Lifestyle and Diet

When darkness envelops,
Deeply in the mind,
When you got feared,
Of predictable or 
non-predictable things.

When you are in great distress,
Due to many obstacles,
When you are grappled,
Demerits like sex, anger.

When enemies like greed, 
infatuation,
Attack you to deviate from path,
Face them with knowledge like vairagya, 
Eradicate them to bring 
peace in world. 

They deviate you,
From path of teacher,
They create obstacles,
In your precocious life.

Great warrior like Arjuna,
He was leaving battlefield,
He was about to deviate from religion,
He was asking about 
their kith and kin.

Arjuna, Rama are facing,
Struggles in their life,

Arjuna, Rama are adamant. 

Oh Arjuna! Leave adamancy,
Bow down to feet of teacher,
Bow down to feet of teacher,
And attain the ultimate goal.

No knowledge without reverence,
Listen this fact attentively,
Arjuna has great reverence,
Only then, you can come to me. 

If you bow down to feet of teacher,
Leave adamancy and lead happy life,
You can get teacher’s bliss,
You can attain it your teacher’s feet.

Enemies are at every step to create obstacles oh God I am your child hold my arms so that I could not be deviated and missguided in the world of greed oh God give me to version to my Guru.

The boat of life has been floating for many years and whenever Eastern wind blows it moves in the stream of of happiness and pain and I want this boat to reach to its destination beyond all sorts of happiness and pain.

Oh God I may never be cheated by greedy things as they are very strong enemies and I do not be influenced by them while a what it might be difficult and full of obstacles I could be able to focus my attention on you you such a concentration I should be blessed with oh god bless me with the devotion for my Guru.

ये प्रकृति अनमोल रतन

नदियाँ मिटाती प्यास हैं

नीला यह आकाश है

सभी फलों में बहुत मिठास है

ईश्वर तो निराकार है

वही सृष्टि का आधार है
