   In life, the goal, aim, goal, destination, purpose or duty should be kept big or great. To take for petty purposes is disrespect or contempt of life. Have I set a huge soul or purpose in terms of religious, economic, political, social, ideological and global? My goal is to make India the superpower of the world by making my country strong in all directions, for achieving this goal, I have to make 18 hours of great effort and use the meanS earned from it to create a capable, prosperous and cultured India, although this goal is difficult, but it is not impossible for me. May the crores of countrymen who are thinking, may you grow up in this goal and together we all must reach this destination.

Second Stage of Yoga Revolution

Haridwar, 23 December: On the occasion of Kisan Diwas, Patanjali completed 600 days of voluntary Yogahar. The occasion was celebrated as 'Soil Testing and Nutrition'. On this occasion, Mr. Pawan Kumar, senior member of Yogahar and Chief General Manager of Pori, said that various topics have been combined in this program so far, from the practical point of view and discussion on yoga and diet. When Pujya Swami ji and we were engrossed in penance and meditation, then we thought that in order to free this country, this society from foreign conspiracies, education, medicine, our dependence on the products used in daily use, we should Something must be done. We took this resolution for the upliftment of the nation.
When it came to making this idea a reality, we had no choice. That's why we went to Haridwar and took refuge in the ashram of Pujya Shankardev ji. Here, from the year 1995, we started the journey of our resolution. It was in that year that we established the Divya Yog Mandir Trust, which was in seed form. Then it was not visible to anyone. The letter which was conspiredly written and circulated in the media on 09.11.2022 in a sponsored manner by the Ayurveda and Unani Service Uttarakhand involved in this conspiracy, bypassing the departmental responsibility, has not yet been made available to Patanjali Sansthan in any form.
No letter or information has been made available even after contacting at the departmental level. Patanjali has already replied on 30.09.2022 to the Licensing Officer, Dehradun, Uttarakhand in the context of the 'misleading advertisement' talked about by the media. But now information has been received from the media about arbitrary one-sided action in violation of the order of the Hon'ble High Court. Patanjali firmly said that in this context, the department should correct its mistake and take appropriate action against the person who is involved in this conspiracy, otherwise the persons responsible for this conspiracy should be punished for criminal act along with compensation for the institutional loss caused to Patanjali Sansthan. The organization will take legal action to punish.
The work done to take Yoga-Ayurveda to the world, that work was not done by any government or any other institution in these 75 years of independence. We are deeply hurt by the kind of act done by an officer.
In any way in the establishment of Ayurveda and Yoga Patanjali will continue its fight against anyone who conspires or is involved in any medical mafia or anti-Sanatan conspirators, staying within the purview of the law.
Taking cognizance of this thoughtless act of defaming Ayurveda, the way the Uttarakhand government rectified the mistake, we are grateful to the government for taking cognizance of this mistake and rectified it. 

The risk of death due to stroke is also increasing among the youth. Children, old and young no one is spared from the danger of heart disease. This disease is spreading rapidly all over the world. We are presenting some living examples of this here-
First of all, let's talk about the famous television actor Siddharth Shukla, who fell victim to a heart attack at the age of just 40. Bigg Boss 13 winner and a well-known television personality Siddharth Shukla died of a heart attack on the morning of September 2, 2021. Many people could not believe at all that how Siddhartha suddenly died at the young age of 40 years.
Siddharth Shukla died of a heart attack. The night before his death, he was a little unwell, due to which he had taken some medicines. But later his health started deteriorating so he was taken to a nearby hospital. The doctor said that his condition had started deteriorating gradually and his heart beat had also become very slow. Due to which he died.
In one such incident, another well-known TV actor Siddhant Veer Suryavanshi died of a heart attack during a workout in the gym. His age was only 46 years. Siddhant fainted during the workout. Siddhant was immediately taken to Kokilaben Hospital in Mumbai, where doctors declared him dead after treatment. Siddhant proved his acting skills in many TV programs like Kasauti Zindagi Ki, Mritt Krishna-Arjun, Kusum, Grihasthi, Kya Dil Mein Hai etc. Siddhant Suryavanshi was very conscious about his fitness. For this, he used to sweat in the gym for hours every day. He also died in the gym itself. He had a heart attack during a workout in the gym.
Famous comedian Raju Srivastava also suffered a heart attack on 21 September 2022 during a workout in the gym. He was running on a treadmill at the time of heart attack. Raju fought for life and death for 42 days and breathed his last at AIIMS Hospital in Delhi. 
Comedian Malkhan of the TV show 'Bhabhiji Ghar Par Hain' had collapsed while playing cricket. His nose was bleeding. He was immediately taken to the hospital where the doctor declared him dead. He had shot for his show till the night before his death. Deepesh used to be very active regarding his fitness, in such a situation, he is forced to think about death due to heart attack.
Some medicines adversely affect our heart, the use of which causes heart attack. We discussed this in the previous issue as well, let us share some more information about such medicines-

GERD or gas acidity medicine is also making heart sick

4.   Salt name: Cisapride: Cisapride was discovered by Janssen Pharmaceuticals in 1980 and approved in 1993 and sold under the brand name "Propulsid", used to treat gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) (commonly referred to as acidity or heartburn). Also called acid reflux). It was withdrawn from the market in many countries because it caused abnormal heartbeats (arrhythmias) that could lead to death.
    One case related to Propulsid is of a 2-month-old baby Sarah who used to throw up a lot of milk after drinking milk, due to which her weight was decreasing day by day. When her parents took her to the doctor, the doctor prescribed Propulsid (a medicine for acidity) and said that it would keep Sarah's spitting up under control until she was 12 months old. Sarah's problem started getting cured with that medicine and her weight also started increasing. Katie puts Sarah to sleep one evening after feeding her milk, but little does Katie know that this might be her last goodnight with her daughter. The next morning, when Katie wakes up at 6.30 am, she remembers that her daughter didn't make any noise to drink her milk tonight. She gets upset and feels that something wrong has happened, she runs to turn on the light of the room and sees her daughter. Her body turned cold and rigid, Beau comes running in and sees that his daughter is dead.
    Three months after Sarah's death, Beau read an article in the newspaper. In which it was stated that Propulsid has been pulled from the market because the drug killed too many adults and children. Whatever could be found about the drug. While researching it, he soon found that many children had died of heart failure while taking the drug. The FDA never actually approved Propulsid for use in children. Doctors were using it off label in children. A survey found that 20% (about 11,600) of 58,000 children had used Propulsid. In 1993, when the FDA approved the GERD drug Propulsid, they knew that the drug could lower the QT interval (the QT interval is a measurement on an electrocardiogram that is used to assess certain electrical properties of the heart.) Can increase the problem of diabetes and can cause the death of the patient. However, FDA officials were aware of the life-threatening risk. They approved the new drug in July of the same year with a warning in the fine print on the 135th line of the drug's label. Shortly after Propulsid's release, the FDA began receiving reports of patients who experienced heart irregularities and even died of heart failure after taking the new drug. Yet the drug company denied that any of these deaths were a direct cause of the new drug. It was withdrawn from the market by the FDA on July 14, 2000.

Status in India: It was banned from the Indian market in February 2011

This problem of throwing milk has been going on in children since time immemorial. 5.   Salt name: Rofecoxib: Rofecoxib was sold under the brand name Vioxx which was approved by the FDA in May 1999 for the treatment of osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis and pain. By the time it was withdrawn from the market in 2004, it had been prescribed to 80 million people, and the Merck pharma company had sold Vioxx to the tune of $2.5 billion (Rs 18,750 crore). Merck Pharma Company also published a fake research paper The VIGOR (Vioxx gastrointestinal outcomes research) in a journal to expand Vioxx's approval data and boost sales. Before the VIGOR study was published, scientists within the Merck pharma company had grounds for suspicion that Vioxx was associated with increased cardiovascular risk.
   In September 2004, Merck voluntarily withdrew Vioxx from the market due to concerns about an increased risk of heart attack and stroke associated with long-term, high-dose use. Merck withdrew the drug after revelations that it concealed negative information about Vioxx's risks from doctors and patients for more than five years, resulting in 88,000 to 140,000 cases of serious heart disease.
    According to a 2004 study in the medical journal "The Lancet," 88,000 people had heart attacks after taking Vioxx, and an estimated 38,000 died.
    As of March 2006, there were more than 10,000 cases filed against Merck regarding adverse cardiovascular events linked to Vioxx and the adequacy of Merck's warnings. In 2007, three years after pulling its blockbuster painkiller Vioxx off the market, Merck agreed to pay a $4.385 billion (₹36,375 crore) fine to settle nearly 27,000 lawsuits.
    The above pharmaceutical company which is considered to be very responsible has printed false research papers to sell its medicine only to earn profit and you can imagine when it is about the side effects of any medicine in a country like America for 5 years to doctors, patients and FDA. You can lie, you can hide the amount of harm that the patients were suffering by lying if they can, then in a country like India, where there is no strict checking system, how much damage these foreign companies would be causing there.

6.  Salt Name: Valdecoxib (Valdecoxibh): Valdecoxib is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug which was patented in 1995. It is sold under the brand name Bextra and was approved by the FDA on November 20, 2001 for the treatment of arthritis and menstrual cramps in women. On April 7, 2005, Pfizer withdrew Bextra from the US market on the recommendation of the FDA, citing an increased risk of heart attack and stroke and a risk of skin reaction. It was marketed by the drug company for various off-label uses.
    Pfizer and its subsidiary Pharmacia in 2009 off level use of Bextra on & Upjohn 'fraud' or false branding with intent to mislead 2.3 billion dollar (Rs 18,750 crore) fine by the court imposed on.9

Heart problems due to antibiotic drug

7.   Salt Name: Rosiglitazone: Rosiglitazone was approved by the FDA in 1999 as an anti-diabetic drug in the US, sold under the brand name 'Avandia'. It was removed from the market in 2007 due to the risk of heart attack, it was withdrawn from the market in European markets in September 2021 and in India and Spain in 2010, while in South Africa it was removed in 2011. Rosiglitazone sales were approximately $2.5 billion (Rs 18,750 crore) in 2006. Over 13,000 lawsuits filed against GlaxoSmithKline Pharma due to adverse effects caused by rosiglitazone as of July 2010, GlaxoSmithKline Pharma (GSK) had agreed to settle more than 11,500 of these lawsuits. A 2011 study found that rosiglitazone was associated with 170 heart attacks, 649 heart failures, and 431 deaths per 100,000 people. In 2012, the US Department of Justice announced that GlaxoSmithKline agreed to plead guilty and pay a $3 billion* (Rs 22,500 crore) fine for withholding the results of two studies of the cardiovascular safety of rosiglitazone between 2001 and 2007. Was. From November 2011 to November 2013, the Federal Government (USA) did not allow 'Avandia' to be sold without a certified prescription.10
    Status in India : Rosiglitazone Rezult in India (Sun pharma), Avandia (GSK) and many more used to be sold by Pharma companies but in India its sales are restricted since 2010. In India it is used to be done by 70 lakh to one crore people.10

Diclofenac increases the risk of cardic arrest

A large Danish study suggests that diclofenac is associated with serious cardiovascular complications. The Danish scientists analyzed data from the Danish National Health Service which keeps records of all Danish citizens. The study involved 1.4 million people who started taking diclofenac. They were compared to 3.9 million people taking ibuprofen, 291,000 taking naproxen, 765,000 taking acetaminophen (paracetamol) and 1.3 million taking no painkiller.
The researchers found that people taking diclofenac were 50% more likely to experience a serious adverse effect than those not taking any painkillers. Complications included heart rhythm disturbances (atrial fibrillation or flutter), clotting stroke, heart failure, heart attack, and heart damage. They were more likely to experience such side effects than people taking other painkillers.
Diclofenac is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) used to treat pain and inflammatory conditions such as arthritis. Diclofenac was introduced in 1965 by Ciba-Geigy (Novertis pharma). It came into medical use in the United States in 1988. In 2019, it was the 74th most prescribed drug in the United States, with over 10 million prescriptions.

The use of diclofenac has been banned in India, Nepal, Bangladesh and other countries since 2006 for the risk of kidney failure in animals (vultures) but is freely available in the market in the form of tablets, gel and injections for use in humans. Diclofenac is still sold worldwide under the brand names Voveran (Novartis pharma), Dictotal (Blue Cross), Gudgesic (Mankind Pharma) and many others.

The arrested accused have been identified as gang leader Ramesh Patel alias Ghantu (31), his younger brother Ashish Kumar alias Chhotu (22) and website developer Harendra Kumar alias Harry (25). Harendra is BCA pass, currently he is doing MCA from Patna college.
The accused have cheated hundreds of people across the country to the tune of lakhs. Five laptops, 10 mobile phones, 19 SIM cards, 12 debit cards, four check books, six passbooks, WiFi modem and Rs 1.66 lakh in cash have been recovered from the arrested accused. North District Police Commissioner Sagar Singh Kalsi said that North Delhi resident Nitin Sharma had given a complaint of 2.4 lakh fraud on the cybercrime portal of the Ministry of Home Affairs. The victim told that after searching on Google, he found the website of Patanjali Yoggram. On calling the number, a person introduced himself as Dr. Sunil Gupta of Patanjali. After the conversation, asked the victim for 10 thousand rupees in the name of registration. The amount has been paid online. After this, 2.4 lakh rupees were gradually cheated from the victim. 

11. Does the Gurukuliya education system have any relation with the new education policy?

Interrelationship between new education policy and ancient Gurukuliya education system - The ancient Gurukuliya education system was very noble, useful for life, self-welfare, world-welfare, full of knowledge-science of the subtle and gross world. The education policy which has been discussed by modern educationists and which is the goal of the new education policy at present. As there should be holistic education, education should be curiosity-centered, there should be continuous evaluation of the student. Education should be based on the roots of culture, experience should be accessible education, action based education should be there. The course should be according to the capability of the student etc. The proofs of this are adequately found in our Vedas, Smritis, Upanishads, Darshana and books like Ramayana, Mahabharata etc. Which was imbibed by the sages in the Guru-Shishya Gyan Parampara of ancient times. Gurukuliya knowledge, especially the education described in the Upanishads, was imbued with Guru-disciple dialogue, curiosity, practical, experiential and cultural values. Which we can understand by self-study of Kenopanishad, Kathopanishad, Prashnopanishad, Taittiriyaopanishad, Chhandagyopanishad etc. After the last almost 200 years, we are happy that some points in the current new education policy exactly match the Gurukuliya education system. For example, we will do a point-wise comparative study of both the education policies here.

1. Growth of physical, vital, mental, intellectual and spiritual forces.

3. Curiosity based education

Modern educationists believe that education should be curiosity based. It should not happen that we go on giving very high sermons and the student does not understand anything. At the time of examination, if he passes something by rote, in fact he will enjoy studying when he himself will do some curiosity. The scientificity of this thing was known thousands of years ago by our sages, that's why the first mantra of Atharvaveda's Brahmacharya Sukta begins with the word Ikshan which means-curiosity.

In Maharishi Dayanand ji's biography, there is also an interesting episode of Guru-disciple dialogue, in which Maharishi Dayanand ji has asked many questions to his Guru Virjanand ji, to which Dandi Swami ji has answered - sometimes there is a debate between Guru-disciple. used to go. Virjanand was a great logician, but Dayanand was also not an ordinary eloquent. Guruji used to give him the titles of 'Kaljivi' and 'Kulkar' several times.
The Prasno Upanishad contains a very interesting instance of a guru-disciple dialogue in which these six Brahma inquisitors come to Maharishi Pippalad:
Om Sukesha and Bharadwaja, Shaivya and Satyakama, Sauryayani and Gargya, Kaushalya and Ashvalayana, Bhargava and Vaidarbhi Kabandhi

7. Observation & Project based education

Satyakam Jabal is sent to the forest by his Guruji with a project and says that when these 400 cows become 1000 then return to Gurukul only then we will educate you. To complete this project, Satyakam Jabal returns to the Guru after observing from the earth, from the winds, from the directions, from the sun, from the cows and from the entire nature, having attained Brahmagyan.

Seeing Satyakam, the Guru said, O gentleman! You seem to me as if you have become a Brahman. Who has taught you the Brahman? Satyakam says: O Guruvar! I have been taught something by various components of nature such as special bull, fire etc. different from ordinary human beings, yet Lord I am your disciple please fulfill my desire i.e. please instruct me.

The most important and distinctive word in the context of Hinduism is 'Dharma'. Even in the New Oxford English Dictionary, now the entry of the word 'Dharma' is different and its meaning has been given - 'The divine code of duty and self-religion according to Hindu and Buddhist 'Dharma'. While the entry of the word 'Religion' is different and its meaning is given- 'Belief (belief) in a single Supreme Deity'.
Hence the word 'religion' is specifically Hindu and Buddhist. It is well known that Lord Buddha himself was a Hindu and he used the word 'Dharma' in the Hindu sense only. Hence 'Dharma' is the special identity of Hindu. In this way only the Hindu religious scriptures have the right to determine what is religion. Just as Christianity is determined by the Bible and Islam is determined by the Quran. 'Dharma' is determined by the theological scriptures which are numerous and varied but there is consensus among all regarding 'Dharma'. This consensus is continuous from Rigveda to modern times. The 'Dharma' of the universe is in the form of a continuous cycle of universal cosmic laws, then the 'Dharma' of human beings is non-violence, truth, asteya, ritual, austerity, self-control, abstinence, holy life, peace and uprightness. This is the religion of human beings only, not of Hindus only. But it has been called human religion only in Hindu theology and thus it is the specialty of Hindu theology only. Therefore, faith in 'Dharma' is the identity of a Hindu. It is clear that 'Dharma' is eternal, has always been and will always be. Therefore, Hinduism is the eternal 'Dharma' faith. The word 'Hinduism' is an expression of the essence and meaning of being a Hindu according to grammar. One who has Hindutva, is a Hindu. One who does not have Hindutva cannot be a Hindu. It is impossible by definition. Hence Hindutva is the life and essence of Hindu, identity and conclusion.
After this consensus, according to the talent and expertise of the scholars and mystics in the religious scriptures, it is natural to elaborate on 'Dharma'. This is not a difference from the original, but it is an effort to explain the original. For example, in order to explain a poem or principle, its detailed discussion is done, but in any discussion, discussion is not absent. Similarly in the theology of 'religion'

Necessity of religion for all human beings

Accordingly, common religion is that which is mandatory for all human beings in the whole world. This has also been called human religion, common religion, composite religion, universal religion and simple religion. The one who holds a human being in his natural healthy form is 'Dharma' (Manavdharma). That which obstructs and distracts, weakens and sickens the natural nature of man, is 'unrighteousness'. In this way, thinking of 'religion' for human beings is Hindutva and implementing that idea in life and continuously trying to implement it is the basic characteristic of being a Hindu.
Manu explained these in the form of ten symptoms. In Matsya Purana, Vayu Purana, Vishnu Purana and Markandeya Purana also these qualities have been told with little difference. Different memories also discuss these only. In the Mahabharata, Shantiparva says that the complete absence of malice towards all beings and the Panchamahabhutas and giving grace and charity to individuals and creatures is Sanatana Dharma. It is necessary to see that malice towards others is not expressed through gracious mind, words and deeds. This is the sign of great people.

Essential for life 'Dharma, Artha, Kama'

The religious scriptures have called 'Dharma', Artha and Kama Purusharth essential for life for humans. Every human being should wish for Moksha Purusharth, but not every person has the ability to do the spiritual practice of Moksha Purusharth. This power comes only after the accumulation of virtues of many births, it has been unanimously said in all the religious scriptures. The three purusharths that have been said for everyone, they are a part of 'religion' only when all three are religious. That is, righteous meaning and righteous work are the purusharth. Unrighteous work and meaning are perversion and sickness. Without going against 'Dharma', all possible happiness is attainable and enjoyable. The statement of Aap Stambha Dharmasutra is- 'Bhokta cha Dharmavirudhan Bhogan. And Mubhau Lokavbhijayati. The same thing has also been said in Udyogparv and Shantiparv. One should never indulge in lust by going against 'Dharma'. He commits sin. Hence 'Dharma' is the main criterion of Purusharth Trivarga.
The question of nationality is worth discussing in this context. In fact, it has been the ideal of all our scriptures that the Chakravarti Emperor should establish 'Dharma' on the whole earth. This is his right as well as his duty, but at the same time, from the scriptures and Puranas and historical texts it is proved from this that only very majestic emperors can establish 'Dharma' on the whole earth. It is a special Rajdharma. But in the geographical boundaries of India, 'Dharma' has got importance since time immemorial. Therefore, this geographical boundary determines nationality. Although this limit has also been decreasing according to the effort of the emperor. Because for thousands of years, the entire Eurasia has been the territory of the kings of India. It has been Rajdharma to ensure that Dharmachakra continues to operate in that entire region. However, the entire Himalayan region, which actually goes up to Siberia (Shimira) and includes the whole of North China and Russia and Afghanistan, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Azerbaijan, Khotan etc., starting from there to the oceans in the south-east and west, is part of India's territory. The national boundary has been fixed since ancient times. Among them, the region where the Aryans especially practice virtue is called Aryavarta.

India is the central area of Sanatana Dharma's practice

Aryavarta is the region extending from the Himalayan region to the Vindhya region and south of Kumari Cape. In whose south-east and west there is sea. This Aryavarta is a specially worthy area for Yagya. Where there are no Vedic Yagya, that area has been called Mlechha area. In this way, the nation of India is the central area for the practice of Sanatan 'Dharma'. According to the power, tenacity and efforts, it is the royal religion to continuously develop this area, but it is a mandatory duty to protect such a geographical area. This geographical area is the basis of nationality. Although it is also clear from the scriptures that wherever the people who follow Sanatan Dharma predominate, the spread of Indian nationalism should be considered there. In this way, there is no compulsion to be limited to the geographical area, but historically from the Himalayas to Indu Sarovar i.e. Indian Ocean and Indus Ocean, especially the national territory of India. Along with following general religions here, the residents here have been following their own specific 'Dharma' i.e. Swadharma. This self-religion is possible only when there is a strong state. Where there is no strong state, that area becomes chaotic. The condition of an anarchic district is appalling. This thing has been said time and again in Ramayana, Mahabharata and all the Puranas. Therefore, to ensure the observance of Sanatan 'Dharma' in the entire nation, it is necessary to have a national state. This feeling is the basis of nationalism.
That is why Rajdharma has been called the essence of all religions. In Mahabharata it is said in Shantiparva. 
'Sarva Dharma Rajdharmapradhanah l Sarva Varnah Palyamana Bhawanti ll

Due to the extinction of Rajdharma, all the religions of Varnas and Ashrams disappear. Therefore, the initiation of Rajdharma is the best initiation. The education that gives knowledge of Rajdharma is the best of all education. is sheltered and all the worlds are protected by Rajdharma only.)

Indra and Mandhata Dialogue

In the 65th chapter of Shantiparva, there is mention of the dialogue between Indra and Mandhata in ancient times, in which Mandhata has been told by Indra that the Yavanas, the Kiratas, the Gandharas, the people of China, the Shabarjans, the Barbarjans, the Shakas, the Tusharas, the Kankas, the Pahnavas, the Andhras, The Sanatan Dharma of all Brahmins, Kshatriyas, Vaishyas and artisans, including Mandrakas, Paundras, Pulindas and Kamboja residents, is service and grooming of parents, Acharyas and scholars, and grooming of sages living in ashrams (listening to them carefully is the only grooming ), respect towards kings, rituals of Vedic deeds and religion, Shradh of ancestors, digging wells, vapi, tadag etc., running water area means making water accessible to people in public. Giving charity, building dharamshalas, truthful speech, non-violence, behaving without anger, protecting the livelihood of others, protecting one's ancestral property, maintaining one's wife and children, leading a pious life and not harboring ill-will towards anyone. All this is the religion of human beings. It is the duty of the king to see that these religions are followed uninterruptedly. It is Rajdharma to punish those who create obstacles in this. When the rulers do not follow Rajdharma, then all the living beings lose the discretion of duty and non-duty.
In this way only the state which follows Rajdharma protects the nationality. Suppression of the hindering elements of nationalism is the only purification. Kantakshodhan is the main Rajdharma. In the protection of nationalism, efficient punishment of the state is paramount. Along with this, it is Rajdharma to see that in a safe state, discussion of scriptures and religion should be uninterrupted and religious traditions should be followed uninterruptedly. In the absence of Rajdharma, nationalism is divided and Sanatan Dharma is interrupted. 

In order to preach Rajdharma to Maharaj Yudhishthira through questions by Devarshi Narad, the main features of Rajdharma asked in verses 17 to 46 of the fifth chapter of Lokpal Sabhakhayan Parva under Mahabharata's Sabhaparva have been recalled. Devarshi further exhorts Rajdharma in detail and gives more important advice to Maharaj Yudhishthira. He explains through the question that the commander should always be full of joy and enthusiasm, brave, intelligent, patient, efficient in his work, full loyalty to the state and the king and a person of the best clan who should lead a pious life. Similarly, other important commanders of the army i.e. various commanders should be skilful in war in all respects, fearless and honest and mighty. After this, he draws attention to the important duties related to the army. He asked Maharaj Yudhishthir :- 'You make arrangements for full nutrition and salary for your army, don't you? And they make all this accessible on time, don't they? There should be neither any shortage nor delay in what is due to soldiers and military officers, because lack or delay can create anger among the employees towards the owner, which becomes the cause of great disaster.
Similarly, they also ask this question that all your ministers must be from the best clan, are they attached to the state and the ruler, aren't they? Are they ready to sacrifice even their lives in battle? Is any one of the employees undisciplined and does not do war and other state work on his own accord? Also, after completing the work well, doesn't he start expecting more salary etc.? Here Devarshi is saying that the employee and officer who do the work more well should always give the appropriate money and respect separately to the ruler, but if the employee and the officer himself starts expecting it, then it is not a good sign.

Duties of the king according to the political scriptures

Devarshi asks that do you protect and nurture the children of the officers and employees who have sacrificed their lives for the welfare and welfare of the state, or who have been in trouble? In the same way, if a more powerful king surrenders to the enemy, in refuge due to fear of or due to lack of means. If you have come, you follow him like a son, don't you? Are your all people consider you as trustworthy and equanimous as their parents. Do you agree? Here the duties of the king propounded by Devarshi are all our politics has also been said time and again in classical texts. de facto state all people are called Praja which means progeny. Therefore the king is always like a father to the people, this is what all the scriptures say and it has been said in political scriptures.

Love and affection towards the subjects like own child

These are essential duties to keep happiness, prosperity, harmony and harmony in our state. But seeing these qualities, no one should get confused that the king or the ruler should be a good man just like the gentleman householders. The right and duty of the king is special and therefore while love and affection like a child towards his subjects is necessary, as we saw the conduct and behavior of Shri Narendra Modi himself during the Corona crisis, the king's behavior towards the enemies of the nation Must be completely different. That's why Devarshi asks the next question. That seeing or hearing of your enemies trapped in addictions, you attack that enemy with great speed considering his military power, mantra power i.e. knowledge power and treasury power, finding him weak, don't you? It is clear that one should not be gentle with the enemy because he is a thorn in the nation and also a thorn in the world. Therefore, by assessing its weakness, first of all, a fierce attack should be made on those sides only so that it gets destroyed.

Diplomacy as described in Indian Political Science

Next to this, Devarshi Narad also threw light on the science of diplomacy described in Indian political science. He told the king to stay away from both divine and human addictions. At the same time, those addictions spread rapidly in the enemy side, it was said to be the duty to keep doing something like this. The divine addictions are - fire, water, famine or famine and pestilence and other diseases. Keep your kingdom free from them and try to spread arson, flood, famine and pestilence in the enemy's kingdom or they . If it is spreading, be a helper in it. This is diplomacy. same way man addictions are - giving importance to fools, allowing or being helpful in theft, being indifferent to enemies and being greedy. Along with this, biased behavior is also a human addiction. The king should never give importance to fools in his kingdom and should always be aware of the enemies and should consider the merit of the concerned person while handing over the responsibility in the administration, not on the basis that he is dear to himself. Should be given Theft in the state should be strictly stopped and the king should never be tempted to collect more money in his treasury in any way. Efforts should be made to ensure that all these bad qualities and bad tendencies are strong in the enemy's kingdom, because this will make the enemy weak from within and it will be easy to destroy him.

King's view of the enemy

In this sequence, Devarshi asked that you know the Twelve Circles and Parshni Moolam and you always keep your duty towards them constant, don't you? Here 'Dwadash Mandal' is a terminological term which means-- Enemy and enemy of enemy (2), friend of enemy (2) and two chief friends of friends (2). They stand ahead. Devarshi Narad asks that while attacking the enemy, you give advance salary to the soldiers, don't you? At the same time, being a Jitendriya yourself, you are always careful to win over the enemy who is lying in your mind, are you not? Along with this, in order to subdue the enemy, it is also necessary that you should have these four qualities: Saam, Daam, Dand , Bhed to be used to reach upto the enemy. So that the opportunity he can consider the treaty when he comes or when there is a need.

Policy propounded by Devarshi Narad

Devarshi's next question to Maharaj Yudhishthir is that you attack the enemies only after making the foundation of your kingdom firm, don't you, and then you do your best for victory, don't you? Along with this, he also asks that after the victory, if the conquered king comes to the shelter and makes a treaty, then he will protect him completely isn't it? This has been a unique feature of Indian diplomacy. Other countries in the modern world do not follow this policy. That's why neither his fame would spread nor he would be able to stay in foreign countries for long. All the countries of Europe had to withdraw from wherever they made colonies abroad within a hundred years of establishing complete control. England itself had to withdraw from India within 90 years, because these states do not follow the policy told by Devarshi Narad. Instead, the influence of Indian kings has been lasting for more than a thousand years in many countries of the world, because they follow the policy propounded by Devarshi Narad. Here the purpose of victory is to prove one's effort and bravery, the desire to destroy others by keeping hatred and malice towards them is not behind it.
Similarly, he also asked whether your spies enter in good numbers from place to place and do the work of making the subjects in your favor, right? Along with this, your food and food items, the clothes you wear on your body etc. and the substances used for smelling or other use are first tested by trusted men, right? Because enemies try to harm the king many times by these measures. Therefore, Devarshi says that it is necessary that your money store, food store, vehicle, main gate, weapons and means of income should be protected by very trustworthy people. The cook and the servants of the courtyard should be trustworthy, the ruler should pay special attention to this. Further to this, Devarshi also asks whether your trusted servants do not bring before you the proposal of spending your time and money in gambling or consumption of beautiful women or doing similar makeup games and addictions like drinking etc.? Because the servants who bring such a proposal, even if they are doing it in good faith, they prove to be evil to the king. Beyond this, the questions that Devarshi Narad Maharaj asks to Yudhishthir are also important. They ask that Rajan, according to your religion, your work is done with a quarter of the income fixed for the work of the state, isn't it? Or even when there is a situation of excessive expenditure, the work is done with only half or three fourth of it, isn't it? The entire income is not spent on you, is it? This is a clear instruction for moderation and frugality.
In this way, Devarshi Narad preaches through questions about the king's Jitendriya, restrained and full of political knowledge and a brave and efficient administrator, which are universal rules for the progress of any state.
