From this point of view, women are the best, creative and great in the world. After this nine months of creation time, the woman attains the happiness and fulfillment of motherhood. Women should be extremely careful during the nine months of creation period. Due to carelessness, both mother and child may have to suffer serious health problems and many problems may arise. Awareness and knowledge of this time can prevent diseases occurring during pregnancy.
Even common infections during pregnancy can prove fatal for the baby. During pregnancy, there is a change in the configuration of body parts, due to which many types of temporary problems can arise. Due to negligence, these chronic problems can make women a lifelong patient. Diseases and symptoms caused by changes in body configuration during pregnancy-
Back ache :
In the sixth-seventh month, the circumference of the stomach starts increasing due to the proper development of the fetus. In this condition there is back pain. The increasing size of the stomach puts pressure on the ligamentous vertebrae and discs in the lower back. Due to which there can be pain in waist and legs. By taking rest in such a state, the pressure, tension and strain of the pain related organs gets removed and the pain gets relieved. Leaning forward or backward in case of pain is harmful. Rest is the best treatment. In case of severe pain, apply hot and cold compress to the waist. Do not give gas causing food in the diet. Give light diet. Consult a doctor in case of unbearable pain. You can also lie down straight and keep a cotton pillow under your waist for some time.
Leg cramps
During mid-pregnancy, there is sudden severe pain and cramps in the calves and calf muscles of the legs. This is called left-right. There are many types of inert-unpleasant sensations like throbbing, stiffness, stiffness etc. This type of condition arises due to sudden strain on the muscles. There is more stiffness, twitching and cramps in the left leg while waking up from sleep, yawning, yawning, suddenly pulling or spreading the legs, lifting the hand, etc. This spasm is extremely painful and torturous. Be careful in these circumstances. To get relief from the condition, keep the feet in a relaxed position on the ground and gently rub the lump or painful area on the feet with a dry or warm water towel. This type of friction bath provides quick relief. To avoid leg cramps, sitting or lying down as per convenience, bend and straighten the fingers and toes 10 times, move the hands and feet forward and backward ten times, rotate them left and right ten times and clockwise and anti-clockwise ten times each. Turn clockwise. Do this exercise separately for legs and arms one by one as per convenience. It is mandatory for pregnant women to include juice of fruits like orange, sweet lime, grapes and pomegranate etc. at one time in their diet and juice of vegetables like spinach, tomato, carrot, cucumber, amla, orange, pineapple, papaya, beetroot, turnip etc. at the other time. For breakfast and lunch, eat soaked and sprouted curd, sprouted wheat, moong, moth, lentils, peas, fenugreek, soybean, peanuts and give milk. This provides nutrients like calcium, iron, vitamin B complex, vitamin C and E protein etc. Due to adequate supply, symptoms of deficiency-related diseases in the body do not appear. Provide Vitamin E rich foods like carrots, sprouted wheat, mushrooms, walnuts, almonds, peanuts, cashews, milk, curd, broccoli.
Tingling and numbness in hands :
These types of symptoms increase in the last days of pregnancy. Due to insufficient blood circulation in the hands, pressure on the nervous system increases in the wrists and hands. As a result, there is a feeling of tingling, tingling and numbness in the thumb, index finger, middle finger etc. The sensitivity of these organs increases.
To control and regulate blood flow, join fingers and bend and straighten them ten times. Spread, bend and straighten your fingers ten times. By doing this, the blood flow towards the hands and feet remains proper and balanced, which removes the unpleasant tingling sensation that occurs in pregnant women in the morning. Also, due to proper blood flow, the fetus gets adequate amount of blood, oxygen and nutrition and its physical and mental development takes place. These subtle asanas have a deep and healthy effect.
Varicose veins

Usually this symptom is more severe in those women whose mother also suffered from varicose veins. Repeated pregnancy also increases the problem of varicose veins. Generally, swollen and swollen blue veins in pregnant women automatically become normal within two-three months after delivery, but in case of pain and other complaints, take the following measures. Do not walk continuously for a long time and while walking, sit and rest for some time. Do not stand or sit at one place for a long time. Whenever you sit, sit with your feet on the chair. If you stand, keep moving. Do not cross your legs while sitting. Keep your legs raised. Do not wear tight stocks. Wear maternity support hose so that blood returns to the heart properly. Panty hose should not be too tight or loose. There should be more pressure on the ankles and feet and less pressure on the knees. Do even micro exercises. Sleep on your left side so that there is minimal pressure on the inferior vena cava. Keep in mind that the inferior vena cava is on the right side. If varicose veins feel hard and painful or redness appears on the skin, consult your doctor. After delivery, due to reduction in pressure on the inferior vena cava, varicose veins often return to normal state. While sitting and lying down, keep a pillow under your feet and keep them slightly elevated. This will reduce the downward pressure of blood flow on the veins. In case of pain, wear support and stockings as per doctor's advice. It is very important to control weight during pregnancy, otherwise the symptoms become more serious due to increased pressure on the blood vessels due to extra weight. Do not wear tight socks. If the swollen and swollen blood vessels do not return to normal after three-four months of delivery, then consult a doctor. In all the above mentioned situations, drink a glass of water and place a wet towel on your head and expose yourself to sunlight for 45 minutes be sure to take a bath.
Heartburn and indigestion

Even slight carelessness in eating habits and over eating during pregnancy causes indigestion. Avoid the above mentioned foods which cause indigestion and eat food in small quantities at short intervals. While bending, bend with support on the knees.
Fatigue, insomnia and restlessness
Women remain victims of this complaint throughout their pregnancy period. To avoid these, pregnant women should take maximum rest. A pregnant woman is unable to sleep despite being tired. Keeping feet in hot water for 10 minutes relieves fatigue and insomnia. Do not use medicines to keep insomnia and fatigue away. Due to this, the fetus may become weak, inactive and suffer from depression.
Nausea and vomiting
Wombats are foreign to a woman's body. Therefore the body is reluctant to accept it. In response, many types of syndromes appear simultaneously or separately. Nausea and vomiting are prominent among these symptoms. This symptom is more visible in the initial stages of first pregnancy. But in some women this symptom is seen even during the entire pregnancy. The tendency of frequent vomiting puts pressure on the womb, which hinders the rest and development of the fetus. To avoid nausea and vomiting, pregnant women should take maximum rest. If needed it occurs, keep it on fruits like orange, pomegranate, apple etc. and fruit juice for one or two days. In case of nausea, put pomegranate seeds, cloves, fennel, cardamom etc. in the mouth and suck it, it will be beneficial.
Asymmetry
It is also called toxemia of pregnancy and eclampsia. This is a dangerous symptom found in a very small number of pregnant women. This can be dangerous for both the child and the fetus. In this the whole body suffers from convulsions. Cramps, prickling, stiffness, twitching and numbness in the left leg all over the body. Due to increasing blood poisoning the patient becomes unconscious. Also goes in comma. Blood pressure increases. The amount of protein in urine starts increasing. The whole body becomes swollen. To avoid eclampsia, regular blood pressure, weight and urine tests should be done during pregnancy. Swelling in the feet should also be taken care of. A woman had given birth to a dead child thrice due to eclampsia. She was disappointed, this symptom started appearing in the sixth month. It is more common in people with family history of blood pressure and eclampsia, be careful.
