Control aging : Immunogrit

  Every person who comes into this world wishes to remain young forever. People make a lot of efforts for this. From sandalwood, turmeric, milk, aloe vera, honey, multani mitti in olden times to botox injections and other new technologies nowadays, people have been using it for this reason. Aging is a progressive change that progresses with time. This is a gradual change taking place in several stages. Along with physical changes, aging also involves changes in cells, tissues and organs. In the language of science, increasing age of cells is called senescence. One obvious symptom of aging is the appearance of wrinkles and sagging or loss of elasticity of the skin. Young skin remains soft and hydrated, has collagen and elasticity, and also maintains tonicity or stretch. With increasing age, wrinkles appear on the skin and there is lack of water in the body, which leads to dehydration. The level of collagen and elastin proteins decreases and they break down into small pieces.
Factors
Premature aging of the body can occur due to various reasons such as exposure to ultraviolet rays of the sun, air pollution, lifestyle changes such as consumption of tobacco or alcohol. Diabetes also accelerates aging. During various researches it has also been observed that consuming excessive amounts of carbohydrates is also an important factor in aging.
Research pre-strategy
Measuring the age of cells is a difficult task, because growth is a slow process and getting so much time for research under normal circumstances is almost an impossible task. To speed up this process, different types of cellular models were developed where various types of tests were made to measure the age of cells. By increasing the amount of a type of carbohydrate D-galactose in the body, the aging process accelerates. By conducting experiments on human skin cells grown in the laboratory, it was found that they age with time. These cells were given different amounts of D-galactose and it was found that these cells were aging prematurely. To confirm that D-galactose increases the age of cells in the skin, a blue marker was used and as D-galactose levels were increased the cells in the body aged and appeared blue. . Pathways of genetic expression of different genes were also measured, the main ones being p16 and p21 pathways. These pathways control our genetic expression. The research found that increasing the amount of D-galactose in the cells also had an impact on the genetic level, that is, changes were seen on gene expression and these changes were focused on the time and amount of D-galactose.
Western blots to determine whether aging impacts protein levels in addition to cells and genes technology was chosen as the medium which yielded positive results. The investigation found that just as D-galactose was changing gene expression, it was doing the same at the protein level, and was increasing aging in the body just like the normal aging process. Through these research, an attempt was made to find out what kind of changes are taking place in the cells if aging is brought prematurely. This process was designed as a model system.
Ayurveda philosophy
Subsequently, based on the Ayurvedic text, Bhava Prakash Nighantu, Patanjali Research Institute prepared the medicine Immunogrit, which is a mixture of 12 very special herbs, the main ones being - Vidarkand, Shatavari, Kakoli, Safed Musli, Shuddha Kaunch, Ashwagandha, Rajat Bhasma, Mukta Pishti, Swarna Bhasma, Vasant Kusumakar Ras, Bala, Giloy, etc. Along with anti-aging, these herbs are also anti-inflammatory, anti-fungal, anti-bacterial.
Research and Conclusion
After extensive chemical testing of Immunogrit, it was found that it contained 78 types of components or phyto compounds that could slow down or reverse the aging process, these components were used as signatures or chemical fingerprinting. Research also found that they contain different types of reactive oxygen species and positive stain markers which regulate various types of biochemical processes occurring in the body and cells.
After this an attempt was made to see whether D-galactose the changes observed at the level of cells, genes, proteins and various parameters can be reversed or not by the drug ImmunoGrit depending on the time and dose.
Full-term results are possible only at the genetic level, not at the cellular level. To prove this, it was emphasized that research should be done at the level of genes so that the causes of aging can be completely reversed. mRNA expression, or the expression of genes that originate from a single nuclease, that synthesize appropriate amounts of proteins may regulate aging. Using ImmunoGrit, it was found that the cells and genes that had been altered and broken down by the use of D-galactose began to recover and the changes in expression began to be corrected. After these extensive research it was observed that Immunogrit slows down and reverses the aging process. During the aging process, cells grow less as they get older and stop dividing. With the help of ImmunoGrit, not only did the aging of cells slow down but normal cell division also started, thereby increasing the number of cells. This experiment led to the conclusion that the entire cellular process can be regulated by immunogrit, which is a time and dose dependent process.
The primary factors of aging, p16 and p21, whose levels were increased by D-galactose, were also reduced at gene levels in a dose-dependent manner with the help of immunoassay. By using immunostaining not only on gene expression but also on its associated proteins, it was seen how it works. For this, a black stain was used on specific antibodies to the protein by Western blots, in which the dark black color demonstrated how expressive the proteins were in the state of senescence and as the amount of immunoprecipitation was increased, The level of protein also decreased in the same way as the level of genes was changing. Research on immunogrit led to the conclusion that it regulates the entire pathway from mRNA to protein in a time and dose dependent manner can be reduced in some way. A major parameter of skin aging is MMP (Matrix Metallo Proteinase), which decides how well our skin is glowing. How much tension and pull is there in it? Their levels become modulated as age increases. The use of ImmunoGrit also ensured that the stiffness and stretchiness which had reduced due to aging was also reduced in a dose dependent manner by ImmunoGrit. Subsequently, the MMP level of RNA was also measured and it was found that ImmunoGrit also reduced it in a dose dependent manner. Additionally, collagen fiber synthesis, the precursor of which is hydroxyproline, a building block of collagen proteins, was also examined as a parameter and found to be reduced by ImmunoGrit in a dose-dependent manner. And cell health and protein synthesis process smoothens.  
Aging is an eternal truth which cannot be stopped but with the use of Immunogrit this process can be slowed down, which has also been proven by research. The research done on Immunogrit is a proof that if this unlimited knowledge of Ayurveda is linked with the advanced technologies of the present, then the day is not far when the stories of immortality and immortality read and heard in ancient texts will appear to be true.
