Do you know that alopecia can be a serious disease? Let's know about 'alopecia'! Hair fall is very common in present times. People think that it cannot be a disease, problems in food, daily routine, changes in weather cause hair fall, but if your hair starts falling in clumps due to which your hairline starts rising, sometimes along with the head, hair from other parts of the body also starts falling and patches (round spots) start appearing on the head, then this disease is called alopecia (baldness). According to modern doctors and dermatologists, this is an autoimmune disease. Sometimes this problem starts in women even during pregnancy, which gets cured later. Sometimes this problem can also occur due to being stressed for a long time. Alopecia can also occur due to side effects of medicines. Its main reasons include:-
Autoimmune problem
The body's immune system mistakes the hair follicles for a foreign element and attacks them.
Genetic causes
If someone in the family has had this problem, then its chances increase.
Stress or depression
Physical or mental stress can also trigger alopecia areata.
Hormonal imbalance
In some cases, hormonal changes can also give rise to this problem. In Ayurveda this disease is called Indralupta. live in pores When the Pitta dosha combines with the Vata dosha and gets vitiated or contaminated, the hair of that area falls off. Then the Kapha dosha mixed with the contaminated blood blocks the path of the hair follicles of that area due to which new hair cannot grow. This disease can be seen in both men and women. Usually, in men, the hair starts falling from the sides and the front. Women's hair starts falling from the middle of the head. The effect of this disease is often seen on the mind as well because this problem is also related to external beauty. Women are deeply affected by this disease. Due to this they often s u f f e r f r o m a n x i e t y and depression. Due to which the defects become more aggravated and the problem increases further. There is no permanent solution to alopecia even in modern medicine, so they adopt such measures to slow down hair fall. Alopecia can be cured with Ayurvedic medicine and new hair growth can also be seen. This is the miracle of Ayurvedic medicine, one such 24 year old female patient came to me for treatment who was suffering from alopecia. Her hair was falling in clumps and patches were formed on her head. This had a profound effect on him hence, she became extremely stressed, depressed and irritable. First of all, I advised her to stay mentally strong along with medical advice. On nature test, it was found that she is a woman of Pitta Kaphaj nature and her daily routine also includes Vata and Pitta provoking factors to a large extent.
Treatment
The first medicines given to the patient are as follows:-
Mix all the above medicines and make 60 sachets. Take 1 sachet with water in the morning and evening, about 20 minutes before meals was instructed to take it.
• Divya Fighter Vati (Patanjali) 2-2 tablets in the morning and evening after meals
• Nutrela Natural Bone Health (Patanjali) 1-1 capsule in the morning after dinner in the evening • Nutrela Daily Active Capsule(Patanjali) 1-1 capsule after dinner in the morning and 1 in the evening external medicines.
Herbal Hair Expert Oil (Patanjali)
The patient was instructed to apply it on the head twice a week at night and wash it off in the morning. Apart from the above medicines, Jalaukaavacharana therapy was used for the removal of Pitta dosha.
Since in this disease there is a disord of the tridosha as well as the blood dhatu, therefore according to modern doctors and dermatologists, alopecia is an autoimmune disease. Sometimes this problem starts in women even during pregnancy, which gets cured later. Jalaukvacharana therapy is very beneficial for removing bile contaminated b l o o d from the body, therefore i t is necessary to do J a l a u k v a c h a r a n a from time to time along with m e d i c i n e s . A y u r v e d i c treatment is incomplete without following a diet and since the sick woman has contradictory food and bile a g g r a v a t i o n diet, more yoga practice is required therefore, first of all, some special changes were made in his diet. He had to do necessary pranayama like Anulom-Vilom Bhramari and some it is advised to do asanas like Sarvangasana etc. daily.
According to modern Medical Science and scheme disease experts alopecia alopecia is an autoimmune disease and many times this happens in women during the time of pregnancy but gets automatically cured after sometime. |
By changing the diet, exercising and taking medicines regularly, the difference started becoming visible in just 1 month his hair fall had reduced and hair growth started in the patchy areas, which gave him mental strength and increased his enthusiasm towards Ayurveda treatment. Due to c a l m i n g down of the aggravated doshas and removal of contaminated blood, miraculous relief was seen in this disease in a few months. In modern science, there is no permanent solution to this disease. This complex disease can be cured by Ayurvedic treatment, diet and yoga practice. I can clearly understand this from my experience of the past few years. I can say that if the Ayurvedic treatment of a n y disease is done keeping in mind the doshas, polluted nature, source of vision etc. then that treatment remains beneficial.
