After this, their heart and brain tissues were observed with the help of laser direct infrared imaging system. It was found that nine types of microplastics were present in his heart and brain. The largest piece in it was about 469 mm.

Walking four thousand steps reduces the risk of death
Nowadays, due to the changing lifestyle of people, the risk of diabetes and heart attack is increasing, hence people are advised to exercise daily along with eating better food to stay healthy. If you can't exercise then at least take a walk. A research has revealed that if you walk at least 3967 steps every day, it reduces the risk of death due to any cause. Researchers found that if you are successful in walking 2337 steps daily then it is helpful in reducing the risk of heart and cardiovascular diseases. An analysis of data from 17 studies involving 2,26,889 people around the world showed that the more you walk, the healthier you are. This research has been published in the European Journal of Preventive Cardiology. It says every additional 1,000 steps reduces the risk of death from any cause by 15 percent, while 500 additional steps reduces the risk of death from cardiovascular disease by seven percent.
Maciej Banasz, a professor of cardiology at the Medical University of Lodz in Poland, said that even when people walked 20,000 steps a day, the health benefits continued to increase. Till now there is no upper limit for his daily walk. This applies to both men and women, no matter what age they are and what region they live in.
