Right and wrong meaning of Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam

These days excessive and exaggerated use of the proverb called 'Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam' is going on. But behind that experiment, there is often neither attention to emotion nor meaning. There is a possibility of disaster due to this. Therefore, first of all it is necessary to know the real and authentic context and meaning of this proverb.
It is correct that this aphorism is inscribed at the entrance of the auditorium in the Parliament of India and thus it should be considered as the unanimous view of the constitution makers and early parliamentarians. But if its meaning is not taken care of, it can give rise to an ideological chaos.

Original reference

First of all it is necessary to know its original context. This verse of Mahopanishad is only for a Sanyast and Vitarag Siddha Purush. Who has neither attachment nor hatred towards anyone in life. There is love for all because only one Supreme is visible everywhere. While taking sannyas, it is pledged to be completely fearless and to give fearlessness to everyone, which means that there is no possibility that I will cause even the slightest harm to any human being or any creature. That's why I give Abhay to everyone. Also I am not afraid of anyone. I will fearlessly follow my svadharma and live the life of an ascetic, as long as it is my destiny, and while living such a life, I am not worried about when, how, for what reason I may die there is no fear for me. If someone accidentally kills me or dies due to some natural calamity or some poison bites me or some other kind of trauma or accident happens, there is no worry. Giving fearlessness to everyone and fearless in every way, the monk declares this.

This is not the truth of royal man

There is no provision for any such declaration by the princes anywhere. Why isn't it? Even for a prince, fearlessness has been said to be the most important quality. Then why doesn't the Rajpurush have the right to make such a declaration? Not only a royal person, even a householder has no right to make such a declaration.
Rajpurush does not have this right because he cannot give protection to everyone. He has to give fear to thieves, dacoits, swindlers and rascals. It is his religion to give fear. It is an essential part of Rajdharma. The ruler from whom the wicked and the criminals are not afraid, is an inept ruler. Therefore, 'Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam' is not an epithet for a Rajpurush.

It is not even for the householder

Similarly, this is not a proverb for the householder also. Because it is the duty of a householder to take care of his family by making every effort and effort. He cannot do this for other families. He has limited social responsibilities towards them. Hence 'Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam' is not even for householders.

High pitch

Then why is this proverb in the auditorium of the Parliament? Did the framers of the Constitution and the original owners of the Parliament consider it to be a Parliament of Sanyasis? apparently not. They were all political people. He was doing politics. Therefore, the announcement of 'Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam' in the auditorium of the Parliament is not Riju i.e. easy simple announcement. It is a political statement. His object was to give to the English Christians a lofty proclamation of his own equal to their blasphemy.

Know the truth of England

The rulers of England never said that they had come to enslave India. He always said that we are here to bring good governance in India and to protect Indian culture and will remain so as long as Indian people want. They could not muster the courage to say even for a single day that we will stay here even if the Indians do not want it. While this was in his mind, but he could never say it. Always kept saying that we are living for the good of India and for the welfare of the people here. He is living to give good governance and knowledge. Obviously they were political sentences.

We underestimate no one

Therefore, even in the auditorium of the Parliament, this announcement is written in the form of a political sentence - 'Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam'. There it means that if you consider us as family, then we will not call you low or impure or uncultured or inferior society or group. We will really consider you as family. will be treated equally. Will behave properly. you are different so behave will not do any injustice or rudeness. This is the meaning of 'Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam' in the Parliament House.

One Earth, One Family is the future aspiration

For the G20 summit, which is going to be held in New Delhi, 'One Earth, One Family' has been announced. In fact, the G20 group is formed by including 19 countries and the 20th European Union. Together they account for two-thirds of the world's population, three-quarters of world trade and 85 percent of global gross domestic product. Therefore, if there is a decision of fair policy behavior among the governments of these countries, then it will really be beneficial for the whole world. But it is not that simple either. Because so far the governments of Western Europe and the United States have kept all the terms of trade exchange in their favor. Even in the World Trade Organization and the International Monetary Fund and the World Bank, there is no policy justice anywhere. Discriminatory policies and rules have been made everywhere in favor of Europe and America and towards other regions of the world. This work is done at the lexical level by using a very sophisticated phraseology.

For a justice baded world

Fortunately India is currently being led by Shri Narendra Modi who is a very conscious nation leader towards trade and commerce and international dealings. He is conscious of the fact that he is representing a nation of 140 crore people. They know its power and fearlessly demand justice. That's why for this conference, this announcement 'The whole earth is one family' can prove to be a request for fair treatment at the international level, keeping in mind the interest of India. Whereas if there is no alert leadership, then this announcement becomes the basis of dedication. Jawaharlal Nehru's fierce dedication towards the Soviet bloc was done under the guise of beautiful declarations like Vishwashanti and Panchsheel. So there is no clear meaning in this slogan itself not even in an international context. The meaning in this is to fill the respective national heroes. Fortunately, at this time we have a capable national hero.
Science has moved forward, politics is lagging behind.
In fact, this whole earth is one, this thing is inferred from the new findings of science. Science has come a long way since Newton's time. At the time of Newton, European scientists concluded that this world is like a mechanical system. Taking inspiration from him, the Europeans foolishly assumed that they could know the rules for operating and controlling this mechanical system. In this sequence, they have endlessly exploited the land, water and environment and in no time were seen inviting destruction. The huge stock of mineral substances accumulated and stored in thousands of years started appearing to be almost half finished in a hundred-one and a half hundred years. Out of that came the famous Rome Report called 'Limits to Growth'. After that the concern of protecting the environment started being expressed. But decisive steps have not been taken in that regard till date. For example, due to the insistence on food production, governments have been continuously emphasizing the use of chemical fertilizers. The production of chemical fertilizers is controlled by multinational corporations and there is a huge trade imbalance. On the one hand, where the use of chemical fertilizers has to be limited, on the other hand their trade will also have to be made fair.

Multinational companies made one sided profit

The green revolution was promoted by the big multinational business houses of the developed countries and the market for agro chemicals and modern agricultural machinery was increased manifold. Due to this, the business of those foreign companies flourished in India, which were doing the business of selling agricultural chemicals, agricultural plants, agricultural machinery and modern agricultural technology. How will this trade off be balanced this challenge has its place. Due to unfair and disproportionate policies, a large amount of our secured foreign exchange reserves were first spent on importing chemical fertilizers. For this, first the fundamental materials were called raw materials and then on the basis of these and by giving great importance to the goods prepared by their modification and refinement, their price was increased many times more than the original material. Due to this, the original money of India was sent to foreign countries very cheaply and the finished goods were brought from there at high rates and in this sequence a large part of the Indian treasury was looted. In this way, India's goods and wealth have been looted many times more in 75 years than what England looted India from 1858 to 1947. Will there be any consideration on balancing this trade imbalance in the G20 conference? Because only then the name 'Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam' will be meaningful. As of now, only 6 agendas are main in the situation - 
1.   Green development, climate finance behavior and consideration of climate living conditions.
2.  Consideration of the target of determining the form and programs of sustainable development till 2030.
3.    Technology Transfer and Digital Public Infrastructure.
4.    Development of multidisciplinary organizations for the future. 
5.    Thoughts on speeding up the rate of growth in an integrated manner and
6.    Thoughts on development under the leadership of women power.

Fair and balanced development needed

It is clear that even though the idea of making the policies of development just and balanced is included in the formula, but there is no clear declaration of that idea. This aspect can be considered while determining the nature and programs of sustainable development. The truth is that declaring the whole earth as one family in the form of an attractive slogan is a different matter, so far no behavior of international powers has been in line with it. All international organizations also have many provisions in favor of Europe and America and against other countries of the world. Since the time of Gandhiji, lofty declarations have been used as an attempt to cover up their inferiority and show themselves as equals. Using this, in the last 75 years, Indian agents of international powers have propagated India's inferiority as an object of pride. But after the arrival of Modi ji, the situation has changed and we hope that now the request to consider this Vasudha as a family, that is, the request for equitable policies will actually be made.
