                <title>Role of Yoga Nidra in the treatment of Psychiatric Problems</title>

No creature wishes for sorrow. The evolved creature in all beings is man. Man only wants that he should be healthy, happy, prosperous and get all the opulences of the world, but for the attainment of all these opulences, the most important requirement is 'su-man' i.e. a healthy mind. But today in the world there is a competition for the editing and promotion of food grains. In today's stressful life, despite the availability of resources, a person is wandering in the desire of happiness and happiness. In this blind race the person has become selfish.</h5>
<h5 style="text-align:justify;">His life value and way of life has become like this. It is known that his mind has become distorted. Where a healthy mind keeps a person's body healthy, through which man enjoys all the opulences of the world, the same unhealthy mind is of various kinds. It causes physical ailments as well as social distortions. The mind is the cause of man's happiness and sorrow. That is why it is said in the Brahmabindu Upanishad that - 'Mana aur manushnaam karna bandha mokshayo' i.e. a disordered mind is the cause of man's bondages (sorrows) and a healthy mind is the cause of man's happiness.</h5>
<h4 style="text-align:justify;"><span style="color:rgb(22,145,121);"><strong>What is mental illness?</strong></span></h4>
<h5 style="text-align:justify;">   What is mental illness? It needs to be understood in detail. The diseases of the mind and the mind, these two things have to be understood separately. If seen after thinking, the mind itself is a disease, but the doctor of that disease is also the mind. The diseases which are not related to external objects but only to the mind, those diseases are called mental. The diseases which are born purely within the mind, afflict the mind and whose remediation also comes only through the mind. It is subordinate. Those diseases are called psychiatric or mental diseases. Acharya Vachaspati Mishra says that diseases such as excessive lust, insanity, amnesia, anxiety, dyspnoea, doubt, anger, distorted egoism, distorted dream vision, forgetfulness, sad memory, etc. are called mental diseases because they are born from mental disorders.</h5>
<h5 style="text-align:justify;">If seen in general terms, not every human being is completely healthy, difficulties of life, due to the ups and downs in the journey of life and environment, all human beings sometimes feel despair, worry, fear, restlessness, nervousness, insomnia, stress, uncertainty, enthusiasm. One has to go through various mental conditions, frustration etc., but human beings suffering from these conditions cannot be called mental patients. Rather, on the contrary, such reactions on the mind are said to be non-specialized. It is a sign of inequality. The same reactions come in the category of mental diseases which appear different from normal.</h5>
<h4 style="text-align:justify;"><span style="color:rgb(22,145,121);"><strong>Causes of mental diseases according to modern psychology</strong></span></h4>
<h5 style="text-align:justify;">    According to modern psychology, the main cause of psychosis is the human state of mind, faulty lifestyle, faulty development theory and not being able to adjust oneself properly in family and social life. From childhood to old age, everyone suffers from some mental problem. In childhood, if a child does not get love, good values, then feelings of fear, insecurity, opposition and guilt etc. According to Freud, psychopathy arises when the desires that are repressed and rejected by the society come out of the unconscious and take control of the mind.</h5>
<h4 style="text-align:justify;"><span style="color:rgb(22,145,121);"><strong>Causes of mental diseases according to Indian psychology</strong></span></h4>
<h5 style="text-align:justify;">    In Indian psychology, there is no independent text on psychosis, but the nature of mind and its disorders have been discussed in Vedas, Upanishads, Puranas, Yoga, Ayurveda and Philosophy etc. According to yoga, the Yoga Sutras compiled by Maharishi Patanjali, especially the disorders of the mind and its causes and symptoms have been highlighted, because yoga is the science of ultimate health. The aim of which is to be situated in one's own form by attaining the perfect state of samadhi with a healthy body and a healthy mind. This is complete health and this is complete mental health. Without attaining this complete health, even spiritual practice is not possible. Describing the nature and symptoms of psychopaths in yoga as obstacles on the path of yoga, they have been termed as distraction of mind. Such as- Vyadhi (physical and mental disorder), styana (arrogance), sanshaya (doubtful knowledge), pramad (not performing duty in spite of ability), laziness (increased tamas), avirati (attachment to the objects of the senses), Bhrantidarshan (false knowledge of subjects), alabdhabhumikatva (not achieving any place in spiritual practice) and anavasthitva (not being fixed in a situation even after attaining it) are the main forms of psychopathology and their symptoms from the point of view of yoga. Along with the above nine antarayas or distractions of the mind, five other symptoms also appear.<br />For example, sorrow (unfavorable feeling or pain received by obstacles). There are three types of sorrows namely spiritual, adhibhautik and adhidaivik. Daurmanasya (exhaustion), Angamejaytva (vibration in the body parts), shwaasa and prashwas (not having control over inhalation and exhalation). These five symptoms are also of mental instability fall into the category.<br />Among the causes of mental diseases, Maharishi Patanjali describes the five afflictions – avidya (contemplation before delusional), asmita (knowledge of the inseparability of soul and mind), raga (craving to enjoy pleasures), aversion. (The attitudes arising in the mind towards the things which obstruct the attainment of favorable objects) and Abhinivasa (fear of death of the mortal body).<br />Lord Krishna considers ignorance as the root of mental disorders in Gita and avidya as the cause of all mental disorders, here he says that the prudent can suffer mental distress, not the philosopher because the prudent man is still like a raw pitcher and the Tatvjnani is ripe. Like a pitcher. Which is not affected by the favorable or unfavorable weather conditions.</h5>
<h4 style="text-align:justify;"><span style="color:rgb(22,145,121);"><strong>Reason for Mental diseases according to Ayurveda</strong></span></h4>
<h5 style="text-align:justify;">    Ayurveda has an important place in the glorious tradition of Indian science. Ayurveda considers three main factors at the root of psychosis. (1) Pragyapradha (disturbingness) (2) Asatmendriyartha Sanyog (improper association of the senses with their subjects), (3) Consequence (unfavorableness of the environment) In addition to this, in Ayurveda, adharma and malpractices, excess of nostalgia are also considered to be the main causes of psychopathy.</h5>
<h4 style="text-align:justify;"><strong><span style="color:rgb(22,145,121);">Meaning of Yoganidra and Mental Health</span></strong></h4>
<h5 style="text-align:justify;">    Yoganidra means spiritual sleep or supersensory sleep. During the practice of Yoga Nidra one appears to be asleep but at that time the consciousness is functioning at a deeper level of awareness. For this reason yoga nidra is considered as mental sleep or deep relaxation with inner awareness. In this intermediate stage between sleep and wakefulness, contact with the subconscious and the unconscious dimension occurs spontaneously. In Yoga Nidra, a state of inner relaxation is achieved by moving away from external experiences. In the practice of Yoga Nidra, the position of the physical centers becomes introverted. When the mind is concentrated on a certain center, then the life force and blood etc. get concentrated in that place.</h5>
<h5 style="text-align:justify;"><img src="https://www.patanjaliyogsandesh.com/media/2023-04/211.jpg" alt="21"></img><br />Achieving good mental health by practicing yoga nidra can be done and at the same time the person about your potential from current lifestyle helps in coping with related stressors and living a satisfying lifestyle.<br />Mental problems affect a person's feelings, thoughts and actions, having a direct impact on the person's daily lifestyle. Frustration, stress, anger and anxiety are all emotions, but when these feelings last for a long time, they take birth in the form of mental disorders. These disorders can be overcome in very good and effective ways with the practice of Yoga Nidra. When a person contemplates a negative thought from someone very deeply, then that thought gets disorganized in the seed form in our subconscious mind. This seed-like idea, with time, the plant then turns into a tree. Then there is the one who does this on this negative tree. Negativity, frustration, frustration, anger, jealousy, insomnia etc. start bearing fruit. Therefore the mind is the cause of our happiness and sorrow. The contemplation of good, pure, positive thoughts is free from bondages and vices, and contemplation of impure, negative and non-virtuous thoughts, bondage and various physical and mental problems are born. <br />In the state of yoga nidra, this tree of negativity can be uprooted from the subconscious mind by the refined and subtle power of consciousness.  And through the restraint of the mind, again the seeds of pure and positivity can be sown in the land of the subconscious mind. It has a profound effect on physical and mental health. Yoga Nidra is an effective means of relieving stress. Whether stress is mental, emotional or muscular, the biggest problem in the modern era is this stress, since we are living in the mechanical age where there is a complete lack of spirituality, so there is a lot of frustration and frustration in people's life. The resolution taken in Yoga Nidra is an effective technique to calm and stabilize the mind. Anything in life can fail you but not the resolution taken during Yoga Nidra. The thought taken in Yoga Nidra is sown in the subconscious mind when it becomes relaxed and receptive. The thought taken at the beginning of Yoga Nidra is like planting a seed and repeating the same thought in the end is like watering it. Therefore, the resolution taken in yoga nidra definitely bears fruit, it is only necessary that the resolution should be taken with firm spirit i.e. with a firm spirit.<br />Yoga Nidra calms the mind, plays an important role in connecting the mind, mind, body and emotions. Mindfulness is stimulated in the body by sharpening the awareness, when consciously moving one's consciousness or mind over the various parts of the body it induces physical relaxation. It also clears the nerve pathways of the brain. Based on a study, it was concluded that the practice of yoga nidra leads to a predominance of alpha waves in the brain, which is a characteristic of mental relaxation. In fact, even half an hour of yoga nidra practice is equal to 8-10 hours of normal sleep, but even more so that the body and mind are calm and energetic.<br />Due to modern lifestyle, unsatisfactory diet, impure thoughts and unhealthy competitions, the equilibrium of the body starts becoming unbalanced. Due to this, due to the negative effect on the nervous system, the mutual harmony between the neuroreceptor and the neuron is disturbed. This is the situation when the coordination of the left and right brain and the coordination of the brain and the body becomes unbalanced and various mental deformities or abnormalities begin to appear. There is only one thought at the root of this situation. yoga nidra  efforts are made to balance this imbalanced state of body and mind, which gradually leads to a state of complete physical, emotional and mental relaxation and wellness.</h5>

<h5 style="text-align:justify;"><br />In this way, the practice of yoga nidra counteracts stress, as well as helps in preventing stress related diseases. With the practice of yoga nidra, the good hormones called dopamine, endorphins, serotonin and oxytocin increase in the blood and the level of anxiety, stress and anxiety etc. of the practitioner decreases, making yoga nidra a successful treatment for insomnia. Practicing the various stages of Yoga Nidra such as resolution, relaxation, reflexes (meditation on the breath) and mental conflicts is an important and effective method of therapy for patients with asthma, heart disease, high blood pressure and high-cholesterol levels. The resolution in Yoga Nidra improves the willpower of the practitioner, makes him stronger and helps build optimism. By doing this, the lost morale can be recovered by this optimistic and positive will power.</h5>
<h4 style="text-align:justify;"><span style="color:rgb(22,145,121);"><strong>Method of Yognidra</strong></span></h4>
<h5 style="text-align:justify;"><strong>  Preparation -</strong> For the practice of Yoga Nidra, lie down in Shavasana with your eyes closed. Keep both the hands at the level of the body. Keep both feet at a distance from each other. Stop physical movement. Your body is calm and under your control.<br /><strong>Relaxation-</strong>Take your consciousness over your body and loot at the whole physical body. to whole body make yourself relaxed, look at yourself mentally, there should be no tension in the body. If so, remove it.<br />Alertness- By alertness, here it is meant the sense of witnessing your body to see the internal organs and the breath with a witnessing attitude and to rotate your consciousness (mind) over the whole body, that is, to see.</h5>
<h5 style="text-align:justify;"><strong>Resolution -</strong> Before starting Yoga Nidra, take a resolution. Wills can be physical, mental or spiritual. You decide what kind of resolution you want to take. The language of the resolution should be clear. Sankalpa is a very important part of yoga, so never take resolutions related to illness or habits. For example, getting rid of bad habits or removing disease or getting any kind of public service, accomplishment or powers. The resolution of the person should be endowed with divine qualities and leading to progress on the spiritual path. The resolution taken in Yoga Nidra is definitely fulfilled. Rotation of  consciousness<strong> -</strong> Consciousness is rotated in 76 parts of the body. The mind should be moved rapidly from one part to another. The sequence should not be changed while moving the consciousness in different parts of the body.<br /><strong>Touch of body and ground -</strong> Look at your entire physical form (body) lying on the ground. Be aware of the meeting points of your body and the ground. Be aware of those parts throughout your body which are assimilating energy from the ground and which are receiving life energy from the air.<br /><strong>Sensational awareness -</strong> Here by sensations it is meant to contemplate the feeling of heaviness, lightness, heat, cold, pain, and pleasure. Remembering the sensations of the sensations, they should be imposed on one's mind.<br /><strong>Manas Darshan of Chakras -</strong> In this process, the energy centers located in the body, which are called chakras or supersensory centers, have to rotate their consciousness upwards. Each energy center has its own specialty, that speciality has to be experienced within oneself.<br /><strong>End - </strong>Get up and sit peacefully without opening your eyes. Slowly move the body calmly, the body should not be stretched. Chant Aum in a loud voice 3 times simultaneously. Now slowly open your eyes and feel the effect of Yoga Nidra.<br /><strong>Epilogue-</strong> In this way, spiritual perfection can be achieved by removing all kinds of ailments related not only to the body but also through Yoganindra. Under the guidance of Pujya Swamiji Maharaj and revered Acharya Ji, the practice of this process is being done daily by experienced Yogacharyas at the Shatkarma Medical and Research Center. </h5>]]></content:encoded>

He also talked about women empowerment, freedom from addiction, freedom from superstition, self-respect, good health, unity, equality, and nation building and this filled everyone with enlightenment.</h5>

We are glad that Patanjali has since beginning been serious about promotion of education. There has been great arrangement of physical, spiritual and material education. One who has got all the three- body, mind and wisdom in control, one who is not just his body, sense organs but whose mind is also under control, such a person and wise saint can be a true sage. One who want to attain  great success, he has to have a place in the feet of the guru. Nothing less than this is possible. Guru does not need the company of a disciple but the disciple needs a place in the feet of his Guru and until complete devotion does not come he will not become well qualified. If the disciples are not deserving Guru cannot make him capable even he wishes to do so. Therefore a disciple has to grow himself into a deserving one. Arjun was very dear to Lord Krishna but he did not give him the knowledge of the Geeta until Arjuna proved it that he is a deserving candidate for it. Our interest is directly associated with the interests of the world. Therefore mentors are followers of the path of self -welfare.</h5>

This yoga is the foundation of all good things in our lives. Srimad Bhagwad Geeta is called Yogshastra and its creator is Lord Krishna himself. Before this, many great souls came on the earth, but in the form of Swami Ramdev Ji Maharaj has come on the earth after many centuries whom we can call the god of revival. Who looked into the eyes of crores of people and gave them the mantra of revival.</h5>
<h5 style="text-align:justify;"><span style="color:rgb(186,55,42);"><strong>It is impossible to find such a simple sage like Swami Ramdev Ji Maharaj : Respected Morari Bapu</strong></span><br />At Manav Sangam Kumbh Mela camp Morari Bapu recited the story of Lord Ram and during this he said that Swami Ramdev Ji Maharaj is amazingly great man and he is incarnation of yoga on this earth, and it is impossible to find as simple sage as he has been. He is an amazing personality. To be worshipped are many but Baba ji most deserve it. Everyone remembers him in the morning while doing yoga but he is necessarily remembered by all while doing yoga. Before that you use Dantkanti, his tooth brush, etc. his food and food grains. We use most of the things of his. Even while doing bath, we use his soap, now his garments have also come in the market. All this has been done by Swami Ji in a very simple manner. We salute such a great sage.</h5>
<h5 style="text-align:justify;"><span style="color:rgb(186,55,42);"><strong>At Kumbh, lakhs of people did yoga and took holy dip in the Ganga of yoga- </strong></span><br />In the company of respected Sharnandji Maharaj , Swami JI Maharaj at Sri Karshni Kumbh Mela camp, also in the company of Awadhesha Nand JI Maharaj Prabhu Premi Camp, in the company of Morari Bapu Manas Sangh Kumbh Mela camp, , in the company of Chidanand Muni Ji Parmarth Mela Niketan Camp were some of the places where yoga camps were organised. At Prayagraj Kumbh, Swami Ji organised yoga camps for 2-3 sessions and taught various forms of yoga. For children, youth, women and according to various diseases, yoga packages were presented. He said that for healthy life, one must do yoga for at least one hour of yoga. Children love to do yoga and Asana and teach them to do it since childhood days. He will remain protected from bad habits all his life. When we will become yogi, we will be able to make a divine India. Yoga is a movement for the upliftment of self, world, self building and growth and building a great character.</h5>

The Dharma Sansad was held for this purpose.  Today we have many questions , challenges, some of our sages are also trying to divide themselves among Brahmins, Kshatriyas, OBC, Dalit, Vaishya, etc. which is utterly wrong. A true sages offers his Pinda and he does not belong to any caste. Therefore sages cannot be divided among various castes. All the sages have a great inner strength. Today it is true that political power is becoming stronger and power of wealth is also stronger, but from the power of wealth and politics, if something is stronger, Dharma, truth and good character and such a power lies with sages. We have to make ourselves so strong so that this Sansad or parliament could give direction to Indian parliament. Therefore we have to accumulate our strength and we will also have to increase our man power. Sages have to make such a great effort so that behind every sage there must stand 2-3-4-5 crore people . Today it is era of voting and election. We have to gather such a huge mass that  so that on appeals of sages crores of people could agree to cast their votes. Only then the appeal of Dharma Sansad will be listened by the governments. Therefore we have to prepare ourselves in such a manner that all deceiving intentions and destructive things could be foiled. Therefore we should vow that no body could divide us. The way the country's unity, integrity, sorerginity, etc. of the country could not be compromised. Moreover unity of sages is also important for the unity of the country. We will build Ram temple together in the name of the country, in the name of Lord Ram, division is not acceptable.<br />In the Sarvasamaveshi Kumbh held at Kumbh respected Swami Ji said that some people in India say that India has evil customs like caste system, discrimination, gender discrimination, discrimination on grounds of religion and creed, but this is a wrong allegation. We are followers of the path of Aekatvam Anupashyat, Aekovashi Sarvabhutantaratma, Yatra Vishvam Bhavatyekanidam - which means unity, co-existence and world fraternity. We believe in the idea of co-existence and Sahanavavatu, Sah Nau Bhunaktu, is our call. Our concept of universalism and Abhyudaya and Nihshreyas- one concept. <h5 style="text-align:justify;">1) <span lang="hi" xml:lang="hi">योग कोई मजहबी परम्परा या अभ्यास नहीं है</span>, <span lang="hi" xml:lang="hi">अपितु योग एक वैज्ञानिक</span>, <span lang="hi" xml:lang="hi">सार्वभौमिक व पंथनिरपेक्ष जीवन पद्धति है। रोगियों के लिए योग एक सम्पूर्ण चिकित्सा (पद्धति) तथा योगियों के लिए एक साधना पद्धति</span>, <span lang="hi" xml:lang="hi">मुक्ति का मार्ग और जीवन में पूर्णता प्राप्त करने का साधन है।</span></h5>
<h5 style="text-align:justify;">2)  <span lang="hi" xml:lang="hi">योग पर अनुसंधान व अनुभव करके हम इस निष्कर्ष पर पहुँचे हैं कि योग से हमें पांच मुख्य लाभ होते हैं-</span></h5>
<h5 style="text-align:justify;"><span lang="hi" xml:lang="hi">  क)  एक-एक सेल से लेकर पूरे सिस्टम का संतुलन</span>, <span lang="hi" xml:lang="hi">शरीर के सभी कैमिकल्स</span>, <span lang="hi" xml:lang="hi">सॉल्ट्स व हार्मोन्स से लेकर सम्पूर्ण शारीरिक संतुलन योग से होता है। </span>'<span lang="hi" xml:lang="hi">समत्वं योग उच्यते</span><span lang="hi" xml:lang="hi">।</span></h5>
<h5 style="text-align:justify;"><span lang="hi" xml:lang="hi">  ख)   डिजर्नेट हुए सेल्स को हम योग से रिजर्नेट कर लेते हैं।</span></h5>
<h5 style="text-align:justify;"><span lang="hi" xml:lang="hi">  ग)  मनुष्य में निहित ज्ञान शक्ति एवं सामर्थ्य एक से पांच प्रतिशत ही जागृत अवस्था में होता है। अन्य शक्तियां प्रसुप्त अवस्था में होती हैं। योग से हमारी सुप्त ज्ञान शक्ति एवं अन्य अपरिमित दिव्य शक्तियों का जागरण होता है। योग नर से नारायण</span>, <span lang="hi" xml:lang="hi">जीव से ब्रह्म</span>, <span lang="hi" xml:lang="hi">मानव से महामानव बनाने वाली आध्यात्मिक विद्या या आध्यात्मिक विज्ञान है।</span></h5>
<h5 style="text-align:justify;"><span lang="hi" xml:lang="hi">  घ)  योग से हमारे अज्ञान</span>, <span lang="hi" xml:lang="hi">अशुभ</span>, <span lang="hi" xml:lang="hi">अविद्या का धीरे-धीरे क्षय तथा विवेक</span>, <span lang="hi" xml:lang="hi">शुभ व समस्त दिव्यताओं का निरन्तर उदय या विकास होता है।</span></h5>
<h5 style="text-align:justify;"><span lang="hi" xml:lang="hi">  ड)  प्रत्येक मनुष्य के शरीर में कोई भी रोग तथा चित्त में कोई विकार पैदा हो सकता है। परन्तु योग से हमारे शरीर व चित्तगत समस्त विकारों के बीज नष्ट हो जाते हैं और योगी निर्बीज हो जाता है। योग से व्याधि की समाप्ति तथा समाधि एवं दिव्य जीवन की प्राप्ति होती है। दिव्यज्ञान</span>, <span lang="hi" xml:lang="hi">दिव्य प्रेम</span>, <span lang="hi" xml:lang="hi">करुणा</span>, <span lang="hi" xml:lang="hi">वात्सल्य</span>, <span lang="hi" xml:lang="hi">दिव्यशक्ति</span>, <span lang="hi" xml:lang="hi">सामर्थ्य एवं दिव्य विभूतियों से युक्त होता है योगी।</span></h5>
<h5 style="text-align:justify;">3)   <span lang="hi" xml:lang="hi">योगी के जीवन में अर्थात् जो आत्माएँ योग</span>, <span lang="hi" xml:lang="hi">प्राणायाम व ध्यानादि का नियमित श्रद्धा पूर्वक अभ्यास करते हैं तथा योग युक्त दिव्य आचरण करते हैं</span>, <span lang="hi" xml:lang="hi">उनके जीवन में </span>10<span lang="hi" xml:lang="hi"> बड़े सत्यों का समावेश हो जाता है। इन्हें ही योग में यम नियम कहते हैं-अहिंसा</span>, <span lang="hi" xml:lang="hi">सत्य</span>, <span lang="hi" xml:lang="hi">अस्तेय</span>, <span lang="hi" xml:lang="hi">ब्रह्मचर्य</span>, <span lang="hi" xml:lang="hi">अपरिग्रह ये पाँच यम हैं तथा शौच (शुचिता)</span>, <span lang="hi" xml:lang="hi">सन्तोष</span>, <span lang="hi" xml:lang="hi">तप</span>, <span lang="hi" xml:lang="hi">स्वाध्याय एवं ईश्वर प्रणिधान ये पांच नियम हैं। अत: योगी कभी भी हिंसा</span>, <span lang="hi" xml:lang="hi">झूठ</span>, <span lang="hi" xml:lang="hi">बेईमानी</span>, <span lang="hi" xml:lang="hi">अब्रह्मचर्य</span>, <span lang="hi" xml:lang="hi">असंयम</span>, <span lang="hi" xml:lang="hi">लालच में नहीं पड़ता तथा उसके जीवन में अशुचिता (अपवित्रता)</span>, <span lang="hi" xml:lang="hi">असंतोष</span>, <span lang="hi" xml:lang="hi">अकर्मण्यता</span>, <span lang="hi" xml:lang="hi">आत्मविमुखता व नास्तिकता नहीं होती है। योगी अष्टांग योग का पालन करता है अथवा अष्टांग योग का अपने जीवन में आचरण करता है।</span></h5>

<h5 style="text-align:justify;">4)  <span lang="hi" xml:lang="hi">लगभग </span>700<span lang="hi" xml:lang="hi"> करोड़ की विश्व की कुल आबादी में से यदि एक प्रतिशत जनसंख्या भी योगी बन जायेगी</span>, <span lang="hi" xml:lang="hi">तो यह दुनियां बहुत सुन्दर समृद्धिमय व शान्तिमय हो जायेगी</span>, <span lang="hi" xml:lang="hi">क्योंकि एक योगी की आत्मा में हजारों लाखों व्यक्तियों से अधिक सामर्थ्य व दिव्यता होती है।</span></h5>
<h5 style="text-align:justify;">5)  <span lang="hi" xml:lang="hi">योग न करने वाले या योगी जीवन न जीने वाले लोग सात चीजों के लिए अधिकांशत: संघर्ष करते दिखते हैं- सत्ता</span>, <span lang="hi" xml:lang="hi">सम्पत्ति</span>, <span lang="hi" xml:lang="hi">सम्मान</span>, <span lang="hi" xml:lang="hi">भौतिक इन्द्रिय सुख व भौतिक सम्बन्ध बाह्य समृद्धि एवं सफलता</span>, <span lang="hi" xml:lang="hi">इन्हीं की प्राप्ति को सामान्य लोग अपने जीवन का अन्तिम लक्ष्य समझ लेते हैं। योगी आत्माओं के जीवन में भी ये सत्य होते हैं। लेकिन इनको योगी ईश्वर का अनुग्रह</span>, <span lang="hi" xml:lang="hi">माता-पिता व गुरुजनों व समाज के आर्शीवाद से प्राप्त होने वाले कर्त्तव्य के रूप में स्वीकार करता है। ये योगी के जीवन के बाय-प्रोडक्ट बन जाते हैं। योगी के जीवन का मुख्य या अन्तिम ध्येय तो योग-कर्मयोग</span>, <span lang="hi" xml:lang="hi">योग यज्ञ</span>, <span lang="hi" xml:lang="hi">साधना-सेवा</span>, <span lang="hi" xml:lang="hi">पुरुषार्थ-परमार्थ</span>, <span lang="hi" xml:lang="hi">अभ्युदय व नि:श्रेयस ही होता है।</span></h5>
<h5 style="text-align:justify;">6)  <span lang="hi" xml:lang="hi">स्वास्थ्य</span>, <span lang="hi" xml:lang="hi">सुन्दरता</span>, <span lang="hi" xml:lang="hi">शक्ति</span>, <span lang="hi" xml:lang="hi">शान्ति</span>, <span lang="hi" xml:lang="hi">समृद्धि</span>, <span lang="hi" xml:lang="hi">शाश्वत स्थाई सुख व सफलता-ये सात विश्व के सभी इंसानों की मूलभूत कामनाएं या इच्छाएं हैं। इन सात विवेकपूर्ण कामनाओं की भी प्राप्ति होती है योग से। और योगी अन्तत: अकाम</span>, <span lang="hi" xml:lang="hi">पूर्णकाम</span>, <span lang="hi" xml:lang="hi">आप्तकाम</span>, <span lang="hi" xml:lang="hi">निष्काम</span>, <span lang="hi" xml:lang="hi">या ब्रह्मकाम होकर जीवन मुक्त हो कर भगवान का दिव्य यंत्र या दिव्य प्रतिनिधि होकर जीता है। </span></h5>
<h5 style="text-align:justify;">7)  <span lang="hi" xml:lang="hi">योगी उच्च आध्यात्मिक दिव्य जीवन जीता हुआ भी सबसे प्रीतिपूर्वक</span>, <span lang="hi" xml:lang="hi">धर्मानुसार</span>, <span lang="hi" xml:lang="hi">यथायोग्य</span>, <span lang="hi" xml:lang="hi">विवेकपूर्ण एवं न्यायपूर्ण व्यहार या आचरण करता है। ये योगी के बाह्य आचरण के पांच सत्य हैं।</span></h5>
<h5 style="text-align:justify;">8)   <span lang="hi" xml:lang="hi">योग से मनुष्य की उत्पादकता</span>, <span lang="hi" xml:lang="hi">सृजनात्मकता</span>, <span lang="hi" xml:lang="hi">सकारात्मकता</span>, <span lang="hi" xml:lang="hi">एवं सभी प्रकार की दिव्यता बढ़ती है। योग मनुष्य के बाह्य व आन्तरिक विकास का एक सर्वांगीण साधन या माध्यम है।</span></h5>
<h5 style="text-align:justify;">9)   <span lang="hi" xml:lang="hi">योगी वसुधैव कुटुम्बकम्</span>, <span lang="hi" xml:lang="hi">सह-अस्तित्व एवं एकत्व के तीन उच्च आध्यात्मिक आदर्शों को अपने जीवन में जीता है। विश्व का सबसे घातक या विध्वंसकारी विचार है कि केवल मैं और मेरा मजहब</span>, <span lang="hi" xml:lang="hi">विचार</span>, <span lang="hi" xml:lang="hi">सिद्धान्त एवं मान्यताएं ही केवल सत्य हैं</span>, <span lang="hi" xml:lang="hi">मैं और मेरा मजहब ही सर्वश्रेष्ठ है ऐसा योगी नहीं सोचता</span>, <span lang="hi" xml:lang="hi">अपितु सम्पूर्ण विश्व ही भगवान् की रचना मानता है। सभी सर्वश्रेष्ठ हैं</span>, <span lang="hi" xml:lang="hi">सभी जीव एक ही ईश्वर की सन्तानें हैं</span>, <span lang="hi" xml:lang="hi">अत: हम सब एक ही हैं। ज्ञान</span>, <span lang="hi" xml:lang="hi">कौशल</span>, <span lang="hi" xml:lang="hi">राष्ट्र</span>, <span lang="hi" xml:lang="hi">विभिन्न परम्पराएं</span>, <span lang="hi" xml:lang="hi">सम्पन्नता एवं ताकत के आधार पर परस्पर ऊँच-नीच का भाव योगी नहीं रखता। योगी भगवान को सर्वोच्च शक्ति के रूप में स्वीकार करता तथा अनुभव करता है और वह भगवान के विधान</span>, <span lang="hi" xml:lang="hi">वेदानुकूल</span>, <span lang="hi" xml:lang="hi">आत्मानुकूल या यूनिवर्सल लॉ के अनुरूप आचरण करता है।</span></h5>
<h5 style="text-align:justify;">10)   <span lang="hi" xml:lang="hi">योग जीवन प्रबन्धन</span>, <span lang="hi" xml:lang="hi">तनाव प्रबन्धन</span>, <span lang="hi" xml:lang="hi">व्यक्तित्व विकास एवं आदर्श दिव्य जीवन निर्माण की एक बहुत बड़ी वैज्ञानिक कला है। मनुष्य के भीतर के असीम ज्ञान</span>, <span lang="hi" xml:lang="hi">शक्ति</span>, <span lang="hi" xml:lang="hi">सामर्थ्य</span>, <span lang="hi" xml:lang="hi">सत्य</span>, <span lang="hi" xml:lang="hi">प्रेम</span>, <span lang="hi" xml:lang="hi">करुणा</span>, <span lang="hi" xml:lang="hi">व दिव्य ऐश्वर्य के जागरण का साधन या माध्यम है योग। योगमात्र एक व्यायाम</span>, <span lang="hi" xml:lang="hi">प्राणायाम या ध्यान मात्र ही नहीं है</span>, <span lang="hi" xml:lang="hi">ये भी योग की विधाएं हैं। वास्तव में तो एक-एक श्वास एवं पूरा जीवन ही योग है।</span></h5>
<h5 style="text-align:justify;">11)  <span lang="hi" xml:lang="hi">यौगिक क्रियाओं व आसनों से हमारे शरीर का हार्डवेयर</span>, <span lang="hi" xml:lang="hi">प्राणायाम</span>, <span lang="hi" xml:lang="hi">ध्यान</span>, <span lang="hi" xml:lang="hi">समाधि</span>, <span lang="hi" xml:lang="hi">तप</span>, <span lang="hi" xml:lang="hi">स्वाध्याय व ईश्वर प्राणिधान से हमारा सॉफ्टवेयर अर्थात् आत्मा की सम्पूर्ण दिव्यता की जागृति व अनुभूति होती है।</span></h5>
<h5 style="text-align:justify;">12)  <span lang="hi" xml:lang="hi">श्रेष्ठ प्रारब्ध</span>, <span lang="hi" xml:lang="hi">दिव्य व श्रेष्ठ वातावरण</span>, <span lang="hi" xml:lang="hi">श्रेष्ठ प्रशिक्षक</span>, <span lang="hi" xml:lang="hi">श्रेष्ठ प्रशिक्षण तथा अखण्ड प्रचंड पुरुषार्थ-ये पाँच साधन हैं जीवन को श्रेष्ठतम व दिव्य बनाने के। इन पांचों में भी पुरुषार्थ तत्त्व सबसे ऊँचा है। योग से मनुष्य का समस्त प्रकार का पुरुषार्थ पूरी तरह से जागृत हो जाता है। पूरा जीवन पुरुषार्थ ही तो है तथा पुरुषार्थ चतुष्ट्य को ही भारतीय संस्कृति में धर्म</span>, <span lang="hi" xml:lang="hi">अर्थ</span>, <span lang="hi" xml:lang="hi">काम व मोक्ष नाम से कहा जाता है।</span></h5>
<h5 style="text-align:justify;">13)  <span lang="hi" xml:lang="hi">स्वस्थ शरीर</span>, <span lang="hi" xml:lang="hi">तीव्र मेधा</span>, <span lang="hi" xml:lang="hi">सत्य में अखण्ड निष्ठा</span>, <span lang="hi" xml:lang="hi">उत्साह</span>, <span lang="hi" xml:lang="hi">पुरुषार्थ</span>, <span lang="hi" xml:lang="hi">पराक्रम व कृतज्ञता-ये सात भगवान् की दिव्य विभूतियां हैं या दैवी सम्पदाएं हैं। योग से इन सातों दैवी सम्पदाओं का विकास होता है।</span></h5>
<h5 style="text-align:justify;">14)  <span lang="hi" xml:lang="hi">योग न करने वाले लोग सामान्यत: निम्न चेतना में जीते हैं। योगी सदा उच्च</span>, <span lang="hi" xml:lang="hi">दिव्य या भागवत चेतना में जीता हुआ देवत्व</span>, <span lang="hi" xml:lang="hi">ऋषित्व व भगवत्ता में जीता है। योगी ऋषि सत्ता व भागवत सत्ता का मूर्त्तरूप</span>, <span lang="hi" xml:lang="hi">प्रतिरूप या प्रतिनिधि हो जाता है।</span></h5>
<h5 style="text-align:justify;">15)   <span lang="hi" xml:lang="hi">योगी भीतर से पूर्ण शान्त</span>, <span lang="hi" xml:lang="hi">सहज व बाहर से पूर्ण क्रियाशील</span>, <span lang="hi" xml:lang="hi">पूर्ण पुरुषार्थमय जीवन जीते हुए भगवान् के दिव्य ज्ञान</span>, <span lang="hi" xml:lang="hi">दिव्य शक्तियों व दिव्य ऐश्वर्य से युक्त होकर</span>, <span lang="hi" xml:lang="hi">भगवान् का यंत्र बनकर दिव्य योगमय</span>, <span lang="hi" xml:lang="hi">पूर्ण सुखमय</span>, <span lang="hi" xml:lang="hi">शान्तिमय</span>, <span lang="hi" xml:lang="hi">पूर्ण समृद्धिमय व पूर्ण स्वाधीनता के साथ जीवन को जीता है। योगी के जीवन में न तो बाह्य दरिद्रता होती है न ही आन्तरिक कृपणता व दरिद्रता। योगी का सम्पूर्ण ऐश्वर्य</span>, <span lang="hi" xml:lang="hi">सामर्थ्य</span>, <span lang="hi" xml:lang="hi">विभूति व समृद्धि समष्टि की सेवा के लिए होती है। योगी न तो साधनहीन दु:खी दरिद्र होता है</span>, <span lang="hi" xml:lang="hi">नहीं साधन सम्पन्न दु:खी दरिद्र अपितु योगी साधन सम्पन्न सुखी प्रसन्न रहता है तथा सबको सभी प्रकार की दरिद्रता</span>, <span lang="hi" xml:lang="hi">अज्ञान</span>, <span lang="hi" xml:lang="hi">अभाव एवं अन्याय से मुक्त देखना चाहता है।</span></h5>
<h5 style="text-align:justify;">16)  <span lang="hi" xml:lang="hi">सुखी</span>, <span lang="hi" xml:lang="hi">दु:खी</span>, <span lang="hi" xml:lang="hi">पुण्यशील व अपुण्यशीलों के प्रति सदा क्रमश: मैत्री</span>, <span lang="hi" xml:lang="hi">करुणा</span>, <span lang="hi" xml:lang="hi">मुदिता व उपेक्षा का भाव रखता हुआ योगी सदा प्रसन्नचित्त व आनन्दित रहता है। वह एक क्षण के लिए भी अशुभ में नहीं जीता। वृत्तिसारूप्य होकर योगी वेगों व विकारों में बहता या बहकता नहीं है। रोंग एक्शन</span>, <span lang="hi" xml:lang="hi">रियेक्शन व इन-एक्शन से योगी दूर रहकर डिवाइन एक्शन में रहता है अथवा अपने आत्मस्वरूप में</span>, <span lang="hi" xml:lang="hi">अपनी पूर्णता में सदातृप्त अपिपास होकर जीवन मुक्त जीवन को जीता है। </span></h5>
<h5 style="text-align:justify;">17)  <span lang="hi" xml:lang="hi">योगी व्यक्ति किसी भी मजहबी व अन्य विकार के भौतिक उन्माद से रहित होकर स्वयं एक पूर्ण आध्यात्मिक जीवन जीता है तथा समष्टि में आध्यात्मिकता की प्रतिष्ठा हेतु पूर्ण पुरुषार्थ करता है। आध्यात्मिक जीवन</span>, <span lang="hi" xml:lang="hi">आध्यात्मिक परिवार</span>, <span lang="hi" xml:lang="hi">समाज</span>, <span lang="hi" xml:lang="hi">राष्ट्र व आध्यात्मिक विश्व का निर्माण ही योगी के जीवन का एक मात्र बाह्य ध्येय रहता है। व्यष्टि से समष्टि की मुक्ति अर्थात् अपने व जगत् के समस्त दु:खों को दूरकर वह सदा सर्वत्र सुख व समृद्धि देखना चाहता है।</span></h5>
<h5 style="text-align:justify;">18)  <span lang="hi" xml:lang="hi">योगी सत्य</span>, <span lang="hi" xml:lang="hi">प्रेम व करुणामय जीवन जीते हुए स्वयं से लेकर समष्टि तक सर्वत्र अज्ञान</span>, <span lang="hi" xml:lang="hi">अभाव व अन्याय से मुक्त संसार देखना चाहता है। अहम् से वयम् की यात्रा होती है योगी की। मैं भी सत्य</span>, <span lang="hi" xml:lang="hi">धर्म</span>, <span lang="hi" xml:lang="hi">न्याय</span>, <span lang="hi" xml:lang="hi">पुरुषार्थ</span>, <span lang="hi" xml:lang="hi">परमार्थ</span>, <span lang="hi" xml:lang="hi">साधना सेवा</span>, <span lang="hi" xml:lang="hi">योग व कर्म योग के मार्ग पर चलूँ तथा अपने सम्पूर्ण सामर्थ्य से सबको भी चलाऊं</span>, <span lang="hi" xml:lang="hi">क्योंकि यही एक मात्र मानव मात्र के कल्याण का मार्ग है। मैं स्वयं चरित्रवान</span>, <span lang="hi" xml:lang="hi">महान</span>, <span lang="hi" xml:lang="hi">स्वस्थ</span>, <span lang="hi" xml:lang="hi">सुखी</span>, <span lang="hi" xml:lang="hi">समृद्ध बनूँ तथा सबको भी बनाऊँ। योगी </span><span style="color:rgb(186,55,42);"><strong>'<span lang="hi" xml:lang="hi">संगच्छध्वं संवदध्वं सं वो मनांसि जानताम</span>’</strong></span> <span lang="hi" xml:lang="hi">की ईश्वरीय आज्ञा का पालन करता है।</span></h5>
<h5 style="text-align:justify;">19)   <span lang="hi" xml:lang="hi">हठ</span>, <span lang="hi" xml:lang="hi">दुराग्रह</span>, <span lang="hi" xml:lang="hi">स्वार्थ व अविद्या से रहित होकर संसार की सभी विवेकशील आत्माओं को विश्व की समग्र व स्थाई समृद्धि व विकास तथा विश्व में स्थाई शान्ति के लिए अष्टाङ्गयोग</span>, <span lang="hi" xml:lang="hi">हठयोग</span>, <span lang="hi" xml:lang="hi">ज्ञानयोग</span>, <span lang="hi" xml:lang="hi">कर्मयाग</span>, <span lang="hi" xml:lang="hi">एवं भक्तियोग आदि योग की वैज्ञानिक</span>, <span lang="hi" xml:lang="hi">सार्वभौमिक व पंथ निरपेक्ष परम्परा को स्वीकार करना चाहिए तथा इसे पूर्ण गौरव दिान करना चाहिए। यही एक मात्र विश्व के कल्याण का मार्ग है।</span></h5>
<h5 style="text-align:justify;">20)   <span lang="hi" xml:lang="hi">तस्माद् योगी भव अर्जुन (गीता)। योगेश्वर भगवान् श्री कृष्ण अर्जुन से कहते हैं</span>, <span lang="hi" xml:lang="hi">हे अर्जुन! संसार में योगी होना सबसे बड़ी सफलता या उपलब्धि है। अत: हम सब वर्ग</span>, <span lang="hi" xml:lang="hi">समूह</span>, <span lang="hi" xml:lang="hi">जाति</span>, <span lang="hi" xml:lang="hi">मजहबों एवं अलग-अलग परम्पराओं व राष्ट्र की राजनैतिक सीमाओं में रहते हुए यदि योगी हो जाते हैं</span>, <span lang="hi" xml:lang="hi">तो हमारे जीवन में व इस जगत् में कोई भी दु:ख</span>, <span lang="hi" xml:lang="hi">दरिद्रता व कोई भी समस्या नहीं रहेगी। </span></h5>
<h5 style="text-align:justify;">21)  <span lang="hi" xml:lang="hi">रोग मुक्त</span>, <span lang="hi" xml:lang="hi">तनावमुक्त</span>, <span lang="hi" xml:lang="hi">व्यवसन मुक्त</span>, <span lang="hi" xml:lang="hi">बुरे अभ्यासों से मुक्त</span>, <span lang="hi" xml:lang="hi">स्वस्थ</span>, <span lang="hi" xml:lang="hi">सुखी</span>, <span lang="hi" xml:lang="hi">समृद्ध व पूर्ण शान्तिमय जीवन जीने का मार्ग है योग। </span>24<span lang="hi" xml:lang="hi"> घंटा में प्रात: या सांयकाल </span>1<span lang="hi" xml:lang="hi"> घंटा योग को जो सर्वोच्च प्राथमिकता देते हैं उनके जीवन की सभी प्राथमिकताएं भी स्वत: ही पूरी हो जाती हैं। सभी को एक सुनिश्चित समयावधि का जीवन मिला है। इसमें हमें </span>100<span lang="hi" xml:lang="hi"> वर्ष की प्राथमिकताएं तय कर लेनी चाहिए और उन्हें फिर पूरे वेग</span>, <span lang="hi" xml:lang="hi">उत्साह</span>, <span lang="hi" xml:lang="hi">पराक्रम व पुरुषार्थ से पूरा करना चाहिए। प्रात:काल की सर्वोच्च प्राथमिकता योग तथा दिनभर की प्राथमिकताएं अपने दायित्वों के आधार पर तय करनी चाहिए। क्योंकि प्रात: योग करने वाले व्यक्ति को दिनभर समता एवं कुशलता पूर्वक अपने कर्त्तव्य के निर्वहन की पूरी ऊर्जा प्राप्त हो जाती है। इसीलिए कहते हैं:- </span></h5>
