Soil testing machine 'Dharti ka Doctor' manufactured by Patanjali has been certified by ICAR

The soil testing machine 'Earth Doctor' was awarded a certification by the Central Soil Salinity Research Institute of the Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR) in the premises of Tanjali University.
On this occasion, the Founder President of Patanjali Yogpeeth, His Holiness Swami Ramdev Ji Maharaj told that Dharti Ka Doctor is a state-of-the-art soil testing machine through which accurate soil testing results can be obtained at low cost and in less time. 

He said that due to indiscriminate use of chemicals, our agricultural land which provides food and medicine is becoming polluted and barren, which needs to be resolved with time. But it can be improved by testing through the machine. He said that we are determined to double the income of farmers in which this soil testing machine will prove to be very helpful.

Managing Director of Bharua Agri Science, Param Prajdheya Acharya Balkrishna Ji Maharaj said that 12 essential parameters of soil health are tested through the Earth Doctor Soil Testing Machine, which includes the main nutrients available nitrogen, phosphorus and potash and secondary nutrients boron, iron, zinc, copper and manganese. This machine has received patent and CE certificate from the Government of India.
He said that this machine has been developed by Patanjali scientists after years of extensive research which will prove to be a boon for the farmers. This machine provides the best possible solution for every agricultural problem of the farmers. Revered Acharya ji told that this machine is very easy to use. Through this, fertilizer recommendations as per the crop can be obtained in all three types - chemical, organic and mixed.
Dr. Rajendra Kumar Yadav, Director of Central Soil Salinity Research Institute, said that the Soil Doctor will prove to be a very useful machine for the farmers of the country and the Soil Health Scheme of the Government of India. 
He said that our health is connected with the health of the earth. There are 12 parameters for soil health based on which the quality of the soil is determined. Our team did a thorough test on this machine and found that it is the first such machine in the country by which all the 12 parameters can be accurately tested.
On this occasion, Dr. Arvind Kumar Rai, Principal Scientist and Head of Department, Central Soil Salinity Research Institute and Dr. Ashok Kumar Mehta from Patanjali Institute, Dr. Rishi Kumar, Director of Bharua Agri Science, along with prominent scientists Vikrant Verma, Hemant Tyagi and Dr. Ashutosh Gupta etc. were present.
