Glorious history and special recommendations of Swami Darshanand Gurukul Mahavidyalaya

Respected Swami Darshananand had planted a sapling in the form of Gurukul Jwalapur 118 years ago, which has today taken the form of a banyan tree and is serving the society and the nation by blossoming and flourishing. With time, the aura of the Gurukul started dimming, so on the request of the well-wishers of the Gurukul, the responsibility of its operation currently rests on the shoulders of Patanjali Yogpeeth under the able guidance of revered Yogarishi Swami Ramdev Ji Maharaj and revered Acharya Balkrishna Ji Maharaj. On the occasion of the 29th foundation day of Patanjali Yogpeeth, the 200th birth anniversary of Patanjali Yogpeeth Maharishi Dayanand Saraswati ji and the birth anniversary of the founder of the Gurukul, Pujya Swami Darshananand ji, the Patanjali Yopgeeth family laid the foundation stone of 'Swami Darshanand Gurukul Mahavidyalaya' and Acharyakulam. Patanjali Yogpeeth has now taken up the responsibility of fulfilling the wish of Maharishi Dayanand and propagating this tradition of Gurukul all over the world under the guidance of revered Yogarishi Swami Ramdev Ji Maharaj. After paying obeisance to the land of Gurukul Jwalapur, distinguished dignitaries have given special suggestions which are being presented here for your convenience -

That's why coming here old memories became fresh.
Such places can become ideals of our ancient culture and are presented before our eyes. If we can coordinate the Gurukul system with the modern teaching method, then I have no doubt that our country will benefit from such coordination. Patanjali's future plans regarding Swami Darshanand Gurukul College
In the foundation stone laying ceremony, Pujya Swami Ji Maharaj told that there are plans to run three big projects from Gurukul Jwalapur, the first of which will be the grand 7-storey Patanjali Gurukulam to be built at a cost of about Rs 250 crores. There will be residential arrangements for about 1500 students in this Gurukul. Like Nalanda and Takshashila, in this Gurukul, students from all over the world will gain knowledge of Indian education, culture and traditions and become flag bearers of Sanatan and Indian culture in the whole world.
Apart from this, Acharyakulam branch will be established here at a cost of about Rs 250 crore in which about 5000 children will be able to avail the benefit of day-boarding. There is also a plan to build Maharishi Dayanand Guest House here.
Here, along with education, children will be given those values so that they can connect with their culture and their roots. The period of Sanatan's glory is going on in the entire country. On one hand, the understanding of the Sanatan, the understanding of India and on the other hand, the understanding of modern subjects, that is, the best spiritual education of the country, the education of the Sanatan, the understanding of India, nation building along with character building, the feeling of pride and self-respect will be awakened within the children. . Here there will be a confluence of the best modern education and the best oriental knowledge. The children of Patanjali Gurukulam and Acharyakulam will have knowledge of at least 5 languages of the world including Hindi, English, Sanskrit.
Swami ji told that the people of Chauhan community have played a big role in protecting the Gurukul, hence the statue of Emperor Prithviraj Chauhan ji will also be installed here. He said that a community center will be built here within 1 to 2 years which will benefit the people of Haridwar.
