Determination Power

  There is never any choice in perseverance, no deficiency in determination and no percentage in sacrifice.

Recently, a Yuva Dharma Sansad was organized in the auditorium of Patanjali University. Really, a lot is hidden in the meaning of the word Yuva Dharma Sansad. Religion, youth and parliament, these three words can be interpreted in different ways. It is said in the scriptures that when you have the strength, the power, the passion, the feeling that you can change the world in different ways. When you fill yourself with such feelings, are energized from within, we find ourselves full of power, at that time if our direction and speed are in the right direction, then we definitely achieve our goal. Otherwise if we do not go on the right path at that time, then everything is useless in old age because then there is no power to do anything.

Only Sanatan has the ability to consider the whole world as his own

Our culture is of Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam. The word is very small but its meaning is very deep that the ability to consider the whole world as one's own is only in Sanatan, nowhere else. If we summarize the work of Yuva Dharma Sansad, then our first goal is to establish the feeling of Vasudhaiva Kutumbam in the world and the second goal is to bring on the right path the elements that are obstructing its establishment. You must have understood who are the obstructing elements, who are divided into pieces. We are generous, we have also said this while praying that-

Sarve bhavantu sukhinah sarve Santu niramaya l 
Sarve bhadrani pashyantu man Kashid dukhbhag bhavit ll

That is, remain happy and healthy. We have not asked for anything for ourselves, for our neighbours, for our religion, for our province, for our opinion, for our sect, for our caste, for our religion. Everyone is included in the survey. All kinds of people, be it righteous, sinners, devils or heretics, are included in the survey. So, we have such generosity, vastness and vastness. But to maintain that generosity, we have to face many challenges are also necessary to increase the number of people who gather in the world to proclaim 'Sarve Bhavantu Sukhinah'. But we also have to ensure that this does not remain just a slogan, that the number of people who proclaim or shout slogans does not decrease. This is the Yuva Dharma Sansad. It is our utmost duty to implement the proclamation and the words in the form of power that were proclaimed by our sages and great men in the scriptures. Our revered Vivekananda had propagated the Upanishad sentence 'Uttishthat Jagrat Praapya Varan Nibodhat' that is, get up, wake up and do not stop until the goal is achieved. Get up and wake up are two different words. Many times our eyes are open and we think that we are awake but we are asleep. Until our vision becomes that of the scriptures, our tendency to listen is not towards the scriptures, our progress is not towards our traditions, till then our sleeping, waking, seeing, listening, all is futile. We have to be so full of energy that we can move towards the path shown by our great men and can make those who have fallen from this path, to this path.

Scarcity is not the name of sacrifice

Youth have energy, a passion, but when it comes to sacrifice, there are different definitions of it. When we have less of something, we feel that we can sacrifice a lot. Sacrifice is not the name of lack. When a child prepares for competition, he thinks that I will go into administrative service, I will go into judiciary or various services, I will change the country. I will lead my life with simplicity and dharma. We have seen many youth who have a passion to change the country during their training period, but after 10-15 years we see that they are not able to change the country but become a part of the perversion prevailing in the country. This is not about any political party but about individuals, the condition of politicians is also the same, as long as they do not have a post, they are very good and as soon as they get the post, their personality changes. So who will save the country, who will take the country forward. It pains a lot to think about this.

It is also very good to wish not to get anything through wrong means

It is certainly very difficult to get something or to have attained it, but it is also a very good thing to have the desire to not get it through wrong means. First of all, we should take a pledge that whatever we want to get, we will not get it through wrong means. It is very painful when we see that our country is moving ahead in corruption. When we talk of religion, culture, values and ideals, then we should take a pledge that till we do not bring religion, culture, values and ideals on earth, we will not rest. We should have the determination to establish them. Lord Shri Krishna has said that-

Yada yada hi dharmsya glanirbhvati Bharat,  

Abhyutthanam Adharmasya tadatmaanam Shrijaamyaham ll

Why do you believe that the power of Lord Krishna, his energy has entered your soul and you have to discharge this duty, this responsibility. We all respect great men, are immersed in spirituality, we have faith and devotion towards revered saints too, but we should also have the feeling in our mind that who knows how many of us must have been sages, saints or great men in our previous births. The souls of those ancestors have entered us. Try to carry forward their tradition. We will have to become the kind of country we want. We want that Ram and Krishna should be born in the country but in our neighbourhood. We ourselves will have to become Ram and Krishna, we will have to live their conduct, we will have to follow their dignity. If we don't do it, then who will?

One should not act in ways that are contrary to oneself and others.

That is to say, listen to the essence of the religion in which the whole essence of religion is contained and after listening, take it to your heart that whatever seems painful to your soul, do not behave in that manner with others.

There is infinite power in determination

Many things have been said in general terms in the scriptures. It has also been said that you should not behave with others in a way you do not want for yourself. But the opposite is seen in society. The characteristics of animals mentioned in the scriptures are being seen, such as fearing the strong and scaring the weak. Tradition has been coming from top to bottom. This is what is mostly seen in the country, society and family. Our dignity does not teach us this. That is why do not be afraid of darkness, no matter how much darkness there is, awaken your inner consciousness and become a lamp in that darkness and spread as much light as you can. Move your life forward with this resolution. There is infinite power in resolution. Many times we are afraid to even think, afraid to make a good resolution. I thought, how will I be able to do it? Hey, you will be able to do something only if you think. The words of former President of India, late Dr. Abdul Kalam Azad, are often remembered. He had said that a dream is not what you see in sleep, a dream is something that does not let you sleep peacefully. If you want to dream, then dream like this.

Pledge to awaken the indigenous people

We used to study in Gurukul, there was a great insistence on Swadeshi and nationalism. We were told not to use foreign products. Since then, we had a feeling that wherever we go, we will make efforts for our Swadeshi. When we came out of Gurukul after receiving education, at that time people had this feeling that Swadeshi products are not good, there was a special attraction towards foreign products. It pained us to see that even after so many years of independence, no such company could be established in the country which could produce products of daily use. From Mahatma Gandhi, Vinoba Bhave to our brave, martyr, revolutionary, Mahatmas, despite all the efforts made by them to re-establish Swadeshi with their own strength, why the feeling of Swadeshi could not be awakened in the minds of the people, these things used to pain us. Then under the leadership of Pujya Swami Ji, we started the movement of Yoga Ayurveda. 12,500 rupees were required for the land of the trust, we did not have that too. We did not have even one person who could give us that much money. We took Rs. 5000 each from two persons and we had Rs. 2500 with us, by combining that we established a trust. That day has never disappeared from our eyes. Even today when we talk about it, the whole scene becomes present. There was only one support, the grace of God and the desire to see Sanatan Dharma and culture moving ahead strongly and the determination for that were our companions. Taking those companions along, we kept working hard and making efforts continuously.

There is a lot of competition in the world, but everything is possible with determination. Where you and I stand today, determination has a huge contribution in it, so never let any option come in the resolution. There is never an option in determination, there is never any deficiency in resolution, there is never a percentage in sacrifice. We think that we will sacrifice but we will sacrifice this or that thing, we will not sacrifice that much, we will do this much percent-this much percent. There is no percentage in sacrifice, there is no option in resolution. If you keep the feeling of sacrifice with a resolution without any option and with unbroken and intense effort, then your path will be paved. God will definitely fulfill your resolution. This country is ours and we have to build it, it is our responsibility. If we do not worry, do not think about the country, then who will think? Come! Think for the country and religion because some people think that the country and religion are from us but the truth is that we are because of this country, we are because of religion. Rashtra Devo Bhava. We have to save the nation and religion to save ourselves.

Patanjali became synonymous with the restoration of Swadeshi

Today Patanjali is amongst you as a synonym or example of restoration of Swadeshi by making various service works global. Different types of Patanjali There are many service works of Patanjali. If we talk about the big works of Patanjali, then the herculean effort of establishing Ayurveda as evidence based medicine is happening through Patanjali only. The government is doing its work, the institutions are doing their work. We are not comparing with anyone. Along with this, Patanjali is taking the country from Swadeshi to self-reliance in education, medicine, food products, agriculture and even in information and technology. Patanjali's Swadeshi campaign has now gained momentum.

Be steadfast to the method and do not tend towards denial

If we want to move ahead in life, we have to decide our role ourselves. Never doubt yourself because no one can make the one who gives up on himself win. So even if the circumstances are adverse, never give up. Adversities will come and do their work, if the struggle has to come, it will come and do its work.

Awaken your dormant consciousness with the resolve of Swadeshi and prepare for nation building

This is the age of technology, first of all we should try to find Swadeshi in technology and if no alternative is found then we should use foreign products. But for products made from zero technology, we will have to take a pledge of Swadeshi. Soap, shampoo, food items, water bottles, what technology is there in these, what rocket science is there that we should depend on them. With these small resolutions, the country's money will remain in the country and the country will embark on the path of progress.
