How many types of hepatitis are there? What are the causes of hepatitis? What are the symptoms of hepatitis? What is the diagnosis of hepatitis? What is the treatment for hepatitis? What should be the diet in hepatitis? What are the preventions of hepatitis?

What is hepatitis?
Hepatitis is basically a liver disease, which is caused by viral infection. In this disease there is swelling in the liver. There are 5 types of viruses in hepatitis, such as A, B, C, D and E. These five viruses should be taken seriously, because due to them hepatitis is becoming like an epidemic and the number of deaths due to it is also increasing every year. Hepatitis types B and C are causing chronic disease in millions of people as they cause liver cirrhosis and cancer. By creating awareness about hepatitis and giving vaccine to the child after birth, he can be protected from hepatitis.

How many types of hepatitis are there?
Hepatitis is caused by viral infection which is divided into 5 types according to the virus. These 5 types have become a cause of concern for people around the world.

Hepatitis-A: According to WHO, 1.4 million people every year are suffering from this disease. This happens due to consumption of contaminated food and contaminated water.
Hepatitis B: It is infected due to transfusion of infected blood, semen and exposure to other fluids.
Hepatitis C: It is caused by Hepatitis C virus (HCV). This is caused by the use of blood and infected injections.
Hepatitis-D is caused by Hepatitis-D virus (HDV). Only those people who are already infected with HBV virus get infected with this virus. Co-occurrence of both HDV and HBV makes the situation worse.
Hepatitis-E: It is caused by Hepatitis-E virus (HEV). This is the cause of hepatitis infection in most countries of the world. This is mostly due to poisonous water and food. Apart from this, hepatitis is also recognized on the basis of severity-
Acute hepatitis - is a sudden inflammation of the liver whose symptoms last for six months and the patient gradually starts recovering. HAV infection usually causes acute hepatitis.
Chronic Hepatitis Chronic HCV infection affects 13–150 million people worldwide. More and more people die due to liver cancer and liver disease. The immune system of a chronic HIV infection patient is also severely affected.

What are the causes of hepatitis?
Hepatitis occurs due to inflammation in the liver. Due to this viral infection, life can also be in danger, meaning hepatitis is a fatal infection. There can be many reasons for this-
Viral Infection: Especially, Hepatitis A, Hepatitis B and Hepatitis C are caused by viral infection.
Autoimmune conditions: Often, the body's immune cells signal that liver cells are being damaged.
Drinking alcohol: Alcohol is passed directly through our liver. It is metabolized, due to which it starts circulating in other parts of the body also. Therefore, when someone consumes too much alcohol, the risk of hepatitis increases for that person.
Side-effects of medicines - are also a cause of hepatitis is the main reason. Excessive consumption of certain medicines causes swelling in the liver cells and increases the risk of hepatitis.

What are the symptoms of hepatitis?
There are no very obvious symptoms in the beginning of acute hepatitis. But, in infectious and chronic hepatitis, these problems are seen quite clearly as symptoms-
• Jaundice or Jaundice
• Change in color of urine
• Extreme fatigue
• Vomiting or nausea
• Stomach pain and bloating
• Itching
• Loss or loss of appetite
• Sudden weight loss

What is the diagnosis of hepatitis?
• Doctors diagnose hepatitis based on the symptoms and severity of the condition. Physical examination is ordered to look for swelling in the liver, yellowing of the skin, fluid in the stomach, etc. For this it is advised to do these tests-

Abdominal ultrasound
• Liver function test
• Autoimmune blood marker test
• Liver biopsy

What is the treatment for hepatitis?
Acute hepatitis starts reducing in a few weeks and the patient starts getting relief. Whereas, chronic hepatitis requires taking medicines. Liver transplantation is also an option in case of liver failure.

What should be the diet in hepatitis?
With the help of a healthy diet, it becomes easier to manage the problem of hepatitis. However, the diet is prescribed depending on the severity of the condition and inflammation of the liver. Besides, taking care of these things related to diet also helps.
• Include cauliflower, broccoli, beans, apple, avocado in your diet.
• Include traditional spices like onion and garlic in your food
• Drink plenty of water, drink fresh fruit juices.
• Do not consume alcohol, reduce wheat consumption.
• Avoid consumption of junk food, foods made from refined flour, processed food and sweet things.
• Eat food by chewing it thoroughly. With this, food will be easier to digest.
• Instead of eating heavy meals at one go, eat small meals 4-6 times a day.

What is natural medicine for hepatitis?
• Hot cold compress – on the liver
• Mud paste – on liver
• Gastrohepatic pack on the liver
What are the medicines for hepatitis?
• Sarvakalp Kwath
• Kayakalp Kwath
• Tortala Kwath
• Livogrid Vital – Before meals
• Livamrit after meal
• Punarnavadimandur – after meal
• Immunogrid tablets after meals

What is Yoga for Hepatitis?
• Posture
• Mandukasana
• Shashank Asan
• Yoga Mudrasana
• Vakrasana
• Gomukhasana
• Pawan Muktasana
• Setubandhasana
• A health Person should practice Adi Asanas.
• Pranayama
• Bhasrika Pranayama
• Kapalabhati Pranayama
• Anulom-Vilom Pranayam

A health seeker should practice these asanas and pranayam. Practicing Kapalbhati Pranayama slowly along with asanas is especially beneficial.

What are the preventions of hepatitis?
Hepatitis B and C can be prevented by making efforts to prevent the spread of viral infection. Apart from this, vaccines can be given to children to keep them safe from hepatitis. According to the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), adults ages 18 and older are 6-12 3 doses should be given in a month. In this way, they will get complete protection from hepatitis. Also keep these things in mind-
• Do not share your razor, toothbrush and needle with anyone, this can reduce the risk of infection to some extent.
• Safe sex
• Be sure to use safe equipment when getting a tattoo.
• While piercing the ears, make sure that the instruments are safe and infection-free.
In modern medical science, hepatitis is kept under incurable disease but we have many examples where patients have benefited through yoga, medicine and treatment guided by Patanjali.

When the live gets damaged, is not able to do its work properly, then various liver diseases and liver cirrhosis start reaching the state of liver failure. Initially it does not show any symptoms. But after some time the following symptoms start appearing. These include (1) Jaundice, (2) Diarrhea (3) Confusion, (4) Fatigue, (5) Weakness, (6) Nausea and vomiting, bleeding in the abdomen, hepatic encephalopathy, liver and spleen enlargement etc. (7) Stomach Ascitis, (8) Pain symptoms appear on the right side of the abdomen.
Due to increase in estrogen level, Spider angiomos and Chcrriangiomos structures appear like webs on the skin. Due to the direct mixing of bile in the blood, it starts accumulating under the skin, as a result of which the skin starts itching. Liver diseases like liver cirrhosis, wilson's disease, hemochromatosis, etc., due to hormonal fluctuations in pregnancy, due to dilation of microscopic blood vessels of feet and hands, blood comes to the surface, this is why Palmer Erythema (Palmer Erythema) Liver Palm, Red Palm i.e. palm and palm turn red. It is also called Lane's disease. Symptoms of red palms: Diabetes, thyroid toxicosis, alcoholism, smoking, mercury poisoning, AIDS, brain tumors and autoimmune diseases sometimes show signs of palmar erythema.
The liver produces heparin (warfarin) in the lungs and mast and basophil blood cells to prevent blood clotting. The liver produces heparin and anticoagulant protein C and protein S and antithrombin III protein. But due to liver damage or a mutation in the Factor V gene in congenital disease, the activation of protein C increases. Hepatic vein and hepatic artery indwell. They also accelerate the process of blood clot formation, as a result of which the blood vessels of the skin are also damaged and the place the place turns blue and blood also starts coming out.
The volatile sulfur compound dimethyl in Fetor Hepaticus the amount of sulfide, acetone, butanone and pentanone, methylmer vapten, hydrogen sulfide increases in the blood. Portal hypertension is often caused by cirrhosis, a complex liver disease. Due to portal hypertension, the above toxic, foul-smelling chemicals filter out and reach the lungs. Due to which foul smell starts coming from the mouth and breath of the patient with liver damage, this condition is called Fetor Hepaticus. Not only this, trimethyl amine and ammonia are also added with these gases. It shows the condition of hepatocellular failure and onset of hepatic encephalopathy.
Bad mouth odour breath can also be a symptom of liver damage. If the liver is not working properly, then the volatile sulfur compound (VSCS) smells like fruity. Methyl mercaptan and hydrogen sulfide (H2S) is a replacement for the mouth produced by a damaged liver called Fetor Hepaticus. Portalhypertension stops blood flow from the liver. The toxic substance is filtered and reaches the lungs. That smells like it.
In the final stage of liver disease, there is a blockage in blood circulation in the liver due to portal hypertension and lack of platelets in patients. Due to this the oesophageal varices ie the blood vessels of the throat get damaged due to which bleeding starts. This happens due to the accumulation of blood clots in the liver or scar tissue.
Blood pressure increases in the portal vein that carries blood from the digestive organs to the liver. This is usually due to liver cirrhosis disease or a blockage in the blood vessels of the liver due to thrombosis. The liver and spleen (spleen) become enlarged due to portal hypertension. The veins of the stomach and throat esophagus become inflamed. Internal hemorrhoids, weight loss, malnutrition, ascites in the lungs and stomach, and impaired kidney and lung function.
The largest gland in the body, about 350 pounds, has two main lobes, the right and the left. The right lobe is 5-6 times larger than the left. Both lobes are divided into four lobes right, left caudate (caudal) and quadrate (square). The quadrate lobe is located below the right lobe (inferior) and the caudate lobe is located in front between the left and right lobes. There are 8 segments in both the lobes. There are small lobules in the segment.
Each lobule contains more than a thousand hexagonally shaped tiny lobules containing numerous liver cells, hepatocytes. These cells perform many functions such as metabolism, detoxification, filtration of blood, digestion of food, protein synthesis, store many vitamins and minerals and manufacture 500 types of biochemical drugs useful for life.
Increase of SGPT and SGOT in Liver Function Testing Liver found in liver function test shows damage to cells, excessive presence of alkaline phosphate present in bile secreting cells, obstruction of bile flow from the liver, ammonia in the blood, presence of bilirubin, liver failure, presence of albumin shows the condition of liver.
In the first condition of liver cirrhosis, there is an increase in the size of the liver due to the accumulation of fat in the liver. In such a situation, one should be alert. Improvement in eating habits becomes necessary. Inflammation starts in them. In the second stage, due to the destruction of healthy cells of the liver due to inflammation, the condition of fibrosis arises due to an increase in the number of scar tissue in them. The third stage is that of cirrhosis. There is an increase of so many damaged cells in the liver that the work of liver cells becomes difficult.
Rapid loss of weight, abdominal pain, yellowing of eyes and skin, liver encephalopathy due to lack of detoxification by the liver starts disturbances in brain functions. Infection, diarrhea and bleeding increase, the patient's condition becomes frightening. Psychiatric symptoms such as confusion, sweet musty smell, hand tremors, slurred speech, etc. Vomiting, bleeding, increased blood circulation due to increase in body fluids, enlargement of the jugular veins due to liver portal hypertension and bleeding due to damage to the veins due to swelling What comes out through vomit and feces, comes black stool. As the disease progresses, fainting, paleness, irregular breathing and heart palpitations, a state of unconsciousness arises.
Liver function tests to check for liver diseases, hepatitis viral load, ultrasound, CT. Scan and biopsy are done. There is no cure for liver diseases in the so-called allopathic medicine. Its main treatment is natural medicine and proper use of diet, yoga and Ayurveda.
Naturopathy- Give earthen bandage by giving hot cold compress to pelvis and liver. Again, give enema by squeezing a lemon in neem water. Again, according to the condition of the patient, hot cold curd bath, steam bath, hot cold compress especially for liver, savanna bath, full tub immersion bath, circular bath, wet sheet wrap, all round clay coating, mudpool bath, whirlpool, sand bath etc. Give sun bath, color thermolium, green house thermolium, abhyantar and external air bath along with 125 water therapy techniques present in pogagram.
The effect of coffee enema in liver cancer and other liver diseases is incredible. It has been known from many discoveries that drinking coffee enemas and coffee 2-3 times a day can cure all the above diseases of the liver.
For enema, grind 50 grams of coffee seeds in a mixer and boil it well in one liter of water for a minute, then heat it slowly on low temperature for 15 minutes so that 600 grams are left. Give coffee enema to the patient by lying on his knees and chest for 15 days in the morning, afternoon and evening. Try to hold for 18-20 minutes. This enema has a magical effect. Due to its effect, glutathione removes toxic toxins and pre-radicals from the liver and protects them. The increased disease marker enzymes return to normal levels.
Blood serum and its components are completely cleansed. They become poison free. This fluid acts as a vital fluid, passing through the liver to caffeinate them. Stopping coffee enemas increases the peristalsis process by stimulating the intestinal visceral nervous system. This makes the bile thin. Its flow accelerates. The body's enzymatic activator (Catadyst) glutathione-S-transferase (GST) is affected by flushing and cleansing of toxic bile. Its level in the body increases up to 700 percent. whose spectacular effect is the removal and neutralization of pre-radicals and toxin happens on doing. Those dangerous toxic oxidants enter the duodenum from the liver, gall bladder and exit from the bathroom. GST removes the carcinogenic elements from the liver by destroying them by oxidation and reduction process as per the requirement.
Theophylline and theobromine present in coffee regulate blood flow by dilating blood vessels so that the liver receives plenty of oxygenated blood, which helps in both inflammation and tumours. By stopping the enema for 15 to 21 minutes every third minute i.e. 5 to 7 times while passing through the liver purifies the whole body. The coffee fluid from the enema passing through the intestinal wall acts as a blood dialysis or natural blood purifier. The use of potassium ions is improved by coffee enemas, sodium is continuously reduced, that is, both ions are regulated and controlled. Mitochondrial activity increases. The energy level of the body increases. Both the supply and absorption of micronutrients increase.
Diet therapy- In the diet to reduce obesity, gourd soup in cold days, gourd, tomato, spinach, coriander, mint, ginger mixed juice for a few days in summer. Make a salad or drink full of carrot, beet, gooseberry, turnip, tomato, turmeric and drink it. The liver works wonderfully with a diet rich in fiber. Spinach, carrot, cucumber, cucumber, cauliflower, radish turnip, tinda, green onion leaves, coriander, mint, radish leaves, lettuce etc. Vegetables and salads of various sprouted grains are prepared by adding chaat onions, lemon green chillies, curd. Among the fruits, mango, papaya, guava, kiwi, orange, mausami, grapefruit, watermelon, cantaloupe, peach, potato bukhara, in the beginning also prove to be a lion on the lion, on the bath, on liver diseases. Boiling all the leafy vegetables is the best medicine for liver diseases. Eat delicious salad chaat by sprouting wheat, moong, moth, lentils, peas, groundnut, rajma, soybean etc from the point of view of whole grain in the grain.
Eat more and more, drink 2.5 to 3.5 liters of water daily. Patients with hemochromatosis should not eat iron-rich diet, iron utensils, iron tablets, iron-rich vegetables and uncooked shellfish. Similarly, Wilson's disease can be treated with copper-rich foods like chocolate, wheat bran, potatoes, avocados, chickpeas, tofu, cashews, sesame and sunflower seeds, shellfish liver, do not use mushrooms, copper utensils and cans.
Patients with Liver All previously mentioned processed foods, fast food made from hydrogenated fat, saturated fat and trans fat, burgers, pizza, hot dogs, french fries, chips, sandwiches, hamburgers, onion tings, chicken nuggets, fried chicken, tacos Avoid eating ice cream, salt and sugary foods.
Due to excessive accumulation of fat in the liver, the effect of insulin decreases. Which causes insulin resistant diabetes. Due to eating more sugary things and due to increase in blood sugar in type-2 diabetes, it gets converted into fat and gets deposited in the liver which further damages the liver. Salty things also disturb the function of the liver.
Some fat is needed to be useful and to manufacture insulin, so that the body can use glucose. In this view, eat flaxseeds, cashews, almonds, walnuts, all types of dark green vegetables, etc., they contain omega-3 fatty acids and foods containing mono-saturated oleic acid, mustard, sesame, rice, caffeic and ferulic acid in olive oil, There are elements like oleocanthal, which do not accumulate in the liver, heart and blood vessels, but they give strength to the brain and heart. Trans fat, hydrogenated fat and saturated fat are stored in the liver. Therefore, patients with liver should not eat namkeen, chaat, pakoras, puris, pudding etc. made from such fat at all. Avoid eating candy, regular soda and any kind of sweets, canned fruit juices, carbonated drinks, etc., which contain sugar, high fructose, cane and corn syrup, high fructose corn syrup, rice syrup, it damages the liver.
Raw garlic is like nectar for the liver. Fruits include sour-sweet berries such as strawberries, blackberries, cranberries, wolf, goji, blue, raspberries, makoy, all kinds of vegetables, vitamin-E foods, carrots, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, pumpkin seeds, cucumber, cucumber, watermelon, cantaloupe, etc. Eat foods rich in resveratol, selevium, present in grapes. The selenium and sulfur present in garlic work like eunuchs for liver and breast cancer and other cancers. Vitamin D deficiency causes severe fatty liver. For this, take 45 minutes sun bath on at least 40% naked body daily and eat milk curd without cream and butter. Potassium is often deficient in NAFLD, for this, eat bananas, oranges, cantaloupe, apricots, prunes, raisins, dates, boiled broccoli, tomatoes, spinach, potatoes, sweet potatoes, mushrooms, cucumbers, cucumbers, green peas.

Different types of liver diseases Viral hepatitis, alcoholic liver disease, non-alcoholic liver disease, jaundice etc. If not treated properly for various liver diseases, the end result is liver cirrhosis. How much is the liver damaged? The treatment of liver cirrhosis depends on this. The average size of a normal liver is 7 cm in females and 10.5 cm in males. And the weight is 1200-1400 grams and 1400-1500 respectively. It is the largest exocrine gland in the body. At least 500 types of medicines are made in it. Following are the different diseases of liver-
1. Alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease- In people who continue to smoke alcohol and cigarettes, fat and triglycerides accumulate in the liver to cause alcoholic fatty liver disease, later fatty liver disease leads to liver cirrhosis and liver cancer.
2. Non-alcoholic *(Non alcoholic steato) Fatty liver disease - This disease is more in those people, people who do not drink alcohol but eat inverse food like cream, butter, fried-roasted food in abundance. Halwa, Puri, Chaat, Dumplings, Fast food, Junk food always in those who have the habit of eating, with the body becoming fat, the liver also becomes fat. Along with the accumulation of fat on the body, the accumulation of fat on the liver also leads to non-alcoholic fatty liver disease.
3. Hepatitis A- It is spread through contaminated water and food. By correcting the diet, it gets cured automatically.
4. Acute Hepatitis E – It is caused due to the consumption of contaminated water or any beverage.
5. Hepatitis B is a short-term acute and long-term chronic hepatitis of long duration, HIV (like AIDS infection) hepatitis B from infected body fluids such as blood, semen, body fluids, injections, or blood transfusions.
Hepatitis is treated in allopathy but health is not improved. There is also treatment in Naturopathy, Yoga, Ayurveda and sure Cure is also there.
6. Hepatitis C- There is both acute (acute) and chronic (chronic). It is spread through blood transfusion or or infected injection of a patient with hepatitis. This disease is not detected in the initial stage, later it is detected when the liver is permanently damaged by this disease.
7. Hepatitis D- is very dangerous type. Usually this disease occurs only in people with Hepatitis B. This disease occurs mostly in men through blood transfusion, homosexuality, intravenous drug use, infected blood transfusion and injection. Hepatitis-D (short term acute) is acute and (long term chronic) is chronic. If the above mentioned liver diseases are not treated well, they tend to make the human life lifelong.
8. Hepatitis G - This is a new discovery of liver disease. In fact, it is a close relative, sibling of the hepatitis-C virus. The first was the discovery of Hepatitis G in 1996. Hepatitis G virus is also called Humanpeglvirus HPGV. Hepatitis D virus infection most often occurs in people infected with the hepatitis B virus. People who have not been infected with hepatitis B are not infected with the hepatitis D virus. Hepatitis B, Hepatitis C and Hepatitis-G are often transmitted by blood transfusion, injection, donor from infected patients (Infected Homo/Hetero Binary Sexual Activities and Drugs Addicted Intra Venous Injection Exchange) or from infected mother to infant. Hepatitis-G is not yet well understood.
9. Autoimmune Hepatitis- All our disease-protecting soldiers start making liver cells their prey, resulting in liver inflammation, liver cirrhosis and finally liver failure.
10. Paternal Genetic Liver Disease – Either of the parents or in the family of both, either one or both of the parents themselves, if the child has liver disease, then there is a possibility of liver disease in the child increases from 0 to 50 percent. It would also be of two types-
Small cells on the skin due to increased estrogen levels and spider web-like spider angiomas) and cherriangiomos like structure becomes visible.
11. Hereditary Hemochromatosis Liver disease- The body accumulates iron in excess of its requirement. This iron is stored in various places of the body as well as most of the liver. If proper treatment is not made to dispose of iron, it can damage the liver and cause liver disease.
Hemochromatosis disease is caused by a defective variant mutation of a gene called HEF that is passed on from either parent to the offspring. In this, there is a lack of the hormone Hepcidin secreted by the liver, which makes iron useful for the body. Which part of the body needs iron and where to store iron, all the work is done by the hormone Hepsidon. In the absence of hepcidin, this function stops due to iron, liver and other organs such as kidney, the condition of failure arises due to excessive accumulation of liver and heart.
Newborns and adolescents with certain anemia such as Thalassemia, Kulij's Anemia, Haemophilia, Sickle Cell Anemia or Cancer require frequent blood transfusions. Blood transfusion is also required in pre-menopause or post-menopause and diseases of uterus and other organs, in which case secondary hemochromatosis produces liver disease by depositing iron in the liver. creates anger.
Symptoms of joint pain, abdominal pain, fatigue, weakness, diabetes, impotence, heart failure are seen. Non-Him Iron Food and Calcium, Phytate and Phosphate foods like all types of cereals like jowar, millet, ragi, beans, vegetables, fruits, dry fruits, groundnuts, almonds, walnuts, tea, milk and milk products, Tabunj Give Mushrooms, Avocado, Broccoli etc.
Prohibition- Food containing iron organ meat, fish, eggs, red meat, seafood, foods containing vitamin C and A which aid in the absorption of iron, sugar iron fortified food, multi-vitamin tablet, alcohol is completely prohibited.
12. Paternal Wilson's Disease- Unborn babies who lack the enzyme 'ceruloplasmin', do not use 95% of copper even after birth. Due to the lack of copper in plasma, ferrous iron is not able to convert to ferric iron, as a result, the level of copper in the liver starts increasing, due to which the liver is damaged, in addition, due to the increase in the amount of copper in the blood stream, other organs and circulation of the body. After reaching the brain, mental retardation, Parkinson's disease, browning in the eyes, which is called 'Keisar Fleischer Ring', starts forming. Wilson's disease is also known as hepato lenticular degeneration disease.
Wilson's disease is also caused by a defective variant mutation of the ATPZB gene. This gene removes excess copper from the liver through the intestines. More than 300 different mutations of the ATP7B gene have been found. These 46 genes are passed on to the babies by the parents and their very close relatives. Ceruloplasmin is directed and controlled by this gene. The special protein cerulo plasmin works to transport copper from the liver to the bloodstream and to the organs where it is needed. Removes excessive removes copper through the intestines. The copper-bearing ceruloplasmin protein also aids in the metabolism of iron. Therefore ceruloplasmin encoded by the CP gene is known as a ferrooxidase enzyme.
Copper is used in the formation of various enzymes. Copper is essential for cytochrome c oxidase, CU/Zn dependent superoxide dismutase, tyrosinase, dopamine beta hydroxylase, ceruloplasmin, and peptidyl-alpha-monoxylase. Copper is essential for energy and red blood cell formation. This connective tissue also operates the function of the central nervous system. Tyrosinase enzyme produces melanin to enhance skin and hair color. Dopamine beta hydroxylase converts dopamine to norepinephrine. Cytochrome c, located in the mitochondria of cells, is the life-saving energy ATP. It destroys damaged cells and microbes through the production and apoptotic action. Copper has many uses in the body, but it is this copper and cephaloplasmin levels that lead to infections, heart disease, arthritis, leukemia, and Hodgkin lymphoma.
Food containing low quantity of copper are Wheat, jowar, millet, maize, ragi, rice, milk, curd, ghee, fruits, coffee, gram, jaggery, etc. raw mango, lettuce, spinach, beet, carrot, potato, bitter gourd, gourd, etc. Take cauliflower, cucumber, pods, okra, tinda, barley, ragi, vermicelli, black gram, lentils, amaranth, cabbage, celery, curry leaves, fenugreek, chachinda, taroi, green tomato etc. Prohibition Diet high in copper Chocolate, dry fruits, almonds, walnuts, peanuts, pistachios, apricots etc. Mushrooms, red and argan meats, shellfish etc. Fish, alcohol, cosa dishes and water supplemented foods with copper utensils and multi-vitamins, Harlicks, Do not eat soybean, coconut, tur dal, water chestnut, lotus cucumber, celery, coriander, black pepper etc.
13. Alpha-Antitrypsan (AAT) Deficiency Liver Disease When the liver is unable to produce sufficient amounts of AAT then prevents the breakdown of enzymes, but this condition of the body also produces liver disease along with lung disease.

It is an unlikely genetic disease of the liver and lungs. It occurs in people in the age group of 20-50 years. AAT deficiency disease is caused by a pathogenic variant mutation in the SERPINA-1 gene. This gene instructs the liver to make alpha antitrypsin. WBC makes another protein, neutrophil elastase. It is also controlled by (AAT). Neutrophil elastase helps the body fight infections and microbes. Protects the body. When AAT fails to control neutrophils, it causes damage to the lungs and liver. It also destroys healthy cells. is constructed. Neutrophil elastase begins to deform and destroy the tissues of the lungs and liver. As a result, there is difficulty in breathing, high amounts of gluten-sputum are formed, due to increased viscosity in the lungs and liver, exercise and working power are reduced. There is fatigue, chest pain with breath, wheezing, evening and city-like sound and nervousness. About 10 percent of children and 15 percent of adults suffer from AAT.
In the lungs and liver, a gluten-like substance starts to form and scars are formed in the cells there. It is not a rare disease but its diagnosis becomes impossible. The lack of A-1 AT occurs in the liver, due to which scar tissue is formed in the liver, which leads to liver cirrhosis. A-1 AT usually protects the lungs and other organs by reaching the blood flow through the liver. Pathogenic mutations in the gene cause the liver to stop functioning. Complicated and severe liver damage begins. Liver can lead to cirrhosis and liver cancer. The biggest symptom of this is yellowing of eyes and skin in infants and adults. patients with this disease the average life expectancy is up to 60 years. There is no medicine for it. In normal nutritional diet, give vitamin E, D, K as well as multivitamin diet and tablet. Medicines are given to control jaundice and to relieve intense itching and swelling of fluid accumulation. It is beneficial to do naturopathy. As the disease progresses, life-threatening diseases like cirrhosis, liver cancer, liver failure, etc.
When the liver does not work with the right organs, the level of estrogen in the body increases, as well as the level of an enzyme called Tyrosinase which contains a quantity of tyrosinase enzyme and in it the quantity of copper increases due to which production of melanin increases and in result a situation of pigmentation increases.
14. Biotoxin Aflatoxins Caused by Hepatitis- Biotoxin Aflatoxin Biotoxin aflatoxins caused by fungus Aspergillus parasiticus and S-flavas, which feed on fungus maize, groundnut, cottonseed, rye, wheat and some almonds, walnuts etc. They damage the liver and cause hepatitis and cancer. If you feel bitter in eating such food, then do not eat it, spit it out. Aflatoxins are destroyed when food is boiled at 1000°C.
Burning redness and itching on the palms increase very much. This is called palmar erythema, which indicates a hormone imbalance.
15. Toxic Herbal Hepatitis- Certain medicines or poisonous substances consumption may be caused by ingesting substances or by hepatoxins. Toxic herbal hepatitis is caused by excessive use of certain herbal medicines such as the famous herb Kava Kava of Mongolia, Russia and China and the herb Ma-Hag of the Pacific Islands. Black cohosh (women's health), casserole bark (laxative), chaparral, comfrey and aloe vera Plants Some species of herbs cause hepatitis.
16. Allopathy medicine side effect causes some types of hepatitis: Allopathy medicines like TB, Epilepsy, Pain and Fever medicine Paracetamol, Anabolic steroid medicines, Antibiotic, Birth control medicine, Sulfa medicine, Cholesterol, Statins, Aspirin and Antipyretic and Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory medicine Overuse of liver damage does happen.
17. Hepatitis due to some other factors:
i. Swapping needles.
ii. Using non-sterilized needles for tattoo
iii. Working at a place where chances of exposure due to blood and blood fluid are higher
iv. Unsafe sex
v. Diabetes and excess of cholesterol and dyslipidemia
vi. Family background
vii. Over weight
viii. Exposure to pesticides and other toxicants
ix. Taking alcohol along with some medicines
x. Use of some medicines could be very dangerous
xi. Liver patients, HIV Patients, old patients, mostly women, patients using drugs continuously for a long time, suffer from hepatitis. Symptoms such as abdominal pain, fatigue, weakness, fever, nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite, dark yellow urine, yellow, ash clay-like stools, yellow eyes and skin are seen in such patients. (xi. Some weight loss and body building supplements cause hepatitis.
xii. Some weight loss and body building supplements cause hepatitis.
xiii. If the above various hepatitis is not treated on time, this disease turns into liver cirrhosis.
18. Gilbert syndrome- This is a genetics disease. It has a gene called UGTIA which is passed on from the parents, comes in offspring from any one. Disturbances of the UGTIA gene impair bilirubin binding enzyme metabolism. This is a normal (Benign) situation. No treatment is required. Light body and eyes look hives. Jaundice symptoms are aggravated by excessive fatigue, stress or fasting. Mild abdominal pain, itching, fatigue, nausea, loss of appetite and weakness are seen on the right side of the abdomen.
19. BuddChiarisundrome-
In BuddChiarisundrome, Hepatic veins cleans the liver and due to the blood clouts it becomes narrow The blood returns back into the liver and the result is the liver becomes disease striken and it grows in size which is in fact a disease called hematomegle due to which problems like poordization portal hypertension very size heroes and different symptoms of diseases in the whole anal system appears and inflammatory disease Sickle Cell anaemia polysythamia and congestion in hepatic vessel appears.

20. Liver cirrhosis- liver cirrhosis is also of two types:
Xiv. In the primary biliary cirrhosis the bile duct is damaged due to which the way to bile getting into the small intestine is blocked and it gets accumulated in the liver due to which primary biliary cirrhosis appears and if timely treatment is not provided it can lead to leave our failure.
Xv. In primary sirosis cholangitis the bile duct becomes damaged lead swelling in gallbladder and inflammation and pain and due to this the flow of bile juice get prevented and this destroys the cells of liver which is the condition of liver cirrhosis and it also leads to the condition of liver failure and the problems like bleeding inflammation in the colour of urine get changed and red patches on the skin appears and at certain places on the skin patches also appears.
In the above mentioned liver diseases if proper treatment is not provided and if the patient continues consumption of alcohol and fatty food and keeps continuing smoking then he gets caught by liver cirrhosis and cystic fibrosis and syphilis destroy the liver and it is a fact that liver has attendance to regenerate the destroyed sales and if a little bit of relax and care is provided to the liver then it starts become resubating but due to the low number of healthy sales in the liver becomes very hard and liver fails to function properly from where the problem of liver cirrhosis appears and it is a fact that liver has got attendance to rejuvenate it's sales and start functioning again but you to damage of a large number of healthy sales and remaining number of healthy cell is very low the liver becomes very hard and its function becomes improve and it is also affect that liver is the biggest biochemical Pharmaceutical factory where let's of sales keep working all the time regularly and here according to need 500 types of biochemical medicines are prepared and controlled and engaged for proper functioning of the body and due to increase in the number of issues the condition of liver becomes very complex and very serious and The Fourth condition is very difficult at this state because it is the stage of liver cancer add from here recovery becomes very difficult and many patients go for liver transplant but there survival rate for the next 5 years is hardly 11%.
21. Liver cancer: liver cancer can be caused due to any other type of cancer in the body and it is called secondary liver cancer and due to any other liver disease liver cancer is possible which is called primary Lever cancer and it appears with a very small spot or tumor in the liver but it grows for the to damage the whole body.
22.
