Yoga and Our Digestive System

  We often get minor diseases in our body for which we take medicines for some diseases, but we do not feel the need to pay attention to some diseases. It is true that taking medicines provides relief from the disease, but if proper attention and abstinence is not paid to food and drink, then these diseases spread inside. The body parts become weak. Due to which they are not able to remove the disorder of the body. As a result, the complexity of the disease increases with the increase in age. The nervous system becomes inactive. The condition gradually makes the disease incurable. In such a situation, medicines have no effect on the patient. The patient can be benefited only through yogic activities and natural treatment. If there is life force left in your diseased organs, then do some work If the capacity of the body is still there, then the patient can definitely get health benefits through yoga. Chronic colitis is called Chronic in English
It is called colitis. This disease is caused by inflammation of the mucous membrane in the large intestine. Due to lack of attention in the beginning, the disease gradually spreads to the lower part of the intestine (large intestine), as a result of which many patients develop wounds inside the stomach. Mucus and blood start coming out during defecation. This is a serious condition.
Know why it happens
Since it is a disease of the digestive system, eating disorders are the main cause. The food we eat must have a balance of vitamins, proteins and fats. If the food contains excess proteins and fats, the intestine has to work hard to digest it. This weakens the digestive organs. The patient suffers from digestive problems due to the digestive system not functioning properly either the person starts complaining of constipation or frequent bowel movements or diarrhoea. Excessive use of medicines causes inflammation in the large intestine.
According to some doctors, this disease is caused by a special type of germ. This germ is called Manolia psillosis. 
Symptoms of disease
Bleeding along with mucus from the anus, burning sensation in the anus, the health of the patient deteriorates. Tension, restlessness, laziness etc. can be seen in the patient.
According to yoga experts, the only cure for this disease is yoga therapy and improvement in diet. Along with this, the patient also needs patience and self-confidence. The patient should be given an enema of buttermilk or honey mixed water. Boiling pomegranate peels and giving enema of this water also benefits the patient.
•    Take 2-3 grams of pomegranate peel powder with fresh water in the morning and evening, it will be beneficial. If blood comes with mucus, then grind 20-20 grams of pomegranate bark and bitter Indra barley and prepare a quarter decoction by mixing it in 640 grams of water and drink it 3 times a day, it will give quick relief.
•    Apply hot compress to the stomach for five minutes, then apply a cold water bandage on the stomach and go to sleep at night. Remove the bandage in the morning.
•    Keep applying hot-cold compress on the stomach.
•     Heat the body in the sun. Massage all parts except the stomach. Then take a bath. During this, apply light friction on the stomach.
Yoga therapy
In this disease, Yoga Nidra works like a panacea. Fill a green coloured glass bottle three-fourths with clean drinking water. Let this bottle dry in the sun. Keep giving the patient water from the bottle the next day. This cures intestinal inflammation.
Practice yoga like Vajrasana, Bhujangasana, Makarasana, Pavan Muktasana, Kapalabhati, Agnisara, Paschimottanasana, Hastapadottanasana.
Diet therapy
Keep a three day fast. For drinking, consume only water from a green coloured bottle and boiled water kept in a copper vessel.
• Consume coconut water in plenty.
• Keep taking vegetable soup, pomegranate, apple juice, wood apple sherbet etc. for a few days.
• Curd whey, ripe banana, belgirri powder, thin cheese also provide considerable benefits.
•  Eat curd-rice or khichdi continuously for several days. Drink buttermilk. Eat raw banana vegetable.
•  Curd made from soybean milk is especially beneficial.
Abstinence
Biscuits, refined flour products, coffee, tea, cigarettes, alcohol, spices, cold drinks, cakes, sugar, chutney etc. Note: Do the exercises that suit you. Excessive exhausting workouts are dangerous.
Panacea recipe
Isabgol
•    Take 10 grams of whole seeds or husk of Isabgol and consume it with cold water (in the form of Phanki). Or soak the husk overnight and leave it to swell. Consume it on an empty stomach in the morning. With continuous use for several days, the inflammation and swelling of the intestines disappears.
•    Mixing isabgol husk and triphala powder in equal quantity and consuming 3 to 5 grams of it with warm water at night cures gastroenteritis. The stool is clean in the morning. All intestinal disorders and bile related problems are cured. This is a proven and safe practice.
Ayurvedic medicines of patanjali
•     To keep the digestive system healthy, take Patanjali's Udarkalp Churna, Haritaki Churna, Triphala Churna, Abhayarishta, Cologrit, Kutajghan Vati, Kutjarishta etc. after consulting acase of blood coming out with stools, make 30 packets by mixing 4 grams of Moti Pishti, 10 grams of Kaharwa Pishti, 5 grams of Praval Panchamat and take it with Durva juice three times a day in the morning, afternoon and evening before meals.
•     In case of excessive bleeding, take 4 spoons of Ushirasava mixed with 4 spoons of water every morning and evening.
•    Take the quantity of Jatyadi oil as per the advice of Basti doctor.
