Successful treatment of dengue with Dengunil

    At the end of rainy season, a wave of dengue comes all over India. This viral fever proves fatal for many people because many people ignore it thinking it to be a normal viral fever. In Hindi it is called dengue, while in English it is called dengue, in Hindi it is called Dengue. Dengue fever is caused by the bite of a special mosquito named Aedes. There are 2 species of it, whose bite causes it. This virus enters our body through the mosquito. When this mosquito bites a patient, he becomes its host, and when the same mosquito bites another healthy person, this virus enters that person and that person also gets affected by dengue. This is a special type of mosquito, on whose body white spots or patches are visible. There are mainly 4 viruses of dengue, which are numbered 1, 2, 3, 4 respectively. This is such a disease which has the possibility of recurring.

Every year millions of people suffer from dengue

Every year around 40 crore people in the world suffer from dengue, and according to last year's report, 40 thousand people died due to this disease. This is a common disease in India and tropical areas because the conditions there such as temperature are favorable for the mosquitoes to thrive. As soon as this virus enters the body, it starts growing rapidly and establishes its dominance over various organs of the body such as liver, spleen, kidney, and also starts affecting the blood arteries rapidly. This virus is very harmful for the body even in a small amount on the tip of a needle.

Main symptoms of dengue

The symptoms of this disease include pain under the eyes, fever, muscle pain, headache, nausea, vomiting, pain in bones and joints, and red spots all over the body. These spots indicate that we have reached the advanced stage of dengue.

Patanjali's research on Denguenil

It was first done after chemical analysis of this medicine and was observed how many types of phytochemicals are present in it and in what quantity. Thereafter, zebra fish was made the basis for biological tests. The internal structure of this fish is quite similar to that of humans and research can be done on it quickly, hence this model was adopted. But there was also a question whether the dengue virus affects fish and will also infect fishes, because fishes live inside water and this type of disease has not been studied on them till now. But when serum of patients suffering from dengue was taken and inoculated in these fishes, then this virus infected the zebra fish in the same way as it infects humans and multiplied itself in them too. In this research, it was found that similar symptoms were found in these fishes like anemia, laziness and low level of platelets. Under this research, first of all these fishes were kept in 2 groups in which they were given medicines for 8 days and 15 days continuously. After that, when the gene expression of dengue virus DENV-3 was measured, it was seen that the effect of medicines was less of the virus at different doses treatment the level is gradually decreasing. After this, liver inflammation was measured inthese fish and it was seen that these inflammatory markers are also decreasing with different doses of the drug, after that the increased level of red blood cells was also reduced by this drug in a dose dependent manner. Apart from this, the number of white blood cells and platelet count was also examined by this medicine and it was found that the white blood cells and platelet count which were reduced due to dengue were also getting cured with different doses of the medicine. Other parameters like hematocrit count and RBC count, both of which get reduced in dengue, are also getting cured and increasing with different doses. Apart from this, another biomarker and parameter hemorrhagic clot, which means red rashes on the body and which is an adverse condition of dengue, was also seen on the fins of fish, but as soon as Dengunil medicine was given to these fish, these rashes also started reducing. Along with this, Dengunil Vati also reduced the major gene expression ANG-3 and CCL-3 which increase in dengue in a dose dependent manner. Subsequently, research was done on human liver cells and skin cells to check its side effects on human body and it was found that Dengueil has no side effects.
