Irregular lifestyle and dietinvitation to cancer
On hearing the name of cancer, the ground can start slipping under the feet. This disease can catch any person at any age. That is why it is necessary that there is a correct and accurate information about it and we should be aware of cancer. The easiest way to do this is to change your lifestyle and improve your diet. Cancer can also be caused by polluted environment, irregular lifestyle, unhealthy diet and unclean diet. In a recent research, it has been claimed that the risk of cancer can increase due to unclean diet. According to this research published in JNCI Cancer Spectrum, more than 80,000 new cancer cases were found in the US in 2015, the main factor was poor diet. For this research, researchers assessed seven dietary factors. These factors were low intake of fruits, vegetables, whole grains and dairy products and processed meats, and excessive consumption of sugary beverages such as soda. After estimating these factors, the result was that America saw the highest number of cancer cases due to consumption of low amounts of whole grains. In this research, data related to the daily diet of adults in the US was assessed between 2013 and 2016.

Many antibiotics are being ineffective on patients in the country
Although antibiotics are said to be very powerful, but in an ICMR report it has come to the fore that antibiotics are becoming ineffective on patients in India. Carbapenem drug is given for the treatment of pneumonia and septicemia patients in ICU. It is a
very powerful antibiotic but now in India not working for many patients. Carbapenem is not the only drug that is proving to be useless, many drugs like minocycline, erythomycin, clindamycin are no longer working for many patients in many bacterial infections. Disclosing this, the Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR) released a new report.
Several factors have been cited for the increased resistance of bacteria to drugs. These include giving major antibiotics without investigation, rational dosage and methods. This is the fifth report of ICMR named Antimicrobial Resistance (MAR). It was made on the basis of data received from ICMR's network hospitals across the country from January 1 to December 31, 2021. The study identified six pathogen (disease-causing microorganisms) groups that are developing resistance to drugs.
These pathogens were identified by genome sequencing and genotypic characteristics. Dr. Kamini Walia, senior scientist at ICMR, who was involved in the study, said that due to the increasing antimicrobial resistance of existing drugs, it has become difficult to treat many types of infections.
Pandemic warning for India
Anti-microbial resistance can take the form of an epidemic in the near future if steps are not taken for improvement soon. This resistance is increasing at the rate of 5 to 10 percent every year. Due to these, diarrhea can also spread at an increased level in India.
Kamini Walia, Senior Scientist, ICMR
Strengthening bacteria, weakening drugs
* E-coli: Imipenem drug is given in this bacterial infection. It was getting unusable in 14 per cent cases in 2016, reaching 36 per cent in 2021.
* Klebsiella pneumoniae: Antibiotics were effective in only 65 percent of cases of this bacterial infection in 2016, 45 in 2020 and 43 percent in 2021. E-coli and Clavasivel pneumoniae, which have developed resistance to another drug, carbapenem. It also became difficult to cure with other medicines.
* Acinetobacter baumannii : Acinetobacter baumannii was found to be ineffective in 87.5 percent of patients infected with this bacterium, while the carbapenem drug proved ineffective in 50 percent of cases. For colistin, this resistance percentage was over 50.
* Pseudomonas aeruginosa: This bacteria infects the blood, lungs (pneumonia) and other internal organs after any surgery. It has increased resistance to almost all antibiotics.
* Staphylococcus Aureus: Ranging from skin abscesses, this bacterium also causes pneumonia, endocarditis (inflammation of the inner lining of the heart), and osteomyelitis (bone infection). Resistance to erythrocin, ciprofloxacin, co-trimoxazole and high levels of mupirocin was also found in MSSA (Methicillin-sensitive Staphylococcus aureus). This MSA has increased from 28.4 percent in 2016 to 42.6 percent in 2021.
* Enterococcus: This bacterium has also rapidly acquired resistance to drugs, and its infection has become difficult to treat over the years.
* Anti-fungal resistance also increased: The report also confirmed the anti-fungal resistance and said that many cases were found in Kovid-19. Prominent among these are C. parapsisellosis and C. glaberta, which are gaining resistance to the antifungal drug fluconazole. The need for their intensive monitoring in the coming years was mentioned in the report.
* The report suggested: Rational use of antibiotics has to be promoted. Antibiotics should be given to the patient only after a solid and conclusive investigation, not on the basis of mere conjecture. They are also being given for the treatment of many symptoms, which is not right.

Antibiotics are not the solution to every problem, misuse can be heavy
Antibiotics are taken to eliminate diseases caused by bacteria and they are not able to eliminate viral infections like cold, cough, fever. Do not take antibiotics without consulting a doctor.
People who start taking more antibiotics, sometimes it happens that antibiotics do not have any effect on the bacteria. Bacteria modify themselves in such a way that no medicine has any effect on them. When there is no effect, bacteria easily increase their numbers too. Antibiotic resistance infection can happen to a person of any age.
According to WHO, misuse of antibiotics can lead to death
According to the WHO, taking antibiotics on one's own advice causes harm to the body. Antibiotic resistance can lead to infection, which then requires the patient to remain hospitalized for a long time. In severe cases, the patient may even die. Antibiotic resistance infection can happen to a person of any age.

Leaving Heart disease behind Cancer becoming is the biggest epidemic
Cancer may soon become the world's biggest epidemic leaving heart disease behind. According to two global surveys that spanned nearly a decade, cancer is the most common cause of death in rich countries. If this trend continues, in a few decades cancer will become the deadliest disease in the whole world.
Cardiovascular diseases are the leading cause of death for adults and the elderly in the
world. But this figure is changing in rich countries. Cancer causes twice as many deaths as heart disease in these countries. "According to our report, cancer was the second leading cause of death worldwide in 2017," said Gilles Deganis from Laval University, Canada, who was involved in the study. In 2017, about 26 percent of the deaths were due to this dreaded disease. At the same time, the cases of heart diseases are continuously decreasing. As a result, cancer can become the biggest epidemic in the coming few decades.
These countries were included in the study: In this survey conducted under the Prospective Urban Rural Epidemiological Study, the countries included are India, Argentina, Bangladesh, Brazil, Canada, Chile, China, Colombia, Iran, Health data for Malaysia, Pakistan, Palestine, Philippines, Poland, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, Sweden, Tanzania, Turkey, United Arab Emirates and Zimbabwe were analyzed.
Effective treatment of heart disease:
In the year 2017, 5.5 crore people died due to various diseases. Of these, 1.77 crore lost their lives due to heart disease. High blood pressure, high cholesterol, diet and smoking are the causes of heart disease and about 70 percent of the deaths due to it. Cholesterol-controlling treatments and high blood pressure medications have made it possible to defeat heart diseases in rich countries. Due to this the death toll from the disease has come down. But people in poor countries have an average of two and a half times higher risk of death from heart disease.

Video games can worsen the rhythm of the heartbeat of children, increasing the risk of serious diseases
Video games may be a strong alternative to the game, but Its rhythm is harmful. in a new study found that gaming is not always a safe option can and actually cause fatal cardiovascular diseases in children can become a victim.
According to a report published in Heart Rhythm, video games can cause abnormal heartbeats in children who are already suffering from cardiac problems. Changing the rhythm of the beats has also become the reason for the death of many children. Researchers in Australia conducted a study based on 22 cases who suffered heart rhythm disturbances while playing video games, although the age of the children was not shared. Researchers found that many children with heart problems also played multi-player war games on consoles and computers. However, it is not known which game they play. The study revealed that the shocks that occur in video games can prove to be dangerous for some children. Experts warn that children who experience blackouts while gaming should immediately see a heart specialist should be taken nearby, as loss of consciousness may be a sign of an unknown heart problem. The adrenaline rush caused by physical activity can lead to increased blackouts, rapid heartbeat, and dizziness.

Let the children play in the soil, the immunity power increases, whose childhood has been spent near the river - pond or greenery, they become better human beings.
If you stop your children From Playing In The Mud, Then today don't play in the tty, the clothes will get dirty if you stop doing it yourself. Soil and sand contain micro-organisms that are good for their health. Increases their immunity power. Playing in mud greatly reduces the chances of children having allergies and asthma problems. Even playing in mud does not cause depression and anxiety. Researchers Alessia Franco and David Rabson say that the research showed that moving freely in the natural environment makes it easier to move around. Clay, mud and sand develop children's senses, says neuropsychiatrist and psychotherapist lecturer at the University of Palemon in Italy. It is a type of therapy, which not only cures diseases. But it also prevents them from falling ill. Children who are unable to express their feelings, are given sand tray therapy. In this children play with sand. Till now it was believed that playing in clay is not hygienic. In another research, it has been revealed that children who spend more time in blue and green space, they grow up to be better human beings. Blue space means around the sea, river, lake and green space means green space like forest, park, garden or garden.
According to researchers Franco and Rabson, natural spaces stimulate the brain to such a level that it is, in a way, recharged. Just like a trip to the mountains or the sea refreshes both the body and the mind. We start feeling more energetic. In an earlier study, it was reported that instead of walking 20 minutes on an urban ground like floor, road etc. power increases. Even the concentration of ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder) patients increases.

Investigation started in the death of 66 innocent people due to cough syrup of allopathy
Coughing is a common disease and cough syrup is mostly used in this. In the initial stage,
we ignore the cough, but if the cough does not get better on its own in a few days, then it is very important to consult a doctor. Usually doctors also rely on cough syrup for cough. But if this cough syrup becomes responsible for the death of 66 children, then the mind starts trembling even in the name of cough syrup. Something similar has happened in the African country of Gambia where 66 children died from cough syrup. After the incident, World Health has banned the company's 4 syrups.
What is the whole matter?
Health officials in the African country of Gambia issued an alert last July after dozens of children fell ill with kidney problems. Everyone had the same pattern of getting sick. After this, in September, the WHO got samples of medicines tested. Taking a tough stand, the government has started an investigation on the claim of the death of 66 children in the African country of Gambia due to the use of cough syrup. A report has also been sought from the World Health Organization (WHO) to know whether the death was caused by this syrup or some other reason. The World Health Organization has issued an alert against four drugs that have killed 66 children in The Gambia. Some children's kidneys have also suffered serious damage.
In syrup test
Promethazine Oral Solution, Cofexanaline Baby Cough Syrup, Macoff Baby Cough Syrup and Magrip in Cold Syrup.
How does it affect the body
First, the brain starts feeling numb with vomiting and diarrhea and pain in the stomach. Then the kidney stops working. There is difficulty in passing urine and with the increase in blood pressure, the heart rate becomes irregular. Then comes paralysis. And then the patient may even die.
What was it like in medicine?
WHO got 28 samples tested. of these, the amount of diethylene glycol and ethylene glycol in four was found to be above the norm. According to experts, these are carbon compounds/mixtures. It has neither fragrance nor colour. It is sweet. It is added to children's syrups only so that they can drink easily.
How much fatal?
These compounds can be mixed in medicine up to a maximum of 0.14 mg per kg. If mixed with one gram per kilogram, they can be fatal.
Here is banned
These compounds are banned in European countries like America, Australia. The Gambian government has also launched a special campaign to get these cough syrups back from every household.
World Health Organization concerns
The World Health Organization is keeping a close eye on this incident. The concern of the organization is whether the company has shipped these drugs only in The Gambia or has not exported them locally or to other countries. WHO also suspects that like these syrups, the said pharmaceutical company has not used such ingredients in other medicines as well.
Home remedies
The use of peepal, ginger, liquorice, basil, turmeric and honey is beneficial for different types of cough. The anti-bacterial properties of honey provide quick relief from cough. Cough can be removed only by using honey. Use 1 teaspoon of honey before sleeping at night. Using ginger and honey together is very beneficial.
