Children are heart and soul for their parents and one thing that is a matter of great concern for the parents of the children to ensure their bright future as well as good health and great behaviour and parents are always ready to sacrifice everything that they have for their children to see e success and prosperity of their kids and this is the biggest desire of majority of parents. However when did you see the glamour, fashion, myriad colours of life, bad habits of life, etc. then a question appears in their heart which is weather their children will be able to keep themselves away from such bad things around them and it is also a matter of concern for this parents that in today's digital world will it be possible for their children to protect themselves from this vicious circle of bad habits in the world? They are not able to understand what to do and they don't find any solution to these problems? 
However solution to these problems are available that to in a very simple way and this can be possible only by the means of yoga which is a Legacy of our great ancient sages. These days our younger generation is fast becoming addicted to alcohol and narcotics which is taking use toll on their health but with regular practice of yoga the willpower of a child becomes very strong and whatever is ominous and bad for life hardly affect children and in the company of others they don't learn bad habits and it becomes very simple for them to continue with good habits in life and if a student is trapped in it than regular practice of yoga can help him come out of such addictions quite easily.

The children who do not take their career seriously and those who have attain a goal in their life they must practice yoga because a student can make his mind pure and sacred by the means of yoga and this way his thinking power will increase that will help a student to achieve his goal quite easily. Regular practice of yoga improve the immunity of our body and also gives us glowing face and our power to fight infections and diseases gets increased and our body becomes disease free, strong and healthy. To improve ability to fight diseases it is important it to do a little bit of physical exercise like Surya namaskar and Asans and Pranayam described by respected Swami Ji Maharaj because they are very useful and give amazing results.

Regular practice of yoga our muscles become active and this way our body and mind become stress free and regular practice of yoga gives us healthy digestive system and we also have good sleep and if a person has good appetite it gives name many e health benefits because Swami Ji says that to fight stress a student must practice anulom vilom Pranayam, paschimottanasana yoga , Shavasana, Anjalimudra, etc. because they are very effective in fighting stress. Starting exercise of yoga at an early age is much useful for a person because the body of a child is more flexible than an adult therefore it is easier for a child to learn such things quite easily and it is effect that children earlier had much more opportunity to play outdoor but today's children are confined at home m.and they are forced who spend their time on electronic gadgets due to which they are not easily able to concentrate on their studies. This bad habit is making the children of today on healthy both mentally and physically and it is also well known to us that healthy education is possible only when the body of a student is healthy and this can be possible only by the means of yoga. Yoga makes our body free from diseases and gives strength to our mind and it also so I activate their heart and mind for doing their work properly and it is affected that today's children have to face competition since very early age and the level of their studies has also got increased compared to earlier days and they are taught since very early age that if we fail in any competitive exam that will be a big failure of their life which is the reason why they are not in a position to easily accept there defeat and control their emotions and this way they lose their self confidence. This also makes their heart and mind weaker therefore it becomes very necessary for all parents to associate their children with yoga and Pranayam since very early age because yoga gives them capacity to sustain jolts of life.
