Our body and health are getting affected due to changed daily routine and consumption of chemical contained impure diet. Kidney is an important part of our body. We focus on the outer cleanliness of the body but the it’s kidney which play important role in internal cleanliness. Kidney disease is a serious disease which impacts around 10 percent of the population. |
The people are increasingly facing kidney problem. In the medical world, chronic kidney disease means kidney failure. According to a study, around 14 percent women and 12 percent men are suffering from the kidney problem. The people suffering from kidney disease can get rid of it through dialysis and kidney transplant. It’s reason behind various types of kidney problems like last stage of inactivity, heart disorder, premature death. In various countries, the expansion rate of this chronic disease is 5-7 percent in which people of 65 years of above get affected with this.
Function of kidney

To control blood circular of the body.

Excretion of waste materials like urea, uric acid along with urine from the body.

Absorption of calcium in the body by activating Vitamin-D.

Balancing acid-salt balance in the blood.

It balances electrolyte like K, Na and CA to maintain heartbeat.

It secretes erytropoeitin hormone which plays important role in RBC building.

It absorbs required minerals in the food.
What’s chronic kidney disease?
Kidney is an important part of our body. If it shows low glomerular filtration rate, it’s called chronic kidney disease in which working capacity of the body gets lowered.
Symptoms

Low frequency of urination.

Backache, laziness, blood or foam in the urine.

Loss of appetite, high blood pressure in younger age.

Heart attack, difficulty in breathing.
-
Anaemia, body discolour, breathing difficulty.

Spot on the skin and itching in the body.

Loss of appetite, vomiting, dysentery.
-
High blood pressure, risk of heart failure.
-
Irregular urine formation, swelling in hands-feet, knee and face due to accumulation of salt and water in the body, accidental low blood pressure.

Weakness and pain in bone.
Causes and precaution of the disease

40 percent diabetes, 27 percent high blood pressure, 11 percent kidney disorder, 18 percent cyst disorder, birth disorder, kidney inactivity, medicine side effect are the reason behind kidney disorder.

Loss of water: Drinking less quantity of water is main cause of kidney failure. It filters blood and excretes waste materials and toxic materials through urine. Due to less amount of water, toxic materials fail to excrete, causing toxicity in the body.

Excess quantity of sodium: Sodium is necessary for body. But at the same time, the people should consume less quantity of sodium which increases blood pressure and makes detrimental impact on the kidney. Consuming over 5 gm sodium daily is injurious to health.

Avoid urine pressure: On many occasions, we avoid urine pressure which proves injurious to urine system. It may be reason behind kidney stone and kidney failure.

Non-vegetarian: Excess consumption of protein mainly meat exerts metabolic pressure on kidneys.

Improper sleep: It causes kidney disorder.

Excess use of painkillers and allopathic medicines: Using painkillers without proper advice of doctors, allopathic medicines and increasing chemicals in the vegetables are reason behind this disease.

Diets

Diets: Old rice, kulthi dal, etc play important role to get rid of kidney stone.

Vegetables: Sahjan, parval, bottle gourd, papaya, tinda, radish, tori, chaulai, bitter gourd, shimla mirch, potato, carrot, bathua, arabi, lemon, ginger, spinach, cauliflower, cabbage are beneficial in this disease.

Fruit: Apple, papaya, orange, grapes, jamun, kakari, cucumber, carrot, water melon, coconut, pomegranate, etc are helpful.

Spice: Cinnamon, betel, black cumin, garlic, ajwain, etc can be consumed.

Do exercise and jogging daily to control weight. Control diabetes and high blood pressure.

Vihar: Basti, virechan.

Pranayam: Anulom-vilom.
Diets avoidable for kidney patients

Diets: Use less quantity of salt, hot and bitter spicy food, meat, fish, pulse, gram, urad, salt, wine, etc.

Avoid smoking and junk food, excess use of sunlight, excess exercise, etc.

The people suffering from kidney disorder must not consume readymade soup, food items made of maida like bread, biscuits, cold drinks, brown rice, khubani, oily food, milk items like curd, paneer, processed meat, pickle, tomato, date, banana, orange, raisin, etc.
