. Maan cha tacha yatroktam ayurveda: sa uchyate. Cha S 3-41.'' That is, there are four types of age, beneficial age, harmful age, disease, happy age, health and sad age (disease), the proof of beneficial diet and harmful unhealthy diet for those four types of age and the knowledge that it provides according to its form is called Ayurveda.

Allopathy is the negative science of disease

In the allopathic system of medicine, diagnosis and treatment of the disease has been discussed only through the disease and its pathology. The word disease pathology and disease itself are negative, the word age and Ayush and Veda and knowledge are positive words. In allopathy medical system, there is discussion of disease and illness i.e. negative topics. How to stay healthy? There is no discussion of this, these are negative signs of positive feeling of health. Now gradually understanding is arising, along with disease science, health science is also being discussed in the medical science curriculum.

Sanatan is a positive science of health between three dimensional body, mind and consciousness

aayu kamayamanen dharmarth sukhasadhanam|
aayurvedasheshuvidheya paramadar:|| ashtagahridayam..

That is, the long life of the body is the means of religion, wealth, work and happiness. A person who desires a long and healthy body should follow the teachings of Ayurveda with utmost respect. A healthy body is the first condition for every development and creative work. Natural Yoga Ayurveda is the universal science of a healthy body and mind.
In Ayurveda, Yoga and Naturopathy, it has been discussed a lot about how to remain healthy. Therefore, under the Dinacharya, Ratricharya, Ritucharya, how should be our lifestyle, diet, lifestyle, thoughts, sanskar and behavior in the six seasons of summer, rainy season, autumn, winter, winter and spring. It has been described in detail, so that health is protected and life is protected. Therefore, three-dimensional medicine is a positive positive science.

In the Allopathy system of medicine, diseases of various parts of the body and their allopathy treatment have been discussed. Diseases of various organs are negative. Although disease and its diagnosis and treatment are necessary, but the ways to avoid and prevent disease are not always told. In this view also it is a negative science. If a person is given knowledge of health protection and health promotion, then only that health science becomes more useful and meaningful. This is the reason that in ancient times a formula was applied for health protection in China, India and other Asian countries “The superior physician cures the illness before it is manifested and the inferior physician only cares for the illness which he was not able to prevent.” In Ayurveda, Yoga, Naturopathy, health promotion and health protection have been discussed more along with the treatment of diseases, hence it is a positive science.
In the allopathy system of medicine, only the use of medicines is told to cure diseases. Doctors do not discuss about health habits i.e. what to eat, what not to eat, sleep, wakefulness, diet, lifestyle, emotional state, mood. If by chance the patient asks about his diet, the doctor just repeats his words and says, keep eating whatever you want. Keep coming to me again and again at an interval of 7 or 15 days, keep consulting me so that your work and ours can continue.
Ayurveda is a new medical system of natural and yoga therapy for disease relief and health system, the main basis of which is balance and equanimity, just as diet, nature, nature, sattva, rajas and tamas, energy received from Ida, Pingala and Sushmuna, Aum = Om are symbols of spiritual soul energy. Three dimensional and Vata-Pitta-Kapha, Tridosha Brahma, Vishnu, Mahesh Tridev, Creation, Enhancement, Dissolution, Creation Chakra, Almighty Om A U M are related to brain, heart, navel respectively, thoughts, love and consciousness respectively. Sky, Earth, Underworld Trilok and Ida, Pingala, Sushumna tri-energy channel and conscious semi-conscious unconscious tritropographical psyche and id-ego-superego, tri-dynamic psyche-balance, length, breadth, depth. If these three-dimensional three-dimensional macro-balance is there, personal health, family health, social health, national health, global health and cosmic health remain correct. Health is the name of the music of rhythm and beat created by the right balance between the body, mind and consciousness, combined with food, activities and thoughts. Statement-

Meaning- One who has balanced diet, activities, rest and efforts is successful, healthy and a yogi. He is not sad and sick.
The whole world is running on the basis of cause and effect. Nothing happens without a reason. This is a universal principle. If the rain is right, neither too much nor too less, i.e. good, then the yield is good. If the yield is more or less, then the yield is not satisfactory. If the foundation is strong, then the house is good and strong, but in the context of health, we forget the relationship between cause and effect. When we get sick, we put the blame on others, because we are so great that how can we be guilty ourselves? When we get sick, we do not consider ourselves to be the cause. Sometimes we blame the weather - like cold when we have a cold, heat when we have fever, or blame the rain when we have boils and pimples, although the weather certainly has an impact on the body, but the most important thing is the type of our body. How to keep it. What kind of diet, lifestyle, thoughts and values are being given to him. How many different disorders like blood, lymph, liver, pancreas, kidney, stomach etc are free or combined within us, whether it has been made weak or healthy and strong, there is a need to understand the function and cause very well.

Always keep in mind this statement of Lord Shri Krishna, 'Uddharet Atmana Atmanam Na Atmanam Sadpanayet'. Atman eva hi atman: vandhur atmaiva ripu atman:| 6/5| Bandhu: Atma Atman: Tasyayen Atma and Atmanajit. Anatmanatu Shatruve Vartet Atma and Shatruvat| 6/6| That is, we ourselves behave like enemies by adopting wrong food, wrong lifestyle, negative thinking, unbalanced sanskar, chaotic behavior, untimely rest, rhythmless discussions and life discussions. So wake up, you are your own friend as well as enemy. If you live a healthy, disease-free life full of awareness, then you prove to be your own best and right-directed friend. If you are unable to do this, then you prove to be the most dangerous enemy for yourself.
To what extent have we changed our diet, lifestyle, thoughts, sanskar and behavior that disease has become our destiny. The totality of Indian Sanatan Hindu sanskar, culture, tradition, heritage, civilization, etiquette, civility etc., received from inheritance, has become like a dream in today's modern lifestyle. Three words are formed from the metal 'Kri' - Prakriti, Sanskriti and Vikriti. Prakriti is the original state. From this, if we want, we can become cultured, adopt good traditions and culture, become healthy and refined and make ourselves a cultured and healthy yogi by adopting good habits and sanskaars or go in the wrong direction, adopt distortion and become sick by becoming distorted. The food we eat, the clothes we wear, the language we use, the God we worship etc. indicate our civilization and these are the things that identify our culture. Natural Yoga, an Ayurvedic treatment, is the identity of our Indian civilization and culture. It is not a mere medical system, but it is the science of a healthy, strong, virtuous life. It is the philosophy of an ideal life and the art of living a loving, interesting, decent, fortunate and peaceful life. It is the identity of our advanced Sanatan culture.
Allopathy is not a simple and direct treatment of disease but the opposite; it is not only anti-disease but anti-life medical science. Allopathy medicines give an illusion of being healthy but at the same time the side effects of these medicines increase the risk of many other diseases. All allopathy medicines have side effects. Sometimes their side effects prove to be fatal. Undesirable effects occur in the form of adverse reactions of medicines. It can range from a runny nose, heaviness in the head to depression, suicidal tendencies and even heart attack. Side effects are more in old age, weak vitality, obesity and other serious problems. For example, opioids, painkillers, blood thinners warfarin and medicines cause simple itching to rashes and life-threatening anaphylactic reaction. Heart disease and high BP. Angiotensin Converting Enzyme (ACE) inhibitors like Lisinopril, Fiptopril, Enalapril, Ramipril, etc. can cause angioedema, swelling in the mouth, tongue, throat and difficulty in breathing. If not treated on time, it can prove fatal. The diabetes medicine Metformin causes diarrhoea, severe hypotension due to increase in lactic acid in the blood, Hypothermia, drastic decrease in blood pressure and temperature, acetaminophen, paracetamol with painkillers can cause liver damage, NSAIDs can cause stomach bleeding, gastric ulcers, kidney damage, high BP, heart attack, brain stroke, paralysis, etc.

The main cause of disease is not the germs but the weakening of the life force (vitality)

In allopathy, the cause of disease is considered to be pathogenic bacteria, virus, fungus, weather, environment etc., whereas the main cause is the weakening of your life force, vitality, immunity resistance power and defense mechanism. If the vitality and immunity is right, then no disease can affect you. Even if it does, it comes and goes away. In front of the powerful immunity, diseases and germs cannot do anything despite millions of efforts. This immunity is of two types - disease eradicator and health protector.
Innate or Native Immunity - In whichever caste, tribe or society, people have been infected by a particular germ years ago, then that caste, group, country or region develops immunity against that disease, like plague of humans and smallpox, redpest of animals and many other diseases due to which lakhs of people have died prematurely in the past. Those diseases are not seen now. Even if they occur, they are not fatal.
Secondly, under adoptive immunity, the first is maternal passive 'humoral immunity' and the second is 'maternal cell mediated immunity'.
Under maternal passive humoral immunity, different types of antibodies such as maternal antibody IgG reaches the fetus with placental neonatal FCRN receptors in the third month of pregnancy. The second antibody IgM and the third IgD antibody are expressed together in the fifth month of pregnancy. The fourth antibody IgA reaches the body of the child with colostrum of mother's first milk after delivery i.e. breast feeding.
Maternal Cell Mediated Immunity In the first week of development of the embryo created by the union of healthy active and strong egg-sperm of parents, the first immunity hemopoietic stem cells develop in the embryonic egg yolk sac. After birth, after some time, it reaches the bone marrow via the liver and spleen. The foundation of B and T lymphocytes is laid here and then they are cloned in the thymus. It is here that B lymphocytes are selected as plasma cells and the second as memory cells according to their capacity and T lymphocytes are selected as natural killer cells (innate immune cells) and cytotoxic T (adoptive immune) cells, helper T cells, regulatory T cells and memory T cells and training is given. Thymus is the training center for immunity soldiers. To assist them, there are innumerable crores of neutrophils, basophils, macrophages, dendritic cells, cytokines, chemokines, properdin, bradykinin, etc. who fight against many germs. Vitality and immunity should be increased to fight diseases and germs, for which proper diet, balanced lifestyle and constructive thinking are necessary. Recently, about 7 crore, 10 lakh, 681 people died in the whole world from COVID-19 till April 2024, that is, the total population of the whole world is 8,122,426000 i.e. 8.1 billion, that is, the number of survivors is the highest, that is, those who had high immunity, survived. The basic question is how to increase the immunity of the disease? We can increase our immunity through proper diet, proper lifestyle, balanced thinking, positive thinking, proper exercise, yoga, pranayama, meditation, worship, good values and balanced behavior.
In fact, wherever there is dirt, toxic matter, morbid matter, toxins, germs, bacteria, viruses and fungi etc. grow inside or outside the body. If the body is kept detoxified, toxic and toxin free, then the possibility of disease ends. Therefore, in natural yoga and Ayurveda medical system, detoxified diet, fresh fruits, green vegetables, sprouted grains, dry fruits, almonds, walnuts, peanuts, cashew nuts have macronutrients like carbohydrates, protein, fat, cobalt, micronutrients like calcium, magnesium, iron, iodine etc. Vitamins A, B, C, D, E etc. along with pro-vitamin A, onion, spinach alpha carotene, beta carotene, beta cryptoxanthin etc. carotenoids flavonoids etc. micronutrients and Immunogrit herbal medicine protects from 500 diseases ranging from cold, eye, skin, lung to cancer etc. Zeaxanthin and lutein present in spinach get accumulated in the form of macular pigmentation optical density in the macula lutea fovea behind the retina of the eyes and maintain the central vision, which helps in seeing any object clearly. It increases the immunity. Similarly, the use of foods containing various types of flavonoids like flavones, rutin, luteolin, quercetagetin, sibellin, gospetin, potuletin etc., flavones, maryanicetin, flavonoids, anthocyanin and carotene, and the use of colorful, red, orange, yellow, black, purple colored foods - papaya, mango, blackberries, blueberries and purple colored foods like mulberry, grapes, brinjal, cabbage, sweet potato, orange, grape-fruit enhances immunity in a great way.
Allopathy medicines give the illusion of getting rid of the disease, but the disease does not go away from its root. There is an illusion of getting cured from one disease, and the second or third disease occurs due to side effects. Medicine, biological therapy as genetic therapy, immunotherapy and targeted therapy take the initiative to cure one disease by producing another cancer, allergy, anxiety etc. Just as lakhs of people have lost their lives due to AIDS, similarly, lakhs of people are suffering from this new disease ‘AIDS’ i.e. Adverse Effect of Drugs (Aids) and due to indiscriminate use of antibiotics, they have developed extreme multi drug resistance like MRSA, ESBL, VRE, CPE, Streptococcus pneumonia etc. ESB and MDRO, carbopenem resistance, gram negative bacteria and various new diseases, and are admitted in hospitals and waiting for death. There is no cure for them. This is the reason that years ago, the world’s greatest scientist Dr. Thomas Alva Edison had predicted the side effects of allopathy medicine and suggested ways to avoid it. ÒThe doctor of the future will give no medicine but will interest his patient in the care of human frame in diet & in cause of & prevention of disease.
Hippocrates, who is called the father of modern medical allopathy system, had said in his statement made 2400 years ago that ÒÒLet food be thy medicine and Medicine be the food & walking is man’s best medicine.ÓÓ Regarding disease, he says that ÒÒDisease is the natural process of the body and the symploms are the reaction of the body to the disease. The main function of the Physician is the aid the natural process of the body. Give the power to creat a fever & I can cure any disease.ÓÓ But today's allopathy doctors take oath in the name of Hippocrates but do not follow his statement. For this, there is not much discussion in their curriculum about diet and lifestyle, the way there is discussion in Ayurveda naturopathy and Yoga medical science.

Another physician was Sir William Oursler, 1st Baronet FRS, FRCP, who is also famous in the medical community as the Father of Medicine, Founder Professor of John Hopkins Hospital and his medical practice Science and Art of Medicine. His statement ÒÒone of the best & first duties of the doctor is to educate the masses not to take medicine, the best doctor gives the least medicine. What Nature cannot cure nobody cancure.
Even in Ayurveda Yoga Naturopathy, fever is considered to burn away all the disorders and germs of the body and is treated by natural means like fasting and decoction of herbs like Chiraita, Tulsi, Giloy etc.
The basic mantra of Ayurveda is “Yadya Pathyam Kim Aushadhaya: Yadya Pathyaam Kim Aushadhaya” and in further detail “Pathye Sati Gardasya Kim Aushadha: Nishevanam”. Pye asati gadaartasya kim aushadh nishevanam.'' Meaning, if the diet is correct, then what is the need for medicine, if the diet is not correct, then what is the need for medicine? Keep taking medicines worth lakhs of rupees, the disease will not go away.

Vinapi Bheshjai Vyadhi Pathyadev Nivartate|
Na tu pathyavihinsya bheshjanaan shatairpi|
‘Yeh na aharaviharen roganam udvabha bhavet|''

That is, without improving the diet, the disease will not go away, as a result you will remain sick throughout your life.
How can one get rid of diseases without keeping the diet balanced? Unless you use disease-preventive stools and toxin-eliminating diet, you will never get relief from the disease, even if you take medicines worth lakhs of rupees. Because there is no medicine in the world better than diet, “Na cha diet sam kinchit bheshjyammupalabhyate| Shakyateipyan matren narah kartu niramayah||''
Only by improving diet can a sick person be cured. This is the reason why renowned doctors and professors of allopathy have accepted the importance of diet therapy in the treatment of various diseases. Rdydg3dbhy Shtddhmhmdgadya has expressed the gist of his years of medical experience in the following words - 'Unless the doctors of today become dietician of tomorrow & the dietician of today will become the doctor of tomorrow.' What type of diet is healthy? Lord Shri Krishna has given a very scientific explanation of this in Geeta. The diet which makes the mental, physical and consciousness healthy and strong is as follows:

Ayu Satva Bal Arogya Preetivivardhana:|
Rasya Snigdha Sthira Hridya: Ahara: Satvikapriya: ||17-8||

For a person, that food is that which increases his life span, health, happiness, existence, strength, intelligence, ghee, perseverance, intelligence, memory, tolerance, stability and love and is beneficial for the heart and brain. Such irrigated and greasy fresh fruits and vegetables, easily digestible and tasty dishes prepared from cow-ghrita, safe, sattvik grains and sprouted grains are the food that is dear to the healthy and sattvik people aspirants of health and Ayushman.

Mental illness diet

katu amla, lavan ati ushna, tikshna-ruksh-vidahin:|
aahar rajasasya ishta: du:kh shok aamaya prada:||17-9||

That is, extremely bitter, sour, salty, extremely hot, pungent, dry, excessive burning, irritating foods like fried, fried, chili-spicy foods like pizza, burgers, hamburgers, hotdogs, noodles, puri, shortbread, dumplings, tea, coffee, alcohol, bread, salty and various types of snacks, alcohol, tobacco, intoxicating foods etc. are harmful for people of Rajas nature. Are dear. There is an abundance of acidic elements in such a diet. Such diets cause mental and neurological diseases by adversely affecting neurochemicals. This type of diet is liked by those who achieve success without any effort. People with Type A personality have three qualities: Those who consume green (hurry) curry i.e. chillies, spices, fried foods (Hurry, Worry, Curry…., Fast life, Full of Worry stress, strain, Fast fried fatty, spicy food, Confectionary, Synthetic & Processed, Fast food, Pizza, Burger, Hot dog, Hemberger etc.) often struggle with mental and physical problems. Tamasic foods that cause physical, emotional and mental illness – “Yatayamam gat rasam puti praryusitam cha yat.” Uchchishtam api cha amedhyam bhojanam tamas priyam|| 17-10||'' That is, the food which is rotten, tasteless, foul-smelling, stale and contains the most impure non-vegetarian food is the food of those with Tamasi tendencies, which is the cause of many diseases.
The specialty of Indian religion and science has been that it has coordinated religion and science together for the development of life. Some ignorant people consider religion to be against science, but it is not so. Always remember all the following equations. The joining of religion and science leads to the development of individual, social, national and global human life and the whole.

Dharma+science = development of life
Dharma-science = hypocrisy, blind faith

Science-religion = sad direct example of destruction

The sad incident of nuclear destruction of 6 August 1945 is from Japan. In the beginning of Hiroshima-Nagasaki due to atomic bombings by America, 1 lakh 50 thousand people were killed in Hiroshima and 2 lakh 46 thousand people were killed in Nagasaki and till date children are born there with the possibility of cancer caused by radiation. At present, the wars in Israel, Hamas, Palestine, Hezbollah, Iran, Syria, Russia-Ukraine are also the result of this. Every religion gives the message of love and peace, if everyone accepts it then there will be no place for war.

This mantra of Maha Upanishad always gives the message of love, friendship and world brotherhood in the whole world -

Its proof is found in ancient inscriptions and ancient texts such as Vedas, Quran, Bible etc. According to the Ayurvedic system of medicine, a person is healthy when there is a balance between the three basic elements of his body, Vata, Pitta and Kapha. Every person has a unique combination of these three, honey helps in restoring this Tridosha to its balanced state. In Ayurveda, honey is used internally and externally for nutrition and treatment. It is also used as anupaan (a substance that is taken after medicine or food which helps in digestion). The policy of 'Sweet Revolution' was implemented by the Government of India in 2020, which promotes honey production and beekeepers. Patanjali is a leading brand in the field of honey globally, which meets the challenges of quality and food safety. At present, we understand honey as antiseptic, anti-bacterial, anti-inflammatory, anti-tumor, prebiotic, probiotic, anti-oxidant, anti-cancer, and immunomodulatory agent and this is also being certified by various researches. Around 300 different types of honey are made by bees all over the world. All these types of honey have been found to be different in their taste, color, various chemical components, physicochemical properties, health promoting properties. However, some major chemical components are also found similar in all types of honey, due to which honey is used in various medical practices all over the world. Today, we also know honey as functional food for its medicinal properties. The list of functional food includes those substances that provide health benefits and are also rich in nutrition. In some ways, these substances are found naturally, such as honey. Apart from this, there are supplements designed to improve health which contain other additional ingredients such as fortified flour in which Patanjali has added various minerals and iron along with wheat. Iron has also been added to salt to prevent the effects of anemia.

What is honey?

In simple language, honeybees (Apis species) consume pollen/flower nectars and store them in their bodies and make honey through various processes and store it in their hive, which is used to extract honey as per the time. Therefore, as many types of flower nectars are consumed, that many types of honey are available globally. Here we identify honey as blossom honey (unifloral and multifloral). If there is only one type of pollen (>yz%) available in honey, then it is called unifloral. In India, unifloral honey is mainly found in mustard, litchi, acacia, sunflower, eucalyptus etc. However, mostly honey with mixed pollen grains is found, mainly multiflora Himalayan honey, wild multiflora honey and Sundarbans multiflora honey. Due to different types of pollen grains in this type of honey, there is a difference in its taste, colour etc., which is a tough challenge for any producer to maintain its quality. The physical characteristics, chemical composition and medicinal properties of honey mainly change according to the nectar taken by the bee, different geographical locations, climatic conditions etc., different extraction methods, processing, packaging and preservation techniques. According to these parameters, the quality standards of honey are controlled. Honey collected commercially or locally can be further processed and packaged and it is also classified accordingly. The major ones among these are - comb honey, crystallized honey, pasteurized honey, filtered honey, ultrasonicated honey, creamed honey, dry honey, bakers honey etc. which are used all over the world to make many types of food items. Apart from blossom honey, there is another type of honey which we also know as honeydew honey. This is not flower honey but it is the product of two types of insects. These insects like Drumuuka, Aphid, various other insects use the sweet liquid found on the bark and leaves of trees to produce a sticky liquid called honeydew and it is collected by bees living in remote forests and is known as honeydew honey. In India, it is mainly obtained from clean, natural and pollution-free areas of Kashmir and Himachal Pradesh.
Honeydew honey contains more amino acids, proteins, minerals, vitamins than regular honey and has high antioxidant, antibacterial activity and medicinal benefits.
Apart from honey, the wax that comes out from the honeycomb is soft, pleasant, insect-killing, wound healing and good for bones and cartilages. It has been found beneficial when applied in the form of ointment in vata disorders, leprosy, snakebite, vipadika etc.

Madhu (Honey) according to Ayurvedic texts

Sushruta Samhita is an ancient text of Ayurveda which describes various diseases of human body, their symptoms, and ancient principles of their treatment. Eight types of honey have been described in this text. Pautik - It has dry, hot and energy enhancing properties. Pautik Madhu is produced by large types of bees, its color is similar to ghee and has harmful effects on Vata, Pitta and blood. Bhramar Madhu - It is white in color produced by Bhramar bees. This type of honey is described as heavy (not easily digestible-Guru), it has excessive stickiness and more sweetness. Kshoudra - Its quality is light (easily digestible) and it has cold and anti-flatulence properties. Makshik- This is the best honey, its colour is similar to sesame oil. It is produced by red coloured honey bees and is specially used for cough and asthma. Chhatra (Chatra)- This honey becomes sweeter after digestion. This honey is also heavy (Guru), its quality is cold and it is very sticky. It is mainly given in bleeding, leucoderma, urethral discharge and worm infection. Auddalak- This honey becomes pungent (katu) after digestion. It is good for eyes, eliminates kapha and pitta dosha, it provides taste and is beneficial for voice. It is also used as a treatment for skin diseases. Daala- This honey is of subtle quality and is used to control vomiting and diabetes. However, according to Charak Samhita, there are four types of honey such as Makshik, Bhramar, Kshoudra and Pittak. Kshudra Madhu is brown in colour and is produced by a small type of bee. Apart from this, according to Ayurveda, honey is of two types based on its properties - Navin Madhu (fresh honey) and Purana Madhu (old honey). Honey which is fresh or recently collected is Navin Madhu. It provides nutrition, increases body weight and acts as a mild laxative. When the honey becomes old (about 1 year after honey collection) then it is called Purana Madhu. It is drier than Navin Madhu and acts as an absorbent and reduces body fat. Thus, body weight also reduces. Hence, old honey is better for the treatment of patients suffering from obesity. Charaka has called Madhu as Kashaya-Madhur, Ruksha, Guru, Sheet, Raktapittahar, Kaphashamak, (manage Khapha imbalance) Vatavardhak (increase Vata in body), Chedan. According to Sushrut, mature honey removes the contaminated tridosha and is called tridoshashamak, whereas unripe honey irritates the tridosha and tastes sour. Honey should not be heated because its consumption after heating has a toxic effect. For this reason, its use with hot liquids, in hot weather and in people suffering from heat-related diseases is prohibited. Vomiting is an exception to this because in it it comes out of the body, hence it does not get a chance to cause toxic effects. But in Unani medicine, hot honey is used for some preparations. Cold honey should always be preferred over natural honey. Like other liquids, honey is also adulterated. Usually various types of artificial sugars are added to it. At present, a comprehensive campaign is being run at national and international level to prevent adulteration in honey and ensure its authenticity. Under this, adulteration is detected by testing various types of quality standards.

Medicinal use of honey according to Ayurveda

Honey is also used as a main medicine in Ayurveda such as it is applied externally on eye diseases, physical injuries, burns, skin disorders, internally it is used with other herbs such as cough (kasa), asthma, respiratory disorders, bleeding disorders, excessive thirst, vomiting, hiccups, diarrhea, stress, headache, abdominal disorder, jaundice, dysentery (diarrhea), high blood pressure, bed wetting in children, teething problems etc. Special benefits have been found by drinking decoctions prescribed for obesity and diabetes mixed with honey. In Ayurveda, honey is used for beauty- for smoothness of the skin. Combination of honey with ghee in equal quantity is also prohibited, but their combination in odd quantity is very beneficial.

This shloka is from Ashtanga Hridayam, (the primary ancient text of Ayurveda) which tells us that Madhu (or honey) is very good for eyesight and can also quench our thirst for drinking water. However, their quantity and their different types depend on the floral nectar extracted by the bee and different physical and natural climates.

Therapeutic Properties of Honey

Honey mainly acts as anti-cancer, anti-inflammatory, anti-tumor, prebiotic, probiotics, antiseptic, antioxidant, anti-diabetic, for heart health (cardioprotective), immunomodulatory agent.
Patanjali Honey

Patanjali Honey occupies a leading position with quality in the field of honey. During its production (from processing to packaging), it undergoes more than 100 quality tests to maintain its quality and authenticity. The purity and traceability of Patanjali Honey is ensured. In this direction, the Sumadhu app by Patanjali Research and Yoga Institute has been playing an important role. This app has received the first prize from the National Level Seminar on Beekeeping (Organizer- National Institute of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (NI MSME), Hyderabad, Telangana and National Bee Board, Government of India) for using Artificial Intelligence (AI) based technology to maintain the quality and purity of its honey. This is a major step taken by Patanjali to be a part of the beekeeping revolution and contribute to the sustainable growth of the honey production business. Patanjali Honey has antiseptic properties due to which it helps in healing injuries and wounds and also protects the body from inflammation. Its consumption keeps the heart healthy as it helps in controlling the amount of sugar and cholesterol in the blood. Consuming it gives instant energy because it contains high amount of fructose sugar which instantly provides energy to the body. Regular use of Patanjali Honey infuses new energy in you. Various food items of which honey is a prominent place, are being produced by Patanjali through scientific and authentic methods, passing through various national and international quality standards, providing health benefits to people not only in India but also in almost all the countries of the world and through which the dream of our Yogrishi Swami Ji Maharaj and Ayurveda Shiromani Acharya Ji 'Om Sarve Bhavantu Sukhinah Sarve Santu Niramayaah' is fulfilled.
JNN There is a very popular saying - fitness is a thousand blessings. If you cannot go to the gym and want to keep yourself fit, then this news is for you. Just seven minutes of exercise can not only keep you fit and healthy, but can also help in changing from inactive lifestyle to active lifestyle.
In this hectic life, due to lack of time, people are not able to pay proper attention to their health, while for this seven-minute exercise, there is no need to spend a lot of money to go to the gym nor is any heavy equipment needed. Just a chair or bench is enough. Some of these exercises include jumping jacks, push-ups and crunches.

Obesity rate in India is alarming

A Lancet study shows that obesity rate in India is alarming. Here 70 percent of urban population is overweight. In terms of obesity, India ranks third in the world after America and China. For people suffering from obesity, the exercise program prepared on a purely scientific basis by the well-known exercise psychologist Chris Jordan can be very beneficial.

People are considering the exercise program as a panacea to stay fit

It is worth mentioning that Chris Jordan had prepared an exercise program more than a decade ago which solves the problem of living a 'sedentary life' - that too in just seven minutes. Its purpose is to adapt every exercise to one's physical speed.
People in the world who are facing untimely increasing obesity, lack of time and are unable to buy gym or expensive exercise equipment are adopting this exercise program of Chris Jordan as a panacea to stay fit. In continuation of this growing popularity, Jordan told the Washington Post that do as many jumping jacks as you can in 30 seconds. If it is less than what someone else does, don't stress. He said that you can do jumping jacks as per your body weight. It follows the same philosophy as traditional High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) with five seconds of rest.
Courtesy: Jagran
https://www.jagran.com/lifestyle/health-you-can-stay-fit-with-just-seven-minutes-of-exercise-23867509.html

Polished grains have less nutrients and fiber than husked grains

Removing the outer layer and polishing reduces the nutritional value of millets

emoving the outer layer and polishing reduces the nutritional value of millets. By removing the outer layer, the grains of millets cook quickly and remain fresh for a long time, but lose nutrition. This information has come to light in a study. The five small-seeded Indian millets studied by the researchers include Kangni (foxtail millet), Sawa or Kutki (little millet), Kodo, Sawa (barnyard millet) and Chena or Punarava (proso millet). Polishing removes nutrients like fiber, fat, phytates and minerals from the millets. Polished millets have less nutrients and fiber than husked grains. Researchers from Madras Diabetes Research Foundation, Chennai and ICAR-Indian Millet Research Institute, Hyderabad have conducted this study. Its results have been published in the Springer Link journal Discover Food.

Protein content also decreased

Protein levels also decreased in all types of coarse grains except sawa and kutki due to polishing by removing the thick layer of the grain. Grains containing husk took more time to cook but their nutrients remained intact. Similarly, polished millets without bran lost more solids during cooking and also absorbed more water. This showed that by removing the outer cover of the seed, it became structurally weak.

● The research findings state that polished coarse grains have less fiber and nutrients, but despite this they are sold at a higher price. Consumers get confused by seeing their shine.

Coarse grains are rich in nutrients, yet people eat more wheat and rice

Coarse grains are rich in nutrients, however despite this they are used less compared to other grains like wheat and rice. They contain nutrients like Vitamin B, calcium, iron, potassium, magnesium, zinc in abundance. These grains are popular in many parts of the world, especially in Asia and Africa. Coarse grains are also produced in large quantities in India. Rajasthan produces the most Sri grains. Coarse grains such as sorghum, millet, jowar, ragi, fonio, kodo, kutki, also known as 'kadan', have been neglected for years despite their many qualities.
Polishing increases the level of carbohydrates and starch in grains. Due to this, the level of sugar (glycemic load) in the diet can increase. These grains of grains have a hard outer layer which is removed while cleaning the grains. After this, the bran is separated from it and polished, due to which the grain starts looking shiny and beautiful.

Carbohydrate and starch levels increase

Plant seeds store a mineral called phosphorus in a naturally occurring compound called phytic acid. It binds with other minerals such as calcium and iron in the digestive system and forms a substance known as phytates.

Depression patients increased due to less sunlight

ith the increase in winter and lack of complete sunlight, the number of depression patients has also increased in the city. Many such patients are coming to the mental cell department of hospitals every day for treatment, who are not under any mental pressure, but are not feeling normal due to the change in weather. Psychiatrists call this condition seasonal affected disorder.

After the increase in winter, people are also facing problems due to lack of sunlight for many days and staying awake till late. Dr. Saket Nath Tiwari of Ghaziabad's Psychiatry Department said that the number of patients of seasonal affected disorder is increasing. He told that many such patients are coming daily in whom symptoms of this disorder are tiredness, lethargy, despair, frustration, lack of concentration. These symptoms also decrease after winter, but if it is not treated, the condition can become serious.

Avoid TV and mobile at night

If someone is feeling tired and lethargic in winter, then sit in the sun as much as possible every day. Along with this, increase physical activity. He told that exercising in the morning, getting full sleep and staying away from artificial light also improves. Apart from this, do not use TV, mobile and internet after 9 pm.
