Patanjali's Peedanil Gold is a research based authentic medicine for arthritis and arthritis. Osteoarthritis is the primary cause of pain in about 22 to 39 percent of people with osteoarthritis. This is because the pain increases due to the friction between the bones of the knee, hands or ankle, because the grease between these bones decreases due to which the pain increases and according to the structure If seen, there are small bumps on the ends of the bones, which we call osteophytes. And when these osteophytes rub against each other, the body starts feeling pain. In such a case, if we use medicine, can we stop the formation of osteophytes? Or stop the pain it is causing? Keeping this objective in mind, we did some tests.

Comparative study of allopathic medicine and Pidanil Gold during successful animal trial
We did this experiment first on rats. On these mice we Used chemical whose name is monoacetate iodo act (monosodium iodo acetate). In fact, this chemical works to melt bones. Through this, by injecting this chemical in the middle of the knee of the mice, the bones of the knee started melting lightly, due to which the symptoms of osteoarthritis started coming. In this experiment, we wondered what would be the results if we used different types of medicines. Then for comparative study, we also gave allopathic medicine Indomecitin to the rats and on the other hand we used Pidanil Gold. Our test ran for 27 days which was a complete animal base model. In this, we did research about the health of bones, tested the health of cartilages and also studied all the factors that cause pain in depth. Here both the symptoms and the system were studied very closely. The reason that causes pain was also looked at and the symptoms of inflammation, infection etc. were also studied.

Ayurveda cures both the symptoms and the system

The allopathic medicine that was being given here was only eliminating the pain and not the cause of the pain, it has complete clinical data. When we were testing here on rats, we looked at two types of pain. One such pain which actually gives the feeling of pain, like if we prick someone with a pin, then there is pain and the other such pain which does not give the feeling of pain, but if there is a disease then its pain starts to arise. We call the first pain hyperaglesia and the second allodynia. The stinging pain which is called allodynia. When the disease had developed in the animals, then the feeling of that pain increased a lot. In such a situation, Peedanil Gold acted in two ways. One, it reduced the pain similar to the allopathic drug indometacin to reduce pain, secondly, it also affected the factors of pain, that's why Pedanil stayed ahead of allopath's medicine in parameters. The same way we did in Hyper Eglesia where we do a small punch in the animal's leg. After that we see how much pressure the animal can take of that punch. In that case also Peedanil Gold gave very good result.

The most critical point or diagnostic marker in arthritis is X-ray. The condition of the bones is seen through these X-rays. Here we took X-rays of the knee of the animals. It was observed whether osteophytes have formed on the surface of the knees of rats. These octophytes are structures of small bumps that also cause pain. We found that the disease control animals in which we had induced this disease had developed a lot of autophyte and on which Pidanil Gold acted in two ways. And it is a big thing that the results that came, my team had never imagined such results. When we sliced these bones and did histopathology and tried to see which is bone tissue. What kind of changes came in it due to illness and what kind of changes were corrected by Pidanil Gold and it was found that the college which was damaged and the space between the joint which was reduced, all of them were corrected by Pidanil Gold. done. We did this test only in 17 days.

The topic we have talked about here is 'Osteo Arthritis', the other model we have worked on is 'Neuropathic Pain'. It has a slightly surgical model. In this, we do a small surgery on the animals and tie a loose thread around their nurse, like stitches are applied, it is called catgut. This is called 'chronic construction injury'. This non-model of pain in animals involves neuralgia. Here we see that it is a completely different type of pain from bone pain which is caused by pinched nerves. When we used Pedanil Gold on this pain, along with it we also used the drug 'Gabapatin' which is called Gold Standard of Allopath. We measured three major markers of pain: hyperglycemia, allodynia, and cold allodynia. We looked at whether pain actually decreased. If it is reduced, has Peedanil Gold reduced it?
