On the other hand, short, cut, decorated hair enhances the personality of a man. There are millions of hairs in our head. The old ones fall in these hairs, after that new ones grow. The person with the most brown hair has about 1.5 lakh hair on his head, the person with black hair has about 1.25 lakh hair and the person with the least red hair has about ninety thousand hairs on his head. On an average, 50 to 100 hairs fall per day. Excessive rapid hair fall indicates various hair diseases.

Symptoms
A few to fifty to a hundred hairs fall continuously, but if more hairs start falling in bunches, then one should be alert.
Pathological structure
Elements that produce hair are found inside humans. In the language of science, the outer part of the hair or hair skin is made of retina located on the epidermis. It is found on the epidermis on the outer layer of the skin. At the level of the skin where it is in excess, a large amount of hair or horny structure is formed there. Hair grows in the tubular hair follicle located on the skin. The structure of hair follicle can be divided into three parts. The outer part of the root or cortex that gives shape, type, volume and extension to the hair. It is here that the main pigment that gives color to hair is melanin. This too is of four types. Eumelanin color makes hair black. Pheo melanin makes hair red. Having less aumelanin than normal results in brown hair. If a person has very little aumelanin in his follicles, then his hair is golden. Eumelanin and pheomelanin combine to form strawberry colored hair.
Gene controls melanin
The amount of melanin that will be released is determined and regulated by a gene called (MCIR). This Jean Melano Courtin. The receptors modulate and control the pathway that instructs melanocyte cells to produce melanin. For natural hair color and health, dark chocolate, blueberries, spinach, radish, turnip, beetroot, mustard, banana and collards, lettuce, and other dark dark leafy vegetables, Perkins almonds, lentils, mushrooms, oranges, citrus fruits, nuts, black berries, carrots, lutein, lycopene, astaxanthin, probiotics, biotin, copper, vitamins B-12, B -6, A., C., E. Use brewer's paste, avocado, amla, sweet potato, broccoli, beans, cottonseed, sunflower, pumpkin, cucumber, cucumber seeds, peas etc. in various forms. All these foods help in making the color of the hair skin, hair follicles, the iris of the eye, the color of the retina.
According to research, there is (TYR) gene inside melanocytes, special cells that make the color of skin and hair. The (TYR) gene commands the production of the tyrosinase enzyme. The first step in melanin production is the tyrosinase enzyme itself. This enzyme converts the essential body initiator protein tyrosine into the compound Dopaquinone. Dopaquinone Melanic Process Under the complex biochemical process chain that produces color, dopaquinone itself is converted into melanin under the biochemical chain, which makes the color of the skin, hair follicles and hair, the iris of the eyes and the dark colored part of the retina.
Hair is black, red and brown due to more or less of this pigment. Due to the decrease in this pigment with aging in natural condition, the hair starts turning white. Melanocytic Stimulating Hormone, a hormone released by the pituitary gland, in the formation of hair colors. H. plays a special role. It makes hair color natural and healthy. M.S.H. The skin originates from the pituitary and hypothalamus. This UV Protects from and controls appetite. M.S.H. To increase, eat red, yellow and orange colored carrots, dark black colored or berries, grapes or drink juice.
The central core medulla, the middle part of the pore, is empty from inside, that is, porous. Its root is attached to the skin. This is called hair bulb and papilla. Matrix is found in it, due to which new hair is formed from keratin as soon as the hair falls. Hair grows by short erector muscles of hair follicles attached to the dermis of the skin. numerous elastic papillae at the base of the hair bulb there are connective tissues and microscopic blood vessels which nourish the hair and keep it strong, healthy, beautiful, clean, attractive, elegant and shiny. This reticular layer is deep. These contain blood vessels, nerve endings, hair follicles and glands. These microscopic structures cannot be seen with the naked eye.
How does damage and degradation of hair happen?
Due to continuous damage due to the above reasons, the follicles, hair bulb and papilla dry up and start shrinking. Hair stops getting nutrition, new hair becomes unable to grow. Even when new hairs come in place of damaged hairs, they are very weak, less shiny. Hair becomes split and thin.
Each hair follicle arises from the papilla and follicle bulb of the follicle. Its average life span is three to five years. The average age of hair is divided into three parts. Hair grows 0-37 mm per day and increases to about half to a quarter of an inch in a month. In three years they attain the fullness of their length and growth. We can call this the puberty of hair. This stage is called anagen i.e. the stage of youth of the hair. This then leads to a dormant state of the hair. This maturation stage of the hair is called catagen. This condition starts two and a half to three and a half months before hair fall. This is called the telogen or exogenous stage. This falling out mature age of hair is called Ketagon stage. This is a period of one and a half to two and a half weeks, due to which it is called the hair fall period. A new hair grows in place of each hair. age of youth anagen three years, adulthood catagen three month and old age Telogen is of three weeks.
pH of hair (The alkalinity and acidity of the hair is normal. More acidic and alkaline cosmetics harm the hair. The shampoos etc. available in the market are either acidic or alkaline which damages the hair. Each hair follicle Associated with sebaceous gland. Oily Sebaceous glands secrete oil-like substances, which keep skin and hair soft, soft, flexible and supple. Protects hair and skin from dry winds and hot water. Due to some reason When the oil glands of the scalp get over-stimulated and produce a lot of oil, the hair becomes oily.
Oily hair becomes home to many types of germs. Different types of germs start to flourish. Russian (dandruff) becomes.. The hair becomes itchy, the skin there becomes red. Dandruff comes out on combing. The top skin layer of the scalp begins to erode rapidly. Dandruff caused by certain types of germs causes seborrheic dermatitis i.e. a type of eczema. The glands of the scalp produce a lot of sebum oil. Due to this, the hair becomes greasy, oily and sticky and yellow dandruff comes out. When sebum comes out in less quantity, then white colored dandruff comes out.
To keep the color of hair and skin naturally healthy and beautiful, hypothalamus in front of pituitary and MSH from skin cells. (Melanocyte stimulating hormone) is secreted. Due to the deficiency of this hormone, hair and skin turn white. Premature hair loss and graying can also be hereditary. Hair loss and graying genes (chromosomes passed down from parents, grandparents or seven generations) are inherited. It is difficult to reverse the process of hair loss, baldness and graying of hair.
Remedy
There are many advertisements for growing hair, removing baldness, preventing graying etc. The clumsy and ignorant people get trapped in the illusionary trap of these advertisements and get nothing except suffering financial loss and increasing mental confusion.
Just as the cause of other diseases is the accumulated disorder in the body, in the same way the accumulated contaminants are also the cause of various types of hair diseases. Toxins enter the body through various artificial diets. These toxins should be passed out through excreta and urine. But due to constipation or other reasons, these poisons mixed with the blood keep getting accumulated in the hair of the head. As a result, the hair does not get enough nutrition. Nourished hair starts turning white or falling out. In all the diseases of the hair, apply a clay strip on the pelvis for half an hour.
Give three minutes hot, two minutes cold compress on the stomach and waist and massage three times in order. Give hot foot bath or steam bath after enema. In the afternoon treatment, apply mud on the stomach for half an hour and after cutting the hair short or shaving, apply a lot of mud on the head. Wash the head thoroughly by rubbing it with neem water. Give local steam on the head, stomach and waist and give cold cutaneous bath for 15 minutes.
Rub and wipe the head thoroughly. Comb two or three times. Combing by pressing more than a pointed comb irritates the skin of the scalp and produces dandruff. Knead clean black or yellow soil like butter. Massage the scalp thoroughly with soft clay. This has miraculous benefits in dandruff and all hair diseases. Do not wash oily hair by rubbing it too hard. Use a wide-toothed comb instead of a brush. Wash oily hair with clay. It removes greasiness and stickiness. Hair becomes soft and shiny like silk. Take special care while washing oily hair with shampoo. Wash the hair of the head daily. Daily washing causes hair fall, is a misleading fact. Washing the head daily prevents dirt, infection and diseases. Washing with a gap of two-three days in a week, due to excessive dirt, excessive amount of shampoo or soap is used, due to which the hair becomes dry.
Often shampoos are thick and strong detergents. With their direct use, the skin of the skull becomes dry. Hair becomes hard and dry. Mixing 6 parts of water in the shampoo, they become diluted by washing. Spreads quickly in the hair and the quantity is also less. Use lukewarm water for oily hair. Once lather, apply shampoo or soap only. Wash it in lukewarm water, wipe it well with a dry towel, dry it and comb it. Do not keep hair wet. Do not wear fur or woolen hats.
Hair germs grow rapidly in a moist environment and in the dark. Dry massage of the entire skin of the scalp by wrapping a cloth around the finger cleans the skin of the scalp. Hair follicles are stimulated. Hair gets full nutrition. Excessive use of soap, shampoo, bleaching, sunlight, dust, smoke and hot air or excessively cold air causes a lack of oil and moisture in the skin of the scalp. Hair becomes dry, dry, rough and hard. Massage such dry hair thoroughly with hot oil. After adding oil to the head, gently massage the scalp with your finger for 10-15 minutes.
This increases blood circulation towards the scalp. After massage, give 10 minutes of local steam to the head. Due to this, the oil reaches the roots of the hair and nourishes it. The rudeness goes away. Minimize the use of shampoo and soap for dry and dry hair.
Wash hair with natural shampoo, amla, shikakai, reetha, multani, black and yellow clay, buttermilk or curd. Use a natural conditioner after washing your hair to make it beautiful, soft and manageable. Do not apply Vaseline or ointment in the hair, otherwise the risk of hair loss increases.
