    Convocation function of any university is the best moment and opportunity for the students of the institute and it directly means very simple but the purpose behind it is very profound in nature the meaning of Diksha Aarambh is dedicating ourselves to earn knowledge. And this dedication initially makes us to take a pledge that the student will work according to the Expectations office teachers and mentors and relatives at the society and use his knowledge in the interest of the society. 
In the first convocation program of Patanjali University respected Swami Ji Maharaj and respected Aacharya ji also registered their participation which filled all the students with great enthusiasm and everyone felt deeply pleased because at present Patanjali University has become the biggest name in the field of yoga and Ayurveda and philosophy and Vedas and Sanskrit studies it is no exaggeration that the way respected Swami Ji Maharaj and respected Aacharya ji have worked day in and day out for promotion of yoga and Ayurveda in the country and the world and also got successfully a new identity for Indian culture across the world the two great people deserve lots of thanks. It has been well said that true knowledge is not like a pond in which water is still and the whole knowledge can be accumulated at one place and is not being allowed to flow further but the knowledge is like a flowing river and its water is available for everyone and by establishing Swami Ramdev Ji Maharaj has shown his dedication for this purpose.

India is one of the oldest civilizations of the World and with the passing of time The Prestige of this is civilization started to lose importance but Indian culture and civilization is  prominent even now in the world. 
All this is been possible due to the fact that the values of our life and our culture has been very strong and we have a maintained and followed the path of Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam and sarve bhavantu sukhinah these ideas have created a sense of Brotherhood and harmony in the society. We should live while following the path of non violence and self restraint because these are great humanitarian values and due to this culture people of different religion live together in the country with harmony for so many centuries and we should have Pride on our cultural Legacy and this was the only reason that India so piece and prosperity for a very long time. 
India has also a glorious history of education and the universities like Takshashila and Nalanda and Vikramshila have been the great universities of the earth and in the field of knowledge and Science and Technology and literature and art which means in every field India has been a Pioneer and and now the situation has got changed because our youth are going abroad for higher studies but in the past it was the time when students from across the world came to India to learn and earn knowledge and do research. 
Today value based education is very important and for so many centuries in India knowledge and Science and Technology and literature and music and art and culture have been the field in which India has been Pioneer and in all the countries of the world India has been identified as mentor and spiritual Guru and in the field of of Science and art India has also been Pioneer. 
If we talk about the sculptures and engineers and scientists of ancient time then their skill is found to be amazingly great and search sculptures and engineers could not be produced and such scientists also could not be produced even now and their past knowledge is still a source of inspiration for the people of modern era because at present it in tell hi there is Iron Pillar of Chandragupt Vikramaditya near Qutub Minar whitch is still a subject of great scientific research because it was built around 1600 years ago and it is 24 photo hai and its weight is 6 ton but it has never been affected by rust even after so many years. On the contrary anything made today of iron is affected by rust in just 5 to 10 years time. Old Iron Pillar is a grade symbol of ancient Science and technology of India and similarly the architecture of India has also been great which is reflected in our different forts add different ancient buildings and temples with stand with magnificence for many centuries however today's buildings start losing its strength in just 56 years time and their repairing becomes necessary in a very small time period. 
The caves of Ajanta and Ellora are well known to everyone and everyone must have studied something in history books and in this case there are hundreds of years old paintings and today's people when they see it they feel surprised and talked about the glorious history of India and legacy the story will be very long and similarly our ancient astrology and astronomy was so developed that our calendars were able to tell about out the position and distance between different stars and planets in the space and even today h our calendar make a very clear prediction about solar and lunar eclipse very accurately and vedic mathematics of India is now being adopted by other countries of the world today and Ud many centuries ago who are still considered as great genius. 
Great medical exports and surgeons like Maharshi charak and Maharshi sushruta were born in our country India and day brought pride to this country a lot. 
It is said that Sushrut was the first medical scholar of India and the world who had popularized surgery and he was also a great expert of medicine and he knew the methods how to to join broken bones and how to remove stone from urine pipe. Apart from this he also knew how to do surgery during complication at the time of birth of a child and he was also able to do surgery of eyes to remove cataract. 
Similarly Maharshi charak was the first medical scholar who had presented the concept of digestion and metabolism and immunity of our body and person who told that there are three type of flaws which are also called as cuff and pitta and Vaat. As long as the three hour balance do we remain healthy but when this balance is disturb we are caught my eye diseases therefore to keep our health well we should Ud try to understand the imbalance in the tree and there we should try to make it normal which is the reason why Maharshi Charan is called father of medicine. 
Aacharya ji says that ancient knowledge and Science and technology of India was written and taught in Sanskrit and with the passing of time and rulers came to India and they stopped the propagation of Sanskrit and Sanskrit became away from the society and due to this reason this knowledge become inaccessible for the people of India and the values and principles of our culture also got away from our society therefore it is high time for us that once again we should take our self close to these principles because our ancient legacy must be available in Sanskrit as well as in other Indian languages which is also very important and the kind of young graduates we are seeing today and Research scholars are being seen these days the role of universities like Patanjali University becomes very prominent.
Respected acharyaji often says that by earning education there are two benefits of which one is is immediate benefit which is called materialistic benefit and the second one is the benefit at the level of our conscience and Soul which is also called spiritual benefit and on one hand where there is science and Medical Science and art if you have to make yourself and your society and culture strong on the other hand our wisdom and our affection and h Good Feeling for others and compassion are the spiritual qualities which make us very strong and if we run towards only materialistic development then our spiritual development will be left Behind and the foundation of developing our character will also become weak and on the other hand respected Swamiji says about the today's pattern of education the matter of ancient Gurukul is not practical and visible in today's modern time when the students had dedicated themselves in the service of their teachers and this way they earned education apart from learning moral values but in today's materialistic world the standard Of Our success has completely got changed and today respected Maharaj ji and respected Aacharya ji together are working to bring revolution in the field of Sanskar and Science and Technology and purusharth and it is your purusharth which is evident in Gurukulam and Vedic Gurukulam and Kanya Gurukulam and Acharyakulam and and Patanjali Ayurved College and Patanjali University in all these institutes to promote and preserve Indian values and culture. 
Respected Swami Ji Maharaj says that a teacher can open the door way but it is for you to decide whether you have got to get inside or not because your teachers can show you the path of education and knowledge but pursuing the path is totally your decision and Patanjali University welcomes you as a student and as a student it you get a chance to learn yoga and Ayurved and other modern knowledge but for this work in the entire system of education you will have to accept their scientific aspect and authenticity without any doubt and you will also have to promote scientific thinking among masses and common people for promotion of digital editions due to which there is no doubt that the part of yoga and Ayurveda are totally scientific and they can become pure according to the standard of science but we will have to allow on the mindset of the people and it is also a large number of youth today are getting attracted towards yoga and Ayurved and modern technology. 
To realise the dreams of the students respected Swami ji is planning to build Patanjali global University where more than 1 lakh students will be able to get education of all subjects as it was the case in ancient India when people from across the world came for studies at the University and Takshila University and now Patanjali will carry forward the tradition of ancient universities of India in a new form and its result will be quite evident in the coming days when no student from India will be dependent upon going abroad for higher education but students from across the world will come here to India for education and to learn good Sanskar and they will feel proud of sanatani culture of India Patanjali University is working in the direction of the building human drinks to build a great Nation and in future Patanjali Bhartiya Shiksha Board is also going to be established so that a revolution in the field of education can be brought.
On 28th November 2021 it was the first convocation function of Patanjali University where kuladhipati of Patanjali Vishwavidyalay respected Swami Ji Maharaj when he saw the students sitting in the Auditorium of the university he became very emotional and he had Tears in his eyes and in his breaking was due to emotion he could not prevent his feelings and said that the way a for children and parents the greatest thing of life is to see their children becoming successful and grade and the same kind of feeling he had at that moment and the series of developing such a students has a started from now as he said at this is going to enhance the prestige of Mother India which must be a pledge on the occasion of convocation ceremony and from today the students who will get degrees from here they will perform greatly in different fields like politics and social life and another walks of life and this way they will raise the flag of success due to their great Endeavour that has been taught at this university and all these students must take a pledge that they will bring lots of pride for Mother India from across the world.
