Scientist got Nobel Prize twice on the  Scientific importance of fasting

In 1974, Belgian scientist Cristian de Duve (95) got first Nobel Prize on the medical importance of fasting in the field of medicine and physiology for searching lysosome. Sac-like vesicles lysosome continues to transport, repair and construct new cells. Under the cell system, sac-like vesicles get fused with each other.
Every cell is surrounded by membranes which contain cell fluid and nucleus structure. First of all, this truth erupted under the leadership of Duve that every cell is the structure made of a particular membrane. These are called sac-like vesicles. There are cell organelles in the sac like vesicles. Such a special structure is called lysosome. Duve had searched that bio ingredients of lysosome contain over 60 digestive enzymes and over 50 membrane proteins. Enzymes eat older and dead cells, viruses, bacteria, etc. Moreover, lysosome also creates new cells through useful bio-ingredients. For this, there is a separate workshop compartment where devastation, creation, recycle, resemble, regeneration go on.
Second Nobel Prize was bestowed on Physiology scientist and cell biologist Yoshinori Ohsumi born in Fukuoka in Japan on ‘mechanism for autophagy’ on October 3, 2016. He searched for those particular genes which aggravate the autophagy process. During the experiment, on the basis of baker or brewer yeast ‘saccharomyces cerevisiae, it was proved that the process of yeast and autophagy in the human being is similar. Complicated machinery functions in both of them. This research gave an opportunity to understand bio activity science that what happened in the body during fasting, starvation, bacterial infection, etc.
Mutation in autophagy creates diseases. Cancer and neurological diseases are related to autophagy. You can get rid of diseases by boosting the autophagy process.
With reference to aforesaid research, the process of lysosome and autophagy means self-eating. Lysosome surrounded by membrane in the cell is sac-like vesicles. This yeast is in different shapes in animal and mammoth trees. Its main functions include breaking and digesting, repairing, resembling and creating macro molecules like acarbose, protein and lipids. It also destroys enemy bacteria, viruses and other antigens. 
Autophagy process aims at destroying and eating damaged and weaker cells and creating new healthy cells through healthy and useful bio-chemicals.
Ways for increasing healthy autophagy and lysosome process—during fasting of 18-20 hours, autophagy and lysosome processes start. After 58-72 hours, this process finishes. They can be improved through exercise and pranayama. Fasting with low calorie diets can boost autophagy and lysosome processes.
Under autophagy and lysosome processes, sac-like vesicles lysosome digestive enzymes start to create rapidly at starvation mode. It gives a message to every cell. It destroys old and dead cells, garbage and debris. It starts eating even cancer cells, viruses, bacteria and other heterogeneous antigens. In fact, lysosome is like a suicidal bag which kills anarchist elements during fasting. The suicidal bag contains 60 types of hydrolytic enzymes. Every cell has a separate compartment. Sac-like hydrolytic enzymes eat sick, old, garbage, dead cells and create new ones. There is a continuous process of killing and creating in every cell. But at the same time, fasting, low fasting, imminent fasting, low calorie diet fasting, hard exercise, etc accelerate this process. The body gets transformed.
Over 60 hydrolytic enzymes presented in lysosome contain glycosidases, proteases, sulphateses, etc. It eats and digests unuseful and harmful heterogeneous biomolecules like lytic enzyme, unpopular peptides, nucleic acid, carbohydrate lipids, etc. Membrane protein adorns every cellular process. According to various dimensions and needs of other elements, membrane protein is the very basis for movement of cells, communication between outer and inner atmosphere and enzyme catalyst and balance of other chemical reactions and cellular biochemical reactions.
Lysosome creates antimicrobial proteins and many cytokines to eradicate bacteria. Lysosomes can be autophagosome and heterophagosome. Autophagosome is a type of housekeeping in which bio-ingredients are extracted through protein. Heterophagosome removes exogenesis photoreceptor outer segment in the case of retinal pigment epithelium.
Lysosox is 0.1 to 0.5 micrometer and 1-2 micrometer in shape. Lysosome is also called a suicidal bag.  
Lysosome is divided into four types of lysosome as per its various functions.
In the primary lysosome granules form, the secondary lysosome is associated with food contacting the phagosome. Lack of a third residual lysosome hydrolytic enzyme creates ageing, hepatitis, pyelonephritis and other autoimmune diseases. For example, lipophushchin pigment granules are residual body which causes ageing. Fourth autophagic vacuoles are also called autophagosomes and autolysosomes which do cell garbage disposal and apoptosis process.
On the basis of both the great scientists’ research on diets, the entire process is called lysosome-autophagy= autophagosome.
Following works are done in the body through process of phagocytosis lysosome means autophagosome—
1)    Phagocytosis kills bacteria through intracellular digestion.
2)   Outer exocytosis secretes lysocyme for killing bacteria and heterogeneous elements found in the outer atmosphere of cells through outer cellular digestion.
3)  During fasting, the hydrolysis process of carbohydrates accumulated in lysosome cells provides instant energy in all the organs.
4)    It provides security to the body.
5)    It dispatches edible items deposited in some organs for the development of other organs through autophagy.
6) Intercellular cleaner removes unnecessary and disease-causing bio-ingredients.
7)  Lysosome helps in making thyroxine (T4) and triiodothyronine (T3) by operating thyroglobulin. Thyroid plays the main role in preparation of glycoprotein thyroglobulin matrix.
8)    Lysosome controls mitosis rounded pressure during cell division.
9)    It repairs blood cancer disorder due to damage of genetic-chromosomes.
10) Lysosome extracts various types of carcinogens from body and destroys them. But at the same time, it damages fibrosis due to lung fibrosis silicosis, asbestosis and pneumono ultramicroscopic cilicovolkenosis in abundance of carcinogens.
11)  Leucocyte’s granules are derived from lysosomes. It helps in building white blood cells.
12)    Lysosome plays an important role in protein synthesis, reproduction, etc.       
13) It also builds bone cells, destroys old bone cells and helps in parthenogenetic development.
14)   It’s the reason behind the multinucleated cell of osteoclast, neoplastic and myxofibrosarcoma. It’s removed through lysosomal enzymes. Parathyroid hormone also helps in this process.
15)   When the level of Vitamin A increases, then this cell becomes poisonous. It disrupts lysosomal membrane. Therefore, autolysis of cartilage and bone cells starts through enzymes.
16)   Lysosome plays an important role during pregnancy. It becomes capable for piercing the vitelline layer of the ovary.    
17)  It may cause various diseases. When lysosome catches glycogen, the former fails to eat or destroy later. This is called pompe's disease. Lysosome comes out of the skin by breaking the membrane. It’s called sunburn. Similarly, enzymes free from lysosome create pimples by damaging epidermis cells of the skin.
18)  Lysosome is also called a suicidal bag. It can also be autophagosome and heterophagosome. Autophagosome functions as cleaner or housekeeping in the body like sweeping, moping, vacuuming, dusting, etc. It deposits unwanted bio-ingredients from protein. Similarly, in case of retinal pigment epithelium, it removes heterogeneous elements like exogenous photoreceptor outer segment heterophagosome and kills them.
19)  Blood sugar level decreases during fasting. The body chooses alternatives of citric acid and pentose phosphate pathways. It also selects gluconeogenesis. It functions as protein and fat energy deposited in the body and increases beta hydroxybutyrate level in the body. Due to rising BOHS, positive energy increases in the body which reaches on survival recycling mode. Autophagy process is at acme after fasting of 48-72 hours. No unwanted heterogeneous elements exert pressure on cellular homeostasis and cellular functions. It dampens disease-causing factors.
20) During fasting, the autophagosome process is at the highest level. Therefore, the bacteria start destroying in the body. Autophagosome removes adverse impact of thermostable endotoxins lipopolysaccharide protein complex and some other gram -ve and mostly gram +ve bacteria.
21)   AGE is created in the diets due to overfeeding, improper diets, improper cooking style, higher advanced glycation and product cooking process like boiling in oil, grilling, searing, deep frying, hard temperature, tandoor, etc. Boiling, roasting, shallow frying, barbeque, etc cause heart disease, diabetes and cancer in the human being.
    Steaming, boiling, poaching, (71-82 degree centigrade) baking, roasting, braising, barbequing, cooking fruit and vegetables in low oil, etc create low advanced glycation and products AGE. It’s the best way to cook food. Autophagosome created during fasting destroys adverse impact of diets cooked in the wrong style and toxins.
22)   Nitrates, sodium glutamate, etc are present at danger level in the form of sodium fat, preservative, additives in processed food, packaged non-vegetarian, becan, hem sauces, hotdog, pepperoni, beef kari, daily meats, roasted beef, turkey beef, lunch meat, bologna and granola bars, vegetable flavoured nuts, potato chips, microwave popcorn, bags, confectionary cookies, cake, pasty, pettis, pastry, bread, kurkure, noodles, etc. Nitrosamines heterocyclic amines and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons get created during processing preservation and cooking. They create dangerous metabolic syndrome. The people can get rid of it through fasting.
23)  Continuous consumption of aforesaid undesirable diets causes lysosome mediated degradation of damaged protein and lipids and other bio-ingredients organelles. Therefore, various types of diseases appear due to autophagy mis-regulation. It makes an adverse impact on the immune system of the body. Immune molecules cytokines, chemokines, dendritic cells, TGF, endotoxins, cyclooxygenase cox-2, genotoxic, mutagenesis, carcinogenic, teratogenic, NFKB nuclear factor kappa b, etc cause many diseases in the body.
Therefore, it appears that lysosome and autophagy play an important role in improvement of health in the body.
The people can get rid of various types of diseases through observing fasting scientifically. We are obliged to both the scientists for this research. They have this Indian traditional science on the basis of research to the human being.
