Patanjali Enhanced the Pride of India and Sage Tradition

It was the biggest challenge and the most awaited job to prepare an effective medicine to fight Corona in which Patanjali is the first institute to get success. On this occasion respected Swami Ramdev Ji Maharaj said that Patanjali Research Institute with the help of its hundreds of scientists worked day in and day out without taking rest and did a lot of clinical case study after which controlled clinical trial was done and then all the protocols of drug Discovery were followed. And finally these efforts resulted into making of Coronil and Swasari Vati which are  successful for the complete management of corona. He added that the medicine to fight Corona is being searched by the world but this medicine is already available in abundance in our Ayurvedic herbs. But the difference lies in its knowledge. Swamiji added that this medicine is very useful in both the management of Corona infection and protection from it. He also said that Patanjali has used Divya Shwasari Vati, Patanjali Giloy Ghan Vati , Patanjali Tulsi Ghan Vati , Patanjali Ashvgandha capsule, jointly and in proper quantity and also used Divya Anu tail to get the desired result in fighting Corona infection. Using the extracts of these very useful medicines Patanjali has prepared Coronil and Shwasari Vati to fight coronavirus pandemic. Swami Ji said that he has used randomised placebo controlled clinical trial on 100 Corona infected patients of which 69% recovered in just 3 days while it took seven days for the recovery of 100% patients while none of them died during this experiment. He also said that it was the first successful clinical trial in the field of Ayurveda in the world for management of Corona pandemic. He also said that 100% recovery and 0% death shows that Corona management in the best possible way is possible only in Ayurveda while he also appealed to the people of the country that they need not to be afraid of Corona but be cautious and careful to fight the pandemic and Coronil, Sasari Vati and Anu tail will be available very soon in every district, tehsil and block across the country. Speaking on this occasion the greatest Ayurveda expert of this century Aacharya Balkrishna Ji Maharaj said that it is the result of the trust of the citizens of this country and blessings of Swami that Patanjali has been creating a new history with every passing day and it was a historical day when Patanjali succeeded in transforming the knowledge tradition of sages into the biggest success of modern science because when the ancient knowledge of herbal medicine is not authenticated and made modern science oriented it cannot be assessed in a proper manner. Aacharya ji also said that compound withenon in Ashwagandha, tinocordicide which is the mean component of Giloy, Scutellarin available in Tulsi and pistacia integerrima present in Divya Shwasari, cressa cretica, Anacyclus pyrethrum besides many other phytochemicals for phyto metabolism and other effective minerals were added in a scientific manner which play a very significant role in identifying the symptoms and providing systematic treatment of Corona, apart from this they also enhance the immunity of the patient in a very authentic and scientific manner. While explaining the future course of action he said that in terms of scientific research of these medicines International research journals are in the process of publishing the research paper of it.

Aacharya Ji also said that clinical case study of these medicines were done in Delhi, Ahmedabad and Meerut besides various other cities of the country and randomised placebo controlled clinical trial (RCT) were done at National Institute of Medical Sciences and Research, NIMS University Rajasthan, Jaipur. For this all the qualifications like the approval from institutional ethics committee and registration at clinical trial registry of India (CTRI), etc. were also fulfilled.

By spreading the fear from Corona drug companies had planned to earn a lot of money from the people. They had also charted out a plan to rob the masses. But the team of a hermit and an Acharya foiled their game plan due to which these companies are in panic. But Patanjali had taken a pledge and they have succeeded now in providing people with Coronil and Shwasari in a very authentic and scientific manner. Respected Swami Ji Maharaj said that he and his team has provided the ministry of Ayush and government of India with all the clinical control trial documents and the ministry has also acknowledged that Patanjali Research Foundation has done all its job for Covid 19 management in a proper manner and he also said that there is no more misunderstanding between Patanjali and ministry of Ayush. Providing a detailed information Swamiji said that according to the directives of the ministry of Ayush Divya Coronil tablet , Divya Shwasari Vati and Anu  Tail, have got approval from state licence authority, Ayurved and Yunani Services, Uttrakhand government for manufacturing and distribution and according to this Patanjali will now be able to provide in all parts of the country.
He also said that the sections of Ayurvedic drug licence and clinical control trial are totally different. The licensing process of all the Ayurvedic medicines are on the basis of their traditional properties. Only after this their scientific trial and validation are followed and Patanjali and Divya Pharmacy have got the medicinal licence of Divya Coronil tablet and Divya Swasari Vati on the basis of their traditional medicinal uses and after this modern research based clinical trial was associated with it. Patanjali Research Institute Haridwar and NIMS University, Jaipur have jointly done a randomised placebo-controlled double-blind clinical trial on covid-19 positive patients and this trial had already got the approval of institutional ethics committee (IEC) and clinical trial registry of India (CTRI). And the positive result of this trial was announced by us on June 23, 2020. In this trial, 95 people between 15 years and 65 years of age, both male and female, (including asymptomatic mild-to-moderate) had voluntarily agreed to participate in this trial and 45 of them were given Patanjali medicines and rest of the 50 patients got Placebo. Covid-19 patients of Patanjali group medicines short encouraging results as 67% of them got recovered in just 3 days and all the 45 patients got recovered in just 7 days which means 100% patients were found negative. Moreover c-reactive protein (CRP), interleukin IL-6 and TNF-alpha cytokines  blood serum level was found to be at the lowest level in comparison to the people who were given Placebo. This was the first successful clinical control trial of Ayurvedic medicines on covid-19 positive patients. Now we are moving forward in the direction of multicentric clinical trial of these Ayurvedic medicine. We have been doing comprehensive research based activities at Patanjali so that Ayurveda could be established as evidence based medicinal system. We have completed our animal pre clinical trial work on high blood pressure, heart ailments, diabetes, Arthritis, liver diseases, skin diseases, Dengue, Chikungunya, viral diseases, how to make a man's brain stronger, etc. We are also engaged in in our work of clinical control trial and it is a matter of great Pride for Ayurveda and Indian tradition of knowledge. More than 500 senior scientists of Patanjali Research Centre are engaged in growth and development of yoga and Ayurveda. For the success of it, Patanjali has already rendered more than ₹ 10000 crore in the service to the nation.
We represent the ancient Vedic tradition and the tradition of the sages of India. We have never been engaged in fake campaign on propaganda and our mission has been to ensure the trust of the people. Some medicine mafias and anti India forces have been trying to defame us, malign our image but we have strong resolution to attain our goal successfully despite all sorts of difficulties.
On one hand we dream to ensure that India will regain its Global status as world Guru and a world superpower, on the other hand we also have been trying to transform our local products as Global products and for this we have to become vocal and make India a self dependent country. However when Patanjali institute, Swami Ramdev Ji Maharaj, Aacharya Balkrishna and senior scientist of Patanjali have been working day in and day out to realise this great dream it is unfortunate that some people are trying to malign their image and some people have been abusing them and are plotting to file FIR against them to send Swami ji and his team to jail due to the lack of knowledge and their envy. It is unfortunate for a civilized country and we should have at least a pinch of sympathy for the people who have been affected by the Deadly disease of covid-19. However Patanjali will be working without caring of these conspiracies and will continue to serve the people with full of its strength, Satyameva Jayate, Seva Dharma, Manav Dharma, Rashtra Dharma and this is our duty.
