Tomatoes are available in different colour and different shapes like yellow tomato, Orange tomato, blue tomato, purple tomato and their taste also very a lot. It contains normal sugar like glucose, Fructose, between 5 gram in per 100 gram quantity of the tomato and it also contains   5 G in 100 G of fibres and it also contains a huge quantity of Vitamins which give strength to bones and in case of accident it helps in clotting of blood and prevents excess of bleeding apart from this it also contains abundance of Vitamin C which improves immunity and also prevents heart related diseases. It also helps in absorption of Calcium and Iron in our body besides it also contains vitamin B9 in abundance which improves the health condition of Unborn baby as it prevents the neural tube defects of the baby before birth and also controls home system and it is very useful in preventing the damage of blood vessels and other heart related diseases. When tomato starts turning from Green to Red it releases ethylene hormone and it has been seen that vegetable sellers use harmful ethylene gas on a unripe tomato to make it ripe.
