Yoga means proper wisdom pertinent devotion, pertinent action, pertinent nature and pertinent culture and been associated with them one has to follow the path of self religion, self Dharma, duty towards Nation,  duty to serve people and duty to serve humanity,  with authenticity. Yoga is the best word of this world while practicing yoga is a medium which ensures growth, prosperity, peace, pleasure, construction, celebration for the world individual family society and the nation. This is a comprehensive stable eternal and scientific medium.

Ashtang Yog , Rajyog, Hath yog, Gyan Yog, Bhakti Yog , karmayog , Mantra Yog, Laya Yog , Kundalini Yog, Pratishravan Yog , salvation yoga etc are various mediums of yoga and their various names but in fact there is no difference among yoga. Yoga and Karma Yoga are prayer endeavours rest working hard prarabdh are included. 

There are basically two forms of yoga one is its practical aspect which is based on practice and philosophy while the second one is its spiritual aspect. My studies my research on myself and on the society people  get benefited on the basis of their experiences and it is believed that every individual should practice yoga asanas exercise Pranayam and meditation every morning and can stay rest of the Day full of energy of yoga ashtanga yoga Gyan yoga at the best yoga with moral and spiritual conduct and this way there will be no problem in the world no disease no stress no agony no poverty no violence no lies no cheating no rush no suicide no trust deficit no lack of purity no lack of satisfaction and no distraction and there will also be no place for atheism. 

Yoga is the only way to save this world from all kinds of Evil things like diseases stress violence war and then I appeal to all the people of the world and different countries with modesty and humbleness that all the children students youth ladies gentleman must practice yoga without any hesitation and ill will it will yield a great result. It is yoga that can mail the whole world happy healthy prosperous divine magnificent spiritual social National and spiritual world will be created.

Philosophy of health

Good health is our birthright whether how difficult circumstances might be. Even if we are a little better conscious and can put a little bit of efforts then we can get good health and can remain self dependent in terms of health. There has been some bill confusions, carelessness, greed, Tyranny and crisis in the field of Healthcare. 
The biggest confusion is that if someone is caused by the diseases like high blood pressure, diabetes, obesity, heart problems, asthma, arthritis, thyroid, cancer, depression or other nerves related problems and brain related problems, then the patient will be asked to take medicine for rest of his life. This theory is totally wrong and is a part of a big conspiracy that these diseases cannot be cured as we have prepared medicines like Mukta Vati, Madhunashini, Giloy Ghan Vati, Medha Vati, Hridyamrit, Shwasari Pravahi, Ashwashila and kayakalp which are very authentic and prepared on the basis of scientific methods and apart from these yoga, Pranayam, Omkar and meditation of Mata Gayatri, awesome of the methods which can cure all these diseases and make a man completely healthy prosperous and happy in life. 
About carelessness I have always said that carelessness repentance idleness are biggest Enemies of humans and Endeavour self Pride and productivity are the biggest sources of human life. Carelessness which makes us unwell helpless poor, unhappy and unsuccessful therefore carelessness is a big enemy. If a man get rid of carelessness then nobody can defeat him in the world. 

By taking advantage of carelessness diseases catch us. If a man does yoga early in the morning and keep himself busy in daily work done he cannot be caught by diseases pain poverty and failure in life. Some people in the name of medicines, some others in the name of other kind of fear some people in the name of astrology and superstition and religion make us dependent upon our Fortune and destiny and we become coward and pessimist. Therefore let us come together and end the confusion which we are faced with in the field of Healthcare and in the place of carelessness we should promote Endeavour and end the Tyranny in this field to save our fellow countrymen. People should become healthy happy prosperous learn good habits become wise become modest become great and have a great character and this is the only purpose of Patanjali Yogpeeth.
