Patanjali has made a big contribution to the society in the form of Patanjali Research Center. This R&D Center will make Patanjali University a center of education and research as well as innovation. I believe that Patanjali University will provide solutions to the world in the field of medicine and food security in the coming times.

Patanjali is the biggest laboratory of National Education Policy 2020

He said that National Education Policy 2020 is a strong basis for connecting Indian knowledge tradition with modern research and Patanjali is also working with this objective. Today, the biggest laboratory of National Education Policy 2020 is Patanjali Yoga Vidyapeeth. Taking India's timeless heritage forward should be our collective resolve. Developed India will be identified not by materialistic approach, but by developed personalities. We will have to make organized efforts individually and socially to take the country forward in technology, social policy and economic policy, and Patanjali will also have a big role in this.

Swami Ramdev Ji Maharaj made yoga a mass movement

In the last 25 years, there has been no village, no town, no district, no major place in the country where Yogrishi Swami Ramdev Ji has not reached in person to give prestige to Yoga. Just like in the freedom struggle, a movement was started with full commitment to revive India, to free the country from the chains of slavery, similarly, when we were entering the 21st century, if Pujya Ramdev Ji and Acharya Balkrishna Ji had not started the Yoga movement with the same passion, then it would not have been possible for this country to be filled with Yoga today. Today, on this platform of Patanjali, I express my gratitude to you on behalf of the entire country. The country's illustrious Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi has also contributed a lot to this yoga movement. Due to his farsightedness, today yoga has got acceptance all over the world. WHO and UN have recognized yoga today.

Holistic wellness is the need of the world

No one can forget the pandemic of Covid-19 all over the world. During the time of Covid, many vaccines were discovered, many treatments were found, many types of protocols were made, but if there was any most effective way to resist Covid, then it was yoga and Ayurveda. There is no doubt about this and in that period Patanjali played an important role and set a new example of human service. Immunity building, stress management and holistic wellness are the need of the world today. Swami Ramdev ji Maharaj and the Honorable Prime Minister not only took yoga to the international level but also made it a mass movement by taking it to every village and town. Talking about Ayurveda, the Honorable Prime Minister created a separate department named AYUSH. He said that the status of Yoga-Ayurveda is equal to allopathy.

The British attacked the education system of India

About 200 years ago in 1835 when the country was under slavery, a white Britisher named Macaulay returned to Britain after touring India and presented a document in the British Parliament. It was mentioned in that document that if we have to keep India in slavery for a long time, then the education policy of India, the education system, the education system will have to be torn apart and destroyed. Today four countries are super powers in technology, Japan has become a brand in it. Just as Patanjali is becoming a brand as an option in the field of Ayurveda, Japan is a brand of quality. Made in India is also going to replace it in a few days. The people who make Made in Japan do not know English, they depend on the Japanese language. Similarly, Israel, Germany and China are also a brand in the field of engineering and technology, English is not used there either. But after 1835, a misconception was spread in India and English was imposed in our education system.

Patanjali will become the number one university of the country

I came to Patanjali a few days ago, I have also worked in the Indian Education Board for some time. I am also a beneficiary of Patanjali's Ayurvedic products. I have known Patanjali closely. I believe that if there is any biggest contribution in the service of the country in the 21st century, it will be Patanjali Research Center. I have seen big laboratories in the world. I have seen many R&D centres of Government of India, State Government and many industrial houses but there are only a few R&D centres like Patanjali Research Centre.
When I came here earlier, I had given a suggestion to Pujya Ramdev Ji and Acharya Balkrishna Ji that Patanjali Research Centre should be brought under Patanjali University. I am feeling very happy today that Patanjali Research Centre has become a part of University of Patanjali. Now Patanjali will definitely become the number one university of the country.

The country's need is innovation in the field of technology

What is the need of our country? Today India will dominate the service sector all over the world. We have gone far ahead in IT, medicine, banking, finance, logistics etc.
There is no shortage in our engineering capacity, we have gone far ahead in this also, our production line is perfect. Our challenge is innovation, innovation of technology.

University will become the centre for solving world problems

I am not a prophet or know astrology but I am a student of sociology. I am saying without any doubt that Patanjali University will become the centre for solving world problems in the field of medicine and food security in the coming days. In the coming days it will be a research university, it can also become an innovation university. Thousands of years old elements of your civilization have been collected in this university. University of Patanjali has the power to solve world problems by incorporating history and present.

Yoga-Ayurveda is the need of Indian medical system

I am also a beneficiary of allopathy. Allopathy is a curative treatment system. After the problem occurs, diagnosis and finding a solution is the process of allopathy. But in Ayurveda, Naturopathy, Yoga there is a preventive method that the disease will not occur at all. You have the methods to prevent the disease. Therefore, the medical system that India needs in the coming days is Yoga and Ayurveda. To fulfil the resolution of a healthy India, the Prime Minister called the WHO and established the Jamnagar Centre, Ayurveda University and India's WHO Centre. In the history of India, perhaps Prime Minister Narendra Modi is the first leader who has given impetus to the knowledge of Yoga and Ayurveda revived by him.
The Prime Minister says that Ayurveda is the solution to the problems to come. We are committed to serve not only Indians but also the whole world. Every person comes to Haridwar to cure mental health. Haridwar is a centre of attraction, the world comes to seek refuge in Maa Ganga. Gangotri starts from this state, the four Dhams are in this state, there can be no better place than this to show the world a new path of medicine.
