What is Swadharma (self-duty) and  Swakarma (Self-action) according to the Geeta and what is the result of pursuing them

Not being defeated from the path of Swadharma is the subject on which there is main trusts in the Gita. Swe-Swe Karmanyabhiratah Sansiddhim Labhte Narah l What does swadharma mean and what is svakarma? Swadharma and svakarma of a trader is trade and Commerce and swadharma and svakarma of a doctor is to take care of patients while swadharma and svakarma of a teacher is to educate students and the Gita says that every individual has his own nature and every individual has his own characteristics and Karma and that is his Dharma and Karma and he should do only that because only that will bring him success but if someone continues to do the same how can he get divinity? People often want to keep themselves engaged and indulged in worldly things while at the same time they also wished to have access to God and this is the reason why some Businessman and shopkeepers Rob people off their wealth and in the evening there their visit to nearest temples where they pray in the feet of God which is wrong according to Geeta. Then what is the right path? And if someone wishes  to keep performing his worldly duties as well as having access to God can be possible only by the means of transforming his worldly job in in spiritual colour and this way there will be no wall of confusion but how can this be possible? It has been said in the Gita- "Yathartha Karmanoanyatra Lokoaham Karmabandhanah" - this means  whatever is done should be done for the purpose of Yagya - if someone has the job of doing trade and Commerce or someone works likes a doctor or someone is a student it whatsoever be swadharma or svakarma of a person it becomes spiritual work only then there happens to be no difference between worldly things and divinity. And in this situation the worldly work or life becomes spiritual life because in this situation whatever swadharma or svakarma are performed is not for selfishness but for the sake of society which is a truth. 
Whenever such a a viewpoint it is born about swadharma and svakarma then what is its practical form? Just suppose there is a trader and think how will he pursue his swadharma and swakarama according to the lesson of the  Geeta and how will he do his true Karma because he will remain engaged in in his business activities he will earn a lot of money he will sell his house with money but all this reality will become social service when his wealth will be utilised for the sake of the society and the nation. Is a trader puts on saffron cloth and declares to become a a Sage then he will not be able to have access to god as early as he can do the same by following the path of swadharma and svakarma and while being engaged in business activities day in and day out and by earning a lot of money and spending the money  in the service of others. According to the definition of Geeta the trader who does all his work in this manner then it becomes Yatharth like the job of a spiritual person a Sage or a saint and if this man has his tendencies in the form of his business and if he gives up his for Dharma and Karma in his per suit to have access to God and becomes a Sage and leaves his home then first thing is that he will not be able to do so and even if he does the worldly things will keep attracting and even after having put on saffron cloth he will be back and get trapped in his previous life and he will not be able to follow the Dharma of a hermit because it is not his swadharma or svakarma. And here Geeta means to save that swadharma or Swakarma means Yatharth Karma. We can do our duty from two point of views one is Yagyartha Drishti and another one is Ayagyartha Drishti.  Yagyartha Drashti means the outlook for service to the society while Ayagyartha Drishti means serving to oneself and whatever we do today we do with an intention of selfishness therefore we become away from spiritualism and our activities and actions become a cause for not getting salvation. The Gita says that o whatever we do we should do without feeling that this work is small and that work is big whatever assignment comes to us we should put our full efforts with dedication by applying all our feeling to do our duty with the feeling of helping others and serving the society and by doing so we have the feeling of spiritualism. 
This swadharma comes to us naturally and it is not required to go outside in its search and it is also not the fact that we have fallen from the sky and balanced ourselves on the earth because the society existed even before our birth because our parents are our neighbours existed even before that and we are born in this continuity and flow. Therefore the parents who gave us birth in this world it is my duty to serve them and it is my birth duty and the way I am born in a society it is also my natural duty to serve my society and it is a fact that with our birth our swadharma is also born or we can also say that it existed even our birth because only that is the reason due to which we are born here in this world. And we are born to fulfill it and some people term their swadharma as their wife and they say that the way we have an inseparable relation with our wives the same way we are associated with our swadharma. But in my view this example also seems to be e wrong and I would like to to give the example of mother as swadharma because we don't choose our mother in this life because this relation is already decided even before our birth and whosoever be our mother this cannot be changed and this is also the situation of swadharma and we can move forward in the world only with the help of swadharma therefore we should not ever try to give up our swadharma because this is a fundamental and constant principle of life.
Swadharma can be accessed very easily and it should be pursued in a very easy manner but many types of illusions become obstacles or  it is done with the lot of difficulty and even if it is done then it is mixed up with so many kinds of shortcomings and it is not possible to count the external obstacles on the path of pursuing swadharma even then whenever we enquire about it then it is found that narrow and superficial body and mind are main obstacles.  and the people who are related with me physically only they are our extent and beyond this rest of all are onall are unrelated. How can this Swadharma be ascertained. If somebody asks this type of question then its answer is it happens naturally that means swadharma takes place naturally and the imagination to search for it appears to be strange. Swadhar man is born with the birth of a human being and as a child does not require to search for its mother the same way swadharma can also not be required to be searchd because it is already available and the world existed even before our birth and it will continue to exist even after our life and there has been a big floor behind us and it will continue to be after us and we are born in this flow. And the parents from whom we are born their services and the neighbours with whom I have got this life their service are my duty naturally and in this situation my tendency is are  related with Mike definite experience. I feel hunger I feel thirst for water therefore a hungry person is needed to be given food and the thirsty person is needed to be given water and this is my natural duty and this way this form of service this form of compassion are not to be searched by us because wherever we are in a search of swadharma it is definite that there must be something wrong going on there. 
A devotee is not required to go anywhere in search of rendering his services because such opportunities come to him naturally but one thing must be kept in mind that something which is accessed naturally cannot always be e Dharma. For example if a farmer expanse the boundary of list field easily in the night and acquires others properties without any obstacles from others And however this job is being told to me by my neighbour even then despite being Apparent as an easy work this cannot be my duty. 
I like the system of chaturvarna aur 4 sections of Hindu society and its main reason is that it possesses both nature and Dharma and by avoiding swadharma will not help and whatever I have got from my parents my parents will always remain my parents even though I like them or not and the wealth and business of parents naturally transferred to their children and the business which has been going on from one generation to another generation in a family if it is not against the rule of morality then continuing with that business is a speciality of this Chatur varna system. Today business system has become distracted and it has become difficult to pursue this system but if it is reorganised once again then it will be much better. It has been observed that first 25 to 30 years of a person's life is spent in learning a new profession or business and even after having learnt a profession he wanders here and there in search of a job while this education hardly has got to do with his practical life. This way first 25 years of his life is spent in learning new skills and it is often said that he is preparing for his future course of life and it appears that education does not have to do anything with his life and he will lead his life in future and it is often said that first you learn then you live and the thing which does not have to do anything with living off a person then it will lead to the death. Average life of an Indian is 8 years and he spends first 25 years of his life in learning new skills this way his life is a spent in learning new things and then he starts his professional life then where is the importance of enthusiasm which he is required Tushar Bada society and have a meaningful life it has already been spent because I human life is not a childish play but it is unfortunate that a very precious part of life is which state in search of a job and it is praiseworthy that Hindu society had developed a system so that a person does not need to waste his time and start a professional life at a proper time. 
UPP ki book chaturvarna vyavastha aside even then in all other countries of the world every citizen has got swadharma rights because all of us are born in one system therefore we have got this right naturally e therefore our distant duty is and even it is not proper to call it a duty even then they appear to be good because distance located things look nice and they appear to be fascinating Tu to anyone and wherever a man stands the place is covered by missed but he cannot see e the missed surrounding him and he points out to a distant place to say that that place is covered by mist and anybody standing at that distant place points out towards this man and says that man is surrounded by mist. Things located near around are kept aside and distant things come in our imagination but it is an Illusion and it must be avoided because if our natural swadharma is simple and appears to be e trivial and not so interesting even then whatever is available to a person is good for him because that is in fact beautiful for him. For example if a person take a DIP in the water of ocean and finds some rough piece of wood which is not polished and refined then that piece of wood is good for him because polished and refined piece of wood is kept in the factory which is not going to help him and grab this rough piece of wood because it is going to help him to come out of the water therefore whatever duties have been assigned to us even though they appear to be very simple to us but we should accept them and engage ourselves with full sincerity and put our best efforts. If I will engage myself in looking at others work then I will have neither my own work nor others work and I will get deviated from the pass of my duty therefore one should engage himself in performing his own duties. When we start to accept the duty that has been naturally assigned to us then Rajo gun becomes shading away because our conscience is is aware and forecast and does not go anywhere else by giving up the natural duty and this Sickle becomes weak and when the water of river becomes come and dip then it shows that the volume of water has increased and it can absorb anything inside. Similarly the river in the form of swadharma can contain in it all its all his strength Momentum power II and if one engages all his strength in performing his duty then all wrong tendencies are removed as if all Evil things are demstroyed and this is the way to win over Rajo gun.

Here it is mean to say that for the Welfare of the world one must do his Duty without any last and also encourage others to do so and they are not taught how to get rid of lost then it is possible that they will become idle and get deviated from the path of their duty and this way Welfare of the world will be blocked which is not the purpose of a Karmayogi.

Using your voice reminder dedicate all your duties and Karma towards me and become free from last free from Illusion and free from pain and engage yourself in the war which is your duty and consider your duty as your own will make you feel last for result and God asks you to remove it and dedicate your duty to me which will help you get rid of lust.

Those people who pursue their duties according to my guidance and they become free from flawed Outlook and follow the path shown by me with full dedication they become free from the worldly things and get salvation.

Param Dharma vichar not according to to our nature maybe they can be done well for sometime but the job which has lesser qualities but is our own will always be beneficial and dying while doing that is also something that and she was welfare but it is dangerous to do others job. 
Therefore A man is required to focus on the duty that has been assigned to him by the almighty rather than focusing on the work of others.

According to to the nature and qualities of every individual the duty that has been assigned to a person I will make him perfect in discharging his work and a person engaged in his duty becomes master in doing that and Karma that is done for the purpose of Yagya will take you in front of God this is in fact the meaning of Sarvadharme Nidhanam Shreyah Pardharmo Bhayavahah .
